Giving +75/+115/+24/+45/+80/+1 boosts, a wide offensive movepool (including Dragon Dance if you want to fix that +1 Speed boost), two great abilities in Intimidate and Moxie, and a Flying type, I think Gyarados would still be broken. Even Gallade's Attack boost pales in comparison with that +115, which actually gives a lot of stuff +200 base Attack AND Dragon Dance AND Moxie. The boosts on bulk not only mean it's easier to set-up,Alright so drop the 3 prevos. What about gyara?
