Pet Mod Clean Slate 2

All G-Max mon special!

Name of the Pokemon: Hatterene-Gigantamax
Roles: Special Wallbreaker
Type:
/

Abilities: Healer / Tinted Lens
Movepool Additions: Moonblast, Aura Sphere
Stat Distribution: 108 / 62 / 84 / 145 / 98 / 83 (580 BST)
Justification: Hatterene-G-Max is a powerful special wallbreaker due to its great Sp. Atk and a great ability in Tinted Lens, allowing it to easily defeat foes like Weezing-Galar and Zacian. It also boasts a new coverage move in Aura Sphere in case Mystical Fire does not do the trick. It can also sweep with Calm Mind for even greater power. Unfortunately, its speed is awful for Ubers and leaves it weak to priority, most notably from Stonjourner. Its bulk is also mediocre.
:ss/kingler-gmax:
Name of the Pokemon: Kingler-Gigantamax
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker, Priority
Type:
/

Abilities: Shell Armor / Water Veil / Tough Claws
Movepool Additions: Iron Head, Bullet Punch
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance, High Horsepower, Stomping Tantrum
Stat Distribution: 95 / 138 / 105 / 64 / 90 / 98 (590 BST)
Justification: A powerful wallbreaker that can easily defeat Weezing-Galar, Stonjourner, and Zacian (though it has to has to catch the latter on the switch) with its STABs. It can even 2HKO Cherrim with a CB-boosted Liquidation after SR in the sun! Its great typing also lets it switch into Weezing-Galar and non-Thunderbolt Dubwool with ease. It also boasts priority in Bullet Punch to revenge kill a weakened foe. However, its only coverage for Steels that resist Liquidation is Superpower, which lowers its stats. Its bulk and speed are also somewhat low, leaving it weak to attacks like Zacian's Close Combat or Stonjourner's Shadow Bone.
:ss/snorlax-gmax:
Name of the Pokemon: Snorlax-Gigantamax
Roles: Mixed Wall, Cleric, Setup Sweeper (Curse)
Type:

Abilities: Flower Veil / Thick Fat
Movepool Additions: Aromatherapy, Grav Apple, Drum Beating, Wood Hammer, Snap Trap, Slack Off, Knock Off
Movepool Removals: Heat Crash, Darkest Lariat
Stat Distribution: 160 / 90 / 91 / 52 / 90 / 52 (535 BST)
Justification: A bulky wall that can switch into Cherrim's STABs due to Thick Fat and boosting a potential coverage option in Fire Punch. Also deals with Stonjourner easily with Grass STAB. It also provides a cleric (a first for the meta). It can also get even more bulk due to Curse, which can help it against Zacian or Stonjourner. However, save for Knocking Off their items, it can't do anything to Weezing-Galar or Orbeetle. Even with Thick Fat, it is still weak to Bug, Poison and Flying. Its attack is also low without a Curse boost and its Speed is awful, even lower than Dubwool's.
:ss/corviknight-gmax:
Name of Pokemon: Corviknight-Gigantamax
Roles: Mixed Wall, Defensive Pivot, Hazard Setter, Hazard Control, Anti-Setup
Type:
/

Abilities: Mirror Armor / Big Pecks / Rough Skin
Stat Distribution: 99 / 105 / 120 / 57 / 124 / 75 (580 BST)
Movepool Additions: Knock Off, Whirlwind, Toxic, Steelspike (credit to Spook for the idea)
Movepool Removals: Bulk Up
Custom Elements: Steelspike - Steel-type Stealth Rock (damages foes based on weakness to Steel)
Justification: Corviknight acts as a way to dissaude physical attackers like Zacian and Stonjourner due to Rough Skin which, with its good
Defense, means it can wall them to no end when combined with Roost. It also provides utility in Steelspike to wear down switch-ins, most notably Weezing-Galar, Stonjourner and Zacian, plus Toxic and Knock Off to cripple bulky foes. It can even remove hazards and discourage setup! Its only flaws are a weakness to Cherrim and Electric-types, as well as being somewhat passive.

1 Physical Wallbreaker, 1 Special Wallbreaker, 2 Mixed Walls

This pokemon resembles a specific pokemon from an earlier generation, can you guess which on it is?
1578439720634.png

Name of the Pokemon: Aegislash
Role(s):
Physical Wallbreaker, Choice Band, Priority, Trick Room Setter.
Type: Steel/Ghost
Abilities: Clear Body
Stat Distribution: 60/145/130/85/85/55 BST: 555
Movepool Additions:
Shadow Bone, Knock Off, Trick Room, Shift Gear, Memento
Movepool Removal: King Shield, Toxic, Swords Dance
Justification: Aegislash is built like this to be able to set up Trick Room or Shift Gear, it can also run band and hit extremely hard, but there are some nerfs which makes it slower than other Pokémon even after it sets up with a Shift Gear.
+ An answer to the fairies in the current state.

+ Decent Physical Bulk.
+ Above average movepool, and gets Trick Room.
- Low Base power Stab moves.
- Low HP and Special Bulk.

1578439970081.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Lunala
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Choice Scarf, Choice Specs
Type: Psychic/Ghost
Abilities: Shadow Shield, Prism Armor
Stat Distribution: 117/67/77/133/113/97 BST: 600
Movepool Additions:
Energy Ball, Signal Beam, Thunderbolt, Prismatic Laser
Movepool Removal: Roost, Moonblast
Justification: A dumbed down version of Lunala, but it still works effectively, not too many weaknesses, not too many resists, but a Crunch from Zacian, or any ghost/dark move will kill it.
+ A Powerful Scarfer with strong moves

+ Great Ability
+ Mono Attack Set can decimate mons if no counters.
+ Slow compared to other moms
- Bad defense, and weaknesses can be exploited
- Is forced to Dazzling Gleam if it wants to hits dark types or Focus Blast

Name of the Pokemon: Golisopod
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Choice Band, Physical Wall, Hazard Removal
Type: Bug/Water
Abilities: Water Absorb, Prankster, Unaware
Stat Distribution: 85/125/160/60/130/40 BST: 600
Movepool Additions:
Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web, Taunt, Torment, Knock Off, Rapid Spin, Life Dew
Movepool Removal: Swords Dance, Bulk Up
Justification: What it does well is set up all types of hazards, whatever you need under the sun, it has it, minus stealth rocks of course.

1578440340868.jpeg

This pokemon resembles another pokemon too
Name of the Pokemon: Tyranitar
Role(s):
Trick Room Setter, Hazard Setter Choice Band, Priority, Mixed Wall,
Type: Rock/ Steel
Abilities: Sand Stream/ Pressure/ Intimidate
Stat Distribution: 150/120/110/95/110/15 BST: 600
Movepool Additions:
Shore Up, Accelerock, Sucker Punch, Toxic, Heavy Slam, Speed Swap, Wish, Gyro Ball, Trick Room, Memento, Gyro Ball, Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Power Gem, Mean Look
Movepool Removal: Rock Polish, Dragon Dance, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Pursuit,
Justification: A mixed wall with attacking Prowess, it has the ability to help set up trick room, set up stealth rocks, thunder wave pokemon, and act as a stalling pokemon, which under sand stream.
+ Literally the dirtiest thing to happen to any rock type, shore up and sand, this think can probably stomach a focus blast.

+ Great HP, and low enough speed to abuse trick room.Sets hazards, and sets the sand up for other abusers.
+ Blessed Defensive typing.
- 3 Common weaknesses in the future.

Pokemon: Tauros
Roles: Physical/Special/Mixed Wallbreaker, Choice Scarf
Type: Normal/Ice
Abilities: Sheer Force / Stamina
Stat Distribution: 75/117/85/116/87/120 (BST: 600)
Movepool Additions: Hyper Voice, Icicle Crash, Liquidation, Earth Power
Movepool Removals: N/A
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: This is buffed up version of something I submitted for Clean Slate Micro, but it unfortunately didn't win. Tauros uses Sheer Force boosted STABs and a phenomenal coverage movepool that allows Tauros be skewed Physically or Specially based on what a team needs. However, it's terrible defensive typing and low defensive stats keep it balanced.
It has good matchups against Stonjourner and Weezing-Galar, while having unfavorable matchups against Cherrim and Orbeetle if Tauros does not run Choice Scarf. It can deal a heavy chunk to Zacian but is almost always OHKOed by it's Fighting STAB in return. It has a pretty even matchup against Dubwool.

Special Attacker
Tauros @ Life Orb
Timid Nature
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
- Hyper Voice
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Fire Blast / Surf / Thunderbolt

Physical Attacker
Tauros @ Life Orb
Jolly Nature
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
- Body Slam
- Icicle Crash
- Earthquake
- Liquidation / Stone Edge

Mixed Attacker
Tauros @ Life Orb
Naive Nature
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 Spe / 252 SpA
- Body Slam
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Fire Blast / Liquidation / Stone Edge

Pokemon: Zygarde-Complete
Roles: Mixed Wall, Speed Control
Type: Dragon
Abilities: Rough Skin
Stat Distribution: 139/69/121/85/131/75 (BST: 620)
Movepool Additions: N/A
Movepool Removals: Coil, Dragon Dance, Thousand Waves
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: Zygarde uses its titanic bulk in order to prevent the opponent from thriving. It uses a combination of Glare, Core Enforcer, and Haze/Dragon Tail in order to keep other pokemon in check and to gain momentum. However, it is extremely passive, and has a pretty bad matchup against Weezing and Zacian without resorting to niche options like Sludge Wave or Earth Power. It also takes heavy damage from Ice type attacks, so that could be a problem in the future. It also lacks reliable recovery, so it would have to rely on Rest for recovery.

Annoyer
Zygarde-Complete @ Leftovers / Chesto Berry
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Core Enforcer
- Glare
- Haze / Dragon Tail
- Substitute / Rest

Pokemon: Clawitzer
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker, Choice Scarf
Type: Water
Abilities: Tough Claws / Shell Armor
Stat Distribution: 90/160/105/65/95/85 (BST: 590)
Movepool Additions: Superpower, Poison Jab, Hone Claws
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance
Custom Elements: N/A
Justification: Clawitzer does one thing. Deal heavy damage with Tough Claws Water STABs. It can do this instantly with Choice Scarf, or can set up with Hone Claws. However it is in a really awkward Speed tier, with it only outspeeding Dubwool and Weezing, so the Hone Claws set might be less viable. The Scarf set has good matchups against Orbeetle, Stonjourner, and Dubwool. Weezing blocks it's Tough Claws, Cherrim weakens it's Water STABs, and Zacian has intimidate, so all of those matchups are harder.

Choice Scarf
Clawitzer @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Crabhammer
- Poison Jab
- Superpower / Aqua Jet / Rock Slide
- U-turn

Hone Claws
Clawitzer @ Life Orb / Heavy Duty Boots / Leftovers
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Crabhammer
- Poison Jab
- Aqua Jet
- Hone Claws

Pokemon: Palossand
Roles: Mixed Wall, Trapper, Sand Setter, Speed Control
Type: Ground/Ghost
Abilities: Sand Spit / Water Compaction / Cursed Body
Stat Distribution: 80/60/150/100/160/50 (BST: 600)
Movepool Additions: Quicksand*, Teleport
Movepool Removals: Stealth Rock
Custom Elements: Quicksand (Ground type Octolock Clone; Traps foe and lowers their Speed by 1 stage at the end of each turn. Non-Grounded pokemon are immune)
Justification: Palossand is an intersting pokemon that can have many roles. It's main tool is it's new move, Quicksand. Quicksand allows it to slow down offensive pokemon and generate momentum off of their lowered stats. It has three good abilities that could all see use. Sand Spit will allow it to set sand for teammates that can abuse it, and use Quicksand+Teleport to get them in safely. It loses to Cherrim due to it's high powered Grass STAB, and it can lose to Stonjourner if it has set up.

Palossand @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Spit / Cursed Body / Water Compaction
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shore Up
- Quicksand
- Teleport
- Earth Power

edit: nerfed Zygarde-Complete by axing Recover and dropping its HP a bit and changed Palossand’s Quicksand
edit #2: removed Stealth Rock from Palossand
edit #3: removed Thousand Waves from Zygarde-Complete

Slate 3: 1 Physical Wallbreaker, 1 Special Wallbreaker, 2 Mixed Walls

Name of the Pokemon: Armaldo
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Choice Scarf, Prioity
Type: Rock/Bug
Abilities: Swift Swim/Battle Armor
Stat Distribution: 75/130/110/70/90/60 535
Movepool Additions: Razor Shell, Rain Dance, Leech Life, Lunge, Shell Smash
Movepool Removals: Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Knock Off
Justification:
+: Very strong shell smash and swift swim abuser
-: Bad typing for abusing rain

Name of the Pokemon: Mega Audino
(I treated like a normal Pokémon/ does not need a mega stone)
Role(s): Mixed Wall
Type: Normal/Fairy
Abilities: Regenerator/Natural Cure/Healer
Stat Distribution: 106/80/106/80/106/50 525
Movepool Additions: Play Rough
Movepool Removals: Knock Off, Encore
Justification:

Name of the Pokemon: Beheeyem
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Trick Room Sweeper, Pivot
Type: Psychic/Electric
Abilities: Levitate/Analytic/Synchronize
Stat Distribution: 75/75/95/135/125/30 535
Movepool Additions: Magnet Rise, Parabolic Charge, Thunder, Volt Switch
Justification:-:

Question: Around how strong are Pokémon supposed to be in this tier?

time to take a crack at this with bad mons

Physical Wallbreaker

1578713693178.png

Name: Graveler-Alola (Eviolite Incompaible)
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker, Bulky Attacker, Terrain Sweeper
Type: Ground / Electric
Ability: Magnet Pull / Surge Surfer | Galvanize (HA)
Stat Distributions: 105 / 130 / 115 / 50 / 115 / 100 | 615 BST
Movepool Additions: Ice Punch, Knock Off, Extreme-Speed
Movepool Removals: None

Custom Elements: Charge now gives +1 to the higher attacking stat, and sets Electric Terrain. (8 PP)
Justification: This rendition of Graveler-Alola takes it from being some irrelevant NFE of a more irrelevant final evolution. The aim here is to make Graveler-Alola a tanky wallbreaker that just rips through whatever your best switchin is. With a new version of charge, Graveler can set up with a +1 atk, with +2 speed from surge surfer and proceed to break teams from that angle, or utilizing Galvanize + Extreme-Speed to clean up teams that aren't ready to handle it's hard hitting electric coverage.

Special Wallbreaker

1578713713371.png

Name: Glaceon
Roles: Special Wallbreaker, Snow Abuser
Type: Ice
Ability: Slush Rush / Ice Body | Snow Warning (HA)
Stat Distributions: 90 / 70 / 100 / 145 / 100 / 100 | 605 BST
Movepool Additions: Focus Blast, Freeze-Dry, Thunderbolt, Charge Beam, Ancient Power
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements: None
Justification: With Ice being one of the best offensive typings in the game, giving any Ice type a little bit of coverage and some power gives it the possibility to become a serious offensive threat. Glaceon is here to bring Hail into the limelight, with a little bit of movepool assistance and addition to the stats, boasting a stronk 145 special attack. Blizzard, Ice Beam, and even Freeze-Dry are all Hail-Boosted wallbreakers. Glaceon is still on the slow side, which is it's biggest weakness, considering that it's defenses are mediocre.

Mixed Wall(s)

1578713725456.png

Name: Bronzor (Eviolite Compatible)
Roles: Mixed Wall, Defensive Support, Phaser, Hazard Removal
Types: Steel

Ability: Levitate / Heatproof | Prankster (HA)
Stat Distribution: 110 / 60 / 105 / 80 / 115 / 50 | 520 BST
Movepool Additions: Recover, Haze, Topsy-Turvy, Rapid Spin, Taunt
Movepool Removals: Earthquake, Extrasensory, Grass Knot, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Trick
Custom Elements: None
Justification: I have hated bronzor since I've had to face this mon in literally any tier, from almost every generation of PU, to LC, etc. But this submission makes Bronzor into something I'd actually acknowledge as an interesting utility mon, and mixed wall. With 110/105/115 defenses to pair with eviolite, it rivals Corsola-G in terms of defensive polarization. With reliable recovery in Recover, while also being a nice anti-sweep mon with Haze & Topsy-Turvy, it gets topped off by a new ability. Prankster provides Bronzor with a great option, where you can choose to nullify one of your thre weaknesses, or take prankster to stop any aggressive sweepers. Sadly, Bronzor is still a very passive wall, and can only stop setup to some extent, and it still has 2-3 weaknesses.

1578713736378.png

Name: Sableye
Roles: Mixed Wall, Defensive Support
Types: Ghost
Ability: Filter / Regenerator | Prankster (HA)

Stat Distribution: 90 / 80 / 125 / 90 / 110 / 65 | 560 BST
Movepool Additions: None
Movepool Removals: Brick Break, Double-Edge, Fire Punch, Focus Punch, Ice Punch, Low Kick, Power Gem, Power-Up Punch, Thunder Punch
Custom Elements:
Justification: Sableye is one of my favorite mons in the game. And with this remodel, it goes from an annoying pivot that just wisps, recovers, and repeats that process, is now a serious wall that causes a lot of problems for it's opponents. While not being completely anti-stall, with the inherent prankster taunt, it rewards hard predictions. It's pure ghost typing gives it a lot less weaknesses, and with 3 amazing ability options, each serving their own purpose. Sableye is a versatile wall, that can become a real staple in CS Ubers

Name of pokemon: Sylveon
Roles: Special Wallbreaker / Cleric / TR Setter / TR Abuser / Defogger / AV Regen User / Choice Specs / Throat Spray
Type: Fairy
Abilities: Soft Bow / Pixilate / Regenerator
Stat Distribution: 135 / 30 / 90 / 145 / 145 / 25
Movepool Additions: Moonlight, Defog, Boomburst, Trick Room and U-Turn
Movepool Remove: Play Rough
Custom Elements: Soft Bow: Whenever he receives a physical attack, he increases his physical defense by two levels.
Justification: It has really improved a lot with these changes, Boomburst + Trick Room is an impressive offensive combo, it damages the enemy team a lot, AV Regen becomes an interesting set on certain teams that you want a slow U-Turn user and Soft Bow makes it an interesting defensive In general, what makes it shine is its great versatility, I still see some checks like Registeel, but it is certainly very insane.

View attachment 218032
Name of Pokemon: Flareon
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker / Revenge Killer / Booster
Type: Fire
Abilities: Fur Coat / Hot Body / Drought
Stat Distribution: 110 / 130 / 70 / 40 / 110 / 110
Movepool Additions: Wild Charge, Swords Dance, Pyro Ball and Slack Off
Movepool Remove: Fire Blast and Flamethrower
Custom Elements: Hot Body: The more HP you have, the stronger you will hit with your fire-type attacks, if you have all your HP, hit twice as strong, but if you have 24% or less of HP, hit twice as weak, Also, if you have 25-50% HP, you will hit normal with your fire attacks and if you have 51-74% HP, hit 50% stronger with your fire attacks.
Justification: It has really improved a lot, its defensive set has a couple of very good improvements, Slack Off and Fur Coat, can act as a check for Sylveon, Beautifly and Cherrim and attack them very hard with Pyro Ball, also their offensive set is really versatile, because it can take Hot Body if you want to be more powerful at first, but you are more prone to wear out or Drought that gives the Sun, but does not give the power that Hot Body gives, Wild Charge helps you for bulky waters in general (although you can not do anything against rock or ground type)

Movepool Additions: Quiver Dance, Psystrike, Focus Blast and Thunderbolt
Movepool Remove: Psyshock
Custom Elements: Automatic Screen: On switch-in, this Pokemon summons Light Screen and Reflect
Justification: It has improved a lot with Quiver Dance, because it also increases its speed, also its new ability does not have to spend turns with the screens and you can take advantage of these with coverage movements such as Psystrike, Thunderbolt and Focus Blast, which means you can use a same moveset with different ability

Name of Pokemon: Vaporeon
Roles: Mixed Wall / Setup Sweeper / Rain Setter / LO 3 attacks / Choice Specs / Rain Abusser
Type: Water
Abilities: Drizzle / Oceanic Tail / Magic Guard
Stat Distribution: 180 / 5 / 105 / 110 / 105 / 65
Movepool Additions: Calm Mind, Recover, Thunder, Hurricane and Thunderbolt
Movepool Remove: Waterfall
Custom Elements: Oceanic Tail: Whenever he receives a special attack, he increases his special defense by two levels.
Justification: It really is a special wall very yielding with its great HP of 180, it is also very versatile, because it can also be a sweeper with Calm Mind, which also makes it more defensive, LO 3 Attacks is also very valuable for BO teams, it may be Slow, but really good, it has many sets like the aforementioned CM and LO 3 attacks, you can also take up Specs with rain, Magic Guard is fantastic for LO 3 attacks, Rain for your offensive sets without LO and Oceanic Tail is for Wish + Protect + Recover, because it increases your special defense and makes it impassable on that side and on the physical side is also really good.

Name of Pokemon: Glaceon

Type: Ice
Abilities: Pressure / Super Frost / Refrigerate
Stat Distribution: 120 / 15 / 130 / 175 / 115 / 15
Movepool Additions: Trick Room, Calm Mind, Boomburst, Mystical Fire, Taunt and Recover
Movepool Remove: Ice Shard
Custom Elements: Super Frost: Double your highest attack statistics under Hail.
Justification: It is a bit similar to Sylveon Boomburst Pixilate, since Boomburst Refrigerate is even more powerful than Sylveon Pixilate, Choice Specs can be really good with great power (although of course, with a pathetic speed of course), but also Throat Spray is really good With TR, Super Frost serves a lot in hail, it makes a very powerful sweeper under hail and combos like Taunt + Pressure + Recover can make a lot of PRESSURE to the fattest teams.

Type: Dark / Poison
Abilities: Extreme Darkness / Prankster / Unaware
Stat Distribution: 180 / 5 / 180 / 5 / 180 / 5
Movepool Additions: Toxic Spikes, Will-O-Wisp and Cosmic Power
Movepool Remove: Curse, Payback and Crunch
Custom Elements: Extreme Darkness: Raise both defenses by 50%
Justification: There are no wall breakers that do real damage, Cosmic Power + Extreme Darkness makes it a mon that endures extremely, in stalls it is really necessary, but the problem is that sets like Pressure + Taunt Glaceon can easily wear it, because if Taunt does block it a lot in itself, but with Pressure it breaks Foul Play based on PP.

Stat Distribution: 100 / 130 / 130 / 5 / 100 / 105
Movepool Additions: Belly Drum, Waterfall, Wood Hammer and Aromatherapy
Movepool Remove: Leaf Storm
Custom Elements: Green Skin: Converts normal-type attacks to Grass Type and power 30% (now all skins boost 30%)
Justification: Thanks to Grassy Surge and Grass Skin, it can be a really powerful sweeper and that adds even more power to three sets, Swords Dance Sweeper, Choice Band and Choice Scarf and this makes it hit really hard, Unburden has a great niche next to Belly Drum and Sitrus Berry and can sweep a whole team.

Name of Pokemon: Jolteon
Roles: Mixed Wallbreaker / Setup Sweeper / Ground Immunity / Pseudo Stallbreaker
Type: Electric / Flying
Abilities: Mega Lighting / Simple / Lighting Rod
Stat Distribution: 60 / 130 / 60 / 130 / 60 / 130
Movepool Additions: Acrobatics, Taunt, Roost and Earthquake
Movepool Remove: None
Custom Elements: Mega Lighting: Whenever he receives a hit, he maximizes his Attack and Special Attack.
Justification: It is a really interesting mixed sweeper, but it requires a lot of support to work well, Sash + Mega Lightning / Simple with Work Up are really useful, because this makes it a good counter for Stall, you can press Umbreon lightly with Taunt + Earhquake + Work Up , another advantage that it has is that the flying guy makes him lose his weakness to the ground and can also put pressure on Cherrim, although the problem he has is that he has the 4MSS syndrome, all his moves are good, but if he doesn't carry any, he loses the match vs some mons, here the examples:
If not Earthquake, can no longer pressure Umbreon
if it does not carry Thunderbolt, it can no longer pressure Vaporeon and other bulky waters
If you don't have Acrobatics, you can no longer pressure Cherrim and Beautifly
If not Taunt, he loses the excellent match he had vs Stall
but despite this, Jolteon is a very good wall breaker and glass cannon.
Max subs are 4, none of them match the requirements (if I recall correctly). I'm not part of the council, but I'm just saying.

first one's a (slightly tweaked) resub but the others are new

Pokemon: Regigigas
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker
Type:

Abilities: Slow Start
Stat Distribution: 110 / 140 / 120 / 60 / 80 / 70 (580 BST)
Movepool Additions: Gyro Ball, Swords Dance
Custom Elements: Slow Start | Only lasts 3 turns, and only halves Speed.
Justification: Regigigas is an interesting situation, due to how Slow Start leaves it significantly gimped in offensive presence in normal circumstances. Now, however, it's a devastating monster of physical destruction due to Slow Start being significantly nerfed (buffed?), as well as something to make use of that dropped speed in Gyro Ball. However, once Slow Start wears off, it becomes just a little too fast for reliability in Trick Room and not fast enough to be reliably speedy out of it. Its special bulk isn't all that great either, and it doesn't have much to stop it from being worn down by attacks in general due to a lack of defensive options or priority.

Pokemon: Vikavolt
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Setup Sweeper
Type:

Abilities: Adaptability / Compoundeyes (Levitate)
Stat Distribution: 67/90/70/135/75/113 (550 BST)
Movepool Additions: Snipe Shot
Justification: Hit harder with Bolt/Buzz or just mash CE Specs Thunder. That's really its main tricks. A little one-dimensional, sure, but it can definitely put in a lot of work. Just, uh, be careful trying to switch it in. That bulk is pretty bad. Snipe Shot's a little more coverage, but I refrained from giving it too much. This is already a good chunk of extra power just by giving it so much more speed.

Pokemon: Rotom-Fan
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Hazard Control
Type:

Abilities: Volt Absorb / Appliance Repair (Magic Guard)
Stat Distribution: 70/65/127/95/117/76 (550 BST)
Movepool Additions: Amnesia, Recover
Movepool Removals: Stored Power, Nasty Plot
Custom Elements: Appliance Repair: it's reflavored regenerator
Justification: Enter the fan, an oft overlooked Pokémon aside from the Air Balloon joke, and now it's quite a bit better than before! A significant bulk improvement at the cost of its offense and speed going down a bit, which pairs somewhat well with its defense-y set of moves like Wisp, Confuse Ray, and now Recover. No longer having access to Nasty Plot hinders its offense potential, but not to unusability.

Pokemon: Alcremie-Gigantamax
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Dual Screens, Cleric
Type:

Abilities: Sweet Veil / Triage
Stat Distribution: 180/75/85/75/91/44 (550 BST)
Movepool Additions: Will-O-Wisp, Reflect, Wish
Movepool Removals: Calm Mind
Justification: All aboard the G-Max submission train! Alcremie-GMax is an incredibly slow, but also tanky fairy type Pokémon that sets itself apart from GWeezing with recovery and a lot more HP. Its other stats are somewhat shaky at best, and because of that it can't do much against fire types or other things that are immune to/benefit from burn.

Name of pokemon: Sylveon

Pokemon: Skuntank
Roles: Mixed Wall, Hazard Control, Hazards, Special Wallbreaker
Type:

Abilities:
Stench / Fluffy | Magic Guard
Stat Distribution: 131 / 91 / 94 / 91 / 94 / 109 (610 BST)
Movepool Additions: Slack Off, Defog, Toxic Spikes, Earthquake
Movepool Removals: Nasty Plot
Justification: A great typing, fine mixed bulk, and reliable recovery makes Skuntank a great mixed wall akin to Clefable in gen 7 OU. Given the extreme power and bulk of this meta it doesn't cut it for a wall to just be passive, so Skuntank has decent offenses with great coverage on both the physical and special ends of the spectrum. Special sets with Life Orb could even be considered a wallbreaking set due to naturally busting through Orbeetle and having the raw power to somewhat threaten Weezing-Galar, at the cost of Life Orb recoil due to Neutralizing Gas. However, I'm sure the hazard-immune defogging sets will be the most popular.

Pokemon: Walrein
Roles: Mixed Wall, Hazards, Trapping
Type:

Abilities: Iron Barbs / Strong Jaw | Thick Fat
Stat Distribution: 133 / 122 / 126 / 89 / 91 / 54 (615 BST)
Movepool Additions: Anchor Shot, Slack Off, Stealth Rocks, Scald
Movepool Removals: Toxic
Justification: Water/Steel is a premier specially-defensive typing, so by giving Walrein amazing natural physical bulk Walrein immediately becomes a mixed wall just due to Special Defense investment being the optimal stat to invest in. Beyond that Walrein most just does wall stuff- It can pivot into and threaten out Stonjourner with Scald, set rocks, trap more passive targets with Anchor Shot, so on and so forth.

Pokemon: Seismitoad
Roles: Special Wallbreaker, Hazards, Defensive Pivot
Type:

Abilities:
Swift Swim / Water Absorb | Flare Boost
Stat Distribution: 140 / 85 / 95 / 110 / 95 / 85 (610 BST)
Movepool Additions: None
Movepool Removals: None
Justification: Water/Ground is a pretty devastating STAB combo at the moment, and Seismitoad becomes a powerful wallbreaker when running Flare Boost alongside a Flame Orb. It also has pretty good natural bulk, giving it a fair amount of switch-in opportunities against opponents like Orbeetle. It can also set Stealth Rocks, or just run a normal defensive pivot set with water absorb like Seismitoad in OU right now.

Pokemon: Krookodile
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker, Hazards, Choice Scarf
Type:

Abilities:
Quick Feet / Intimidate | Intrepid Sword
Stat Distribution: 90 / 115 / 115 / 80 / 80 / 105 (585 BST)
Movepool Additions: None
Movepool Removals: Idk whatever got movexit'd
Justification: Super straightforward- Hit hard with +1 attacks, great STAB combo, offensive check to Stonjourner, good glue, etc etc. Subbing all of these at once is exhausting but this should be pretty healthy for the meta.

Yung Dramps

awesome gaming

Pokemon: Blissey
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker
Type:

Abilities: Moxie, Tough Claws
Stat Distribution: 174 / 174 / 38 / 65 / 38 / 71 (560 BST)
Movepool Additions: Bulk Up, Head Smash, High Horsepower
Movepool Removals: Soft-Boiled
Justification: Blissey's STAB type is just good enough to bust Weezing-Galar and Orbeetle, with Head Smash giving it coverage against future Flying types. Poor bulk leaves it susceptible to faster threats, in particular Cherrim.

Pokemon: Porygon (Eviolite Compatible)
Roles: Mixed Wall, Defogger
Type:
/

Abilities: Sticky Hold
Stat Distribution: 54 / 66 / 94 / 96 / 104 / 101 (515 BST)
Movepool Additions: Air Slash, Defog, Roost, Volt Switch
Movepool Removals: none
Justification: Here's your Eviolite user for the format. Unlike Weezing it has Recovery, and compared to every other current and potential future wall it doesn't have to worry about Trick or Knock Off chipping into its defensive utility thanks to Sticky Hold.

Abilities: Gravitas, Tough Claws
Stat Distribution: 90 / 139 / 95 / 70 / 95 / 111 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Focused Edge, High Horsepower
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance.
Custom Elements: Gravitas - Ability - Summons Gravity for 5 turns upon switch in.
Focused Edge - Move - Actives Focus Energy (raises Critical Hit Chance by 2 stages) after successfully striking foe. 100 Base Power, Steel, Contact, 85% Accuracy, 16 PP.
Justification: Here's your Choice Band user for the format. It will level the playing field thanks to Gravity, and can boost its moves without having to set up, thanks to either Focused Edge, and/or Tough Claws. Excadrill is self-sufficient in every sense of the term, and will have the edge over Flying and Levitating enemies, while also maximizing the effects of Spikes, and low accuracy moves for its teammates. An offensive asset, and all-in-one Pocket Hercules.

This is a very minmaxed submission, i get that its supposed to be a trick room abuser but really? 25 speed? 30 attack? all 3 abilities are also very great abilities to have and thus makes the amount of sets that sylveon can run wayy too unpredictable. you somehow have made a pokemon thats both offensive and defensive at the same time. i get that this is supposed to be similar to an Ubers Clean Slate but this is borderline AG.

I love how ths guy's idea of editting it a little is by removing U-Turn and Defog, the absolute least problematic aspects of the sub. My guy, none of your subs will ever get approved in their current state. They are just too minmaxed and ridiculous.

This edit is alot better. More balanced, and you should take this path with your other submissions that you did earlier.
