I've used an Expert Belt 4 Attacks set that was pretty good. Moves were Psycho Shock / HP Fire / Shadow Ball / Grass Knot, with 252 Spd/252 SAtk Timid.
The nice thing about it is that you can use HP Fire and Grass Knot on the same set, so you hit both Nattorei and Tyranitar for good damage (not a OHKO on either, though). I've always taken a pretty suicidal approach with Espeon; as long as it leaves the opponent's hazard setupper crippled, I feel it has done its job. Thus, I abuse the ability to switch moves with the Expert Belt to attack whatever the hell switches in.
It gets surprisingly good coverage too, so you'll mostly score super effective hits, meaning the power drop from Life Orb is very small, while you don't get any recoil damage. You can also bluff a Choice set and do all sorts of crazy shit.
For example: on Team Preview, you see the opponent has Nattorei and Tyranitar. You switch Espeon on Nattorei's Spikes and HP Fire it for heavy damage, while it Gyro Balls your face back for heavy damage as well. Next turn, you use Grass Knot to hit Tyranitar on the switch in. Most Tyranitar are 2HKOed by this (they need a ton of SDef EVs to escape the 2HKO), meaning they'll probably will switch out and then you can use any other move to hit whatever you think is coming in (maybe shadow ball for Lati@s?). Or just Grass Knot again to try and KO Tyranitar. Even though Espeon leaves at very low HP or possibly KOed, you've crippled the foe's Nattorei and Tyranitar, possibly even another Poké. It's quite a good trade imo.
