Take note, by the way, that the name of a pokemon doesn't always have to reference what typing said pokemon has. Breloom, for instance, has no reference towards fighting as far as I can see, nor does Lanturn have any reference towards water. Masquerain is in no way a water type apart from (to a certain extent) having a water-type's movepool. And the list goes on....
you got my voteDiosavant
I support Fritz.
I just thought of a new potential name. Amplifrai anyone? Amplification for Amperes of course, and rai for dragon. Rolls off the tongue in my opinion.
Diosavant -- For the Dragon d'Cartoons:
- Idiot Savant (pronounced "IH-dee-oh suh-VAHNT"), sans the I.
- Dio (or Dios) is the Italian (Spanish) word for God, evoking the Pokemon's Zeus-like power.
- "Savant" ends with the same syllable as "arrogant," ultimately creating the resounding image of a fat, pompous dragon. :]
You do realize that the "idiot" in "idiot savant" is just the word idiot, right? As in, the deragotory word for a stupid person. Of course, it wasn't derogatory back when the term was coined, but regardless, the "t" is most certainly not silent.
Not in French, honey. :3

Granted, if you pronounce in that way, there's no t, either. But I really thought that it was "Idio Savan(t)" before I looked it up, and honestly, I think it's close enough.
I'll put my cash in a pot with Photyrm.
Takes from a Photon, an electrically-charged light-emitting particle, and a wyrm, a type of dragon. Yes, it sounds similar to Rotom, but it's the best I could think of.
What about spelling it Photowyrm?

Oh Sorry...Yea, about that... I think this one may already be taken. ^_^

*Edit* Ray2020 beat me to the punch. ^_^
I think I have a good name: Oblhivio (pronounced: ob-liv-ee-oh)
This is based around the word oblivion. Knock off the 'n' and you've already got the Latin variant. The 'h' is between the 'l' and the first 'i' to get the 'hiv' bit, which is a Danish word for dragon (trust me, I looked it up on InterTran.)
Plus it rolls off the tongue more easily than you might expect, as the 'h' is not pronounced, just like it isn't in words like whip, while and whisk (basically all the words that start with wh)
Really like this one, has a nice referance to typing without being obvious
