Vacuum Wave because Hidden Power [Fighting] is going to be doing more damage, and it allows this thing to be a decent revenge killer. I went for the fire/water moves with low accuracy/bad side effects for user to stop fire moves being used so much, but they're there if anyone wants to use them.

EDIT: May as well try. To those that advocate keeping as many counters as possible, water moves are a horrible option (some people oppose fighting but support water, which makes NO sense to me).

This thing doesnt deserve vacuum wave, and i dont believe strong fire moves are warranted.
