Team Breakdown
So like i said earlier, this team biggest purpose its making blaziken somewhat of a threat, but its has two forms of usage:

1. Psychic Terrain:
the tree pokemons that form this playstyle are
- Blaziken (as the main physical attacker, played more like a glass cannon or a setup kinda)

- Indeedee F (as the setter of terrain and supporter of the three, she is the core of this playstyle and the team in general)

- Espeon (she is supposed to be Alakazam but he is not in this format :(, but they fullfil practically the same role as a fast frail special attacker, covering the weaknesses of blaziken and blaziken covering his weaknesses too,)

ok, so the thought proccess behind this team is it that blaziken gets pretty fast pretty soon, but priority dont care about that, and with so many incineroars with fake out running around, and some sucker punchers here and there, its practically imposible to use him effectively (at least like a glass cannon cuz he lowkey suck at that without setup), but, with psychic terrain, priority its disabled, making speed the ruler in the battle for at least 4 turns, and with the combination of sword dance, speed boost, and protect, blaziken can finally be a real glass cannon during psychic terrain, and indeedee its there to help him out, with follow me as well as protect and dazzling gleam for the dragons that wall blaziken (well kinda because my indeede isnt focused on special attack so it dosent make that much damage on dragons, but you get the point) and espeon, well, its here to also help baziken out, but in other way, that other way being help with the psychic pokemons that threat blaziken sweep, also taking advantage of the terrain herself, with tera psychic to maximize his damage output, and shadow ball for a little coverage, she its mostly and all-out attacker, but i gave her calm mind for a little setup in some cases

and the form of using this form of the team is pretty straightfoward, just making sure both of your attacker (or indeedee for support) are in the battlefield at the same time, altought there are some pokemon that can wall both blaziken and espeon in a 1v1 situation, when both are switched in, they can sweep entire teams with little to no effort
but, because i rely solely on speed, i got two main counters (one of them being a
hard one)

first one: hyper offense and generally fast and hard hitting pokemons, like fluttermane and so on
i dont really consider this a major problem because of the other half of the team being more defence oriented, but it can get really tought matchups, specially if they also wall my attackers (in that case just forfeit vro)
and the second one...
being the literally opposite of my strat and countering every aspect of this...

T r i c k. R o o m.
this is the hardest and most countering counter of my strat, not just because all my strategy revolves around being the fastest in the field, but also because all of the good and meta trick room attackers HARD WALL my attackers, slowbro, hattrene, ursaluna both forms, every aspect of this strategy just makes mine totally useless, but, just what they say, if you can beat it...
then join it.

1. Trick Room:

(this part of the team its the least developed, but i just needed to make this because its so over without it)
the last three pokemon of the team revolve around and only around trick room, of my own or if the rival set it up
- Farigiraf (the one and only trick room setter, also the support of this part of the team, but it can also make huge damage in his own)

- Goodra-Hisui (i select her only for walling other trick room attackers, maybe it is´nt the best option but it works pretty well in this team, also can setup on his own with acid armor and become practically unkillable, perfect for supporting partners or just outlasting the rival)

-Iron Hands (the most rushed of the three, its here for support with fake out when setting trick room, and to be somewhat of a bulky physical sweeper, thought as i said earlier, he is the least developed and the most rushed in the entire team, its subject to change but for now its works, not so well or perfect fit, but works)

this is my
Anti Trick Room Meta Strategy™, thought it is´nt the best so far, its works better than expected, walling faster pokemon than the Psychic Terrain set and also some of the better trick room sweepers like torkoal and (kind of) hattrene, its the not so final form of the losses i got vs trick rooms teams (only one but i got hard countered so badly that i knew i needed some kind of help against it)
i still dont have a optimal startup with this three, but the main goal its to setup trick room, and switch in the sweepers, or also indeedee, because she also works in this stategy as a support (she is the main core in the team) but all of this trick room shenanigans its subject to change, and also, as a disclaimer,

-this is my first team that i consider viable, and also is just a effort to make my favorite pokemon somewhat viable in the actual meta-

-i highly aprecciate some feedback, cuz i really wanna get better building teams and making blaziken work in some other wacky teams, so pls, if you see some corrections or error i make while describing this team (or in the movesets, natures, and everything about the pokemons in the team) please reply me and make me know, i really wanna make this optimal, and most importantly, work-

I barely missed out on qualifying for DLT, but I still wanted to share the teams I built during the tournament.

:mew: :dragonite: :chien-pao: :okidogi: :gholdengo: :ogerpon-wellspring:
This was the first team I built, and I used it up to around 1700. I put together a bunch of Pokémon that match up well against common ladder archetypes.
Wellspring helps shut down a lot of cheese strategies with redirection and Taunt.
Okidogi and Gholdengo often win games on their own, especially when supported by Mew through Coaching and Pollen Puff. Mew also provides Stealth Rock, which is generally strong on ladder, and Snarl to handle Psyspam more easily, while Chien-Pao removes terrain and screens.
I went with Dragonite last since I didn’t have a Firepon switch-in and needed speed control, and it’s also a great Coaching target.

:ting-lu: :okidogi: :chien-pao: :mew: :gholdengo: :ogerpon-wellspring:
I dropped Dragonite for Ting-Lu because Mew felt really awkward to use without speed control, and adding Ting-Lu freed up two of Mew’s move slots, allowing for a more efficient moveset. That said, this version still struggled with speed control overall, so I didn’t end up using it that much.

:sneasler: :dragonite: :kingambit: :landorus: :chien-pao: :ogerpon-wellspring:
This is the team I ended up using the most. I really liked Coaching + Dragonite from the first team, but this time I went with Sneasler, which is a better user thanks to its higher Speed and access to Fake Out.
I then added Kingambit since Sneasler and Dragonite struggle a lot against Intimidate, so I needed a way to discourage it. AV Gambit pairs really well with Coaching since it can’t boost on its own, and Brick Break lets Chien-Pao run the Icy Wind set, which is especially threatening when paired with Landorus. Landorus also replaces Gholdengo as the team’s special attacker, as the team already has a Steel-type in Kingambit.

Bonus Teams
:sneasel-hisui: :dragonite: :kingambit: :landorus: :chien-pao: :ogerpon-wellspring:
I would 100% use Sneasel if it dealt more damage and Dire Claw wasn’t a get-out-of-jail-free card. Inner Focus is a crazy ability to have on a mon like this.
:ting-lu: :okidogi: :chien-pao: :gouging-fire: :gholdengo: :ogerpon-wellspring:
I never actually used this team, but it’s basically the Mew team with Gouging-Fire replacing it to click Howl instead of Coaching, and Scarf Gholdengo for speed control.

Big shoutout to all the players who qualified and good luck in playoffs!

Edit: I know avalugg-h is weird
Well one major thing would just be to include Indeedee-F over a Pokemon like Avalugg or Dondozo. It offers great support in redirection and Helping Hand as well as other moves and can serve as a secondary trick room setter. That plus psychic terrain boosting Expanding Force on Hatterene (which you should probably run over Heal Pulse) can be a big difference. Also, better to High Horsepower on Ursaluna instead of Bulldoze.

I just started really playing DOU and i pushed to 1200 with this team with no prior doubles experience so id say this is pretty good (HEAVILY INSPIRED BY INABAKUNANA'S RANK 1 TEAM (this is great for low ladder) just start with gholdengo and rillaboom, and fake out and nasty plot as your opening then repeat with gholdengo and grassy glide. The specific use of chien pao is to get rid of beat up whimsicotts, and play roaring moon with waterpon. Diancie is good for cleaning up 2 low health pokemon, and the chien pao is made solely for piority attacking and chipping health.

I also i need hella help teambuildig i suck at this ;;-;;

i love the new take on the team, but I'm curious, why did you decide to drop Landorus for chien pao? I guess that chien pao has a bit more ability to clean up but I didnt have any problems with the cleanup of the original team
Maybe to enable Ogerpon more into attacking? Idk I'm just curious

So I am kind of new to this and I have been running this team on the ladder that I have been reiterating on for a few weeks now and I have created an iteration of it that I finally feel satisfied with. It's your standard sand team with Tyranitar for setting sandstorm, Excadrill for sweeping in sand, and Tornadous for tailwind and speed control. I also added Incineroar as a strong pivot and in this latest iteration I added Hawlucha as a secondary sweeper that can pair nice with Excadrill and Rillaboom for plenty of reasons like a great secondary pivot for Tyranitar and Incineroar as well as pairing greatly with Hawlucha which was the main idea when I added them in. The only real issue with Rillaboom is that grassy terrain lowers the damage output of Earthquake on Excadrill. I feel like I am missing somethings like redirection but I feel like what I have so far is the best I could make, honestly I just want to share this team I made. I will link the base team I had and the new iteration of it underneath.

Also does anyone have any ideas of how to counter farigiraf? Trick room farigiraf is an issue that I don't really have a counter for it, and thoughts or ideas?

You could move away from EQ on Excadril and go with just high horsepower with a life orb.

As for Farigiraf, perhaps instead of doing a tyranitar with Tera blast, something like either taunt or dragon tail could help stop TR from being set up.

Hey everyone this is me dumping all of the teams i used in DPL, thanks a lot to bello figo(rip), TanDaMan and Ferrari450 for helping me throughout the whole tournament, i could go 4-2 just because of them or else it wasn't possible for me at all. Also I'm retiring from mons for the next 2 years now, because irl needs more quality time. I really wanna thank Actuarily ratpacker eragon and everyone else for all those unlimited teambuilding advices and tests :tyke:. I only played for 1 year but made a lot of good friends from dou community and outside of it too. It was very fun, anyways let's get to the teams.

Week 1 against eragon (L)
:rillaboom: :glimmora: :roaring-moon: :ogerpon-hearthflame: :gholdengo: :kyurem:

It was given to me by bello figo, the team was pretty nice but i played the endgame pretty bad and threw sadly. I used tera electric on kyurem as i lowkey felt that the team was weak to specs gholdengo+torn duo.
Week 2 against MyPokemonRBad12 (W)
:ninetales-alola: :kingambit: :incineroar: :ogerpon-wellspring: :landorus: :kyurem:

This team is originally a sample but we decided to edit it and make it even better, we made kyurem life orb and added psychic so that it can snipe Okidogi kekw, added roar on ninetales so that it can eat setup mons like volcarona and raging bolt.

Week 3 against repeat (W)
:chien-pao: :diancie: :sneasler: :ogerpon-wellspring: :volcanion: :dragonite:

I've played a ton of tournament games with this team
A hyper offense team that consists a lvl 99 diancie, just to snipe Ursaluna in trick room.

week 4 against Givrix (L)
:great-tusk: :tornadus: :ogerpon-hearthflame: :gholdengo: :incineroar: :walking-wake:
I just stole the team from a replay where bagel used it
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9doublesou-2651652427-wy5jm0meak4y26axj6jo1abxwo8aujcpw

week 5 against aseqq (W)
:chien-pao: :entei: :ursaluna-bloodmoon: :rillaboom: :okidogi: :roaring-moon:
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9doublesou-2655197223-wuh9sawvvvkv21jjpdj20fjapty3gtopw
(I dont remember where else i used this team)
This is the very first team that i made when i first started playing on showdown, scarfed dogi is simply to kill mons like landorus with ice punch.

(Week 6 i had to sub out because of an emergency)

week 7 against pigwarrior (W)
:tyranitar: :excadrill: :houndstone: :roaring-moon: :landorus: :volcanion:
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9doublesou-2662252188

Got this team from sundays, the stuff that i changed here was using assault vest on Tyranitar over lefties and adding dragon tail over stealth rocks and making it outspeed against chien pao in tailwind.

Thank you everyone i hope I'd get to team up with the same people again. See yall after 2 years :woop:

I feel like I should share this DOU team I made because it's honestly one of the best teams I've ever made for any format and I've had a ton of success with it on the ladder and in the Tournaments room.

:ursaluna: :orthworm: :cresselia: :torkoal: :iron hands: :sinistcha:

90% of the time, the plan is to lead with Orthworm and either Cress or Sinis. You'll want to Shed Tail into Ursaluna right away and TR with the partner. Sometimes, specifically against opposing TR, you'll want to Rage Powder with Sinis instead to guarantee the Shed Tail. Once Ursaluna is behind the sub, you can switch back to Orthworm and start spamming EQ for strong damage and either Helping Hand for a boost, Body Press to break Sashes, or set up another Shed Tail for Torkoal or Iron Hands. The whole team synergizes really well, with Ursaluna being able to heal Orthworm with Earth Eater EQ and Cress and Sinis being able to heal the whole team with Lunar Blessing and Hospitality. It's built specifically for my playstyle so it might not feel as strong in someone else's hands. I just really wanted to share it because I really love this team.
