Name of the Pokemon: Brionne (Eviolite)
Roles: Mixed Wall, Cleric
Type: Water / Fairy
Ability: Torrent | Liquid Voice (HA)
Stat Distributions: 115/74/91/111/101/60 (BST: 594)
Movepool Additions: Heal Bell, Wish
Custom Element: Liquid Voice - -ate clone, instead of being kind of useless it now has the x1.3 boost like the others.
Justification: I like NFEs, a decent amount, so when I saw bulky water, I knew I was gonna choose Brionne or Wartortle. I went with the former (obviously). Brionne is a mixed wall, leaning towards special, since the waters in this tier all lean physical, although basically all of them can go specially defensive as well, same goes for Brionne the other way around. It's a lot like Sylveon, a mon that is more useful bulky, but will blow things up with it's powered up STABs either way.

ledian.gif

Name of the Pokemon: Ledian
Roles: Speed Control (Priority, Tailwind), Physical Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker
Type: Bug / Fighting
Ability: Pure Power / Swarm | Iron Fist
Stat Distributions: 100/60/80/100/125/136 (BST: 601)
Movepool Additions: Close Combat, Taunt, Vacuum Wave
Movepool Removals: Giga Drain
Justification: Fast, Hard Hitting, and pesky as hell. A potentially two sided attacker with base 136 speed. Between Wave, Mach, and Tailwind, Ledian also provides a small amount of support. It's ability to break some of the walls in the tier is questionable, and may end up with bad 4 move slot syndrome.

(optional, this is where you explain )
Justification: Raichu outspeeds almost the entire meta, and what it doesn't it can slow down with priority Thunder Wave. Toxic + Wish can be used for a bulkier set, and Memento + Dual Screens guaranties a free switch in.

Type:

Abilities: Grounding
Stat Distribution: 95/70/140/105/95/45 | 550
Movepool Additions: Corrosive Gas, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave
Justification: A very strong physical wall that can wall the likes of Choice Band Weavile and Torkoal, but also meta-defining special walls like Naganadel. Its special bulk is a bit underwhelming to make up for its insane physical bulk and how hard it is to weaken it due to Toxic immunity.
Mantine @ Black Sludge
Ability: Grounding

Movepool Additions: Hex, Parting Shot, Taunt, Will O Wisp
Movepool Removals: Dazzling Gleam, Nasty Plot, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Zap Cannon
Custom Elements: Doublegänger: Scrappy clone which allows Ghost move to hit Normal-types.
Justification: Dragapult-like pivot. All our Ghost-types are slow and it can help to handle Ghost-types like Dhelmise and Stonjourner that can be tough to switch into. Doublegänger can sound crazy since only Dark-types can switch into it, however Girafarig's average special attack and the Dark-types popularity keep it in check.
Girafarig @ Heavy-Duty Boots

Stat Distribution: 125/135/140/110/110/30 | 650
Movepool Additions: Flare Blitz, Head Smash, Lava Plume, Power Gem, Toxic, Trick Room
Movepool Removals: Rapid Spin
Justification: CS2 lacks any Trick Room user. Thanks to its insane STAB combination and low Speed, Coalossal is an awesome OTR that can spam powerful Head Smash and Flare Bitz. It can also run a more defensive sets that uses its great movepool and defensive typing thanks to Water Absorb and huge defensive stats. Its reliance on Heavy-Duty and weakness to Ground-types makes it not overbeating and while it can be a defensive Fire-type, it's not really competing with it as their movepool and resistances are quite different.

Stat Distribution: 110/160/110/50/110/60 | 600
Movepool Additions: Breaking Swipe, Drain Punch, Mach Punch
Movepool Removals: Bulk Up
Justification: CS2 lacks priority users. Machamp-Gmax is a powerful wallbreaker that can pummel through defensive walls, but is also bulky enough to run an Assault Vest set that is very bulky and powerful. However it struggles with the Fairy-types that are common.

Bulky Water Sub

Name: Alomomola
Roles: Cleric, Defensive Pivot, Mixed Wall
Type: Water
Abilities: Hydration / Unnerve
Stat Distribution: 185/95/70/95/70/105 (BST: 620)
Movepool Additions: Flip Turn
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements: None
Justification:
  • Massive HP + Wish + Flip Turn will be Alomomola's main draw. CS2 lacks a dedicated Wish passer besides Dunsparce (it doesn't have the HP of Alomomola).
  • stallmon?
  • Alomomola can also act as a status absorber with Hydration and help from Drizzle Dhelmise.
  • Alomomola also has access to Healing Wish, joining the Shaymins as the only pokemon that can use it.
  • It can also use Calm Mind + WishTect in order to set up.
  • Its best answers are offensive Electrics (Runerigus + Togekiss), offensive Grasses (Cherrim + Victreebel), and bulky Water resists/immunities (for the CM sets).
As a comparison with another mixed wall, Alomomola is slightly less bulky than Orbeetle in both Defense and Special Defense.
Alomomola's Defense
0 Atk Abomasnow Glacial Lance vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Abomasnow: 175-207 (34.2 - 40.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Orbeetle's Defense
0 Atk Abomasnow Glacial Lance vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Abomasnow: 93-109 (32.6 - 38.2%) -- 97.4% chance to 3HKO

Alomomola's Special Defense
0 SpA Abomasnow Blizzard vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Abomasnow: 148-175 (28.9 - 34.2%) -- 2.7% chance to 3HKO
Orbeetle's Special Defense
0 SpA Abomasnow Blizzard vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Abomasnow: 72-85 (26.3 - 30.8%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

edit: added Unnerve as a flavor ability

Speed Control Sub

Name: Polteageist
Roles: Offensive Pivot, Choice Scarf, Set Up
Type: Ghost/Ground
Abilities: Weak Armor / Mythical Presence*
Stat Distribution: 75/90/120/118/64/135 (BST: 602)
Movepool Additions: U-Turn, Earth Power, Scald
Movepool Removals: Shell Smash, Trick
Custom Elements: Mythical Presence- Special Attack Intimidate (see sheet)
Justification:
  • Polteageist would have the second highest base speed in the tier (besides Skymin and Unown-S)
  • Unlike the others it is able to run Choice Scarf (Skymin is item locked, Unown-S wants Boots)
  • It can run Mythical Presence to slightly help its poor Special Defense, or Weak Armor to become even faster if it takes a physical hit
  • While it loses Shell Smash, it is still able to set up with Nasty Plot
  • Ground type helps it beat Gligar
  • It is also the fastest Memento user, which could allow it to be used on Hyper Offense
  • It still has Strength Sap
  • Non Scarf variants have to worry about Scarf Octillery and Stonjourner
edit: removed Astral Barrage and Trick, SpA 114->118

Name of the Pokemon: Drapion
Type: Poison/Dark
Abilities: Battle Armor/Sniper (Hidden: Protean)
Stat Distribution: 90/120/120/60/95/125 (Total: 610)
Movepool Additions: Sucker Punch, Toxic Hook
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements:
Toxic Hook
Type: Poison/Physical
BP: 40
Accuracy: 100
PP: 20
Effect: +1 Priority, 30% chance to Poison
Additional distribution: Scolipede

Justification: Drapion is fast, has a gigantic movepool, and access to a powerful Ability in Protean. With options such as Rock Slide, Ice Fang, Earthquake, Sucker Punch, Fire Fang, Aqua Tail, and its semi-signature Toxic Hook, Drapion can play some mean mind games with its opponents and offensively check several common threats.

Name of the Pokemon: Lumineon
Type: Water/Fairy
Abilities: Swift Swim/Storm Drain (Hidden: Water Veil)
Stat Distribution: 99/119/106/39/116/121 (Total: 600)
Movepool Additions: Flip Turn, Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Baby-Doll Eyes, Moonlight, Wish
Movepool Removals: None
Justification: Lumineon has two immunities, a mild amount of bulk, solid Attack and Speed, and can heal itself or its teammates thanks to Moonlight and Wish respectively. It can also pivot with U-Turn or Flip Turn, and has access to Defog and Tailwind for additional support options.

Name of the Pokemon: Ninetales-Alola
Role(s): Stallbreaker
Type: Dark/Fairy
Abilities: Icy Touch (Hidden: Dazzling)
Stat Distribution: 83/67/95/141/100/119 (Total: 615)
Movepool Additions: Moonlight, Aurora Blast
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements:
Icy Touch: User's Ice-type attacks do 50% more damage.
Aurora Blast
Type: Ice/Special
BP: 90
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Effect: Inflicts Taunt on the foe.

Justification: With essentially three STABs, Nasty Plot, its high Base 141 Sp. Atk, and signature Aurora Blast, Alolan Ninetales is one of the last things Stall teams want to see breathing down their neck. Aurora Blast in particular scares the pants out of it because it both deals damage and inflicts Taunt at the same time.

Name of the Pokemon: Relicanth
Role(s): Setup Sweeper
Type: Water/Rock
Abilities: Rock Head/Ancient Wisdom (Hidden: Sturdy)
Stat Distribution: 100/140/130/45/105/85 (Total: 605)
Movepool Additions: None
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements:
Ancient Wisdom: Swaps the user's Attack and Sp. Atk stats when using an attack that would otherwise utilize the lower stat. Does not swap stat boosts.
Justification: With several stat-boosting moves at its disposal, including Meteor Beam, Rock Polish, and Scale Shot, as well as coverage options such as Ice Beam, Earth Power, and Zen Headbutt, not to mention Yawn, Relicanth has a treasure trove of options available to it. Its signature Ability Ancient Wisdom enables it to use both Physical and Special attacks at will from essentially Base 140 in both stats.

Doing some reviews

:ss/bisharp:
Name of the Pokemon: Bisharp
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock)
Type: Dark / Steel
Abilities: Adaptability / Inner Focus / Pressure
Stat Distribution: 100/105/80/105/80/130 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Parting Shot, Shield Beam, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance
Custom Elements: Shield Beam: Special clone of Foul Play, uses opponent's Special Attack in damage calculation
Justification: Bisharp primarily uses the opponent’s attack against them, perfect against Dragon Dancers and Nasty Plot users. It also has a few utility moves at its disposal in Knock Off, Stealth Rock, and Parting Shot. Other than that, though, its offensive capabilities depend highly on the opponent so it can struggle against lower attack mons or ones that resist its certain STABs, such as Scrafty against Foul Play.

:sm/kyogre:
Name of the Pokemon: Kyogre
Role(s): Defensive Pivot, Special Wall
Type: Water
Abilities: Comatose
Stat Distribution: 100/110/110/110/130/80 (640 BST)
Movepool Additions: Recover, Flip Turn, Icicle Crash
Movepool Removals: Calm Mind, Water Spout
Justification: Kyogre is a bulky pivot with Flip Turn. With Comatose, it does not fear status from Scolipede or Gligar, and with its mixed stats, it can use its good coverage to actually force out things it checks, such as Liquidation against Centiskorch, Icicle Crash against Dunsparce, and Earthquake against Duraludon. This gives it some 4MSS, however, and its lack of secondary typing does it no favors against the many Grass and Electric-types in the tier.

:sm/sandslash:
Name of the Pokemon: Sandslash
Role(s): Sand Abuser, Hazard Control (Rapid Spin), Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock), Physical Wallbreaker
Type: Rock / Fire
Abilities: Sand Veil / Sand Rush
Stat Distribution: 95/130/110/65/95/95 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Flare Blitz, Close Combat
Justification: Sandslash's odd typing and decent special bulk boosted by sand allows it to switch into Grass-types, Weezing-Galar, and Togekiss. It functions very similarly to Excadrill, having Sand Rush, hazards, Rapid Spin, and Swords Dance, which gives it a lot of versatility. On the other hand, requiring Aerodactyl to set sand for it compounds Water and Rock weaknesses, and it has trouble with Seismitoad and Snorlax-Gmax if not set up.

:sm/gardevoir:
Name of the Pokemon: Gardevoir
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker (Taunt)
Type: Psychic / Fighting
Abilities: Trace / Synchronize / Sheer Force
Stat Distribution: 95/80/80/130/120/95 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Fire Blast, Ice Beam
Movepool Removals: Calm Mind?
Justification: Gardevoir hits extremely hard with Sheer Force and 130 Special Attack with wide coverage options, and can also break through walls by Taunting them. However, it is comparatively slow to other attackers, and it still struggles to KO Cursola (even Shadow Ball doesn't 2HKO 0 SpD Cursola), who can remove its Life Orb and hit it hard with its own SE Shadow Ball.
Bisharp seems very passive, and relying on Foul Play as your main source of damage on a Pokémon that isn't a wall is kinda lackluster.

Remove Sleep Talk or Roar and you got me on board with Kyogre.

:ss/chandelure:
Name of the Pokemon: Chandelure
Role(s): Cleric, Stallbreaker (Taunt), Speed Control (Tailwind, Speed Boost, Thunder Wave), Offensive Pivot, Burn Spreader, Set-Up Sweeper
Type: Fairy / Fire
Ability: No Guard / Speed Boost
Stat Distribution: 86/95/90/105/90/149 (BST:615)
Movepool Addition: Dazzling Gleam, Spirit Break, Misty Explosion, Tailwind, Heal Bell, Thunder Wave, Parting Shot, Work Up
Movepool Removal: Skitter Smack, Solar Beam, Energy Ball, Acid Armor, Acid, Thief, Curse, Calm Mind
Justification: Chandelure is now a speed controller and stallbreaker. Chandelure can help some Physical Wall and deal some damage by No Guard Inferno. Chandelure can pivoting with Parting Shot. Tailwind for speed control. And Heal bell for cure the status, which could work very well with its very high speed stat, or even outspeed scarfer by Speed Boost. Chandelure can be served as an offensive threat too.

:ss/durant:
Name of the Pokemon: Durant
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Hazards, Defensive Pivot, Special Wall, Choice Scarf
Type: Bug / Water
Ability: Immunity | Steelworker
Stat Distribution: 97/125/73/61/145/114 (BST:615)
Movepool Additions: Flip turn, U-turn, Leech Life, Spikes, Aqua Ring, Liquidation, Ice Fang, Aqua Jet, Recover
Movepool Removal: All Rock and Electric type moves, Entrainment, Baton Pass, Superpower
Justification: Durant is now a very special defensive. With full special defensive set, Durant can take a Thunder from choice spec Runerigus. Aqua ring for more recovery per turns, or just Recover for more reliable recovery. Aqua Jet for Priority. Ice Fang for more coverage. Leech Life for even more recovery and STAB. Spikes for hazard setter with decently fast speed. And if Durant got the Physical Wall or Wallbreaker, it can just U-turn or Flip Turn out. The main problem for Durant is every Physical Wallbreaker that is faster than Durant itself, but this can be solved by choice scarf and/or speed control. For ability, Immunity to replace steel type poison immunity and Steelworker to boost steel type moves (make sense).

:ss/banette:
Name of the Pokemon: Banette
Role(s): Setup Sweeper, Physical Wall, Special Wall, Mixed Wall, Priority (Shadow Sneak), Trapping
Type: Ghost / Ice
Ability: Dry Skin / Filter | Transistor
Stat Distribution: 180/102/106/104/108/10 (BST:610)
Movepool Additional: Freeze Shock*, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Thunder Cage, Ice Beam, Bulk Up, Freezing Glare
Movepool Removal: Substitute, Curse, Infestation
Custom Elements: Freeze Shock: Normal Freeze Shock but Instantly attack in hail.
Justification: Banette is now a very bulky Pokemon, and even suitable for Weakness Policy with both decent Attack and Special Attack stats. With Dry Skin, Banette can be served as a Rain Wall. Filter can help Banette to use its Weakness Policy easier. And Transistor can help it to deal more damage with its Electric-type moves, easier for Sweep. Freezing Shot make Banette more suitable for hail. Banette can trap everything that's not ground type and not have U-Turn, Volt Switch or Parting Shot, and Dry Skin will absorb Flip Turn if someone try to use it. Banette can use Trick Room by itself + Filter make it's impossible to get one shot from Pokemon without any stat raise.

:ss/ampharos:
Name of the Pokemon: Ampharos
Role(s): Choice Band, Choice Spec, Offensive Pivot, Sleep Spreader (this is what I call this role), Speed Control (Thunder Wave, Priority), Stallbreaker (Taunt)
Type: Electric / Dark
Ability: Compound Eyes | Bad Dream
Stat Distribution: 100/125/85/125/85/85 (BST:605)
Movepool Additional: Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Nightmare, Taunt, Dark Pulse, Parabolic Charge, Knock Off, Zing Zap, Vacuum Wave, Sucker Punch
Movepool Removal: Heal Bell, Toxic, All Fighting-Type moves except Power-Up Punch
Justification: Ampharos is now have a pretty high both Attack and Special Attack stat, make it can use Choice Band and Choice Spec. Ampharos can even put a Wall or Stall to sleep and slowly drain their hp with Nightmare and Bad Dream. Ampharos can use Compound Eyes to improve Thunder, Thunder Wave, Hypnosis or even Iron Tail accuracy too.
Give Chandy Moonblast. That is all.

I must say, Durant is quite the strange, but interesting takes on a bulky Water type. It has access to pivoting, Spikes, Poison immunity and a unique set of resistances (Ground and Fighting most notably), though the latter less so because most of the existing ones hit hard with secondary STAB already. I must say however, that defensive sets are most likely not this Pokémon's strong suit, and will more likely play similar to either Unown. It feels more like an offensive Bug type than a bulky Water, and I am not exactly sure how to feel about it.

Banette is somehow weirder than the rest. Based on what I can see, it's only truly viable sets are A) OTR and B) Weirdo Trapper, specifically to stall. Being the slowest Pokémon in the game is always gonna be weird, but being a slow mon with a horrendous defensive typing, bulk aside is bound to raise eyebrows. My main problem is that it is pretty much stone cold checked by Dark types, no exceptions, and even as a TR cleaner, 106 SpA is rather weak. I suggest pumping some (not all please I know you to be rather extreme) extra SpA in from its rather useless Attack stat, and it should be good to go.
Just noted, the trapper set seems infinitely worse than I initially thought because I realise it's too slow to get the jump on any mon to try and trap them.

I also have similar quams with Ampharos. One, Dark Void will simply fail if used by Amp. More importantly, not sure how prepared this meta is for a reliable Sleep Spreader. Outside of Sleep, it's laughably unremarkable. So it's a combo of potentially broken mixed with horridly inferior.

Name of the Pokemon: Ledian
Roles: Speed Control (Priority, Tailwind), Physical Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker
Type: Fighting / Flying
Ability: Pure Power / Swarm | Iron Fist
Stat Distributions: 100/100/80/100/125/136 (BST: 641)
Movepool Additions: Close Combat, Dual Wingbeat, Taunt
Movepool Removals: Light Screen, Reflect, Bug Buzz, Giga Drain
Custom Element: Aerial Ace is now +1
Justification: Fast, Hard Hitting, and pesky as hell. A potentially two sided attacker with base 136 speed. Between +1 Aerial Ace, Mach, and Tailwind, Ledian also provides a small amount of support. It's ability to break some of the walls in the tier is questionable, and may end up with bad 4 move slot syndrome.
Brionne is cool!

Anyways, I am not sure about two things. First, the legitimacy of a 100 Atk Pokemon with Huge Power running around, and even more concerning, is the buff you gave to Aerial Ace. I must have you know, that you essentially gave at minimum half the tier access to a stronger Flying type Quick Attack that never misses. I think Ace should be revoked without question due to its larger impact on the meta. I am open to discussion bout PP Ledian, though in my opinion it is too much.

Name of the Pokemon: Raichu :ss/raichu:
Role:
Dual Screens and Speed Control, Just annoying all around.
Type: Electric
Abilities: Static, Prankster
Stat Distribution: 90/80/80/110/90/130 (580)
Movepool Additions: Memento
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements:
(optional, this is where you explain )
Justification: Raichu outspeeds almost the entire meta, and what it doesn't it can slow down with priority Thunder Wave. Toxic + Wish can be used for a bulkier set, and Memento + Dual Screens guaranties a free switch in.
Seems kinda useless outside of spreading Prankster TWave, which several Pokémon are immune to. It really feels like a dead slot, and para spam is already done better by both Orbeetle and Dunsparse.

:ss/Reuniclus:
Name of the Pokemon: Reuniclus
Role(s): Mixed Wall
Type: Poison
Abilities: Magic Guard/Regenerator
Stat Distribution: 110/75/130/75/130/30 [BST: 550]
Movepool Additions: Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Teleport.
Movepool Removals: Expanding Force
Custom Elements: (optional, this is where you explain )
Justification: I am currently sick so I have decided to unleash my sickness in the form of a terrifyingly bulky piece of shit. It's hard to get rid of and a pain to deal with, just like the thing I have. I am also hopped up on cold meds right now so if I need to tone it down please let me know.

Stat Distribution: 100/90/120/130/90/80 [BST: 610]
Movepool Additions: Steel Beam
Movepool Removals:
Custom Elements:
(optional, this is where you explain )
Justification: Oh wow a fucking poisoned cell and a humidifier I'm real subtle about this aren't I. Anyway Steel Beam is just there for flavor but you get the idea with this thing. It can switch in on a lot of shit thanks to its typing and ability.

:ss/Scizor:
Name of the Pokemon: Scizor
Role(s): Speed Control?
Type: Steel/Fighting
Abilities: Technician
Stat Distribution: 70/150/140/65/100/75 [BST: 600]
Movepool Additions: Mach Punch, Close Combat, Sucker Punch, Bulldoze
Movepool Removals: U-Turn, X-Scissor, Fury Cutter, Bug Buzz,
Custom Elements: (optional, this is where you explain )
Justification: Yeah this is my speed control submission, strong priority and a boosted bulldoze. I don't see any psychic surgers in the meta so why not bring out this steely boi.
Both Scizor and Volcanion seem to encroach on what Cobalion and Walrein already do respectively, so I would consider replacing or reconstructing them.

:ss/mantine:
Name of the Pokemon: Mantine
Role(s): Hazard Remover, Physical Wall
Type:

Abilities: Levitate
Stat Distribution: 95/70/140/105/95/45 | 550
Movepool Additions: Corrosive Gas, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave
Justification: A very strong physical wall that can wall the likes of Choice Band Weavile and Torkoal, but also meta-defining special walls like Naganadel. Its special bulk is a bit underwhelming to make up for its insane physical bulk and how hard it is to weaken it due to Toxic and Spikes immunity.
Mantine @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald

Movepool Additions: Hex, Parting Shot, Taunt, Will O Wisp
Movepool Removals: Dazzling Gleam, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Zap Cannon
Custom Elements: Doublegänger: Scrappy clone which allows Ghost move to hit Normal-types.
Justification: Dragapult pivot like.

- Parting Shot
- Taunt
Personally not a fan of Levitate. I mean it's far physically bulkier than Toxapex and isn't far off with its special bulk, so cutting off a whole ass avenue of breaking this Pokémon seems like bad news, seeing as Psychic types aren't that prevalent and most of our Electric types are mid tier Pivots. Being immune to Spikes (and therefore our most popular form of chip damage) is also kinda stinky if you catch my drift.

Name of the Pokemon: Drapion
Type: Poison/Dark
Abilities: Battle Armor/Sniper (Hidden: Protean)
Stat Distribution: 70/100/120/60/75/115 (Total: 540)
Movepool Additions: Sucker Punch, Toxic Hook
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements:
Toxic Hook
Type: Poison/Physical
BP: 40
Accuracy: 100
PP: 20
Effect: +1 Priority, 30% chance to Poison
Additional distribution: Scolipede

Justification: Drapion is fast, has a gigantic movepool, and access to a powerful Ability in Protean. With options such as Rock Slide, Ice Fang, Earthquake, Sucker Punch, Fire Fang, Aqua Tail, and its semi-signature Toxic Hook, Drapion can play some mean mind games with its opponents and offensively check several common threats.

Name of the Pokemon: Lumineon
Type: Water/Fairy
Abilities: Swift Swim/Storm Drain (Hidden: Water Veil)
Stat Distribution: 69/109/96/69/106/111 (Total: 560)
Movepool Additions: Flip Turn, Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Baby-Doll Eyes, Moonlight, Wish
Movepool Removals: None
Justification: Lumineon has two immunities, a mild amount of bulk, solid Attack and Speed, and can heal itself or its teammates thanks to Moonlight and Wish respectively. It can also pivot with U-Turn or Flip Turn.

Name of the Pokemon: Ninetales-Alola
Role(s): Stallbreaker
Type: Dark/Fairy
Abilities: Icy Touch (Hidden: Dazzling)
Stat Distribution: 73/67/85/121/100/109 (Total: 555)
Movepool Additions: Moonlight, Aurora Blast
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements:
Icy Touch: User's Ice-type attacks do 50% more damage.
Aurora Blast
Type: Ice/Special
BP: 90
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Effect: Inflicts Taunt on the foe.

Justification: With essentially three STABs, Nasty Plot, its high Base 121 Sp. Atk, and signature Aurora Blast, Alolan Ninetales is one of the last things Stall teams want to see breathing down their neck. Aurora Blast in particular scares the pants out of it because it both deals damage and inflicts Taunt at the same time.

Name of the Pokemon: Relicanth
Role(s): Setup Sweeper
Type: Water/Rock
Abilities: Rock Head/Ancient Wisdom (Hidden: Sturdy)
Stat Distribution: 100/120/130/45/75/85 (Total: 555)
Movepool Additions: None
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements:
Ancient Wisdom: Swaps the user's Attack and Sp. Atk stats when using an attack that would otherwise utilize the lower stat. Does not swap stat boosts.
Justification: With several stat-boosting moves at its disposal, including Meteor Beam, Rock Polish, and Scale Shot, as well as coverage options such as Ice Beam, Earth Power, and Zen Headbutt, not to mention Yawn, Relicanth has a treasure trove of options available to it. Its signature Ability Ancient Wisdom enables it to use both Physical and Special attacks at will from essentially Base 120 in both stats.
Protean is pretty weird to balance, so I genuinely cannot say if this is too much or too little, especially considering this Pokémon's access to boosting. If I made it, maybe I'd give it 10 more attack, but I'd like to hear secondary opinions here.

Lumi is too frail to be a bulky Water. That + semi unreliable recovery (Wish and Moonlight) leads me to think it wouldn't accomplish much outside if pivoting into it's immunities and pivoting back out. I think it gets Defog, but if they don't it's also not very utility based.

If I didn't comment on a particular sub, don't fret, that means I like how they look right now! Also please review mime as well as others! That's how we get our stuff better!

:ss/lunatone:
Name of the Pokemon: Lunatone
Role(s): Speed Control, Sand Abuser, Hail Abuser
Type:

Abilities: Unaware / Sand Rush | Slush Rush (HA)
Stat Distribution: 90 / 75 / 70 / 130 / 100 / 135 | 600 BST
Movepool Additions: Revelation Dance, Photon Geyser,
Movepool Removals: Grass Knot, Nasty Plot, Meteor Beam
Justification: Fast Rock type attacker to nail many of the tier's faster threats. Of most import are Vivillon (whom you wall) and Octillery, who is a menace to the tier. You also outpace a lot of other fast pokemon weak to your attacks such as Cherrim-S (who can 6-0 some teams that forgot about it) and Weavile (poor thing). With Scarf you would easily outpace any speed boosting threat with only one boost. Unaware makes sure you don't just give Vivillon a Weakness Policy boost, but one of the weather abilities could be let you outspeed everything with Modest and Specs.

:ss/pyukumuku:
Name of the Pokemon: Pyukumuku
Role(s): Defensive Pivot, Mixed Wall
Type:

Abilities: Hydration / Water Veil | Innards Out (HA)
Stat Distribution: 50 / 75 / 150 / 115 / 175 / 35 | 600 BST
Movepool Additions: Scald, Surf, Flip Turn, Whirlpool, Liquidation, Ice Beam, Body Press, Haze, Knock Off
Movepool Removals:
Block
Justification: Traditional bulky water that has solid bulk, isn't passive, and has a nice support movepool to make use of. It's sort of a Water-type counterpart to Snorlax GMax in terms of bulk, support, and attacking prowess.

:ss/azelf:
Name of the Pokemon: Azelf
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Choice Band, Priority
Type:

Abilities: Corrosion / Infiltrator | Scrappy (HA)
Stat Distribution: 90 / 145 / 100 / 80 / 70 / 120 | 605 BST
Movepool Additions: Liquidation, Aqua Jet, Flip Turn, Swords Dance
Movepool Removals:
Justification:
Basically there to lure in Gligar and Poison it, generally flesh out the Speed tiers, and add another attacker faster than Octillery. Infiltrator is a generic ability and Scrappy lets you use Explosion more freely. GOAT Weezing has nothing to fear from Corrosion.

:ss/palkia:
Name of the Pokemon: Palkia
Role(s): Defensive Pivot, Stealth Rock, Trick Room setter
Type:

Abilities: Punk Rock / Heavy Metal | Technician (HA)
Stat Distribution: 120 / 130 / 150 / 70 / 70 / 60 | 600 BST
Movepool Additions: Boomburst, Double Hit, Psychic Fangs, Aqua Jet, Overdrive, Stealth Rock, Defog, Iron Defense,
Custom Elements: Power Chord - Psychic-type Heavy Slam clone, Sound Move
Justification: I wanted to add a physical tank in the vein of Rhyperior as well as a pokemon that would represent the Psychic type in the tier. Palkia can fill the role of Stealth Rock tank thanks to its gargantuan physical bulk (supported by Body Press) and decent movepool with both support and offensive options. It can try to wallbreak with a surprise Boomburst as well, and it would be the slowest Trick Room setter in the tier.

:ss/regieleki:
Name: Regieleki
Roles: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Control (Speed Control)
Type:

Abilities: Storm Drain / Sturdy | Regenerator
Stat Distribution: 80 / 120 / 50 / 50 / 100 / 200 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Flip Turn, Liquidation, Zing Zap, Endeavor
Movepool Removals: Reflect, Light Screen
Justification: A physical Electric-type pivot that can outspeed Vivillon at +1, but is still outsped by Scarf Zacian (and thus keeping Scarfdog at the top of the speed-chain). Cleanly OHKOes offensive Vivillon with a Life Orb, and lives boosted Aeroblast with little issue. As a general pivot, Flip Turn is a generally safe pivoting move and Liquidation is stronger option to hit some Electric answers like Runerigus and Naganadel. Regenerator keeps Eleki alive after taking hazards, Life Orb recoil, and a few weaker Special attacks. Sturdy+Endeavor is also a niche option to trade with a bunch of options. Kept in check by not being very strong at all and being very easy to wall (Grass types, Snorlax, Seismitoad, Dragons, etc). Dual Screens removed for Orbeetle's sake.

:ss/starmie:
Name: Starmie
Roles: Defensive Pivot, Hazard Control, Offensive Pivot, Physical Wall (Water-type)
Type:

Abilities: Analytic / Regenerator | Abyssal Light
Stat Distribution: 65 / 75 / 125 / 111 / 125 / 109 (610 BST)
Custom Elements: Abyssal Light- On spreadsheet (Lanturn CS1). Dark-type Lightning Rod clone.
Justification: A pretty generic, all around solid defensive water. While Starmie's bulk is a bit under the curve, the 2 options for defensive abilities more than make up for that. Regenerator is all around amazing and should allow Starmie to scout a fair amount of powerful attackers like Aerodactyl, Abomasnow, Naganadel, etc. On the other hand, Abyssal Light turns Starmie from an extremely reliable counter to (not-Unown) Dark-types and a crucial absorber of Knock Off. Speed allows for surprise offensive sets with Starmie's stupidly good movepool, or just to invest enough speed to outspeed and OHKO overconfident Stonjourners.

:ss/regidrago:
Name: Regidrago
Roles: Stallbreaker, Setup Sweeper, Physical Wallbreaker (Free Slot)
Type:

Abilities: Intimidate / Early Bird | Strong Jaw
Stat Distribution: 200 / 120 / 50 / 50 / 80 / 100 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Jaw Lock, Snap Trap, Ice Fang, Psychic Fangs, Taunt, Toxic, Conversion, Conversion 2
Justification: A pretty standard Dragon-Dance sweeper (in stark contest to the other Dragons here, who are pretty unconventional) that can set up with its great overall bulk and attempt a sweep with Strong-Jaw boosted attacks, to what will probably be decent results. However, it can also run a trapping set that lures in common answers and tries to tech around them some way or another to start snowballing from there.

:ss/articuno-galar:
Name: Articuno-Galar
Roles: Hazard Control, Defensive Pivot, Offensive Pivot, Stallbreaker, Special Wall, Setup Sweeper (Free Slot)
Type:

Abilities:
Competitive / Levitate | Magic Bounce
Stat Distribution: 105 / 55 / 55 / 145 / 145 / 105 (610 BST)
Movepool Additions: Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Magnet Rise, Metal Sound, Eerie Impulse, Glare
Justification: Let's add some hazards footsies into this metagame, why don't we? Articuno's typing and lopsided bulk gives it an awkward matchup against most hazard setters, making it a risky mon to actually bounce hazards with. But the presence alone should give the opponent second thoughts when mindlessly clicking hazards on their Snorlax or Aero or whatever. Also functions as a specially-defensive Steel, which is never a bad thing to have available in the teambuilder. Glare for flavor and to enable the weird Glarespam offense archetype that exists in this meta.

:sm/gligar:
Gligar NERF
Movepool Removals:
U-Turn
Justification: I have no issue with leaving Gligar as the physical Cursola, honestly. But being a physical Cursola that also nets momentum, and therefore can slot into just about any team? No thanks. So I'm removing U-Turn and seeing how it goes from there.

Sub *clap* review *clap* time
:ss/bisharp:
Name of the Pokemon: Bisharp
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock)
Type: Dark / Steel
Abilities: Adaptability / Inner Focus / Pressure
Stat Distribution: 100/105/80/105/80/130 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: Parting Shot, Shield Beam, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast
Movepool Removals: Swords Dance
Custom Elements: Shield Beam: Special clone of Foul Play, uses opponent's Special Attack in damage calculation
Justification: Bisharp primarily uses the opponent’s attack against them, perfect against Dragon Dancers and Nasty Plot users. It also has a few utility moves at its disposal in Knock Off, Stealth Rock, and Parting Shot. Other than that, though, its offensive capabilities depend highly on the opponent so it can struggle against lower attack mons or ones that resist its certain STABs, such as Scrafty against Foul Play.

:sm/kyogre:
Name of the Pokemon: Kyogre
Role(s): Defensive Pivot, Special Wall
Type: Water
Abilities: Comatose
Stat Distribution: 100/110/110/110/130/80 (640 BST)
Movepool Additions: Recover, Flip Turn, Icicle Crash
Movepool Removals: Calm Mind, Water Spout, Roar

Bisharp: Could probably benefit from a bit more speed- at least enough to outspeed Cherrim, and enough speed to force fat Vivillon to invest a lot more into Speed than it needs to now (as it just wants to outspeed Scarf Zacian at +2 right now). Otherwise seems good, I'm personally not a huge fan of Parting Shot as it does little in terms of actually making progress but it should work here. Foul Play gimmick is very cool
Kyogre: It's a very fat water, and the status immunity+recover does make me a bit hesitant. It should be fine though.
Sandslash: Looks pretty weak. The listed switch-in opportunities aren't great, as most of our Grasses can 2HKO or at least do a fair number to Slash. Pretty sure only Shaymin-base is a safe bet. Weezing is a fine switch-in albeit not all too common currently thanks to Gligar, and Togekiss clicks TWave all the time. Beyond that it's forced to run boots so it really isn't all that powerful, whereas its inspiration Excadrill has great hazard resilience and by extension a very flexible item slot. Needing Sand (and therefore Aero) also means its pretty high maintenence, because without Sand I see no reason to run this, as the typing isn't defensively useful for walling much of anything. For a +2/+2 physical Fire-type sweeper, I'd just run Torkoal.
Gardevoir: Does it have to be Gardevoir? We already have one of those in CS1, and just like that one, this sub looks a bit mediocre. It's very strong, but looks mediocre against offense thanks to that Speed and subpar against fatter teams due to Cursola/Centiskorch being common picks there. It could run Psyshock, but Psychic is overwhelmingly stronger and doesn't incur LO chip. Could just be me underestimating Sheer Force though, I didn't run calcs here. Adding more speed doesn't seem like the play here, and its power is more than enough, the STAB combo just seems pretty problematic in the current meta without next level prediction skills. Also Focus Blast for STAB :blobnauseated:

:ss/dracovish:
Name of the Pokemon: Dracovish
Role(s): Physical Wall, Bulky Water
Type: Water / Dragon
Abilities: Cheek Pouch / Rain Dish | Unnerve
Stats: 115 HP / 85 Atk / 125 Def / 100 SpA / 95 SpD / 70 Spe [580 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Slack Off, Toxic, Haze, Wish, U-Turn
Movepool Removal: Fisheous Rend
Justification: Dracovish eats up physical hits like a champ thanks to its great bulk and ability to check sweepers with Haze.

:ss/beedrill:
Name of the Pokemon: Beedrill
Role(s): Speed Control (Choice Scarf), Physical Wallbreaker, Pivot
Type: Ground / Steel
Abilities Poison Point / Sand Force | Sniper
Stats: 100 HP / 128 Atk / 105 Def / 75 SpA / 65 SpD / 120 Spe [592 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Iron Head, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock
Justification: Beedrill is fast and can hold Scarf efficiently enough. Spams U-Turn and STABs whole game.

:ss/tapu-lele:
Name of the Pokemon: Tapu Lele
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker (Free Slot #1)
Type: Psychic / Steel
Abilities Psychic Surge | Telepathy
Stats: 90 HP / 85 Atk / 85 Def / 150 SpA / 115 SpD / 85 Spe [610 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Magnet Rise, Metal Sound, Roar
Movepool Removal: Focus Blast, Moonblast
Justification: Tapu Lele is a nuke. We have very little Psychic types in the tier, but quite a few Dark and Ghost types, so I decided to make one that can do the dirty. 150 SpA is pretty spicy, but luckily for us I respect the need to not make a super killer, so no Expanding Force for you! You can probably get away with super Future Sights though, chip damage without Regen be damned.

:ss/regigigas:
Name of the Pokemon: Regigigas
Role(s): Free Slot #2
Type: Normal
Abilities: Stall / Defeatist | Color Change
Stats: 110 HP / 140 Atk / 90 Def / 120 SpA / 110 SpD / 100 Spe [670 BST]
Movepool Distribution: Return, Recover, U-turn, Bulk Up, Stealth Rock, Haze, Shift Gear, Magnet Rise, Clangorous Soul
Custom Element: Crush Grip* - Physical Revelation Dance clone
Justification: Ok. So I wanted to make a viable, but balanced Regigigas. But I also wanted to preserve that meaty 670 BST. So I knew some lame old standard buff wouldn't be enough. So I took the worst abilities, sans Truant and it's OG Slow Start, and slapped them on, while giving it the means to abuse them. Color Change can be a splashy quirky utility pick thanks to Crush Grip always preserving STAB. We got U-turn so Stall sets will always be able to grab momentum. And Defeatist can try and abuse Regigias's newfound power in regards to several set up options
Dracovish: Not sure what a secondary Dragon-typing does here. It's obviously very synergistic and pretty benign, but this makes Mr.Fish step on Salamence's toes a bit (and if it were to be specially defensive, we already have Dunsparce). Big fan of defensive Dragons, eh?
Beedrill: It's definitely on the slower side of things, and losing to fat Vivillon (without forcing Vivillon to invest much more speed than it already does) makes me see little reason to use it over Zacian as a scarfer, or Naganadel as a faster utility Ground. Ground/Steel generally isn't a great type for an offensive option in this meta, as it cannot switch in on any of Electric-types beyond Runerigus safely. Does a great job of making Scolipede even more irrelevant, though. No doubt that Ground Bee #2 would be a fine pick by virtue of its STAB combo alone, but it doesn't do much as a speed control option beyond revenging Ground Bee #1. Would probably be better with Band or SD (does Bee get that?).
Tapu Lele:
  • 252+ SpA Choice Specs Tapu Lele Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Centiskorch in Psychic Terrain: 391-462 (89.2 - 105.4%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO
  • 252+ SpA Choice Specs Tapu Lele Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Cursola in Psychic Terrain: 373-439 (102.4 - 120.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
  • 252+ SpA Choice Specs Tapu Lele Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Walrein: 274-324 (58.2 - 68.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
  • 252+ SpA Choice Specs Tapu Lele Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Orbeetle: 162-192 (46.5 - 55.1%) -- 69.5% chance to 2HKO
Easily smashes through the special sponges with Psyshock, has coverage to shred the 2 Steel-types with recovery, 3HKOes max HP Duraludon and our last Steel doesn't resist Psychic. All of our Dark-types lack recovery and Flash Cannon does a number to them. Our other (non-dark) Psychic, Orbeetle, is probably the best check but even that can be 2HKO'd with Shadow Ball. Lele's bulk isn't bad either. Obviously prediction reliant, but unlike other nuclear mon Stonjourner Tapu Lele actually has no counters (and isn't OHKOed by half the meta). You should really tone this one down.
Regigigas: Too whack to actually judge whether its broken or underpowered or fine, but it looks manageable either way. Color Change is goated

Lapzaplerq your subs have been pretty extensively covered on Discord, I don't see any huge balance issues. Try to build your subs with the meta specifically in mind, though. Like in your Durant overview you claim that all physical wallbreakers outspeed Durant, but with a base speed of 114 it can easily creep max speed Stonjourner, Gumshoos, Scrafty, etc. No need for Scarf to do that, and I don't think it would ever drop boots for that item anyways.

Name of the Pokemon: Ledian
Roles: Speed Control (Priority, Tailwind), Physical Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker
Type: Fighting / Flying
Ability: Pure Power / Swarm | Iron Fist
Stat Distributions: 100/68/80/100/125/136 (BST: 641)
Movepool Additions: Close Combat, Dual Wingbeat, Taunt
Movepool Removals: Light Screen, Reflect, Bug Buzz, Giga Drain
Custom Element: Aerial Ace is now +1
Justification: Fast, Hard Hitting, and pesky as hell. A potentially two sided attacker with base 136 speed. Between +1 Aerial Ace, Mach, and Tailwind, Ledian also provides a small amount of support. It's ability to break some of the walls in the tier is questionable, and may end up with bad 4 move slot syndrome.
Brionne: Disgustingly fat with Eviolite, but as its a Dark-resist chances are it will eat a Knock Off early in the match regardless. No problems here
Ledian: For the record, Ledian has effectively the exact same attack stat as Kartana after Pure Power is factored in. so what we have here is a Pokemon with 181/136 physical offenses, one of the best STAB combos in the game, Knock Off to hit what few resists there are, and Swords Dance to boost even more in case you wanted to beat Gligar without hazard support (as unboosted LO 2HKOes on a roll with rocks up). It is offensively checked by Shaymin-Sky and Scarf Stonjourner, but thats about it. Definitely needs to be toned down significantly, and we already have Zacian as a fast fighter so I'm not sure if its even needed or healthy for the meta. The Aerial Ace buff is also being rejected regardless of how this mon is reworked, please try to avoid buffing other Pokemon in the mod by proxy.

Name of the Pokemon: Raichu :ss/raichu:
Role:
Dual Screens and Speed Control, Just annoying all around.
Type: Electric
Abilities: Static, Prankster
Stat Distribution: 90/80/80/110/90/130 (580)
Movepool Additions: Memento
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements:
(optional, this is where you explain )
Justification: Raichu outspeeds almost the entire meta, and what it doesn't it can slow down with priority Thunder Wave. Toxic + Wish can be used for a bulkier set, and Memento + Dual Screens guaranties a free switch in.
Raichu: Not nearly fast enough to justify such low power. At 130 speed sits Cherrim, who has 140 Special Attack a 50% boost to STAB. It's also not bulky enough to spread paralysis more than once or twice, and that role is already covered by Orbeetle (who is 7 points slower but a whole lot more bulky). Needs to be significantly buffed to see any play.

:ss/mantine:
Name of the Pokemon: Mantine
Role(s): Hazard Remover, Physical Wall

EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald

- Defog
- Toxic / Sludge Bomb / Corrosive Gas / Haze

:ss/girafarig:
Name of the Pokemon: Girafarig
Role(s): Offenisve Pivot (Speed Control), Status spreader, Stallbreaker
Type:

Abilities: Doublegänger
Stat Distribution: 80/80/120/115/120/151 | 666
Ability: Doublegänger
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hex
- Will-O-Wisp / Thunder Wave
- Parting Shot
- Taunt
Mantine: Honestly looks a lot more viable as a special wall, because Gligar has a chokehold on the fat poison market there. Sure, its immune to EQ, but non-STAB EQ rarely 2HKOes Gligar anyways. Looks viable enough on the special end, though. Pretty great typing for that side of the spectrum, although I'm not sure how well it matches up against Cursola as a momentum sap special sponge.
Girafarig: Seems a bit too bulky for its speed tier, a sub-disable-hex cheese set seems a bit too viable as it stands. A slight bulk reduction (nothing more than -10-15 in the defenses) and/or Willo removal would probably be enough.

:ss/Reuniclus:
Name of the Pokemon: Reuniclus

Movepool Additions: Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Teleport.
Movepool Removals: Expanding Force
Custom Elements: (optional, this is where you explain )
Justification: I am currently sick so I have decided to unleash my sickness in the form of a terrifyingly bulky piece of shit. It's hard to get rid of and a pain to deal with, just like the thing I have. I am also hopped up on cold meds right now so if I need to tone it down please let me know.
if u find stuff like this fun to use or face we're gonna have to have a talk

Bulky Water Sub
(still WIP, mainly in its Ability options)

Name: Alomomola
Roles: Cleric, Defensive Pivot, Mixed Wall
Type: Water
Abilities: Hydration

Speed Control Sub

Name: Polteageist
Roles: Offensive Pivot, Choice Scarf, Set Up
Type: Ghost/Ground
Abilities: Weak Armor / Mythical Presence*
Stat Distribution: 75/90/120/114/64/135 (BST: 598)
Movepool Additions: Astral Barrage, U-Turn, Earth Power, Scald
Movepool Removals: Shell Smash
Alomomola: Its good
Polteageist: Looks a bit too good as a Scarfer, it has probably the most spammable STAB move in the game, a perfect secondary STAB for the metagame, and U-Turn to pivot early game. Even packs Trick to cripple Centiskorch! Would feel better about this sub if it didn't have Astral Barrage, even if you do have to boost its Special Attack slightly to make up for that fact and keep the STABs somewhat potent. Removing Trick would also be nice so it isn't literally the perfect scarfer (and then maybe Astral Barrage would be fine). Otherwise I think its very cool!

Name of the Pokemon: Drapion
Type: Poison/Dark
Abilities: Battle Armor/Sniper (Hidden: Protean)
Stat Distribution: 70/110/120/60/75/115 (Total: 550)
Movepool Additions: Sucker Punch, Toxic Hook
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements:
Toxic Hook
Type: Poison/Physical
BP: 40
Accuracy: 100
PP: 20
Effect: +1 Priority, 30% chance to Poison
Additional distribution: Scolipede

Justification: Drapion is fast, has a gigantic movepool, and access to a powerful Ability in Protean. With options such as Rock Slide, Ice Fang, Earthquake, Sucker Punch, Fire Fang, Aqua Tail, and its semi-signature Toxic Hook, Drapion can play some mean mind games with its opponents and offensively check several common threats.

Name of the Pokemon: Lumineon
Type: Water/Fairy
Abilities: Swift Swim/Storm Drain (Hidden: Water Veil)
Stat Distribution: 99/109/96/39/106/111 (Total: 560)

Stat Distribution: 73/67/85/121/100/109 (Total: 555)
Movepool Additions: Moonlight, Aurora Blast
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements:
Icy Touch: User's Ice-type attacks do 50% more damage.
Aurora Blast
Type: Ice/Special
BP: 90
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Effect: Inflicts Taunt on the foe.

Justification: With essentially three STABs, Nasty Plot, its high Base 121 Sp. Atk, and signature Aurora Blast, Alolan Ninetales is one of the last things Stall teams want to see breathing down their neck. Aurora Blast in particular scares the pants out of it because it both deals damage and inflicts Taunt at the same time.

Name of the Pokemon: Relicanth
Role(s): Setup Sweeper
Type: Water/Rock
Abilities: Rock Head/Ancient Wisdom (Hidden: Sturdy)
Stat Distribution: 100/120/130/45/75/85 (Total: 555)
Movepool Additions: None
Movepool Removals: None
Custom Elements:
Ancient Wisdom: Swaps the user's Attack and Sp. Atk stats when using an attack that would otherwise utilize the lower stat. Does not swap stat boosts.
Justification: With several stat-boosting moves at its disposal, including Meteor Beam, Rock Polish, and Scale Shot, as well as coverage options such as Ice Beam, Earth Power, and Zen Headbutt, not to mention Yawn, Relicanth has a treasure trove of options available to it. Its signature Ability Ancient Wisdom enables it to use both Physical and Special attacks at will from essentially Base 120 in both stats.
Basically all of these are very underpowered at the moment. The low BSTs aren't justified for what they bring to the table. Also you can't just buff another pokemon by proxy (Scolipede) with new moves. Buff them up and get back to me so I can look over them again.

Type:

Abilities: Hydration / Water Veil | Aftermath (HA)
Stat Distribution: 50 / 75 / 150 / 115 / 175 / 35 | 600 BST
Movepool Additions: Scald, Surf, Flip Turn, Whirlpool, Liquidation, Ice Beam, Body Press, Haze, Knock Off
Movepool Removals:
Block
Justification: Traditional bulky water that has solid bulk, isn't passive, and has a nice support movepool to make use of. It's sort of a Water-type counterpart to Snorlax GMax in terms of bulk, support, and attacking prowess.

:ss/azelf:
Name of the Pokemon: Azelf
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Choice Band, Priority
Type:

Abilities: Corrosion / Infiltrator | Scrappy (HA)
Stat Distribution: 70 / 145 / 100 / 80 / 70 / 120 | 585 BST

Movepool Additions: Boomburst, Double Hit, Psychic Fangs, Aqua Jet, Flip Turn, Stealth Rock, Defog, Iron Defense,
Custom Elements: Power Chord - Psychic-type Heavy Slam clone, Sound Move
Justification: I wanted to add a physical tank in the vein of Rhyperior as well as a pokemon that would represent the Psychic type in the tier. Palkia can fill the role of Stealth Rock tank thanks to its gargantuan physical bulk (supported by Body Press) and decent movepool with both support and offensive options. It can try to wallbreak with a surprise Boomburst as well, and it would be the slowest Trick Room setter in the tier.
Lunatone: Looks fine. Very specialized compared to Zacian, but the niche is appreciated. Not a scarfer probably, but the 131+ speed tier keeps it firmly in speed control territory.
Pyukumuku: Ignoring the blasphemy of attack pyukumuku, looks fine. Should've kept Innards Out over Aftermath, its not like it could possibly abuse it to any notable degree. Will probably do the same amount of damage if not less than Aftermath with how high the HP stats are in this mod and how nothing OHKOes this thing.
Azelf: Looks somewhat weak, that bulk is going to really going to limit it (compare to Scolipede). Outside of that, fine. Though I'd comment on the "fleshing out the speed tiers" bit, I always found the range that Azelf resides in (110-125) to be incredibly cramped in this mod, like the 70-99 range in CS1. Really trying to force Orbeetle to go max speed I see.
Palkia: It definitely looks viable, somewhat reminiscent of Necrozma as a rocker. Except a whole lot more lopsided and with more immediate power. There's a lot going on here so its a bit hard to evaluate, but it at least not broken-looking. Not sure if it needs pivoting though, its utility feels a bit min-maxed here.

Anyways that's all we have so far. I'll probably close this slate on Monday/Sunday or some time around then. Thank you for submitting everyone

For free-slot voting purposes, it is one slot. Specify the Pokemon. For self votes, consider subbing 1 or 2 free slots worth 2 self vote points regardless (so if you subbed free slot at all, treat it like subbing 3 mons under voting rules).

My votes:

Alright, winners:
I take home the Speed Control and Water-Type categories (with Lap and Scoop in close second places, respectively):

Tuther's Coalossal, our first sub-100 Speed Rock-type, comes in hot:
:ss/coalossal:
Name of the Pokemon: Coalossal
Role(s): Offensive Trick Room, Wall, Hazards Setter (SR and Spikes)
Type:

Abilities:
Steam Engine / Rock Head | Water Absorb
OTR
Coalossal @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Head Smash
- Flare Blitz
- Earthquake

Offensive Spikes
Coalossal @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Spikes
- Head Smash
- Flare Blitz
- Earthquake / Stealth Rock

Defensive Spikes
Coalossal @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Spikes
- Lava Plume
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock / Stone Edge
And finally, Anaconja's Armaldo is added to the mod, which should undoubtedly be an appreciated Steel-type option:
:sm/armaldo:
Name of the Pokemon: Armaldo
Role(s): Sand Abuser, Hazard Control (Rapid Spin), Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock), Physical Wallbreaker
Type: Bug / Steel
Abilities: Water Veil / Scrappy / Sand Rush
Stat Distribution: 95/130/110/60/100/95 (600 BST)
Movepool Additions: U-Turn, Close Combat, Iron Head, Heal Order
Justification: Armaldo's good defensive typing and bulk allows it to switch into Grass-types, Snorlax, and Scolipede. It functions very similarly to Excadrill, having Sand Rush, hazards, Rapid Spin, and Swords Dance, which gives it a lot of versatility. It can also fit on non-sand teams with its two other good abilities, the first letting it ignore Will-o-Wisps and Scalds, and the other preventing Ghost-types from limiting its spinning capabilities. However, its utility gives it pretty bad 4MSS - it wants to run about 6 moves on both offensive and defensive sets.
Also, Gligar loses U-Turn. Thanks for voting everyone, and playtesting these new subs should start soon (with a custom client)!
