Sorry, same-gendered are incapable of breeding, so you can't fuse them. You can do a DNA fusion with one of them and a genderless/undiscovered Pokemon, however.

They come out fully evolved because they are the result of a fusion between 2 fully evolved Pokemon of the same egg group, they aren't sons of two fully evolved Pokemons and, as a result, they don't come out of an egg.
Edit: and Froslass+Blissey is possible only through DNA fusion.
 
Froslass + Blissey isn't even possible with DNA Fusion due to the fact that both can breed - just not with each other. That said, Blissey + Rotom achieves a similar spread (152/30/43/85/106/73 with no BST boost), as does Blissey + Golurk (172/67/45/65/107/55 with no BST boosts).

Notable moves : U-Turn, Sucker punch, Quick Attack, Pursuit, Psychic, Morning Sun, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Psybeam, Taunt, Shadow Ball, Thunderwave, Toxic, Grass Knot, Psyshock, Dazzling Gleam, Wish, Skill Swap, Heal Bell, Trick, Baton Pass, Super Fang, Endeavor, Calm Mind, Work Up, Thunder, Sword Dance,
Role Description : This pokemon is fairly straightforward, get in get out. You can boost and baton pass, or you and U-turn out. Work very well with Hazard pokemon that use Stealth Rocks, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web. Along with its immunity to ghost, this pokemon has only weakness to dark and bug allowing for a modicum of survivability. With Focus sash, it should allow for quick fun of switching out.

I swear guys, didn't eevee say we should vote for actual competitively useful things? So why the hell r ppl voting 4 Scrafty / Altaria. Even the creator couldn't find a niche that it was outclassed in. Both its regular and mega forms are horribly outclassed.

What I don't understand about the Scrafty / Altaria voting is how did it even get on that list in the first place? I just double checked the thread and ran a search and found only discussion about it, no one submitted it. So yeah I don't know what's going on here but whoever voted for that pretty much voted for a submission that didn't existed effectively making it 9 votes. Change now because it won't count on account of not existing.

Not to mention I've seen said pointless discussion before in this exact thread and have stated users to just read page 1. It really is that simple and if you can't do that, maybe you shouldn't be posting in the thread.
