Project CAP Teambuilding Lab

ngl I don't have much of an idea about Shox in Draft. In CAP you use it as an alternate Knock absorber to enable Boots-spam teams with no hazard removal, but that style is not really great in Draft... I'd assume you'd want to leverage Shox's bulk + reasonable SpA to make it a trading Pokemon instead.

This probably means pairing Shox with good breakers that can take advantage of standard Shox switch-ins and benefit from paralysis speed drop are good partners (eg. Ogerpon-W ,Landorus-I). Defensively, bulky Flying-types like Moltres/Venomicon/Skarmory/Corviknight, or slower Ghosts like Necturna/Revenankh/Sinistcha are reasonable partners. You almost surely want something to bail you out against setup-sweepers, so some Unaware Pokemon or the aforementioned Skarmory can be good for that.
I figured the question wouldn't be the most intuitive to answer , hence why I asked for jobs that allow Shox's traits to shine for teammates rather than directly an idea , but I do appreciate you offering some ideas in your reply anyway , Both drafts seem like a good starting point , I'll talk with some draft players I know over it to see , But thank you for the starting point

Would like to request an SV defensive team that contains Cresceidon and Sticky Hold Shox. Lemme know if that's not a good core though, I am very out of practice so I don't know these things very well. Thanks!

Can you pick 2-3 mons that are most important here for you? I have a lot of teams that are somewhat similar but it is not clear what specifically you are looking for so I'm not sure which team to pass (or if I need to make a new one).
The idea of this team is that skeledirge, clefable, and slowking are really bulky and can spread status which makes them annoying to deal with, saharaja has an assault vest and deals with pivots like krillowatt while also dealing decent damage, Kingambit is a late game sweeper after i've gotten rid of any tomohawks with my own krillowatt.

HIya! Can I get a team thats like this one :skeledirge: :krilowatt: :clefable: :kingambit: :saharaja: :slowking-galar: I really like this this team and want something similar.
:Garganacl::Krilowatt::Slowking-Galar::Equilibra::Zamazenta::Skeledirge:

Similar idea with Krilowatt, Skeledirge, Slowking-G. Equilibra is a nice bulky Ground that also gives you a Ground immunity (very important for Great Tusk + Equilibra). Garganacl is a status absorber that sets SR, similar to Clefable, but is also very evil and annoying (also less shaky MU into annoying Ghosts, eg. Dragapult, Kitsunoh). Zamazenta provides much-needed speed and is pretty strong. Honestly, no Knock is a little sketch but surely Fsight + Zama and Dirge can break eventually...

Ogerpon-W MU is slightly shaky, Zama is the temporary answer but you probably need to tera the Skeledirge. Walking Wake MU is very scary, you are forced to tera Slowking-G and still need to make crazy pivots here and play sac game. I included 2 games of his MU, you can see the margin we are playing with between winning and losing to Wake. I didn't run into it, but Gliscor is probably also evil, like Gliscor + Spikes + anti-Libra spinblocker probably farms this out unless you play very aggro with Kril + Zama. Definitely some set modifications can be made here to shore up MUs, if I think of anything I will update post.

I would like to request a bulky SV balance team with Equilibra and Wish Alomomola. I love Equilibra and I like that Alomomola can help keep it alive more reliably.
:Alomomola::Equilibra::Dragonite::Hatterene::Zamazenta::Glimmora:

Alomomola + Equilibra is obviously farmed by Ogerpon-W so I threw on 2 good checks to it in Dragonite and Zamazenta. I then put Hatterene because... I can't remember why, but it seemed good I guess. Hatt + Equilibra lets Dragonite greed with the item, and Encore + Scale Shot is a pretty strong set. The last slot needed Stealth Rock + Hemo check + balance breaker, so it is clear that the only option is Corrosion Glimmora (also works well with Wish support).

Against Hemo, your primary answer is Tickle Alo, and your secondary answer is Glimmora. Against Dragonite, your primary answer is Tickle Alo (if opponent has Dragonite and Hemo, prioritize Dragonite with Alo and use Glimm for Hemo). Against special attackers, you hope Equilibra can deal with them, or cope. If opponent has Ogerpon-W, you need to keep hazards off at all costs to preserve Dragonite Multiscale.

ngl this team is not tested too much, but it is similar build to previous Corrosion Glimm build which is very strong so I can't imagine it being that bad.
