Bug Reports v3 [READ ORIGINAL POST before posting]

The command movesearch has "Inequality ranges use the characters '>' and '<' though they behave as '≥' and '≤', e.g., 'bp > 100' searches for all moves equal to and greater than 100 base power. " listed in the information on how to use the command.

This however is incorrect as /ms bp>250 for an example fails to pull up explosion, showing that the inequality range uses > instead of ≥.

Ring Target's interaction with Protean

Not sure if this is a bug or if it is actually supposed to work like this, but the not/known bug list says nothing about this item.

Ring target is an item that is supposed to negate the type immunity's of the pokemon holding it, but when tricked to a protean kecleon, the kecleon was still immune to psychic after using knock off.

From the OP of this thread:

NOT BUGS
- Sheer Force prevents the user's Life Orb recoil and Shell Bell recovery, as well as the target's Color Change, Emergency Exit, Pickpocket, Wimp Out, Red Card, Eject Button, Kee Berry, and Maranga Berry from activating only when using moves that have a secondary effect removed by Sheer Force.

Dark-type Kecleon wasn't immune to Stored Power because it's a Psychic move, but because it had priority from Prankster Assist. The Dark type's immunity to Prankster-boosted moves is on the same level as the Fire type's immunity to burns or the Grass type's immunity to powder moves; it can't be ignored by Ring Target because it has nothing to do with type effectiveness.

Ahh makes sense, thank you observant person.

Have an issue in where Darmanitan's Flare Blitz while having the ability Sheer Force doesn't trigger the opposing pokemon's Kee Berry.

There is this weird interaction between the item Kee Berry and a pokemon with Sheer Force and Flare Blitz (Just Darmanitan) as mentioned by Floopdawoop.
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen71v1-891016788

We initially tested if other mons are unable to trigger it:
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen71v1-891021436, but no, Zeraora can trigger it

We then tried if other mons held the berry:
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen71v1-891022594, but no, Darmanitan still doesn't trigger

We then tried if other mons with Flare Blitz did it:
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen71v1-891024115, but no, Charizard can trigger it

We then tried if other mons with Sheer Force and a move with recoil:
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen71v1-891026279, but no, Braviary can trigger it

Then we jumped to Custom Game and gave Braviary (with Sheer force) Flare Blitz and...
http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7customgame-891027863

Thus we conclude that Flare Blitz in combination with Sheer Force does not trigger Kee Berry to activate. This is only a scenario 1v1 would have so it wouldn't have been known oof.

Unlike other recoil moves, Flare Blitz has the added effect of a burn chance, which qualifies it for a Sheer Force bonus. When a move gets a Sheer Force bonus, it skips over a few effects that it would otherwise be able to trigger: Color Change, Berserk, Kee Berry, Maranga Berry, Red Card, Eject Button, Relic Song's form change, Life Orb's recoil, Shell Bell, Emergency Exit, Wimp Out, and Pickpocket. This is accurate to the game.

This is still broken:
Replay showing Anticipation triggering properly for Focus Blast - https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7ou-890209755
Replay showing Anticipation not triggering for Hidden Power Fire - https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7ou-890208784

Been looking to test anticipation out against mons that can choose to carry HP Fire like Koko, currently stopped by this implementation
You may now anticipate your opponent's HP Fires to your heart's content!

Hi guys, I have what I believe is a bug to report.

I was playing a random doubles battle, and zoroark was one of my lead Pokemon. He took the form of Shedinja to start with. I subbed him out turn one. When I sub him back in on turn 9, he enters as zoroark--not disguised as shedinja. This is despite shed still being alive. Did something go wrong?

Here's the game:
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7randomdoublesbattle-891352027
From the replay I guess you can't tell that shedinja is zoroark turn 1, but I am 100% sure that it was. I'd be willing to make fake teams and recreate the game with someone if they'd like to see if it happens again.

Cheers!

Zoroark illusions dynamically, taking the appearance of what's in the last team slot at the current time and not just what was there at the beginning. Since you swapped Shedinja in during the battle, the order changed and at some point Zoroark may have ended up in the last team slot after all the switches and faints.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7superstaffbrosbrawl-892325470 In here, why didn't Hazard Pass Baton Pass? Also not Prankster decription says nothing about Zorua clearing field upon entry. If something could be done about either, it wod be helpful n_n
The first is a known bug. The second is zorua's innate. https://www.smogon.com/articles/super-staff-bros-brawl
Innate Ability - No Fun Allowed
Upon switching in, this Pokémon clears all entry hazards from the field, clears all boosts from active Pokémon, and removes all field effects such as weathers, Terrains, and Trick Room.

whenever i hit with Lucario i click on z power and i hit the z power move it said your pokemon is no longer active in this battle then the battle goes completely black i could not see anything

While I played my opponent left game, but showdown decided that I lost battle, can someone explain me why?
Did you intentionally forfeit the match? Or try to close the battle tab? That message isn't the message that appears when you lose to inactivity (and the timer was turned off).
