I trimmed the movepool of this guy a bit, but it has some interesting moves, including two ways to boost its spatk. Note that the only fire move it has is Overheat, a powerful move that will eliminate counters like metagross, but will force it to switch out next turn, and will be a bad move for those with bad prediction. It also does not have Earth Power or Focus Blast, but has the new rock move, BoltBeam, Energy Ball, and Dark Pulse. Rock/Ice alone is great coverage and may be good for a SubMind set, thanks to its nice defenses and a possible SS boost. It gives it a way to get around Blissey's who lack Seismic Toss. Also it has Explosion which kind of helps it against Blissey I guess, or if it's just ready to die with a bang. It can force things out with Metal Sound as well. While this Pokemon has limited special options, they are still very good, and it has an overall good movepool, and with its great stats and Stealth Rock I feel this is a movepool that would suit it in an OU environment. Please give me any suggestions if you have any. But, if you think it's stupid that I'm accepting Overheat but not any other fire move, see Primeape's movepool, and erm Rotom's lol (Granbull has Overheat and Fire Blast but not Flamethrower too).
A small flavor explanation - I see this thing as some sort of volcanic based, magnetized pokemon, like something that came into existence during a lightning storm near a volcano lol. So you see moves on it like Mirror Shot and Overheat (I
did not choose overheat for flavor, it just happened to be flavorful imo).
