Pokémon: Squidward Tentacles (Spongebob Squarepants)
Type: Water/Poison
Ability: Liquid Voice / Dancer (Anger Point)
Moves: Boomburst, Hyper Voice, Thrash, Sludge Bomb, Sing, Sludge Wave, Poison Sting, Rage, Outrage, Stomping Tantrum, Slack Off, Liquidation, Quiver Dance, Toxic, Wrap, Rest, Smokescreen
Z-Move: Clarinet Note: 190 BP | Special | Water-type | Non-contact | Puts the opponemt to sleep | Base move: Boomburst
Stats: 70/105/70/115/70/105

Reasoning: Squidward loves to play the clarinet. He also loves to dance. However, he easily gets angry, especially at Spongebob. Movepool and abilities fit the flavor above, most notably getting a Water-type Boomburst via Liquid Voice. Poison-typing and moves come from its ink, which squids have.

P.S. Squidward may be very grumpy, but he is pretty much the most relatable character in the show, lol.

"Let the children lose it, let the children use it, let all the children boogie."
Pokémon: Starman
Type: Psychic/Flying
Ability: Dazzling / Hazy Cosmic Jive* (HA)
*Hazy Cosmic Jive: Clears enemy stat changes (like Haze does) on entry. Blocked by Soundproof.
Stats: 110/60/90/95/110/70 (535)
Notable Moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Air Slash, Flash Cannon, Dazzling Gleam, Signal Beam, Thunder Wave, Roost, Haze, Calm Mind, Light Screen, Cosmic Power
Signature Z-Move: Let All The Children Boogie: Psychic Status. For the next 5 turns, all NFEs on the field automatically use Quiver Dance at the end of each turn. Continues after the user switches out. Upgraded from Cosmic Power with the Starmanium Z.
Starman @ Leftovers / Starmanium Z
Ability: Hazy Cosmic Jive
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Roost
- Thunder Wave / Cosmic Power
- Light Screen / Cosmic Power
- Psychic / Cosmic Power

Reasoning: He'd like to come and meet us, but he thinks he'd blow our minds. Psychic because he's a starman, and stars are generally associated with Psychic-type - there's also the whole blowing our minds thing. Flying because he's waiting in the sky. Dazzling also has to do with the "blowing our minds" thing, even though his 70 speed makes it as good as useless. Hazy Cosmic Jive comes from a phrase in the song - it clears stats because hazy = Haze, and blocked by Soundproof because pretty much every definition of "jive" involves sound in some way. This is also why he gets Haze. Psychic, Psyshock, and Air Slash are just basic STAB. Flash Cannon, Light Screen and Dazzling Gleam are because he's described as emitting light. Signal Beam and Thunder Wave are because he's able to broadcast to radios and TVs somehow. Roost because if we sparkle, he may land tonight. Calm Mind because it's a Psychic move and he seems like the calm type (he knows it's all worthwhile, for one thing). Cosmic Power because star. Let All The Children Boogie is another line in the song and its effect should be pretty self-evident from its name.

new (weeb)shit:

Pokémon: Hatsune Miku
Type: Steel/Normal
Ability: Download
Stats: 70/100/70/100/70/130 (540)
Can use the Stick item.
Notable Moves: All sound moves (including signature moves), Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Return, Leaf Blade, Wood Hammer, Explosion, Thunderbolt
Hatsune Miku @ Stick / Life Orb
Ability: Download
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Boomburst
- Snow Halation
- Thunderbolt
- Explosion

Reasoning: The mascot of Domino's Pizza, and the creator of Minecraft. Also a voice synthesizer android or something idk. Steel because robot, Normal because that's where the sound moves are. Download because also robot and I couldn't think of anything better. She gets every sound move, even signature ones, because there's a VOCALOID version of every song under the sun and some that aren't. Flash Cannon, Iron Head, and Return for STAB. She can use Stick and has Leaf Blade and Wood Hammer because she's often associated with leeks. Explosion and Thunderbolt because those are pretty common on robots.

Pokémon: Ai Mizuno
Type: Ghost/Electric
Ability: Dancer / Lightning Rod / Mummy
Stats: 150/80/60/120/60/100 (570)
Notable Moves: Shocking Finale*, Quiver Dance, Recover, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Flash Cannon, Boomburst, Petal Dance, Power Gem,
*Shocking Finale: Special Electric-Type, 150 BP, 90 Acc, 5/8 PP, hits the entire field (including the user), user must recharge afterwards, 200 BP Gigavolt Havoc
Ai Mizuno @ Electrium Z
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Shocking Finale
- Shadow Ball
- Recover / Thunderbolt

Reasoning: Zombie idol singer who unironically thinks cornflakes are a good hair accessory. Ghost because zombie. Electric, Lightning Rod, and Shocking Finale originate from two things: her death from being struck dead by a bolt of lightning live on stage, and the fact that she's no longer vulnerable to electricity after becoming a zombie. Dancer and Quiver Dance because she's an idol singer and the most experienced of the main cast aside from Junko. Petal Dance because the cornflakes on her head when she's performing are apparently supposed to be flowers. They're totally cornflakes, though. Power Gem because lasers. The rest of her moves are shared with Saki and are for the same reasons.

Pokémon: Pink Elephant on Parade
Type: Psychic
Ability: Intimidate / Hallucinate*
Moves: Acid, Bubble, Bubblebeam, Scary Face, Hold Hands, Confuse Ray, Mean Look, Dive, Stomp, Double Team, Hyper Voice, Boomburst, Teeter Dance, Psychic, Glare, Pursuit, Transform, Surf, Thunderbolt, Belly Drum, Body Slam, Extreme Speed, Explosion, Elephant Dance**, Dazzling Gleam, Dizzy Punch, Play Rough, Psycho Cut, Quiver Dance, Rapid Spin
Stats: 137 / 86 / 97 / 104 / 103 / 33

* Psychic -Ate
** Psychic, Physical, 80 BP, 60% chance to confuse the foe
Reasoning:
Hallucinate, Acid, Confuse Ray, Dizzy Punch, Psycho Cut - Its an alchohollic dream
Intimidate, Scary Face, Mean Look - Lots of people find it nightmare fuel
The rest - All related to something they do in the dance

I probably broke some rule, tell me what I have to fix

Pokémon: Peter Griffin
Franchise: Family Guy
Type:

Ability: Thick Fat | Reckless
Moves: Chicken Fight, Cutaway Gag, Double-Edge, Power Whip, Wood Hammer, Iron Head, Wild Charge, Slack Off, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Dragon Claw, Shadow Claw, X-Scissor, Night Slash, Aerial Ace, Play Rough, Poison Jab, Knock Off, Earthquake, Gyro Ball, Close Combat, Superpower, Bullet Punch, Power-Up Punch, Drain Punch
Stats: 167 HP/128 Atk/96 Def/26 SpA/75 SpD/40 Spe (532 BST)

Chicken Fight |
|
| 20 BP | 16 PP | 100% | Hits 3-7 times. Each hit has 33% recoil.
Cutaway Gag |
|
| 32 PP | Has -6 priority. Switches all Pokemon on the field to the next Pokemon in their party. After the next turn, the Pokemon that were out when this was used switch back in.

Peter Griffin @ Assault Vest
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Chicken Fight
- Wood Hammer / Wild Charge
- Double-Edge
- Ice Punch / Earthquake

Reasoning: Both of his abilities directly describe him. He often gets violent with his foes, beating them with his fists, including fistfights against Ernie the Giant Chicken. Cutaway gags are a staple of Family Guy.
  • Power Whip: Quagmire's whip.
  • Wood Hammer: Hit himself with a bat in the first episode.
  • Iron Head/Wild Charge: Cutaway gag where he was revealed to be a robot.
  • claw moves: He was drawn as Wolverine once.

Pokémon: Donquixote Doflamingo
Franchise: One Piece
Type:

Ability: Long Reach
Moves: Sticky Web, Spider Web, Recover, Power Whip, Knock Off, Parasite String, Bullet String, Birdcage, Athlete, Excess Whip String, Pentachromatic Strings, Billow White
Stats: 120 HP/110 Atk/80 Def/70 SpA/90 SpD/90 Spe (560 BST)

Bullet String |
|
| 40 BP | 32 PP | 100% | Has +1 priority.
Parasite String |
|
| 8 PP | 100% | The next turn, Doflamingo picks what move the target uses. Neither Doflamingo nor the target can switch out that turn.
Birdcage |
|
| 8 PP | For five turns, nobody can switch out except with a move that causes switching. At the end of the fifth turn, every active Pokemon faints. This move's effects are cancelled if Doflamingo faints before the fifth turn.
Athlete |
|
| 80 BP | 24 PP | 100%
Pentachromatic Strings |
|
| 100 BP | 16 PP | 100%
Excess Whip String |
|
| 120 BP | 16 PP | 85% | 10% chance to burn.
Billow White |
|
| ? BP | 8 PP | 100% | Every entry hazard is removed. This attack's BP is equal to 20 x the number of removed hazards (each layer of something counts as one).

Donquixote Doflamingo @ Choice Band
Ability: Long Reach
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bullet String / Knock Off
- Excess Whip String
- Pentachromatic Strings
- Athlete

Donquixote Doflamingo @ Chople Berry
Ability: Long Reach
EVs: 252 HP / 16 SpD / 240 Spe
Calm Nature
- Knock Off
- Sticky Web
- Parasite String / Recover
- Birdcage
Reasoning: Doflamingo ate the Ito Ito no Mi, also known as the String-String Fruit, letting him create and control strings, which he uses for many different purposes. All of his moves here are actual moves he used:
  • Bullet String: Doflamingo fires a quick string from his finger.
  • Puppet String: Doflamingo attaches a string to someone's spine, and controls them.
  • Birdcage: Doflamingo creates a large cage made of strings around the entire area. He then contracts the strings and causes them to slice everything and everyone.
  • Athlete: Doflamingo kicks, with his foot attached to a string.
  • Pentachromatic Strings: Doflamingo shoots out five strings, each one glowing a different color.
  • Excess Whip String: Doflamingo whips with a string, with force hard enough for the string to catch on fire.
Billow White is one of the moves he can use with his Awakened powers. He used it to turn buildings into masses of strings he can attack with.

Dark-type just comes from how evil Doflamingo is, and how some of his techniques are underhanded.

I already got semblances of this trio into Fusion Evolution, but I figured they could also fit into CC Ex. (They are from the same series as Black Rabbit.)
From left to right:
Pokémon: Yao* Kasukabe
*Yao doesn't have an accent like Yō and is less confusing than You (pronounced the same).
Type: Normal
Ability: Genome Tree - Depending on moves known, user changes form and gains a particular effect.
Moves: Sketch
Stats: 50/25/50/25/50/50 | 250 BST

Form: Yao-Pegasus (knows Fly)
Type: Normal/Flying
Effect: Skips the semi-invulnerable turn of using Fly.
Stats: 50/65/50/65/50/80 | 360 BST

Form: Yao-Marchosias (knows Acrobatics and Mystical Fire)
Type: Normal/Fire
Effect: Deals 1.5* damage with Flying attacks and is immune to Ground.
Stats: 70/80/70/80/70/100 | 470 BST

Form: Yao-Garuda (knows Brave Bird, Heat Wave, and Dazzling Gleam)
Type: Fire/Flying
Effect: Deals 1.5* damage with Fairy attacks. Loses 1/16 HP per turn.
Stats: 85/95/85/95/85/135 | 580 BST

Reasoning: Yao's Gift, Genome Tree, allows her to use the talents of animals whom she befriends, hence Sketch. Her different forms are based on various transformations that she undergoes in the light novel. Speed-wise, her Garuda form is intended to be on par with Black Rabbit, as it is described in the source material.
Pokémon: Asuka Kudou
Type: Normal
Ability: Authority - User changes type based on held Z-Crystal.
Moves: Z-Potential*, Sacred Sword, Foul Play, Hidden Power, Nature Power, Substitute, Calm Mind, Iron Defense, Defog, Taunt, Torment, Confide, Disable, Imprison, Mean Look, Healing Wish, Helping Hand, Instruct, Follow Me
*Normal, Special, 90 BP, 100% Acc, 10 PP | Changes type depending on held Z-Crystal; uses user's higher attacking stat in damage calculation | Z-Move: 175 BP (dependent on type; can be executed with any Z-Crystal)
Stats: 70/100/70/100/90/70 | 500 BST
Reasoning: Unlike the other two whose Gifts enhance their physical prowess, Asuka's Gift is purely psychological. Authority brings out the strongest potential of other Gifts, hence her Ability and signature move being related to Z-Crystals, as well as Hidden and Nature Power. It also lets her command lesser beings, hence the many status moves that she possesses. Sacred Sword and Defog come from her preferred weapon (if anything) being a two-handed sword. Despite being ladylike, she is a problem child, so Foul Play is a must. Healing Wish is a light novel spoiler:
Black Rabbit dies protecting Asuka, reenacting the legend of the moon rabbit, so Asuka wishes with all her might to Indra to revive her.
Pokémon: Izayoi Sakamaki
Type: Fighting
Ability: Code Unknown - Scrappy + Mold Breaker
Moves: Close Combat, Mach Punch, Low Kick, Power-Up Punch, Revenge, Knock Off, Throat Chop, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Mega Kick, Mega Punch, Facade, Acrobatics, Foul Play, Meteor Mash, Bullet Punch, First Impression, Lunge, Power Trip, Fake Out, U-turn, Rapid Spin, Detect, Agility, Taunt, Torment, Confide
Z-Move: Aurora Pillar - Fighting, Physical, 200 BP | Uses the target's Special Defense in damage calculation | Move: Close Combat | Z-Crystal: Canarium Z
Stats: 105/105/105/75/105/105 | 600 BST
Reasoning: The strongest of the problem children. His powers are obscene right off the bat, yet there are some things that not even he can do alone, thus the stats and Ability. The Fighting type comes from his preference of physical strikes, and so too does most of his movepool. He also fights with speed, hence priority moves, Fake Out, U-turn, Rapid Spin, Detect, and Agility. Taunt, Torment, and Confide come from his tendency to talk trash. His Z-Move is revealed in the later stages of the light novel, the Z-Crystal being named after the foster mother who raised him (Canaria).

Pokémon: Kili Surtr Muspelheim
Type: Dragon/Fire
Ability: Illusion / Regenerator / Heat Shield*
*User takes 0.8* damage from non-contact attacks.
Moves: Fire Blast, Heat Wave, Flamethrower, Lava Plume, Mystical Fire, Flame Burst, Incinerate, Ember, Fire Spin, Dragon Pulse, Hex, Foul Play, Scald, Hidden Power, Will-O-Wisp, Recover, Protect, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Torment, Attract, Captivate, Toxic, Iron Defense
Z-Move: Calamitous Muspelheim - Dragon, Special, 195 BP | Works like Beak Blast, except contact moves are negated during the charge time. | Move: Dragon Pulse | Z-Crystal: Muspelheimium Z
Stats: 100/80/80/100/140/80 | 580 BST
Reasoning:
  • Dragon/Fire: She is made of dark matter, which is the essence of dragons in her multiverse. She specializes in creating heat, hence Fire.
  • Abilities: One of her powers is biogenic transmutation, which allows her to change appearance at will (Illusion) and heal her own wounds (Regenerator). Her expertise in manipulating heat allows her to soften blows from magic or projectiles, hence Heat Shield.
  • Movepool: Fire-type moves are a given. Recover and Protect tie back to the reasons for Regenerator and Heat Shield. Hex, Foul Play, Nasty Plot, Taunt, and Torment come from her tendency to wreak havoc, yet she has a flirtatious side that may lead her to Attract or Captivate. Other moves, such as Dragon Pulse, are theoretical results of using dark matter for a purpose other than creating heat.
  • Calamitous Muspelheim (Z-Move): Kili's signature technique (technically only called Muspelheim, but the Calamitous part makes it sound more Z-Move-like), in which she conjures a slew of infinitesimal dark matter particles that produce overwhelming explosions on contact.

"HOLY CRAP!"
Pokémon: Robotman (Clifford "Cliff" Steele)
Type:

Abilities: Canned Brain: Sturdy + Shield Dust clone.
Moves: Double Iron Bash, Meteor Mash, Heavy Slam, Iron Head, Iron Defense, Zen Headbutt, Barrier, Elemental Punches, Drain Punch, Superpower, Hammer Arm, Karate Chop, Power-Up Punch, Earthquake, Stomping Tantrum, Dig, Rock Slide, Wide Guard, Knock Off, Outrage, Parting Shot, Double Edge, Rage, Curse.
Z-Move: Car Crash |
|
| 200 BP | +2 Priority. If the target lost HP, the user takes recoil damage equal to the HP lost by the target. | Move: Meteor Smash | Z-Crystal: Steeleium Z
Stats: 150 HP/120 Atk/120 Def/20 SpA/110 SpD/50 Spe

Reasoning: Psychic/Steel and Canned Brain are both based on the premise that Robotman's origins come from a man's brain being inserted into an indestructible robot body. Said man was a NASCAR pilot that usffered from a car accident, ence the Z-Move. Most of his movepool is based on his inmense physical strength. Some exceptions are Outrage, Stomping Tantrum and Rage, based on his psychotic episodes, Parting Shot, because he curses a lot in the show and Curse, due to him and the other members of the Doom Patrol being "doomed".

"A film about love and regicide."
Pokémon: Double King
Type:

Abilities: Regicide: Ignores the effects of Queenly Majesty. The target's stat stages greater than 0 and the effects of its held item are stolen from it and applied to the user after dealing damage if the target faints. Becomes confused immediately after defeating a target with stat stages greater than 0 or that is holding an item.
Moves: Regal Sabers*, Ovum Regia*, Knock Off, Thief, Night Slash, Pursuit, Sucker Punch, Snatch, Throat Chop, Embargo, Elemental Punches, Drain Punch, Power-Up Punch, Sacred Sword, Outrage, Smart Strike, Poison Jab, Stomping Tantrum, Attack Order, Heal Order, Defend Order, Pin Missile, Rage, Swords Dance, Rock Climb, Soft Boiled, Fly.
*Regal Sabers |
|
| 60 BP | 100% | Hits twice. Each hit has a higher chance for a critical hit.
*Ovum Regia |
|
| 40 BP | 90% | The user will turn into its Ovum Regia form before attacking. Hits twice. Each hit has its own accuracy, meaning that the second hit may still deal damage even if the first one didn't land. Any move used on the target afterwards will never fail.
Stats: 90 HP/130 Atk/90 Def/50 SpA/70 SpD/110 Spe

Reasoning: Double King is an obsessive crown thief and king/queen murderer, ence the Dark-type and ability Regicide. Regal Sabers and Ovum Regia are the only notable weapons he's seen using in the short, most of his dark-type movepool is based on stealing, the Order moves because he's a king, Rage, Outrage and Stompting Tantrum are all based on his tantrum at the end of the short, the rest of the movepool are based on his brute strenght and hands. Soft Boiled because he was about to eat an egg before killing the Lord of the Flies.

"A BIRD AS BIG AS A BATTLESHIP!"
Pokémon: La Carcagne
Type:

Abilities: Antimatter Shield: Bulletproof + The user will use Reflect and Light Screen on switch-in if they weren't up already. When activated by this ability, Reflect and Light Screen will last for 8 turns.
Moves: Brave Bird, Drill Peck, Wing Attack, Aerial Ace, Acrobatics, Sky Attack, Peck, Roost, Defog, Psychic Fangs, Hyperspace Hole, Barrier, Cosmic Power, Magic Room, Wonder Room, Trick Room, Gravity, Mirror Coat, Draco Meteor, Wide Guard, Protect, Substitute, Soft Boiled, Scary Face, Retaliate, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Superpower, Knock Off, Crunch, Bite, Pursuit, Elemental Fangs, U-turn, Steel Wing, Whirlwind.
Stats: 150 HP/120 Atk/90 Def/50 SpA/70 SpD/120 Spe

Reasoning: Psychic/Flying because she's a giant alien vulture. Antimatter Shield is based on her only notable ability to surround herself and her eggs with an invisible bulletproof antimatter wall. Flying-type moves (and Iron Wing and Whirlwind) are a must. Most of her Psychic-type moves (and Draco Meteor) are based on space. Bite related moves because she has visible sharp teeth in her beak. Earthquake, Bulldoze and Superpower because she's a giant monster. Wide Guard, Mirror Coat, Protect, Substitute and Barrier come from his already mentioned antimatter shield.

"I'd rather be SHINY!"
Pokémon: Tamatoa
Type:

Abilities: Dazzling, Shell Bait*
*Shell Bait
: Prevents adjacent opposing Water-type Pokemon from choosing to switch out unless they are immune to trapping. The user will always hit every move used against every Water-type Pokemon and vice versa.
Moves: Crabhammer, Liquidation, Razor Shell, Whirlpool, Aqua Ring, Withdraw, Rain Dance, Heavy Slam, Meteor Mash, Gyro Ball, Metal Claw, Flash Cannon, Mirror Shot, Metal Burst, Iron Defense, Crunch, Bite, Knock Off, Pursuit, Brutal Swing, Thief, Snatch, Throat Chop, Guillotine, Diamond Storm, Power Gem, Rock Polish, Elemental Punches, Superpower, Drain Punch, Power-Up Punch, X-Scissor, Hyper Voice, Rapid Spin, Teeter Dance, Pay Day, Swords Dance, Flash, Spotlight, Follow Me, Sing, Swallow, Stockpile, Camouflage, Dazzling Gleam, Confuse Ray, Mirror Coat, Reflect, Light Screen.
Stats: 100 HP/130 Atk/150 Def/50 SpA/70 SpD/80 Spe

Reasoning: Water/Steel because he's a crab that lives underwater and is covered in gold. Dazzling because of his bioluminesce and Shell Bait because of his ability to gather a large amount of fish around his golden shell. Water and Steel type moves are a given. Moves related to light such as Dazzling Gleam and Power Gem are because of his bioluminesce. Hyper Voice, Rapid Spin, Teeter Dance, Sing and Swords Dance because almost his whole screen time is a musical video of him dancing and singing. Crunch, Bite and Swallow because he tried several times to eat Moana and Maui. Thief, Snatch, Knock Off, Pay Day and Stockpile because he's obsessed with stealing and gathering shiny objects. Camouflage because he was first found disguised as a pile of gold and the rest of its movepool is based on his way of fighting.

"You Think You Gnow Me? Well I've Got News For You Buck-o... I'm Huge And Stupid"
Pokémon: Horace
Type: Ice/Steel
Ability: Snow Warning / Thick Fat (Hidden)
Stats: 120/150/90/110/110/100 (680)
Notable Moves: Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Iron Head, Meteor Mash, Iron Tail, Flare Blitz, Close Combat, Superpower, Wood Hammer, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Liquidation, Crunch, Bulk Up, Aurora Veil, Slack Off
Horace @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Wood Hammer
- Ice Shard

Reasoning: The god of snow, war and night, he who comes from an icy depth, panaceum and warden, Horace. He gets Ice-type due to him running an ice shop. He gets Steel-type due to his frequent association with iron and steel, which he claims to be made of - he can also shoot molten steel from his eyes. He gets moves of the Ice and Steel types because of this. Flare Blitz is because his blood can be used as lighter fluid in an emergency. Crunch and Fighting-type moves due to his, as he would put it, "Big Teeth And Mauscles". Wood Hammer due to being the lord of the fjorest. Earthquake and Stone Edge due to shaping the earth with his hooves and creating a mountain when he entered the Sandsverse. Speaking of his entry into the Sandsverse, he gets Liquidation due to a spout of water and ice coming with his arrival. Finally, he gets Slack Off due to his... "actions" during Elmer's Lent.

Type: Psychic/Flying

Stats: 70/120/70/80/70/120 (530)
Notable Moves: Waddle Spear Barrage*, Frustration, Slack Off, Icicle Spear, Pin Missile, Close Combat, Poison Jab, Smart Strike, Outrage, Thrash, U-Turn, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Aromatherapy, Rage Powder
*Waddle Spear Barrage: Physical Normal-Type, 30 BP, 100% Accuracy, 10/16 PP, hits 2-5 times
Wade L. D. @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Waddle Dealer
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-Turn
- Frustration
- Close Combat
- Aromatherapy / Spikes / Toxic Spikes / Poison Jab

Wade L. D. @ Life Orb
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waddle Spear Barrage
- Icicle Spear
- Close Combat
- U-Turn

Reasoning: A married man with a terminally ill son and a horrible job, who cracked under the pressure, became a drug dealer, and eventually died holding off the police. He's also a Waddle Dee, and responsible for President Haltmann, his boss, taking control of the SiIvaGunner channel. That's less important. Normal because he's pretty much just a normal guy. Waddle Spear Barrage, Icicle Spear, Pin Missile, Spikes, and Toxic Spikes all come from his use of spears in battle, and Skill Link ties into said moves. Waddle Dealer as well as Poison Jab and Aromatherapy come from the fact that he's a drug dealer. Friend Guard and Close Combat because of how he covered 2B's escape at the cost of his own life. Rage Powder ties into both of these things. Frustration, Outrage, and Thrash come from him having a LOT of pent-up frustration. Smart Strike because he's transported metal around for people and helped build the Gadgetini Clone and it was the most fitting Steel move. U-Turn because he constantly juggled and moved between various aspects of his life, also he basically ditched his family.

Reasoning: John Freeman, brother of Gordon Freeman and Saver of Humens, who did what had to be done and faced full life consequences. Normal because I couldn't think of anything better. Friend Guard because he attempted to take on the Combines himself rather than risk the lives of the humens that were fighting them. His incredible speed is because he's described as walking like the speed of light. Wepon is named for a mispelling of "weapon" in the story, and its effect comes from John Freeman's ability to look up the weaknesses of enemies on the internet (as he did to The Next Boss). Return is a universal move with STAB. High Jump Kick because he's described as "jump[ing] in to sky with kicks". Bullet Seed, Seed Bomb, and Rock Blast because he's described as shooting people several times. Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, and Thunder Punch because he's also described killing Combines with bear [sic] hands.

John Notwoodman-Mech @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
- Meteor Mash
- Leaf Blade
- Thunderpunch
- Recover

Reasoning: The host for the SiIvaGunner King For a Day tournament, as well as a lawyer, who absolutely isn't Wood Man. Grass/Steel because he's a wood robot. Download because he's a computer virus and Mold Breaker because he breaks several laws of reality. His stats reflect how he is in the SiIvaGunner canon - extremely powerful in terms of reality-breaking abilities, but utterly hopeless in a physical fight. (He couldn't hurt Smol Nozomi. Not the Smolitzer, Nozomi herself. She didn't even have to attack him.) He also has a mech form that's more proficient in physical fighting, but hasn't been shown with his other abilities. That form of him gets Iron Fist because he punches stuff I guess. He gets a decent amount of Grass and Steel moves for the obvious reasons. Psychic moves due to his general weird powers. Electric moves because robots get those. Recover because he can just reattach limbs that fall off. Taunt and Parting Shot because he's decent at both cracking jokes and getting the fuck out of there. Sticky Web because his mech form can fire nets. Moon moves because, well, see below...

Pokémon: 8-Bit Beast
Type: Grass/Steel
Ability: Strong Jaw
Stats: 100/130/40/100/90/110 (570)
Moves: As above + Crunch, Ice Fang, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Psychic Fangs, Sacred Sword, Dragon Claw, Shadow Claw
8-Bit Beast @ Life Orb
Ability: Strong Jaw
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Crunch
- Ice Fang / Thunder Fang
- Thunder Fang / Leaf Blade
Reasoning: Type stays the same because it's still the same goofy wood robot, just as a werewolf. Strong Jaw and biting moves because big teeth, claw moves because big claws, and Sacred Sword because it has a sword too.

Pokémon: CIA
Type: Flying/Steel
Ability: Intimidate, Unaware(HA)
Notable Moves: Fly, Knock Off, Sky Drop, Bullet Punch, Head Charge, All Moves in the Bullet and Bomb category, Taunt, Destiny Bond
Z-Move: YouDon'tGetToBringFriends, Flying type, 185 BP, traps the target.
Stats: 69/80/128/42/52/131

Reasoning: "Hello, I'm CIA." Quote from one of cinema's most infamous government agent's in one of Christopher Nolan's masterpieces, The Dark Knight Rises. Most well known in for his part in the introduction to one of cinema's most infamous terrorists, the big masked man himself, Bane. I could write an entire college thesis about the opening scene in the Dark Knight Rises, with how both characters mirror, compliment, and play off each other with the subtle symbolism involved, but I will just have to explain the logic behind CIA's typing, abilities, moves, ect.
First off, while it might seem like his flying/steel type is just an obvious reference to the fact he is on a plane for most of his screen time, which is try, there is more to the reasoning. And this reasoning can also tie into his abilities and moves too.
In this shot, we can see CIA's bold stance with a plane right behind him. CIA here is presenting himself as a "hard" man, "above" what he assumes are just hired guns, trying to "intimidate" the terrorists, while being "unaware" of the danger he truly is in. And these themes play throughout the entire scene too. While "flying" in his aircraft, he threatens the terrorists who do not talk by claiming that he will "shot and throw them out of the plane". Although he does not actually kill them, which is actually a smart move in hindsight, although it backfires in the end. After interrogating the lower ranking terrorist, Bane himself finally reveals himself with a question to CIA's absurd logic of shooting criminals that will be killed on impact of the ground. If this post were about Bane himself, this would be the example of him learning Smack Down, as this point in the scene is where the power dynamic are shifting. After being grounded by Bane to his level (which is seen when CIA crouched down to speak with him. CIA still believes he is above such a terrorist, even if said terrorist is one of the most fearsome in the world. While CIA interrogates Bane, he asks, "'If I take off that mask, will you die?'". In the world of Pokemon, this would be the equivalent of Knocking Off a Marowak's Thick Club, as Bane's mask is an item that is associated and the main identity of the character. And while the conversation is taking place, yet again, CIA is completely Unaware that Bane's terrorist group crashing HIS (metaphorically, possibly literally) plane with absolutely no survivors. CIA can take a hit from Bane, which is an impressive feat, but not from a "heated" firefight. By the end of the scene, there needs to be one of the terrorists in the wreckage of the crashing plane, which is where Destiny Bond comes in, as the lower member of the terrorist group dies (presumably. It is technically not canon that CIA ever dies. This is DC after all) with CIA.
His signature Z-move is YouDon'tGetToBringFriends, a trapping Z-move. the trapping aspect is derived from 2 areas. the more obvious being that the Target's Allies can not be brought onto the field. The other involves how CIA uses this on Dr. Pavel, who then is later trapped and kidnapped by Bane.
The opening scene for the Dark Knight Rises is a completely genius scene on Christopher Nolan's portfolio, and this entry for Crossover Chaos will represent such genius. I'm totally not just posting this as a joke, honest.

Pelones
Type: Normal/Fighting
Abilities: Refined Pelo (Pelo manages to keep the group somewhat orderly, which buffs their SpA and SpD by 1.3x. Additionally, the group's sound moves of 80 base power or lower (including status moves) are Fighting type. Ability announces itself.) / Erratic Peludo (Peludo's wild side comes out, and has the group feeling a bit more energetic than usual, boosting the group's Atk and Spe by 1.3x. Additionally, the group's multi-hit moves that can strike 2-5 times always strike 4 times, no more and no less. Ability announces itself.) / Furious Pelito (Pelito is feeling angry, which has the group on edge. Their Fighting moves have +1 priority when the user is above half health. When the user is below half health, their attack is boosted by 1.5x. Ability announces itself.)
Signature Moves:
Percussion Kick
Type: Fighting
Classification: Physical
Power: 25
Accuracy: 100
PP: 20 (max 32)
Effect: Hits 2-5 times
Flavor: Pelito angrily kicks the foe in time to keep a beat. Fails if used by anyone other than the Pelones, or if the user's ability is Refined Pelo.

Peludo Violin
Type: Normal
Classification: Status
Accuracy: -
PP: 5 (max 8)
Effect: Raises the user's SpA, Atk, and one of their defensive stats by one stage each. If used in Doubles alongside Kricketune, acts as a full omniboost for both Pokemon.
Z-Effect: Resets lowered stats. Sound based.
Flavor: Peludo pretends to be a violin. If used alongside a Pokemon that can accompany his performance, this makes it more effective. Fails if used by anyone other than the Pelones, or if the user's ability is Furious Pelito.

High Pitch
Type: Normal
Classification: Special
Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10 (max 16)
Effect: Has a 10% chance to flinch the foe. Sound based.
Flavor: Pelo and the group coordinate to hit a very high pitch note. The sound is quite grating, and has a chance to flinch the foe. Fails if used by anyone other than the Pelones, or if the user's ability is Erratic Peludo.
Stats: 90/77/74/77/83/90 (Total: 500)
Notable Learnset: Boomburst, Hyper Voice, Extreme Speed, Quick Attack, Mach Punch, Chatter (incompatible with Refined Pelo), Confide, Disarming Voice, Echoed Voice, Metal Sound, Perish Song, Round, Screech, Sing, Snarl, Rest, Sleep Talk, Snore, Sparkling Aria (only compatible with Refined Pelo), Supersonic, Synchronoise, Uproar, Stomp, Mimic, Copycat, Work Up, Sharpen, Teeter Dance, Arm Thrust, Jump Kick, Triple Kick, Outrage, Thrash, Belch, Gastro Acid, Metronome, Tri Attack, Double Slap, Fury Attack, Ominous Wind, Astonish, Fake Tears
Overview: The Pelones are a three mon team that can function as three mons via their abilities. Most of their moves are sound based, but some of them are based on various other things the Pelones do during their performances. With Refined Pelo, you can use High Pitch, Sparkling Aria, Boomburst, and even Synchronoise, all of which deal pretty respectable damage to the targets you want to hit. Of course, you don't have any reliable method of hitting Ghosts unless you use Ominous Wind, so keep this in mind. Erratic Peludo makes them very fast and pretty strong too. E-Speed and Percussion Kick make for a tough mon to combat, but once again, you don't have much for Ghosts. Finally, with Furious Pelito, they can throw out priority Jump Kicks and E-Speeds until they hit half health, and then E-Speed becomes 1.5x more powerful. This is best used with a Choice Band, and while Astonish is really bad, you might want it so that you can reliably attack Ghosts.
