It's the same science behind parent/offspring move transference. If I'm correct, this stone will unlock a new era of Pokemon biogenesis with nearly limitless potential. If the parents interact with just a single flake of the stone, a whole new species is born."

"The subjects in question performed as expected. Please, remind the boss of our parent samples."

"And it had to be these two?"

"The Fusion Stone only reacts between parents in the same egg family."

"What about the offspring's ... genetics?"

"The typing will always be a combination of its parent's types. It receives two moves from each parent at birth and is capable of learning any machine or move tutor the parents can learn. The ability is a little harder to predict; it seems to be an amalgam of the parents', excluding Hidden Abilities, which don't react with the stone. Its stats, however ..."

"Doctor?"

"The new species is stronger."
"Explain."

"The stone is consumed during the process and that energy appears to pass to the offspring at birth. As such, its stats are an average of both parents, while also receiving an increase of ten base points. It is the next step in Pokemon evolution.

Rules:
  • Typing - Any combination of the types combined so long as the fusion shares at least one type with either parent.
    • Example: Water/Dark fused with Electric/Flying can be Water/Electric, Water/Flying, Dark/Electric, or Dark/Flying.
  • Stats - This equation is used for each individual stat, not the BST: ((A1 + A2) / 2 ) + 10, rounded down, where A equals the same stat on each parent.
    • Example: Parent 1 has an HP of 50. Parent 2 has an HP of 100. The average is 75. Add 10 and the new HP stat is 85.
  • Moves - Access to both parents' moves.
  • Ability - This is where it gets fun! You pick one ability from each parent (No HAs!) and combine them, with balance in mind. The same or clone abilities cannot stack. (No Speed Boost + Speed Boost, or Shell Armor + Battle Armor; if there's no way around it, use the original version of the ability.)
    • Good example: Pure Power + Guts: This Pokemon's Attack is doubled when inflicted by major status but the status effects are also doubled. Immune to burn's Attack drop.
    • Bad example: Pure Power + Guts: This Pokemon's Attack is doubled when inflicted by major status. (Too strong.)
  • Name - Portmanteau of the parents. The Magmortar + Electivire example could become 'Magmovire' or 'Elecmortar' or 'Magtivortar.' Whatever sounds the best to you.
  • These fusions are fully evolved and their own species, which means they cannot utilize mega stones or Eviolites or species-specific items like Lucky Punch, Thick Club, or Light Ball. Banned Mega Stones: Beedrillite, Diancite, Medichamite.
  • List of Egg Groups. Parents need to be able to breed, as such, Tauros can't fuse with Nidoking, among other same gendered Pokemon. (I support you if you want to adopt, however.)

DNA Fusions - You can fuse Pokemon from the Undiscovered/Genderless egg groups with these rules added:
  • No fusing anything with a BST of 670 or higher (for now at least)
  • Straight average the stats, i.e. no more +10
  • However, like Kyurem, you can add 40 BST to the new fusion but no more than 20 in one individual stat
  • Mega stones still apply as usual

Parents: Malamar and Swampert
Shared egg group: Water 2
Offspring name: Swampamar
New type: Dark/Water
New base stats: 103 / 111 / 99 / 86 / 92 / 76
New ability and desc: Turnabout Torrent (Contrary + Torrent) Water-type moves of the user is boosted by 50% as long as user is above 1/3 HP; the user's stat changes are reversed.
Notable moves: Hammer Arm, Earthquake, Waterfall, Ice Beam, Stone Edge, Aqua Tail, Ice Punch, Stealth Rock, Superpower, Icy Wind, Iron Tail, Low Kick, Topsy-Turvy, Night Slash, Switcheroo, Taunt, Knock Off, Destiny Bond
Role identification: With Hammer Arm, now it can speed up too in addition to boosting Atk and Def. Still mostly the same except bulkier, and the ability boost can be useful with Wish support.

Parents: Gyarados and Milotic
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Gyarotic
New type: Water
New base stats: 105 / 102 / 89 / 90 / 122 / 91
New ability and desc: Intimidating Scales - Gains 1.5 defense when afflicted with status, and lowers the opponent's attack on switch in.
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Recover, Coil, Scald, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Fire Blast, Stone Edge, Earthquake
Role identification: The purpose of combining these two pokemon are that, much like the Electabuzz and Magmar lines, these two are counterparts, and in fact have the same stats, but different distribution, and as such, different roles. By combining these pokemon, they can perform either role but with some differences. Losing the flying type gets rid of a massive weakness but also some resistances, so I believe that helps balance the stat gain. It can go for speed and power (DD), power and defense (Coil), can use recovery in combination with either offense or defense, or use a defensive set altogether. It gets Special moves, although 90 SpA is average, it isn't that different from Milotic's 100 SpA, but scald's usable now.

Parents: Azumarill / Greninja
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Azuninja
New type: Water
New base stats: 96 / 82 / 83 / 91 / 85 / 96
New ability and desc: Huge Torrent (Huge Power + Torrent) - Doubles Attack at 30% of HP or less.
Notable moves: Substitute, Belly Drum, Water Shuriken, U-turn, Waterfall, Low Kick, Gunk Shot
Role identification: The premier high risk/high reward attacker. If it manages to nab a Substitute and Belly Drum, count on getting creamed by it. It sacrifices Speed and power for sheer spook factor and puts pressure on the opponent just by existing on your team. It has decent bulk and can go mixed if not running Belly Drum, though it's probably highly outclassed.

Parents: Chandelure and Castform
Shared egg group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Chandeform
New type: Ghost / Normal
New base stats: 75 / 72 / 90 / 117 / 90 / 85
New ability and desc: Flash Weather (in Sun, absorbs Fire moves, in Rain Water, in Hail Ice, and in Sand, Rock.)
Notable moves: Weathers, Shadow Ball, Weather Ball, Fire Blast, Blizzard / Ice Beam, Hurricane, Hydro Pump, Will-O, Thunder Wave, Pain Split, Energy Ball, Trick Room, Trick, Clear Smog, Memento
Role identification: I mainly made this to get a Ghost / Normal. Chandy probably wasn't the best pick but whatever. Anyway, functions as a pivot with decent bulk, an amazing typing, and some support options.

Parents: Eelektross and Mismagius
Shared egg group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Mismatross
New type: Electric/Ghost
New base stats: 82 / 97 / 80 / 115 / 102 / 87
New ability and desc: Levitate (lol)
Notable moves: Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Charge Beam, Volt Switch, Flash Cannon, Aqua Tail, Giga Drain, Knock Off, Superpower, Acid Spray, Power Gem, Calm Mind, Coil, Wild Charge, Thunder Punch, Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Power-Up Punch, U-Turn, Rock Slide, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Will-O-Wisp, Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Nasty Plot, Sucker Punch, Shadow Sneak, Icy Wind, Trick, Pain Split, Phantom Force
Role identification: God, the coverage is absolutely ridiculous. Go physical, special, Coil, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, pivot, etc. Problem is, the only strong physical Ghost move it has is... Phantom Force...

Parents: Haxorus + Rampardos
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Haxardos
New type: Dragon / Rock
New base stats: 96 / 166 / 85 / 72 / 70 / 87
New ability and desc: Intense Rivalry (Bypasses targets' abilities if they could hinder or prevent a move if the target is the same gender)
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Rock Polish, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Head Smash, Dragon Claw
Role identification: A very scary set-up sweeper, whether it be from Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, or Rock Polish. 166 is, I think, the highest attack you can get from the fusion stones. It has solid bulk and an ok typing, so I gimped its ability a bit since I thought that + Mold Breaker would be a bit silly. Now its RNG Mold Breaker! Could also run scarf ok.

Parents: Pangoro and Sableye
Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Pangleye
New type: Fighting/Dark
New base stats: 82 / 109 / 86 / 77 / 78 / 64
New ability and desc: Molded Stall (Stall + Mold Breaker) - No abilities have an effect, other than this one, until after this Pokemon acts.
Notable moves: Knock Off, Hammer Arm, Recover, Taunt, Toxic, Sucker Punch, Metal Burst, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Poison Jab, Endeavor
Role identification: A bulky offender, with a buffed Mold Breaker, but one that only works if you can out-stall the opponent. Also can Toxic or Taunt Magic Bouncers.

Parents: Gyarados + Garchomp
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Garchados
New type: Ground/Water
New base stats: 111/137/97/80/102/101
New ability and desc: Intimidate + Sand Veil = Lowers Opponent's defense on switch in and gets evasion boosted in sand. Thinking of a good name. Any suggestions?
Notable moves: Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Fire Fang, Fire Blast, Brick Break, Stone Edge, Dragon Tail, Poison Jab, Surf, Hydro Pump, Dragon Dance, Toxic, Roar, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Scald, Waterfall, Iron Head, Stealth Rock
Role identification: Statistically, an overall improvement for both. The addition of Intimidate allows for it to function as quite a bulky attacker, or even defensive utility with a Rest Talk + Scald/Tail set (seems to work for Gyarados fusions). 101 is a trolly speed tier, but maybe not so much in this meta, but it does get Dragon Dance. Can run one special move for additional damage on 4x weak mons.

Parents: Delcatty + Wailord
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring Name: Wailcatty
New type: Normal / Water
New base stats: 130 / 87 / 65 / 82 / 60 / 75
New ability and desc: Normal Veil : This Pokemon is immune to Normal-type moves.
Notable moves: Return, Waterfall, Sucker Punch, Fake Out, Wish
Role Identification: Uhhhhhhhhhhh........ I guess a bulkyish physical attacker?

Parents: Feraligatr and Garchomp
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Gargatr
New type: Dragon/Water
New base stats: 106/127/107/89/94/100
New ability and desc: Torrent Veil - When this Pokemon has 1/3 or less of its max HP, its evasiveness is 1.25x, and its Water attacks do 1.5x damage. (If that is too powerful, I would remove the Water boost.)
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Waterfall, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Crunch, Ice Punch, Superpower, Aqua Jet
Role identification: Has Kingdra's unique typing. Physical Sweeper with DD, STABs, and one of the many coverage moves. SD to Wallbreak, with priority Aqua Jet.

Parents: Hydreigon and Dragalgae
Shared Egg Group: Dragon
Offspring Name: Dragon
New Type: Dark/Poison
New Base Stats: 88 / 100 / 100 / 121 / 116 / 81
New Ability: Levipoison (Levitate+Poison Point) - If this Pokémon is hit with a Ground-type attack, the attacker is poisoned. Grants the Pokémon with this ability an immunity to ground.
Notable Moves: Sludge Wave, Dark Pulse, Toxic Spikes, Focus Blast, Earth Power, Draco Meteor, Hydro Pump, Scald, U-Turn, Superpower, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Roost, Earthquake, Taunt, Tailwind, Zen Headbutt, Stone Edge, Shadow Ball, Waterfall, Play Rough, Icy Wind
Role Identification: Bulky attacker with a variety of options available to it. Has no weaknesses excluding Mold Breaker Ground-type attacks.

Parents: Bisharp and Hawlucha
Shared egg group: Human-like
Offspring name: Hawlusharp
New type: Fighting/Dark
New base stats: 81/118/97/77/76/104
New ability and desc: Defiant + Unburden = Armor Cast: When an item is used or lost, Attack and Speed are raised by two stages, while Defense and Special Defense are lowered by one.
Notable moves: Swords Dance, Rock Polish, High Jump Kick, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Acrobatics, Sky Attack, Fling, Poison Jab, Iron Head, Psycho Cut, Stone Edge
Role identification: A late-game cleaner/ glass cannon with multiple means of setting up. Compensates for its subpar defenses with powerful STAB priority (Sucker Punch).

Parents: Cofagrigus and Steelix
Shared egg group: Mineral
Offspring name: Cofagreelix
New type: Steel/Ghost
New base stats: 76/77/182/85/95/40
New ability and desc: Mummy Fortitude (Cofagreelix changes the ability of any attacker that makes contact to Mummy. If attacked by an enemy with the Mummy ability, Cofagreelix can endure a hit at one hit point if that hit would faint it.)
Notable Moves: Will-o-Wisp, Toxic Spikes, Memento, Dragon Tail, Curse, Destiny Bond, Night Shade
Role identification: Cofagreelix works as an incredibly effective physical tank. With a great defensive typing and 77/183/95 defenses, Cofagreelix can be a safe switch in to most physical attackers. Cofagrigus' participation in the fusion is mainly a better special defense to deal with mixed sets or switch ins and a very good tank/stall move pool. Cofagreelix is a safe switch in to many physical sweepers, even those with boosted stats, and can use flat damage from moves like will-o-wisp, toxic, and night shade in order to take out enemies.

Parents: Jolteon and Wailord
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Joltlord
New type: Electric/Water
New base stats: 127/87/62/110/80/105
New ability and desc: Oblivious Absorb - Immune to infatuation, taunting, and electric moves, and if hit by one restores HP by 1/8 of its maximum.
Notable Moves: Water Spout, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Signal Beam, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, Agility, Rest
Role Identification: Powerful choice item user. Run either Scarf for blistering speed, or Specs for incredibly powerful Water Spouts. Access to STAB Volt Switch makes Choice Items even easier to abuse, and provides great coverage when coupled with Ice Beam. Although this is Joltlord's main niche, it has a few other tricks up its sleeve: first is Agility to boost speed and the second is a ChestoRest set, which at the cost of the Choice sets' power/speed allows Joltlord to refill its HP and thus Water Spout's power.

Parents: Vespiquen and Gliscor
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Vespicor
New type: Bug/Ground
New base stats: 82/97/123/72/98/77
New ability and desc: Sand Pressure (Sand Veil+Pressure) - In Sandstorm opponent's moves' PP are halved.
Notable moves: Earthquake, Attack Order, Roost/Heal Order, Destiny Bond, U-turn, Knock Off, Defend Order, Aqua Tail, Stealth Rock, Defog
Role identification: A decent defensive setter with a almost-unique typing, normally damaged by Stealth Rock.

Parents: Aggron + Gyarados
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring Name: Aggrodos
New type: Water / Steel
New base stats: 92 / 127 / 139 / 70 / 90 / 75
New ability and desc: F. E. A. R - Avoids recoil damage from recoil moves, and lowers the opponent's attack on switch in
Notable Moves: Dragon Dance, Waterfall, Rock Polish, Autotomize, Ice Punch, Dragon Tail, Hone Claws, Low Kick, Power Up Punch, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Rest, Superpower, Taunt, Thunder Punch, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Crunch, Fire Blast, Scald, Earthquake, Fire Punch, Iron Head, Heavy Slam, Head Smash
Role identification: Pretty nifty typing, ability, and stats. If it wants, it can run a RestTalk set as that's the best recovery it can get, however it's quite versatile. Probably best utilized as a tank, it can be great in TR as well with Heavy Slam, Avalanche, etc. Head Smash is a nifty coverage move that benefits from its ability, as Sturdy felt kinda useless for such a bulky mon. Finally, it's a good SR setter and if it really wants to, a DD set is not bad at all but can be outsped easily.

Parents: Arcanine / Zoroark
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Zorcanine
New Type: Fire / Dark
New Base Stats: 85 / 117 / 80 / 120 / 80 / 110
New Ability and Desc: Mental Fear (Intimidate + Illusion) - Always appear as full health to the opponent.
Notable Moves: Physical- Close Combat, Flare Blitz, Extremespeed, Iron Head, Reversal, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Low Kick, Wild Charge, Pursuit, U-turn
Special: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Overheat, Dark Pulse, Night Daze, Snarl, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Dragon Pulse, Solarbeam, Snarl
Status: Will-O-Wisp, Roar, Morning Sun, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Agility, Taunt, Sunny Day, Calm Mind, Memento, Trick
Role Indentification: So lots of coincidences going for it. Its Parents are A-Z, and its typing is unique except in Houndoom's eyes. Just Pairing intimidate and Illusion together kinda seems counter productive, so I came up with this ability. It makes the opponent unable to see your health, which is awesome for striking fear with your numerous status moves. Its excellent offensive stats and movepool allow it to function as a revenger, or a set up sweeper. It performs SD+ Espeed much more effectively than lucario thanks to its immunity to burn, dark stab to dissuade ghost types, greater power, greater speed, and greater bulk! Defensive sets are where this ability really shines. 85/80/80 defenses may not be the sturdiest around, but Zorcanine is capable of dishing out fast WoW and morning suns. Just having morning sun+lefties makes it hard for the opponent to keep track of your health. Zorcanine also has 6 resistances and 1 immunity.

Parents: Archeops / Aerodactyl
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Archedactyl
New type: Rock / Flying
New base stats: 87 / 132 / 75 / 96 / 80 / 130
New ability and desc: Aura of Failure (Halves Attack and Special Attack of all Pokemon on the field at 50% max HP or less.)
Notable moves: Stone Edge, U-Turn, Roost, Acrobatics, Taunt, Stealth Rock, Endeavor
Role identification: This mon becomes a kind of bulky wall kind of offensive Pokemon. Aura of Failure basically gives all active Pokemon Defeatists. This, along with its reasonable bulk and typing, can let it roost on "weakened" foes, which is important because, while it might seem crazy at first, you're still affected by this. It's attack is reasonable at 132, and its speed is amazing. Much like there's a lot of wallbreakers, this mon can be seen as an offense breaker - absolutely destroying weakened offensive Pokemon, especially those without any recovery.

Parents: Chesnaught + Hippowdon
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Chesdon
New type: Grass / Ground
New base stats: 108 / 119 / 130 / 81 / 83 / 65
New ability and desc: Overgrow + Sand Stream = Cactus Power: Summons Sandstorm upon switching in. Grass-type moves have their power increased 20%.
Notable moves: Stealth Rock, Spikes, Leech Seed, Spiky Shield, Roar, Wood Hammer, Earthquake, Belly Drum, Bulk Up, Slack Off
Role identification: We've got a lot of potential roles here, but it seems to me that its primary role will be that of a sand setter/ hazard setter. It gets both Stealth Rock and Spikes, so it could make a pretty fearsome stacker. Defensively, its typing leaves a lot to be desired, but it more than makes up for it with its solid 108/130/83 bulk, reliable recovery in the form of Slack Off (which can be supplemented with Leech Seed), and Spiky Shield to grab some spare Lefties recovery.

Parents: Excadrill / Mamoswine
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Mamodrill
New type: Ground / Ice
New base stats: 120 / 142 / 80 / 70 / 72 / 94
New ability and desc: Snow Force (Snow Cloak + Sand Force): Strengthens Ice-type moves to 1.33× their power during hail.
Notable Moves: Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Earthquake, Freeze-Dry, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Knock Off, Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: This was originally going to be the physical Snow Rusher, but look at those stats and tell me it wouldn't be broken. Instead, it gets Snow Force, which makes it hit even harder with Ice Shard and Icicle Crash. This is basically a better Mamoswine, with more synergy for hail. 142 is nothing to mess with, especially in Hail. Snow Force boosts a bit more than Sand Force did because it only affects 1 types instead of 3. A terrifying wall breaker that can even set-up with SD. Don't mess with Mamodrill - probably the best Hailmon, especially since it's not just useful in Hail. Try to wall this, Cofagreelix!

Parents: Goodra / Heliolisk
Shared Egg Group: Dragon
Offspring Name: Heliodra
New type: Dragon / Electric
New base stats: 86 / 87 / 71 / 119 / 132 / 104
New ability and desc: Sandy Skin: Cures any major status ailment after each turn during sand. User is immune to sand damage.
Notable Moves: Draco Meteor, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Volt Switch, U-Turn, Sludge Wave
Role Identification: Heliodra has an interesting type, and really solid offensive stats, along with a huge SpDef stat. It's physical defense is less than lovely, but it's mainly an offensive mon. It's speed is solid enough, and it hits decently hard. It's ability lets it be used as a pivot on Sand Teams, as it can do Rest shenanigans during Sand.

Parents: Scyther / Gliscor
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Scyscor
New type: Bug / Ground
New base stats: 82 / 112 / 112 / 60 / 87 / 110
New ability and desc: Technicutter - Moves of or below 60 BP get boosted by 1.5x, and attack cannot be lowered
Notable moves: Swords Dance, Aerial Ace, Agility, Baton Pass, Defog, Roost, Brick Break, Knock Off, Pursuit, U-Turn, Tailwind, Toxic, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Bulldoze, Bug Bite, Feint Attack (?, somehow is the only dark move other than pursuit boosted by tech)
Role identification: Not as good as I thought it would be, but Nincada's (formerly) unique typing is decent offensively and of course offensively. Unfortunately Poison Heal is DW so we're stuck with Hyper Cutter. I suppose STAB Technician Bulldoze could be a thing on a defensive mon. Also, SR neutrality!

Parents: Shiftry + Jolteon
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Joltry
New type: Grass / Electric
New base stats: 87 / 92 / 70 / 110 / 87 / 115
New ability and desc: ChloroVolt - Doubles Speed in Electric Terrain. (Thanks to Gengarzilla in the OM room for the name)
Notable moves: Dark Pulse, Defog, Energy Ball, Fake Out, Focus Blast, Giga Drain, Grass Knot, Hurricane, Knock Off, Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball, Swords Dance, Synthesis, Tailwind, Whirlwind, Agility, Baton Pass, Discharge, Heal Bell, Light Screen, Roar, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Wish, Solar Beam
Role identification: What's interesting is that this Pokemon can function well in Sun, Rain and the under-appreciated Electric Terrain, as well as being able to function as a regular (set-up?) sweeper as well as a support, with access to Wish, Heal Bell, etc. STAB Solar Beam for Sunny Day (maybe Hidden Power Fire too?),Hurricane and Thunder for Rain Dance and ChloroVolt for Electric Terrain improvement, which also increases the power of electric-type moves. An all-round, very versatile Pokemon.

Parents: Azumarill + Breloom
Shared Egg Group: Fairy
Offspring Name: Azumaloom
New Type: Water / Grass
New Base Stats: 90 / 100 / 90 / 70 / 80 / 70
New Ability and Desc: Healing Fat - HP is restored by 1/8th every turn when burned or frozen. Prevents the attack drop from Burn status and the immobilization by Frozen status.
Notable Moves: Leech Seed, Scald, Spore, Substitute, Aqua Jet, Waterfall, Bullet Seed, Sword Dance, Belly Drum, Synthesis, Knock Off
Role Indentification: Can run an annoying SubSeed set with access to Spore and Scald and huge passive recovery. Immunity to burns and good boosting and STAB options make a physically attacking set with Spore viable as well.

Parents: Infernape and Sawk
Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring Name: Sawkape
New Type: Fire / Fighting
New base stats: 85 / 124 / 83 / 77 / 83 / 106
New ability and desc: Blazing Body (Basically just Sturdy + Blaze)
Notable Moves: Close Combat, Flare Blitz, Blaze Kick, Stealth Rock, Ice Punch, Reversal, Knock Off, Poison Jab, Iron Tail, Thunder Punch, Taunt, Acrobatics, Earthquake, Swords Dance, Endeavor
Role Identification: Functions as a bulkier and physically stronger Infernape with slightly less speed and a not as usable special attack. Thanks to Blazing Body, it can function pretty well as a suicide lead with access to Stealth Rock, Reversal, and it doesn't need to hold a focus sash, so its a really nice pokemon to use for getting up hazards up and dealing a lot of damage at the same time.

Parents: Weavile + Absol
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Weasol
New type: Dark
New base stats: 77/135/72/70/82/110
New ability and desc: Pressure + Super Luck
Notable moves: Swords Dance, Knock Off, Play Rough, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Fake Out, Taunt, Pursuit, Superpower, Will-o-Wisp, Nasty Plot, Focus Blast, Ice Punch, Icicle Crash, Low Kick, Poison Jab, Surf
Role identification: Weasol is a terrific attacker, even pre-mega. It's ability is fairly ass, but can be useful in certain situations. However, what is really should be using is it's mega stone, Absolite...

Weasol-Mega:Parents: Weavile + Absol
Shared egg group: *MEGA
Offspring name: Mega Weasol
New type: Dark/Ice
New base stats: 77/155/72/110/82/150
New ability and desc: Magic Bounce
Notable moves: Swords Dance, Knock Off, Play Rough, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Fake Out, Taunt, Pursuit, Superpower, Will-o-Wisp, Nasty Plot, Focus Blast, Ice Punch, Icicle Crash, Low Kick, Poison Jab, Surf
Role identification: This is an insane mon. At 150 speed, with Sucker Punch, this pokemon laughs at Talonflame. It also outspeeds most pokemon, even megas - including the dreaded Archedactyl-mega, and it actually outspeeds Mega Gengar, plus can revenge it anyway with Sucker Punch. Oh and what's more is that this mon can utilize it's wonderful mixed movepool and stats to run something that neither Weavile or Absol did... Nasty Plot. Good luck trying to wall Mega Weasol, it could be running either Nasty Plot or SD, or just straight up run a mixed all out attacking set.

Parents: Tyranitar / Garchomp
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Tyranichomp
New type: Rock / Dragon
New base stats: 114 / 142 / 112 / 97 / 102 / 91
New ability and desc: Sand Aura - Summon Sandstorm and get evasion boost by x1.25 in Sandstorm.
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Dragon Claw, Draco Meteor, Earthquake, Ice Punch, Ice Beam, Fire Punch, Fire Blast, Thunder Punch, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock, Flamethrower, Iron Head.
Role identification: This is more like a Physical Attacker. This thing has very high Attack stats, VERY bulky in both sides, considering it also get Special Defense boost in Sandstorm and get Dragon Dance with a decent Speed. Also gets wide Special coverage if needed to surprise opponent with it. Also no 4x weaknesses, even though it has 6 weaknesses.

Parents: Tyranitar / Garchomp
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: (Tyranitarite)
New type: Rock / Dragon
New base stats: 114 / 172 / 152 / 97 / 122 / 101
New ability and desc: Sand Stream
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Dragon Claw, Draco Meteor, Earthquake, Ice Punch, Ice Beam, Fire Punch, Fire Blast, Thunder Punch, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock, Flamethrower, Iron Head.
Role identification: Much more bulk than before. Also has higher Attack and nice 101 Speed.

Parents: Tyranitar / Garchomp
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: (Garchompite)
New type: Rock / Dragon
New base stats: 114 / 182 / 132 / 137 / 112 / 81
New ability and desc: Sand Force
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Dragon Claw, Draco Meteor, Earthquake, Ice Punch, Ice Beam, Fire Punch, Fire Blast, Thunder Punch, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock, Flamethrower, Iron Head.
Role identification: This is slower, but has higher Attack. One of the most important thing this has is SAND STREAM PRE MEGA THEN SAND FORCE!!! If you remember OU Theorymon in Sand Force Mega Tyranitar's slate, this is pretty much the same.

Parents: Glalie/ Raichu
Shared egg group: Fairy
Offspring Name: Railie (Riley :])
New type: Ice/Electric
New base stats: 80/95/77/95/90/105 (542 BST)
New ability and desc: Static Storm: 30% chance to paralyze the opponent each turn if Hail is active.
Notable Moves: Extreme Speed, Volt Tackle, Icicle Crash, Swords Dance, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Grass Knot, all of pikachus ridiculous movepool, Spikes, Earthquake, Nuzzle, Freeze Dry etc.
Role identification: Fast spikes layer, suicide lead, support, etc. most notably gets stab boltbeam coverage. Again, fairly mediocre, except for its mega.

Parents: Glalie / Raichu
Shared egg group: Fairy
Offspring Name: Mega Railie (Riley :])
New type: Ice/Electric
New base stats: 80/135/77/135/90/125 (642 BST)
New ability and desc: Refrigerate; (same as normal)
Notable Moves: Extreme Speed, Volt Tackle, Swords Dance, Thunderbolt, Grass Knot, all of pikachus ridiculous movepool, Spikes, Earthquake, Nuzzle, Freeze Dry, Explosion, etc.
Role identification: Fast spikes layer, suicide lead, most notably Ekiller w/ boltbeam coverage and fridgespeed. Espeed means you should run an adamant nature, as most stuff that you are going to use volt tackle for you will outspeed w/ a neutral nature anyways and 135 isn't that high for a mega, so you really want that power. It gets unresisted coverage between volt tackle, Fridgespeed, and EQ, making it a phenomenal sweeper.

Parents: Charizard and Gyarados
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Charatos
New type: Fire/Water
New base stats: 97/115/89/95/103/101
New ability and desc: Dreaded Flames - Gains a 1.5x boost to fire moves on the turn of entry, and lowers opponent's defence on entry.
Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Will-o-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Waterfall, Fire Blast, Overheat, Thunderpunch, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Earthquake, Scald, Surf, Ice Beam
Role identification: Much like Eevee's Magmovire, this could function as many things, Mixed attacker (albeit a weaker option), DD, SD, defensive variants with WoW/Scald + Roost. Funnily enough, Gyarados gets Thunderbolt while zard gets Thunderpunch, and now they share that. Also, boltbeam. Lastly, Zard maintains it's primary role as a Dragon Dancer that doesn't care about burn. Has some good resistances to steel and fairy too.

Parents: Charizard and Gyarados
Shared egg group: MEGA
Offspring name: Charatos
New type:
Fire/Water
New base stats: 97/135/89/145/133/101
New ability and desc: Drought
Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Will-o-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Waterfall, Fire Blast, Overheat, Thunderpunch, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Earthquake, Scald, Surf, Ice Beam, Solarbeam
Role identification: Amazing wallbreaker. Though it loses water stab in sun, it has nifty resistances with the typing, including 4x resists to Steel, Fire and Ice. Due to the fact that it gets near equal offenses, it can viably run a physical set as well as a special set, and it has a great 101 speed to boot.

Parents: Charizard and Gyarados
Shared egg group: MEGA
Offspring name: Charatos
New type:
Fire/Dark
New base stats: 97/145/119/105/133/101
New ability and desc: Mold Breaker
Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Will-o-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Waterfall, Fire Blast, Overheat, Thunderpunch, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Earthquake, Scald, Surf, Ice Beam
Role identification: Another excellent stat spread, Fire/Dark is usually a frail typing, but I felt that as there are too many Water/Dark mons, Fire/Dark seemed to be the way to go. Also, it's once again a Dragon Dancer that does not get burned.

Parents: Charizard and Gyarados
Shared egg group: MEGA
Offspring name: Charatos
New type:
Fire/Dragon
New base stats: 97/161/122/116/103/101
New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Will-o-Wisp, Roost, Defog, Waterfall, Fire Blast, Overheat, Thunderpunch, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Earthquake, Scald, Surf, Ice Beam
Role identification: An incredibly powerful variant of Charizard Mega X, better in pretty much every stat except SpA, which it doesn't need anyway. The additional boost from Dreaded Flames helps it set up as well as dish out heavy damage. There's not much getting in the way of this Eurasian dragon, and it can even run bulky sets just as well.

Parents: Venusaur + Aggron
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring Name: Aggrosaur
New type: Grass/Steel
New base stats: 85/106/141/90/90/75 (BST 587)
New ability and desc: Rocky Growth: This Pokemon takes no recoil from moves and the power of moves that would cause recoil increases by 50% when HP is below 33%.
Notable Moves: Synthesis, Leech Seed, Giga Drain, Power Whip, Heavy Slam, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Earthquake, Rock Slide
Role identification: Great Physical Wall, with good defensive typing, reliable recovery, Stealth Rock to set up hazards and Giga Drain for even more recovery. Can use its other STAB options in order to run more of a tank set. It also has two powerful Mega Evolutions that are...

Mega Aggrosaur (Venusaurite)
Offspring Name:
Mega Aggrosaur V
New type: Grass/Steel
New base stats: 85/124/181/112/110/75 (BST 687)
New ability and desc: Thick Fat
Notable Moves: Synthesis, Leech Seed, Giga Drain, Power Whip, Heavy Slam, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Earthquake, Rock Slide
Role identification: An even greater wall, with insane 85/181/110 defensive stats, reliable recovery, a strong Giga Drain, Leech Seed and a variety of utility moves. Another selling point is access to the Thick Fat ability, providing a resistance to Ice-Types moves and somewhat patching Aggrosaur's weakness to Fire. Its offences are also increased, which again makes a Tank set viable.

Mega Aggrosaur (Aggronite)
Offspring Name:
Mega Aggrosaur A
New type: Grass/Steel
New base stats: 85/136/191/90/110/75 (BST 687)
New ability and desc: Filter
Notable Moves: Synthesis, Leech Seed, Power Whip, Heavy Slam, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Fire Punch
Role identifcation: Another incredible Pokemon, that while bulkier stat-wise than Mega Aggrosaur V, has a lesser ability and more physical attack. Therefore, it can run an even more physically oriented defensive set, or it could use a deadly Rock Polish set to boost its lackluster speed stat while taking a hit due to its fantastic bulk, which is sky-high even when uninvested. It can then use it's amazing 136 attack and high base power STAB and coverage moves to sweep the opposition.

Parents: Blastoise + Greninja
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Blastinja
New type: Water/Dark
New base stats: 90/104/98/109/103/115
New ability and desc: Torrent
Notable moves: Aqua Jet, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Earthquake, Flash Cannon, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Scald, Water Pulse, Power Up Punch, Roar, Water Spout, Waterfall, Extrasensory, Grass Knot, Gunk Shot, Ice Punch, Low Kick, Night Slash, Shadow Sneak, Water Shuriken, Taunt, U-trun
Role identification: Blastinja is quite interesting in the fact that it gets both Spikes, Rapid Spin, but not Stealth Rock - however, it has a wide offensive movepool to use on both sides. The stats are okay in this form, but it's when it megas that it is the real threat...

Mega Blastinja:
Parents: Blastoise + Greninja
Shared egg group: *MEGA
Offspring name: Blastinja
New type: Water
New base stats: 90/124/118/159/113/115
New ability and desc: Mega Launcher
Notable moves: Aqua Jet, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Earthquake, Flash Cannon, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Scald, Water Pulse, Power Up Punch, Roar, Water Spout, Waterfall, Extrasensory, Grass Knot, Gunk Shot, Ice Punch, Low Kick, Night Slash, Shadow Sneak, Water Shuriken, Taunt, U-turn
Role identification: 159 SpA, and 115 Speed. With Mega Launcher. That's all you need to know. It's basically an offensive variant of Mega Blastoise, hits way harder though, has hazards, can viably run physical moves for breaking special moves, it can spin freely without worrying about ghosts due to Dark Pulse, although it loses stab on it. All in all, a pretty good mon.

Parents: Skarmory + Altaria
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Skaria
New type: Steel/Dragon
New base stats: 80/85/125/65/97/85 (BST: 537)
New ability and desc: Sturdy + Natural Cure = Pristine: Cannot be OHKOed. Immune to major status conditions if its HP is full.
Notable moves: Stealth Rock, Spikes, Defog, Roost, Heal Bell, Whirlwind, Haze, Taunt, Dragon Claw, Iron Head, Toxic, Feather Dance
Role identification: What we have here is a very tenacious and very versatile support Pokemon. It's blessed with a fantastic defensive typing, all the support options it could possibly ask for, and an ability that protects it from status moves if it comes in fresh. On a stat- related note, according to my calcs, Skaria has roughly as much physical bulk as Skarmory and as much special bulk as Altaria. It really is a prime example of combining the best of both parents. Of course, if you want to take it up a notch...

Parents: [MEGA]
Shared egg group: [MEGA]
Offspring name: Mega Skaria
New type: Steel/Fairy
New base stats: 80/125/145/105/97/85 (BST: 637)
New ability and desc: Pristine --> Pixilate
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Cotton Guard, Return, Hyper Voice, Hone Claws, Iron Tail, Heal Bell, Roost, Taunt, Earthquake, Fire Blast, Agility/Autotomize
Role identification: This guy works pretty much the same as Mega Altaria, except it's bulkier and faster, making it much more difficult to revenge kill. You thought Mega Altaria was dangerous? Mega Skaria has access to both Dragon Dance and Swords Dance.

Parents: Alakazam and Magmortar
Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Magmozam
New type: Fire/Psychic
New base stats: 75/82/66/140/105/111
New ability and desc: Inner Body: This pokemon cannot flinch, and contact moves have a 33% chance to burn the opponent.
Notable moves: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Trick, Psyshock, Psychic, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Calm Mind, Recover, Belly Drum, ThunderPunch, Flare Blitz, Cross Chop, Earthquake, Knock Off, Ice Punch, Light Screen, Reflect, Dazzling Gleam, Fire Punch, Drain Punch, Zen Headbutt, Encore, Taunt, Substitute
Role identification: An extremely powerful and quick (Highest Sp.atk in Fusionmons) special sweeper that can use it's new Fire STAB and wide variety or moves to sweep after the opposing team has been worn down, and it can set up with CM or go for a Physical Belly Drum set for unpredictability. Bad defensive bulk means along with SR this can be worn down easily however.

Mega-Magmozam (Alakazite)
New Type:
Psychic/Fire
New Ability: Trace
New base stats: 75/82/86/180/105/141
Notable Moves: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Trick, Psyshock, Psychic, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Calm Mind
Recover, Belly Drum, ThunderPunch, Flare Blitz, Cross Chop, Earthquake, Knock Off, Ice Punch, Light Screen, Reflect, Dazzling Gleam, Fire Punch, Drain Punch, Zen Headbutt, Substitute, Encore, Taunt
Role Identification: This thing is so powerful, I can't even say. 180 Special Attack couples with 141 speed meaning this will be difficult to take down and it can also heal with Recover, this along with it's amazing movepool makes this monster a force to behold. Keep this away from priority and hazards and Mega-Magmozam will be amazing.

Parents: Togekiss + Glalie
Shared egg group: Fairy
Offspring name: Glakiss
New type: Fairy / Ice
New base stats: 92 / 75 / 97 / 110 / 107 / 90 (BST: 571)
New ability and desc: Serene Focus (aka Shield Dust): User is immune to secondary effects of moves.
Notable moves: Air Slash, Ancient Power, Aura Sphere, Baton Pass, Body Slam, Dazzling Gleam, Defog, Double-Edge, Encore, Extreme Speed, Explosion, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Grass Knot, Heal Bell, Heat Wave, Hyper Voice, Light Screen, Magic Coat, Morning Sun, Nasty Plot, Psychic, Psyshock, Reflect, Roost, Shadow Ball, Soft-Boiled, Thunder Wave, Tri Attack, Trick, Wish, Zen Headbutt, Focus Punch, Retaliate, Steel Wing, Work Up, Water Pulse, Yawn, Blizzard, Dark Pulse, Disable, Freeze-Dry, Ice Beam, Iron Head, Spikes, Super Fang, Switcheroo, Taunt, Icy Wind
Role identification: A special attacker with decent bulk and ok typing. Could be a decent lead with decently good speed with its defensive stats, Taunt and Spikes. It can also be a cleric, offensive or defensive, due to its access to Baton Pass, Heal Bell and Wish. Lastly, it can be a bulky attacker or defensive wall. With lots of viable options, Glakiss is quite good on its own even without a mega.

Parents: Togekiss + Glalie
Shared egg group: [MEGA]
Offspring name: Glakiss
New type: Fairy / Ice
New base stats: 92 / 115 / 97 / 150 / 107 / 110 (BST: 671)
New ability and desc: (Refrigerate)
Notable moves: Air Slash, Ancient Power, Aura Sphere, Baton Pass, Body Slam, Dazzling Gleam, Defog, Double-Edge, Encore, Extreme Speed, Explosion, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Grass Knot, Heal Bell, Heat Wave, Hyper Voice, Light Screen, Magic Coat, Morning Sun, Nasty Plot, Psychic, Psyshock, Reflect, Roost, Shadow Ball, Soft-Boiled, Thunder Wave, Tri Attack, Trick, Wish, Zen Headbutt, Focus Punch, Retaliate, Steel Wing, Work Up, Water Pulse, Yawn, Blizzard, Dark Pulse, Disable, Freeze-Dry, Ice Beam, Iron Head, Spikes, Super Fang, Switcheroo, Taunt, Icy Wind
Role identification: ...Refrigerate Extreme Speed. REFRIGERATE EXTREME SPEED.
In all seriousness, as well as fulfilling normal Glakiss' roles, Mega Glakiss can be a great physical attacker, and due to its higher speed, it could be used better as an attacker in general.

Parents: Sharpedo / Gyarados
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Sharpedos
New type: Water
New base stats: 92/132/69/87/80/98
New ability and desc: Intimidating Fangs - The opponent loses attack by one stage every time it makes contact with this pokemon (not that OP considering the base form's physical defense)
Notable moves: Aqua Jet, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Destiny Bond, Earthquake, Facade, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Ice Fang, Poison Jab, Scald, Surf, Taunt, Waterfall, Zen Headbutt, Dragon Dance, Dragon Tail, Fire Blast, Poison Fang, Iron Head, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Stone Edge
Role identification: While it loses Speed Boost, it has an useful ability, and to compensate for Speed Boost, it gets higher attack, higher base speed, and the ability to use Dragon Dance. Still, its base forms aren't as viable as its' megas...

Parents: Sharpedo / Gyarados
Shared egg group: MEGA
Offspring name: Sharpedos
New type: Water
New base stats: 92/152/99/102/105/108
New ability and desc: Strong Jaw
Notable moves: Aqua Jet, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Destiny Bond, Earthquake, Facade, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Ice Fang, Poison Jab, Scald, Surf, Taunt, Waterfall, Zen Headbutt, Dragon Dance, Dragon Tail, Fire Blast, Poison Fang, Iron Head, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Stone Edge
Role identification: The main difference is, actually decent defenses, a nice n trolly 108 speed tier, but mainly access to Dragon Dance and surprisingly, Fire blast. You also lose the dark typing, which is both a blessing and a curse. Also, having a higher attack stat helps. Losing crunch STAB doesn't, however.

Parents: Sharpedo / Gyarados
Shared egg group: MEGA
Offspring name: Sharpedos
New type: Water / Dark
New base stats: 92/162/99/97/110/98
New ability and desc: Mold Breaker
Notable moves: Aqua Jet, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Destiny Bond, Earthquake, Facade, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Ice Fang, Poison Jab, Scald, Surf, Taunt, Waterfall, Zen Headbutt, Dragon Dance, Dragon Tail, Fire Blast, Poison Fang, Iron Head, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Stone Edge
Role identification: This is basically Mega Gyarados with weaker defenses but higher speed, attack, and the loss of its dark typing, which as noted before, can be a blessing and a curse. Alternatively, it has access to Swords Dance + Aqua Jet coming off 162 base attack and Mold Breaker. Unaware? Pfffftt. Them Clefables be droppin'.

Parents: Pidgeot / Chatot
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Pidgetot
New type: Normal / Flying
New base stats: 89 / 82 / 70 / 91 / 66 / 106
New ability and desc: Keen Feet (Keen Eye + Tangled Feet) - Doubles Evasion whenever a stat is lowered (doesn't activate with self-inflicted drops).
Notable moves: Boomburst, Hurricane, Chatter, Nasty Plot, Heatwave, U-turn, Roost, Taunt
Role identification: Don't Intimidate this one! Pidgetot gets a free Minimize with Keen Feet on any Intimidate, Defog (net gain of +1), or other stat-lowering move or ability. The evasion boost helps it grab a Nasty Plot or even setup a Substitute first. Chatter exacerbates its trolly behavior even further. Its coverage is still limited to STAB+Heatwave, however.

Parents: Pidgeot / Chatot
Shared egg group: *Mega
Offspring name: Mega Pidgetot
New type: Normal / Flying
New base stats: 89 / 82 / 75 / 156 / 76 / 126
New ability and desc: No Guard
Notable moves: Sing, Boomburst, Hurricane, Chatter, Nasty Plot, Heatwave, U-turn, Roost, Taunt
Role identification: STABmons Pidgeot returns! And this baby has some real power now! Sing+Nasty Plot+Boomburst/Hurricane=GG. Even Chatter is gonna hurt at +2, adding insult to injury. And don't forget about Taunt, which also makes it an absurd stallbreaker with Chatter and Nasty Plot and even Sing on top of it. Bring Soundproof. Bring Own Tempo. Seriously, bring something!

DNA Donors: Volcanion / Gorebyss
Offspring Name: Gorecanion
New type: Fire/Water
New base stats: 67/97/112/140/90/75 (BST 581, +18 SpA, +8 SpD +14 Spe)
New ability and desc: Swift Absorb - When hit by a Water moves, Speed is doubled. Water immunity.
Notable Moves: Shell Smash, Steam Eruption, Overheat, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Explosion, Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Psychic, Shadow Ball
Role identification: Shell Smash Steam Eruption of a 140 Special Attack. This alone speaks measures about the awesome power of this Pokemon. It also has Fire Blast to act as its secondary STAB and to beat Grass-Types, and Ice Beam to beat Dragons, who resist your STAB moves. These will likely be your four moves, although it does have other options, meaning that you will need team-mates to eliminate any and all Water-Type opponents before Gorecanion can attempt to sweep. It also has Explosion for +2 Explosion fun times, if that's how you want to roll. Definitely a powerful and dangerous Pokemon, which thanks to good 67/112/90 bulk can reliably Shell Smash, and one that needs to be watched out for.

DNA Donors: Scizor / Klang
Offspring name: Klazor
New type: Bug / Steel
New base stats: 75 / 105 / 100 / 82 / 85 / 61 ( +10 HP / +3 Def / +20 SpA / +3 SpDef / +4 Spe ) [508 BST]
New ability and desc: Math Surge (Swarm + Minus / Plus) [Increases Special Attack to 1.5x at 1/3 max HP or less]
Notable moves: Shift Gear, Gear Grind, Roost, U-Turn, Wild Charge, Superpower, Defog, Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Bug Buzz, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch
Role Identification: By itself, Klazor is a decent enough Shift Gear abuser that can go mixed thanks to its ability. It doesn't hit hard and it's not that bulk, but its good typing and access to Shift Gear makes base Klazor a possiblity. Of course, the main reason why you're going to use this (and the main reason why I used Klang over Klinklang) is...

~~~
DNA Donors: Mega Scizor / Klang
Offspring name: Mega Klazor
New type: Bug / Steel
New base stats: 75 / 125 / 140 / 92 / 105 / 71 [608 BST]
New ability and desc: Technician [Strengthens moves of 60 base power or less to 1.5x their power.]
Notable moves: Shift Gear, Gear Grind, Roost, U-Turn, Wild Charge, Superpower, Defog, Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Bug Buzz, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch
Role Identification: ...Mega Klazor! This monster might not look powerful at first - it only has a base 125 attack, afterall. However, a close look reveals a very powerful Technician Gear Grind, which reaches a monsterous 150 BP with no drawback and can break subs! Yes, this is the reason why I chose Klang over Klinklang - with Klinklang this monster would be broken. As it stands, it's just powerful. It's very similar to Mega Scizor in STABmons, except for one main factor - it is much weaker. To put it into perspective - this thing is weaker than normal Scizor, which can hold an item to further boost its power. This I feel balances it out. It can also run a bulky defog set like normal Mega Scizor can, although normal Mega Scizor is probably better unless you plan on using Volt Switch for some reason.
DNA Donors: Pidgeot + Starmie
Offspring name: Pidgemie
New type: Water / Normal
New base stats: 84/77/80/95/80/122
New ability and desc: Natural Eye - Pidgemie avoids status moves if they're not 100% accurate.
Notable moves: Agility lol, Heat Wave, Hydro Pump, Blizzard, Thunder, Hurricane, Tailwind, U-turn, Roost, Rapid Spin, Recover, Dazzling Gleam, Light Screen, Grass Knot, Power Gem, Psyshock, Reflect, Scald, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Work Up
Role identification: Move over Pidgetot, there's a new bad boy in turn. Real talk, Pidgetot has a different niche with Sing and Nasty Plot, while Pidgemie is restricted to the weaker Work Up and the uneccessary Agility. However, with 122 speed - while it misses out on outspeeding Mega Alakazam, Mega Aerodactyl and Mega Archedactyl, it outspeeds most other threats, including the dreaded Magmozam. Both pre and post mega. Its abilities lets it evade a good number of status while still leaving it vulnerable to Spore and Thunder-Wave. Its mega, however...
[MEGA]
DNA Donors:
Pidgeot + Starmie
Offspring name: Pidgemie
New type: Water / Normal
New base stats: 84/77/85/160/90/142
New ability and desc: No Guard
Notable moves: Agility lol, Heat Wave, Hydro Pump, Blizzard, Thunder, Hurricane, Tailwind, U-turn, Roost, Rapid Spin, Recover, Dazzling Gleam, Light Screen, Grass Knot, Power Gem, Psyshock, Reflect, Scald, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Work Up
Role identification: Absolutely wrecks face. Pidgemie has the honours of running one of very few AoA sets that can carry 4 moves with 110+ BP. It can basically forego Normal Stab (what would it cover anyway) and run any combination of Hydro Pump + Blizzard/Thunder/Hurricane/Heat Wave and maybe even boost it with Work Up. Again, at 142 speed it outspeeds Mega Magmozam, one of the strongest pokemon in this meta, and nabs a definitive KO.
Well this might kill everything not Blissey or Chansey.
DNA Donors: Porygon-Z / Chandelure
Offspring name: Porylure
New type: Normal/Ghost
New base stats: 82 / 67 / 82 / 148 / 82 / 105 (+10 HP, +2 Def, +8 SpA, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Flame Essence (Adaptability + Flash Fire): Fire-type Moves are counted as STAB.
Notable moves: Tri Attack, Taunt, Uproar, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Trick, Fire Blast, Energy Ball, Ice Beam, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Agility, Discharge, Nasty Plot
Role identification: Scarf Sweeper, Substitute Set-Up Sweeper or Bulky Attacker. 82 all round in defense means it can easily survive non-SE hits, though it needs to be wary of Knock Off. Still, very powerful special attacker that isn't mega. :]
DNA Donors: Starmie / Machamp
Offspring name: Starchamp
New type: Water / Fighting
New base stats: 75 / 122 / 82 / 82 / 85 / 105 (+20 Attack, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Natural Guard (Natural Cure + No Guard) - Starchamp's moves cannot miss unless it's suffering from a major status. Cures itself of status when it switches.
Notable moves: Dynamic Punch, Waterfall, Recover, Rapid Spin, Knock Off, Bulk Up, Earthquake, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Wave, Fire Blast, Thunder, Blizzard
Role identification: Water / Fighting is one of those great type combinations that works offensively and defensively. Starmie and Machamp's defenses were already very similar, and while 75/82/85 is not very bulky, it comes with a lot of key resistances and a high enough Speed stat to utilize Recover before taking another hit. Offensively it's a faster, slightly weaker Machamp that can spam Dynamic Punch, Rapid Spin hazards with the switches it creates, and use Knock Off against Ghosts trying to spinblock. While its better coverage moves are on the special side (and a perfectly accurate Hydro Pump/Focus Blast), it prefers physical unless it needs to fire off a surprise Fire Blast/Thunder/Blizzard against a physical wall. Overall, Starchamp is kind of like a mix of Poliwrath and Keldeo but with more versatility and utility all in one.
Parents: Eelektross + Muk
Shared egg group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Eek
New type: Electric / Poison
New base stats: 105 / 120 / 87 / 95 / 100 / 60 [BST 567]
New ability and desc: Sticky Float (Sticky Hold + Levitate) [Evades Ground-type moves, and user cannot lose their item]
Notable moves: Coil, Wild Charge, ThunderPunch, Brick Break, Gunk Shot, Dragon Tail, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Volt Switch, Sludge Bomb, Thunderbolt, Explosion, U-Turn, Taunt, Roar, Shadow Sneak, Memento
Role identification: This thing has an interesting type (especially thanks to Sticky Float) that makes it an interesting Pokemon. It has good SpDef and decent attack, making Coil very appealing. It's movepool is ridiculous, and it has the offense stats to use both sides of the spectrum. It also gets some cute toys like U-Turn, Memento, and Explosion making it a unique Pokemon
DNA Donors: Heatran + Jirachi
Offspring Name: Hitachi
New type: Fire / Steel
New Base Stats: 95 / 95 / 113 (+10) / 130 (+16) / 113 (+10) / 81 (+4)
New Ability and desc.: Serene Fire - When hit by a Fire-Type Move, all Fire-Type moves used by Hitachi will burn. Fire-Type moves have no effect on Haitchi.
Notable Moves: Will-o-Wisp, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, U-Turn, Wish, Magma Storm, Thunder Wave, Earth Power, Stealth Rock, Roar, Explosion, Doom Desire, Healing Wish, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Moonblast, Trick Room, Calm Mind, Psyshock, Light Screen, Reflect, Icy Wind, Trick, and Skill Swap.
Role Identification: Say hello to the New and Improved Heatran with better stats, a better movepool, and a better ability! Hitachi is more bulky than Heatran, faster, has the same attacking prowess, and gets a buffed version of Flash Fire. Serene Fire means that Hitachi doesn't have to fun Lava Plume anymore, provided it get hit by a Fire-Type move, and Magma Storm can deal 25% of damage at the end of each turn! Jiratran's great coverage and support move all benefit it nicely, now having U-Turn to Pivot, Healing Wish to support its team, and even Dual Screens and Trick Room. Hitachi has semi-reliable recovery in the form of Wish, now, and can even be utilized as a Calm Mind Sweeper. It can spread even more status with the addition of Thunder Wave, and its new speed tier allows it to outrun many OU viable pokemon it couldn't outspeed before such as Venusaur, pre-mega Gardevoir, Gallde, and Medicham, base and Mega Altaria, Mamoswine, Diggersby, Feraligatr, and even Hoopa-Unbound. It also speed ties with base and Mega Gyarados.
DNA Donors: Charizard and Shaymin
Offspring name: Shaymizard
New type: Fire/Grass
New base stats: 89 / 102 / 89 / 114 / 92 / 120 (+10 Atk, +10 SpA +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Blaze + Natural Cure = Healing Blaze: Cures status when it uses a Fire-type move. Fire type moves are boosted by 50% whenever Healing Blaze is activated.
Notable moves: Fire Blast, Seed Flare, Earth Power, Psychic, Flamethrower, Roost, Leaf Storm, Earthquake, Focus Blast, Will-O-Wisp, Flare Blitz, Psychic
Role identification: Fast and powerful special sweeper with great offensive STAB combo. Fire Blast and Seed Flare both pack high power which is just nice. It also has great coverage moves in Earth Power and Psychic. Its attack isn't too shabby either so it can make a mixed set to get past special walls. Defensively, it's typing is decent, granting 4 resistances and 3 weaknesses. It's not perfect though as it's weak to Flying type priority and Stealth Rock.
Mega Shaymizard X
DNA Donors: Charizard and Shaymin
Offspring name: Shaymizard
New type: Fire/Dragon
New base stats: 89 / 148 / 122 / 135 / 92 / 120
New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Earthquake, Roost, Outrage, Will-O-Wisp
Role identification: Classic Dragon Dancer with high Attack and Speed stats backed up by high powered moves and great offensive typing. Tough Claws adds the cherry on top giving it a Life Orb equivalent boost to its contact moves. If it feels fast enough, it can even use a Swords Dance set to break down everything that's slower than it. It's got a boost in its physical bulk so it gets some breathing room for set up.
Mega Shaymizard Y
DNA Donors: Charizard and Shaymin
Offspring name: Shaymizard
New type: Fire/Grass
New base stats: 89 / 122 / 89 / 164 / 122 / 120
New ability and desc: Drought
Notable moves: Fire Blast, Solar Beam, Seed Flare, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Roost, Flame Charge, Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Psychic
Role identification: Sun-boosted STAB Fire Blasts coming off at 164 Special Attack stat. Powerful. Water and Rock types (even Tyranitar) are not safe as it is packing STAB Seed Flares to shut them down. Earth Power rounds up the coverage to make Heatran cry. Base 122 Attack allows it to pull of a mixed set to get past special walls if needed to. It's best used as a midgame wallbreaker or a lategame cleaner.
Parents: Ferrothorn + Aegislash
Shared egg group: Mineral
Offspring Name: Ferroslash
New type: Steel/Grass
New base stats: Shield: 77/82/150/62/133/50 (BST 554) Blade: 77/150/82/133/62/50 (BST 554)
New ability and desc: Barb Stance- Switches to blade form when attacking, switches to shield form upon using king's shield. Deals 1/8 HP to contactors when in shield form.
Notable Moves: King's Shield, Stealth Rock, Leech Seed, Spikes, Power Whip, Gyro Ball, Iron Head, Curse, Swords Dance, Substitute, Giga Drain, Flash Cannon, Sacred Sword, Toxic, Thunder Wave.
Role identification: You really, really don't wanna contact this mon. Besides that, it sets hazards, with the offensive capacity of aegislash and the typing and walling capability of ferrothorn. Leech Seed goes nicely with King's Shield for stalling, while hazards and twave add to aegislash's limited utility. Access to boosting moves like curse and swords dance allow a very bulky setup sweeper, or it can use a traditional subslash set, except with grass stab. Both special and physical sets are viable due to high bases in each, but it's still quite susceptible to status due to its low speed, even with substitute. The standard wallferro set would work equally well, with a nice boost to bst to keep up with everyone else. It will have really big 4MSS, but that just goes to show how many viable moves and different sets you could run with it.
Parents: Charizard / Haxorus
Shared egg group: Monster or Dragon
Offspring name: Hazard
New type: Fire / Dragon
New base stats: 87 / 125 / 94 / 94 / 82 / 108
New ability and desc: Power-up Pinch (Rivalry + Blaze) - All attacks x1.25 stronger if health is 50% or below
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Flare Blitz, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Roost, Outrage, Fire Punch, Dragon Pulse, Fire Blast, Draco Meteor, Overheat, Thunderpunch, Focus blast, Grass Knot, Superpower, Aqua Tail, Poison Jab, Low Kick, Taunt
Role identification: A Dragon Dance sweeper, but can also wallbreak with Swords Dance. Have a very wide coverage, decent defenses and quite high Attack and Speed. Also have Roost for recovery.
Parents: Charizard / Haxorus
Shared egg group: Monster or Dragon
Offspring name: (Charizardite X)
New type: Fire / Dragon
New base stats: 87 / 171 / 127 / 115 / 82 / 108
New ability and desc: Tough Claws
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Flare Blitz, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Roost, Outrage, Fire Punch, Dragon Pulse, Fire Blast, Draco Meteor, Overheat, Thunderpunch, Focus blast, Grass Knot, Superpower, Aqua Tail, Poison Jab, Low Kick, Taunt
Role identification: Much bulkier physically, higher Attack and Special Attack. One of the strongest point this has is TOUGH CLAWS FLARE BLITZ FROM 171 ATTACK!!!Especially boosted by Dragon Dance, this poke's power rivals Mega Tyranichomp.
Parents: Charizard / Haxorus
Shared egg group: Monster or Dragon
Offspring name: (Charizardite Y)
New type: Fire / Dragon
New base stats: 87 / 145 / 94 / 144 / 112 / 108
New ability and desc: Drought
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Flare Blitz, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Roost, Outrage, Fire Punch, Dragon Pulse, Fire Blast, Draco Meteor, Overheat, Thunderpunch, Focus blast, Grass Knot, Superpower, Aqua Tail, Poison Jab, Low Kick, Taunt
Role identification: I don't know which one is more powerful, but this also hasDROUGHT FLARE BLITZ from 145 Attack, which gives more boost than Tough Claws. Unlike Charizardite X, this can run mixed. though this is more Specially bulky, while Charizardite X is more Physically bulky.
DNA Donors: Klinklang / Hitmontop
Offspring name: Hitmonklang
New type: Steel / Fighting
New base stats: 55 / 115 / 110 / 52 / 105 / 90 (+18 Attack, +5 Defense, +7 Special Defense, +10 Speed)
New ability and desc:Electrotechnic (Plus + Technician) - This Pokemon's moves with 60 BP or less have their power increased by 50%; if on the field there is another Pokemon with Plus, Minus or derivates, their power is doubled.
Notable moves: Shift Gear, Mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Gear Grind, Fake Out, Bulldoze, Rock Tomb, Triple Kick, Close Combat, High Jump Kick, Pursuit
Role identification: Now has 2 STAB Technician priority moves in Mach Punch and Bullet Punch and 2 STAB multiple hits moves in Gear Grind and Triple Kick (which now has 90 base power, 75 if the first hit wrecks a Substitute, or, if the opponent has Plus/Minus or derivates 120, 100 of the first hit wrecks a substitute) and an incredible set up move in Shift Gear.
Offspring : Maladuck
New Stats : 93/97/93/91/87/89 [BST 550]
New Type : Water/Dark
New Ability and Description : Atmospheric Perversion (All weather-based effects, including abilities and passive stat increases, are reversed.)
Notable moves : Physical: Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Foul Play, Ice Punch, Knock Off, Low Kick, Night Slash, Power-up Punch, Rock Slide, Shadow Claw, Superpower, Waterfall, Zen Headbutt.
Special: Clear Smog, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Psychic, Psyshock, Scald, Signal Beam, Thunderbolt.
Status: Amnesia, Calm Mind, Confuse Ray, Encore, Hypnosis, Switcheroo, Toxic, Hail, Light Screen, Power Split, Protect, Rain Dance, Reflect, Refresh, Soak, Substitute, Sunny Day, Taunt, Topsy-turvy, Toxic, Trick Room, Yawn.
Role Description : With only average stats across the board, Maladuck finds its niche as a flexible attacker and weather counter. With weather actually weakening Pokemon of the associated type and Pokemon like Charizard Y and Ninetales powering up Maladuck's water moves with Drought, it forces opponents to adapt to it.
DNA Donors: Yanmega and Zygarde
Offspring Name: Yangarde
New Type: Dragon / Bug
Base Stats: 97/111/118/98/85/95 (-/+15/+15/-/+10/-)
New ability and desc: Speed Break (Speed Boosts become drops and Speed drops become boosts)
Notable moves: Hypnosis, Coil, Extreme Speed, Bug Bite, Earthquake, Pursuit, Whirlwind, Stone Edge, Superpower, Haze, Outrage, Pain Split
Role Identification: Functions as the epitome of a Speed control mon. Yangarde can use it's ability to function as a back up check to certain sweepers, a anti sticky web mon, and as a sweeper itself.
DNA Donors: Suicune / Virizion
Offspring name: Suirizion
New type: Grass / Water
New base stats: 104 / 82 / 100 / 110 / 122 / 100 (+9 HP, +7 Defense, +20 Special Attack, +4 Speed)
New ability and desc:Justice Power (Pressure + Justified) - Every time the opponent attacks this Pokemon with a Dark-type move, this Pokémon's Attack is raised by 1 and the move's PP are halved (doesn't apply if the move has 1 PP left).
Notable moves: Leaf Blade, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Hydro Pump, Scald, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Extrasensory, Shadow Ball, Snarl, Close Combat, Double Kick, Sacred Sword, Calm Mind, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Iron Head, Tailwind, Synthesis
Role identification: Incredible typing and I love the way the artwork turned out, but, let's be serious: an amazing variety of possible sets, including Crocune, physical or special sweeper and bulky supporter, it has everything it needs: recovery, high BP moves, 104/100/122 bulk, nice attacking stats and Ludicolo's exceptional typing. I will be very sad if it doesn't get voted :'(
Parents: Jellicent / Gardevoir
Shared egg group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Jellivoir
New type: Ghost / Fairy
New base stats: 94 / 72 / 77 / 115 / 120 / 80
New ability and desc: Cursed Trace: traces the foe's ability. The foe's ability now has no effect on the foe.
Notable moves: Will-o-wisp, Recover, Moonblast, Hex, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, Scald, Confuse Ray, Psyshock, Healing Wish, Destiny Bond, Water Spout, Energy Ball, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Taunt, Hypnosis, Wish, Encore, and Calm Mind.
Role identification: Oh boy, say hello to a revamped Jellicent. Better bulk, speed, and movepool is amazing, with a pretty cool ability as well. This can remove the effect of pokemon's abilities like Talonflame, Mega Gardevoir, Garchomp, Gliscor (love the sound of that), Azumarill, and many more. Plus the support movepools of Jellicent and Gardevoir combined make for a great utility pokemon. It also has great dual STABs in Moonblast and Hex/Shadow Ball!
Parents: Jellicent / Gardevoir
Shared egg group: *Mega
Offspring name: Mega Jellivoir
New type: Ghost / Fairy
New base stats: 94 / 92 / 77 / 155 / 140 / 100
New ability and desc: Pixilate
Notable moves: Will-o-wisp, Recover, Moonblast, Hex, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, Scald, Confuse Ray, Psyshock, Healing Wish, Destiny Bond, Water Spout, Energy Ball, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Taunt, Hypnosis, Wish, Encore, and Calm Mind.
Role identification: While regular Jellivoir is a good utility mon, Mega Jellivor becomes a fearsome wallbreaker/sweeper. Ghost/Fairy is a great offensive combo, and it has decent bulk (especially on the special side), a special attack stat almost as good as Mega Gardevoir, and the movepool to support it. Shadow Ball and Hyper Voice will be hitting off a very high base 155 Special Attack, and Jellivoir has new options to hit/lure mons such as Ice Beam, Energy Ball, and Water Spout.
DNA Donors: Crobat / Metagross
Offspring: Metabat (just put the X over Crobat's face and done)
New Typing: Steel / Flying
New Stats: 82 / 132 / 115 / 82 / 85 / 110 (+20 Attack, +10 Defense, +10 Speed)
New Ability and Desc: Clear Focus (Inner Focus + Clear Body): Resets stat drops at the end of each turn (including self-inflicted).
Notable Moves: Brave Bird, Meteor Mash, U-turn, Earthquake, Curse, Roost, Taunt, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Stealth Rock, Whirlwind
Role Description: A nice blend of good defensive typing and solid offensive stats. Clear Focus may sound OP at first, but consider this: 1) it really only abuses Curse and Hammer Arm with the ability (so basically a pseudo Bulk Up and Fighting coverage with negligible drawback) 2) Intimidate doesn't reset until the end of the turn, meaning its Attack is lowered upon the switch. Overall it has good coverage but can also run utility with Stealth Rock, Roost, Whirlwind, Taunt, status, etc, making it a faster and more threatening Skarmory.
DNA Donors: Crobat / Metagross
Offspring: *Mega Metabat
New Typing: Steel / Flying
New Stats: 82 / 142 / 135 / 92 / 105 / 150
New Ability and Desc: Tough Claws
Notable Moves: Brave Bird, Meteor Mash, U-turn, Earthquake, Curse, Roost, Taunt, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Stealth Rock, Whirlwind, Thunder Punch
Role Description: Goodbye metgame, it was nice knowing you! Mega Metabat is nearly as strong as Mega Metagross, way faster, and has an absurdly strong Tough Claws boosted STAB Brave Bird to just wreck left and right. I don't know what else to say. At least this forme can't abuse Clear Focus Curse anymore.
DNA Donors: Latios / Darmanitan
Offspring Name: Dartios
New type: Fire/Dragon
New base stats: 100/130/70/80/85/113 (BST 578, +8 HP, +15 Atk, +3 Def, +3 SpD, +11 Spe)
New ability and desc: Sheer Flight: During the turn that a move with a secondary effect was used by this Pokemon, it is immune to ground and takes no Life Orb recoil.
Notable Moves: Dragon Dance, Flare Blitz, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Rock Slide, U-Turn, Superpower, Outrage
Role identification: Offensive Dragon Dancer. Sheer Flight is an interesting ability, removing one of Dartios' weakness when it uses Rock Slide or Flare Blitz, and allowing to use Life Orb very well. It has U-Turn to grab momentum if it decides not to run Dragon Dance, and it has many other coverage and STAB options.
Mega Dartios (Latiosite)
Offspring Name:
Mega Dartios
New type: Fire/Dragon
New base stats: 100/170/90/110/95/113 (BST 678)
New ability and desc: Levitate
Notable Moves: Dragon Dance, Flare Blitz, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Rock Slide, U-Turn, Superpower, Outrage
Role identification: So I made this Pokemon as an attempt to make Latiosite viable, and I think I may have succeeded. Mega Dartios has some advantages over its base form in the form of a more consistent Levitate, 0 Life Orb recoil, higher base power at a staggering 170 attack, and near Mew-level bulk at 100/90/95. After a Dragon Dance, Mega Dratios is extremely fast and devastatingly powerful, making it easy to sweep with your STAB moves and a coverage option, and even before a DDance, Mega Dratios can hit extremely hard with U-Turn, outspeeding most of the meta and almost all of its Dragon-Types, making it able to dispose of threats such as Garchomp and Lati@s. A very powerful and notable Latiosite user, and a huge threat.
DNA Donors: Heatran / Greninja
Offspring name: Grenheatja
New type: Water / Fire
New base stats: 81 / 92 / 92 / 126 / 92 / 119 (+4 Defense, +10 Special Attack, +6 Special Defense, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Evaporation (Torrent + Flash Fire) - If this Pokemon is hit by a Water-type move, its Fire-type moves have their power increased by 50%; immune to Water-type moves.
Notable moves: Scald, Lava Plume, Hydro Pump, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Earth Power, Dark Pulse, Flash Cannon, Dragon Pulse, Grass Knot, Gunk Shot, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Low Kick, Taunt, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes, Spikes
Role identification: Mainly I made it to create a Mon with STAB Scald and Lava Plume for burn spam. Its STABs combination is unresisted and it has a wide coverage, with moves super effective against all its weaknesses: Ground-type for Rock and Electric types and Water- and Grass-type for Ground types.
DNA Donors: Diancie + Moltres
Offspring: Moltie
New Typing: Fairy / Fire
New Stats: 90/100/120/120/120/79 (+20 HP, +8 SpA, +3 SpD, +9 Speed) [BST 629]
New Ability and Desc: Calamity (Clear Body + Pressure) [Prevents the increase the PP cost of the user]
Notable Moves: Flamethrower, Moonblast, Roost, U-Turn, Stealth Rock, Defog, Fire Blast, Agility, Calm Mind, Will-o-Wisp, Overheat, Explosion, Light Screen, Reflect
Role Description: Fairy / Fire is a cool typing, honestly. It has some neato resists, although it does have an unfortunate weakness to SR. It also has Roost for dank recovery to go with this typing and good 90/120/120 bulk. 120 SpA is also decent, so Calm Mind or Rock Polish are still great sets to use on this monster. It also has cool utility moves like U-Turn, Defog, and Screens. It could potentially Mega Evolve, except Diancite is banned (good - otherwise this would be borked).
DNA Donors: Metagross / Banette
Offspring name: Banegross
New type: Ghost / Steel
New base stats: 72 / 135 / 97 / 89 / 86 / 87 (+10 Atk, +10 Special Defense, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc:Hard Body (Insomnia + Clear Body) - Stat drops inflicted either by moves, abilities or status are ignored.
Notable moves: Meteor Punch, Iron Head, Bullet Punch, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claws, Phantom Force, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Zen Headbutt, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Pursuit, Hammer Arm, Hone Claws, Agility, Destiny Bond, Will-O-Wisp, Magnet Rise, Pain Split, Disable, Thunder Wave
Role identification: It's immune to stat drops of all kind, it has Aegi's typing and 2 STAB priorities and it can reliably go Scarfed thanks to its nice 87 Speed.
DNA Donors: Mega Metagross / Banette
Offspring name: Mega Banegross X
New type: Ghost / Steel
New base stats: 72 / 145 / 117 / 99 / 106 / 127
New ability and desc:Tough Claws
Notable moves: Meteor Punch, Iron Head, Bullet Punch, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claws, Phantom Force, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Zen Headbutt, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Pursuit, Hone Claws, Agility
Role identification: This one is like a Ghost/Steel version of MegaGross, but it has double priority STAB, Sucker Punch, Knock Off and far better Speed.
DNA Donors: Metagross / Mega Banette
Offspring name: Mega Banegross Y
New type: Ghost / Steel
New base stats: 72 / 185 / 107 / 99 / 106 / 97
New ability and desc:Prankster
Notable moves: Destiny Bond, Will-O-Wisp, Magnet Rise, Pain Split, Disable, Thunder Wave, Taunt, Confuse Ray, Meteor Punch, Iron Head, Bullet Punch, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claws, Phantom Force, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Zen Headbutt, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Pursuit, Hammer Arm, Hone Claws, Agility
Role identification: Welcome the monster: MHeracross's Attack (the highest base Attack stat in OU, before abilities and items), 72/107/106 bulk, decent 97 Speed (and priority Agility/Rock Polish to double it), Prankster to setup with priority or to inflict statuses to the opponent, STAB priority for both its types and Sucker Punch, Knock Off to stall-break or nullify Choichers... What else? Oh, Phantom Force can break Protect and similar moves and it has Aegislash's typing.
Parents: Pinsir / Heracross
Shared Egg Group: Bug
Offspring Name: Herasir
New type: Fighting/Bug
New base stats: 82 /135 / 97 / 57 / 92 / 95
New ability and desc: Gut Breaker - Abilities that hinder attacks are nullified and gets attack boosted by 1.5x when burned.
Notable Moves: Aerial Ace, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Earthquake, Megahorn, Knock Off, Pursuit, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Superpower, X-Scissor, Storm Throw, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: The new ruling gives this a lot of options. Previously it had to give up fighting stab, but the new ruling benefits it. Not so much as its megas, though...
Parents: Pinsir / Heracross
Shared Egg Group: Bug
Offspring Name: Herasir
New type: Fighting/Bug
New base stats: 82/195/137/56/102/85
New ability and desc: Skill Link
Notable Moves: Aerial Ace, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Earthquake, Megahorn, Knock Off, Pursuit, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Superpower, X-Scissor, Storm Throw, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: Just a slightly better Mega Heracross.
Pinsirite:
Parents: Pinsir / Heracross
Shared Egg Group: MEGA
Offspring Name: Herasir
New type: Fighting/Flying
New base stats: 82/ 155 / 117 / 67 /102 /115
New ability and desc: Aerilate
Notable Moves: Aerial Ace, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Earthquake, Megahorn, Knock Off, Pursuit, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Superpower, X-Scissor, Storm Throw, Stealth Rock, Double Edge, Quick Attack
Role Identification: The real beneficiary from this deal. Fighting/Flying is an awesome typing, and has actually pretty decent bulk. All you need is Swords Dance, Close Combat, Double Edge and coverage/quick attack.
Parents: Gardevoir / Mismagius
Shared Egg Group: Amorphous
Offspring Name: Mismagivoir
New Type:
New Base Stats: 74 HP | 72 ATK | 72 DEF | 125 SPA | 120 SPD | 102 SPE
Ability: Synchofloat: Immune to Ground-type moves. Opposing Pokemon's ability is changed to Levitate.
Notable Moves: Nasty Plot, Moonblast, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Mystical Fire
Role Identification: Gains Nasty Plot from Mismagius's movepool. Mystical Fire can also be useful for Steels.
Parents: Gardevoir / Mismagius
Shared Egg Group: Amorphous
Offspring Name: Mismagivoir-Mega
New Type:
New Base Stats: 74 HP | 92 ATK | 92 DEF | 165 SPA | 140 SPD | 122 SPE
Ability: Pixilate
Notable Moves: Nasty Plot, Hyper Voice, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Mystical Fire, Calm Mind, Substitute, Psyshock
Role Identification: Mega Gardevoir with Nasty Plot and a better typing. Nothing except Soundproof mons are safe from your +2 STAB Pixilate-boosted Hyper Voices.
DNA Donors: Haxorus / Kyurem
Offspring name: Harem
New type: Dragon / Ice
New base stats: 100 / 158 / 90 / 110 / 80 / 101 (+20 Atk, +15 SpA, +5 Spe)
New ability and desc: Overwhelming Presence (Mold Breaker + Pressure) - Whenever this poke is on the field, all abilities and items the opponent has is negated. (Yes, all of them. -ates become unboosted normal type, Regenerator doesn't increase health, Berries and Sash doesn't activate, Specs and Life Orb don't give power boost, etc.)
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Aqua Tail, Outrage, Poison Jab, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Low Kick, Ice Beam, Superpower, Rock Slide, Taunt, Swords Dance, Roost, Earth Power
Role identification: Yeah. Remember Monsjustmons? Whenever this poke is on the field, you basically play it, except you can use your item. Because of this, this poke may be very hard to revenge kill because you just realize your Sash doesn't activate and you still get outsped even though you hold Scarf. Or you can't even revenge it with Talonflame because Gale Wings doesn't give you priority. You can only rely on raw power to beat this thing.
DNA Donors: Hoopa / Manectric
Offspring: Mana
New Typing: Ghost / Electric
New Stats: 75 / 92 / 80 / 127 / 95 / 107 (+20 Defense, +20 Speed)
New Ability and Desc: Magician's Wand (Magician + Lightning Rod): Swaps item with target when hit with an Electric-type attack.
Notable Moves: Shadow Ball, Volt Switch, Nasty Plot, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, Taunt, Curse
Role Description: Another Rotom ripoff! Magician's Wand is a very niche ability but it could have some functionality versus the right foe. You can use it to absorb Thunder Wave from walls and auto-Trick them a choice item. You can also use it to steal an item outright if you carry nothing without risking a bad trade. While Mana isn't very fast, it has a respectable Speed and learns Nasty Plot to shoot up its Special Attack. Setting up can be risky tho as it's not the bulkiest of Pokemon so do so at your own risk!
DNA Donors: Hoopa / Manectric
Offspring: *Mega Mana
New Typing: Ghost / Electric
New Stats: 75 / 92 / 100 / 157 / 115 / 137
New Ability and Desc: Intimidate
Notable Moves: Shadow Ball, Volt Switch, Nasty Plot, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, Taunt, Curse
Role Description: So here we have a faster, stronger, and bulkier Mega Manectric with a few added weaknesses (and resistances/immunity!) Setting up Nasty Plot is much easier on the mega forme thanks to Intimidate and very respectable bulk. In fact you can even dump investment into the bulk to get more boosts. You can even tank some Knock Offs now, as they do less damage from Intimidate and the lower BP.
Parents: Hawlucha and Hariyama
Shared Egg Group: Human-like
Offspring Name: Lucharama
New Type: Fighting / Flying
New Base Stats: 121 / 116 / 77 / 67 / 71 / 94
New Ability and Desc: (Guts + Unburden) Clean Match - Pokemon not holding an item have their attack and speed increased by 50%. This ability's bonus does not stack with other abilities derived from or named Guts or Unburden.
Notable Moves:
Role Description:
Wow, those stats look pretty awful. Until it does Hawlucha's favorite Gem/Berry+Acrobatics trick, at which point that Acrobatics is hitting off of a 174 base attack and its speed has shot up to 141. This lumbering luchador loves going up against dirty fighters, because knock off only improves it, and with its alright 121/77/71 defensive spread it can certainly take that hit. While there are definitely faster options, many of them are megas, whereas Lucharama leaves your mega spot open for one of Chopin's horrifying abominations. Personally, I'd like to try a Sitrus Drum set with this thing, as unlike Hariyama, it actually has the speed and power to back its health up, as well as recovery in the form of roost.
DNA Donors: Swampert and Klinklang
Offspring name:Swank
New type: Water/Steel
New base stats: 85/125/105/80/90/81
New ability and desc: Torrent + Plus = Positive Growth: When this Pokemon's health is low, it gains a 50% boost to its Sp. Atk stat.
Notable moves: Flash Cannon, Gear Grind, Aqua Tail, Hydro Pump, Scald, Waterfall, Discharge, Earthquake, Hammer Arm, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Sludge Wave, Stone Edge, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Rain Dance, Rest, Rock Polish, Shift Gear, Sleep Talk, Stealth Rock, Thunder WaveRole identification: A Pokemon with a unique niche, Swank is a physical heavy hitter that, upon nearing death, suddenly becomes a surprisingly powerful special attacker. With a fairly decent movepool to back both of these offensive strategies up, Swank can probably find a place on certain teams. I for one can foresee Swanks with Focus Sash and Shift Gear/Rock Polish so they're guaranteed a turn of set up before laying waste with either an impressive 125 base Attack or a post-Sash effective 120 Sp. Atk. Honestly, you're probably still going to want to run this thing physically, but a mixed attacker has value too. But if we're being truthful, Swank is probably outclassed by other things. Until you Mega Evolve it, anyway.
DNA Donors: Mega Swampert and Klinklang
Offspring name: Mega Swank
New type: Water/Steel
New base stats: 85/165/125/90/110/91
New ability and desc: Swift Swim
Notable moves: Aqua Tail, Waterfall, Gear Grind, Earthquake, Ice Punch, Stone Edge, Wild Charge, Rain Dance, Rest, Rock Polish, Shift Gear, Sleep Talk, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave
Role identification: Now we're talking. With boosted defenses, a phenomenal 165 Atk, and Swift Swim, Mega Swank is a much tougher customer than its base form. Hell, it can even take a hit from Hazard X and come up standing, and after only one Shift Gear, it can easily outspeed Hazard AND is guaranteed a 2HKO on the beast via either Waterfall or Earthquake. If Rain is already up, you don't even need to bother with the Shift Gear, just start laying into 'em with Waterfall. The one real issue with it is its lack of recovery outside of Rest, so it would really enjoy some kind of cleric support.
Parents: Weezing + Castform
Shared egg group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Casting
New type:
Poison/Normal
New base stats: 78/90/105/88/80/75
New ability and desc: Monsoon (Levitate + Forecast) Weather causes secondary typing (except Sandstorm) to change according to the weather (Poison/Fire in Sun, for example), when weather is active, it gains immunity it Ground.
Notable moves: Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Hail, Weather Ball, Hydro Pump, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Sludge Bomb, Clear Smog, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Hurricane, Will-o-Wisp
Role identification:
The new weather abuser, it has the ability to fit into any weather team (even sandstorm, with safety googles), it has a good stall abilities and status inflicting moves, its Sun form is the best for Casting because it gets immunity to its only 4x weakness.
Parents : Sableye and Mr.Mime
Shared Egg Group : Human-Like
Offspring : Sablemimez
New Type : Ghost/Fairy
Stats :55/70/80/92/102/80
New Ability and Desc : (Stall + Filter) Slow 'n' Steady: This Pokemon takes 1/2 damage from attacks if it moves last
Notable Moves : Dazzling Gleam, Shadow Ball, Sucker Punch, Dark Pulse, Knock Off, Will o Wisp, Thunder Wave(lol), Metal Burst, Counter(Y no Mirrior Coat?), Recover, Fake Out, Trick Room, Icy Wind(lol), Thunderbolt, Psyshock, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Encore, Taunt, Heal Bell,
Role Identification : While Sablemimez might not look bulky, all one has to do is to look at its ability and scream in terror. Slow 'n' Steady allows it act as a potent special wall, as long as its slower. It has a ton of options to support your team: Encore punishes setup sweepers, Heal Bell makes it act as a cleric, Recover gives it reliable recovery, while Pain Split allows it to prey on the high HP pokemon, Taunt shuts down slow walls, and it can supply Dual Screen support for set up sweepers. While it can set up on its own, its stats and ability just makes it to good of a wall/Tank. Its a very selfsufficient Pokemon that does excellent as is, but it actually jhas a mega.
Parents : *Mega
Offspring : Mega Sablemimez
Typing : Ghost/Fairy
Ability : Magic Bounce
Stats : 55/80/130/112/152/50
Notable Moves : All mentioned above
Role Identification : Special Tank here we come! Mega Sablemimez is a straight up improvement of Mega Sableye. Sporting an agruably better defensive typing that gives it THREE natural immunities, Mega Sablemimez has a TON of switch in oppurtunities, to come in and wreck shit. It can do all of the roles stated above arguably the same way, as the boost in stats makes up for its loss of Slow 'n' Steady. What Mega Sablemimez has an advantage in is a CM set, due to better SpA stat. Its dual STABS have great (abeit weak) coverage, allowing it to sweep after getting boosts. Stall just got a shiny new tool, and Da Mimez has never been prouder.
DNA Donors: Genesect + Aegilash
Shared Egg Group:
Human-like
Offspring Name: Aegilene
New typing: Steel/Bug
New base stats: 65/85/132/85/132/99 (+10 Def, +10 SDef, +20 Speed)
Blade Form: 65/132/85/132/85/99
New Ability + description: Error Macro = Constant changing of its Stance led to an Error which involved changing the category of moves. So now U-turn hits off Special Attack, Flamethrower hits off Attack, etc. In addition to this, it keeps Stance Change's mechanics because it seemed pointless giving this ability to a defensive mon, among all these powerhouses.
Notable moves:
Brick Break, Destiny Bond, Facade, Flash Cannon, Gyro Ball, Head Smash, Hidden Power, Hyper Beam, Iron Defense, Iron Head, King's Shield, Magnet Rise, Night Slash, Pursuit, Rock Slide, Sacred Sword,Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Swords Dance, Toxic, Blaze Kick, Blizzard, Bug Bite, Bug Buzz, Charge Beam (LEL), Dark Pulse,Explosion, Extreme Speed, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Giga Drain, Gravity, Gunk Shot, Hidden Power, Hone Claws, Ice Beam, Infestation, Light Screen, Psychic, Shift Gear, Signal Beam,Techno Blast, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, U-turn, X-Scissor, Zen Headbutt
Role identification: Not as borked as Darkazam I hope. This has a semi-unique niche in a meta full of powerhouses - it also has the added bonus of not taking up your mega slot, something most fusers seem to forget! Imagine Shift Gear with physical Flamethrower and BoltBeam, or scarfed special U-turn! Hidden Power is probably not that useful, but the odd physical coverage helps out sometimes I guess.
Parents: Houndoom / Cobalion
Shared Egg Group: DNA
Offspring Name: Houndlion
Typing: Dark / Steel
Stats: 83 / 90 / 98 / 120 / 76 / 112 (+11 Speed, +20 Special Attack, +9 Defense)
New Ability and Desc: Justified Fire (Justified + Flash Fire): Raises user's Special Attack when hit with a Fire-type attack. Grants immunity to Fire.
Notable Moves: Dark Pulse, Flash Cannon, Nasty Plot, Fire Blast, Volt Switch, Focus Blast, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp
Role Identification: Meet the ultimate pivot! Switch into a Fire attack with impunity, grab a +1, and threaten with a strong STAB attack or Volt Switch out. Can work as a lead too.
Parents: Houndoom / Cobalion
Shared Egg Group: DNA
Offspring Name: Mega Houndlion
Typing: Dark / Steel
Stats: 83 / 90 / 138 / 150 / 86 / 132
New Ability and Desc: Solar Power
Notable Moves: Dark Pulse, Flash Cannon, Nasty Plot, Fire Blast, Volt Switch, Focus Blast, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp
Role Identification: Imagine nabbing a Justified Fire boost before mega evolving in the sun and then blasting away with +2.25! It's pretty fast, strong even without an item, and has nice coverage.
Parents: Sableye + Lopunny
Shared Egg Group: Human-Like
Offspring Name: Loppeye the Sailor Man
New Typing: Ghost/Normal
Base Stats: 67/85/89/69/91/87 [BST: 488]
New Ability and Desc: Stall + Cute Charm = Late Bloomer: Has a 30% chance of infatuating the opponent at the end of its turn if it moves last.
Notable Moves: Hyper Voice, Return, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Circle Throw, Power-Up Punch, Counter, Mirror Coat, Recover, Healing Wish, Heal Bell, Will-o-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Encore, Magic Coat, Trick/Switcheroo
Role Identification: The bad news is that, on its own, Loppeye is a rather mediocre fusion. Its best bet is going the support route, and it does have a few things going for it in that regard, namely a wide support movepool, pretty decent speed, and a good defensive type. However, its ability is reliant on it going second, and its bulk is average at best.
The good news is that it has not one but two mega evolutions that let it fill two very distinct roles!
Parents: [MEGA]
Shared Egg Group: [MEGA]
Offspring Name: Mega Loppeye X
New Typing: Ghost/Normal
Base Stats: 67/95/139/89/141/57 [BST: 588]
New Ability and Desc: Late Bloomer --> Magic Bounce
Notable Moves: Fake Out, Hyper Voice, Return, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, Night Shade, Knock Off, Foul Play, Snarl, Circle Throw, Power-Up Punch, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Grass Knot, Power Gem, Counter, Mirror Coat, Metal Burst, Recover, Healing Wish, Heal Bell, Will-o-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Calm Mind, Cosmic Power, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Encore, Baton Pass
Role Identification: Functions largely the same as Mega Sableye, though it boasts even better defenses, an arguably just-as-good defensive typing, and far better speed. Sure, it's still pretty slow, but 57 isn't that bad for a defensive mon.
Furthermore, it also gets an impressive set of defensive/support options from its other parent, including Healing Wish, Encore, Thunder Wave, Circle Throw and Mirror Coat. It should be noted that it gets both Counter and Mirror Coat, plus reliable recovery on top of that, so it's capable of using those moves more than once over the course of the battle.
So that's if you want to go defensive. If you want to go offensive...
Parents: [MEGA]
Shared Egg Group: [MEGA]
Offspring Name: Mega Loppeye Y
New Typing: Ghost/Fighting
Base Stats: 67/145/99/69/91/117 [BST: 588]
New Ability and Desc: Late Bloomer --> Scrappy
Notable Moves: Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, High Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Low Kick, Power-Up Punch, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Elemental Punches, Recover, Iron Tail, Poison Jab, Zen Headbutt, Fake Out, Healing Wish, Will-o-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Taunt, Encore, Baton Pass, Magic Coat
Role Identification: A very threatening offensive mon. Though not as fast as Mega Lopunny, it boasts a higher attack stat, and it has that dank Ghost/Fighting typing that everyone loves, plus STAB priority in the form of Shadow Sneak. If you want to play more conservatively, it also has reliable recovery, and more than a few support options, but you're generally going to want to play to its strengths and invest fully in attack and speed, enabling it to hit just about everything as fast and hard as possible.
Parents: Bastiodon + Slowking
Shared Egg Group: Monster
Offspring Name: Bastioking
New typing: Water/Steel
New base stats: 88/74/134/84/134/40 (554 BST)
New Ability + description: Sturdy + Own Tempo = Sturdy Tempo (Sturdy + Own Tempo effects)
Notable moves: Scald, Metal Burst, Toxic, Stealth Rock, Slack Off, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Flash Cannon, Psychic, Flamethower/Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Surf, Earth Power, Magic Coat, Disable, Focus Blast, Trick Room, Ice Beam, Grass Knot, Thunder Wave, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Yawn
Role identification: On one hand, Bastioking can pull off a wall set rather easily with its excellent 88/134/134 defenses and wonderful typing. On the other, Bastioking can try its hand at a bulky Nasty Plot set, or even attempt to use Trick Room. Plus, reliable recovery! The downside is you don't have much in the way of offensive stats.
Y'all jokers must be crazy
Parents: Gyarados and Milotic
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Gyarotic
New type: Water
New base stats: 105/103/89/90/123/91
New ability and desc: Intimidating Scales - Gains 1.5 defense when afflicted with status, and lowers the opponent's attack on switch in.
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Recover, Coil, Scald, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Fire Blast, Stone Edge, Earthquake
Role identification: The purpose of combining these two pokemon are that, much like the Electabuzz and Magmar lines, these two are counterparts, and in fact have the same stats, but different distribution, and as such, different roles. By combining these pokemon, they can perform either role but with some differences. Losing the flying type gets rid of a massive weakness but also some resistances, so I believe that helps balance the stat gain. It can go for speed and power (DD), power and defense (Coil), can use recovery in combination with either offense or defense, or use a defensive set altogether. It gets Special moves, although 90 SpA is average, it isn't that different from Milotic's 100 SpA, but scald's usable now.
Hoping it's not too OP.
Edit: I'm not sure how many suggestions we are limited to, but if we are inclined to do more than one I'd like to reserve Charizard + Tyranitar. Ignore if limited.
Offspring name: Excabull
New type: Ground / Fairy
New base stats: 110 / 138 / 78 / 65 / 73 / 67 (531 BST)
New ability and desc:
Scary Sand (Intimidate + Sand Force effects)
Notable moves: Play Rough, Earthquake, Stealth Rock, Wish, Rock Slide, Swords Dance, Superpower?, Toxic, Taunt, Substitute
Role identification: A bulky Physical Wallbreaker with unresisted STAB coverage. Uses it's tankyness via typing + Intimidate effect of ability to get opportunities to switch in. Can SD to shatter anything that wants to try and wall it. Sand Force's effect could be used in certain settings too, but would be harder to pull off than, say, a Sand Rush sweeper.
Like Spartanmalice above me, reserving Alakazam + Machamp if no limitation
Parents: Granbull and Hippowdon
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Granowdon
New type: Fairy / Ground
New base stats: 109 / 126 / 107 / 82 / 76 / 52
New ability and desc: Intimidating Sands - Summons a sandstorm on switch-in. If Sandstorm is up when this Pokémon is out, the opponent's attack is reduced by 33%, but the sand timer decreases by 2 turns at a time instead of 1. If another Pokémon is out, the Attack penalty is not applied and Sand decreases normally. An effective 50% boost in Defense in Sand, the Attack part is for flavor.
Notable moves: Play Rough, Earthquake, Stealth Rock, Slack Off, Elemental Punches, Heal Bell, Whirlwind, Bulk Up, Super Fang, Iron Tail, Stone Edge, many more.
Role identification: An extremely bulky and powerful tank with an amazing offensive STAB combination, many support options, sand for its teammates, and SR setting abilities.
Dammit, super ninjad by Peef Rimgar. If having two fusions for a Pokémon is disallowed, ignore this.
Parents: Alakazam and Machamp
Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Alakachamp
New type: Psychic / Fighting
New base stats: 83 / 100 / 73 / 110 / 100 / 98 (564 BST)
New ability and desc:
Focus Guard (No Guard + Inner Focus effects)
Notable moves: Psyshock, Psychic, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Fire Blast, Calm Mind
Role identification: This would primarily be a Calm Mind abuser, spamming a high-powered, now unmissable STAB in Focus Blast. It's stats are a bit lackluster however, and it can be RKed by mons like Talonflame quite easily. It could go physical, but any physical set seems largely outclassed by Gallade.
Multiple fusions are fine for the same Pokemon, just not the same fusion, i.e. doing Granbull more than once is fine but doing Granbull+Hippowdon again is not.
You can reserve/make as many fusions as you'd like, just don't double post or add more than one per post.
Parents: Clawitzer and Octillery
Offspring name: Clawctillery
New type: Water
New base stats: 83 / 99 / 92 / 123 / 92 / 62
New ability and desc: Deadshot (Mega Launcher + Sniper effects)
Notable moves: Water Pulse, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Fire Blast, Energy Ball, Focus Energy, Ice Beam,
Role identification: So about 75% of the reason I made this was for flavour, but then I saw that Octillery actually gets Focus Energy. It would run something a la Kingdra (with less power but more coverage), and could hit extra hard with Mega Launcher boosted coverage. It's speed holds it back a bit unfortunately, but it has decent bulk and a not bad typing to help with that
New base stats: 75 / 72 / 90 / 118 / 90 / 85
New ability and desc: Flash Weather (in Sun, absorbs Fire moves, in Rain Water, in Hail Ice, and in Sand, Rock.)
Notable moves: Weathers, Shadow Ball, Weather Ball, Fire Blast, Blizzard / Ice Beam, Hurricane, Hydro Pump, Will-O, Thunder Wave, Pain Split, Energy Ball, Trick Room, Trick, Clear Smog, Memento
Role identification: I mainly made this to get a Ghost / Normal. Chandy probably wasn't the best pick but whatever. Anyway, functions as a pivot with decent bulk, an amazing typing, and some support options.
Shared egg group: Fairy
Offspring name: Breichu
New type: Grass / Electric
New base stats: 70 / 120 / 77 / 85 / 80 / 100 (522 BST)
New ability and desc: Static Spore (Static + Effect Spore) - Has a 60% chance of inflicting paralysis on attacking Pokémon on contact.
Notable moves: Spore, Swords Dance, Seed Bomb, Thunder Punch, Volt Switch, Knock Off
Role identification: It has a somewhat fast Spore to debilitate threats before setting up with Swords Dance. Coverage is limited and it finds itself walled hard by other Grass-types, but running Volt Switch instead of coverage helps get it out of sticky situations. Static Spore is a straight upgrade to Static and will make many contact users hesitant to hit Breichu on the physical side. It takes reduced damage from Electric (4x), Grass, Steel, and Water. It's weak to Bug, Fire, Ice, and Poison.
But meaner! >:(
New ability and desc: Blaze Stream (The user's Fire-type moves are 1.3x more powerful and a sandstorm is made.)
Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Slack Off, Iron Head, Gyro Ball, Head Smash, Rock Slide, Fire Fang
Role identification: Its good physical bulk and mediocre special bulk allow it to live a lot of hits, making it a great defensive Pokemon. It also has a good Attack stat, allowing it to hit hard when used in tandem with Reckless Force. It is immune to Electric, resistant to Bug, Fairy, Fire, Poison, and Steel, and it is only weak to Ground and Water. It also has a form of reliable recovery, making it even better defensively.
New type: Dark/Poison
New base stats: 84 / 125 / 92 / 83 / 77 / 87 (BST 548)
New ability and desc: Defiant Mind (Anticipation + Defiant) - The user's Attack rises by 2 stages if the opponent carries a stat-lowering ability (Basically only Gooey and Intimidate) or a move that guarantees stat-lowering (Moves like Icy Wind, Acid Spray and Defog activates the effect, while Shadow Ball, Seed Flare, Play Rough etc. don't).
Notable moves: Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Poison Jab, Swords Dance, Gunk Shot, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Taunt, Bullet Punch, Iron Head, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch
Role identification: It's still a Defog-blocker mostly, but now you can't even switch into it with a Defog mon. It also has much less weaknesses than Bisharp, letting it take one or two hits when nessesary.
Parents: Clefable and Froslass
Notable moves: Moonblast, Shadow Ball, Soft-Boiled, Toxic, Frost Breath, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Destiny Bond, Ice Beam
Role identification: With a never before seen typing and a pretty good new ability, Cleflass becomes pretty good offensively. However, its mediocre stats hinder its ability to become an effective attacker, making it more useful defensively.
Unfortunately Fairy/Ice is a terrible defensive typing, as it is erased by just about any Steel-type. Also, did you forgot to add 10 points to each stats?
Notable moves: Sunny Day, Fire Punch, Psychic, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Vacuum Wave, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Taunt, Trick, Hidden Power (Fire)
Role identification: It's basically Alakazam, a fast special attacker, but with a better typing and the ability to hurt special walls decently hard if it is willing to run Fire Punch.
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Slakitan
New type: Normal / Fire
New base stats: 137 / 160 / 87 / 72 / 70 / 107
New ability and desc: Truant Force (Moves with secondary effects are boosted 1.3x and have their effects nullified; however, the moves can only be used every other turn)
Notable moves: Body Slam, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Superpower, Ice Punch, Play Rough, Thunder Punch, Slack Off, Return, Flare Blitz, Rock Slide, U-turn
Role identification: A faster, bulkier Slaking with access to more STAB moves and now has the ability to gain momentum thanks to U-turn. However, its ability, Truant Force, hinders its ability to easily destroy a ton of Pokemon by it only being allowed to use moves with secondary effects every other turn, meaning that possible Life Orb sets still harm it.
Unfortunately Fairy/Ice is a terrible defensive typing, as it is erased by just about any Steel-type. Also, did you forgot to add 10 points to each stats?
Notable moves: Wild Charge, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Earthquake, Knock Off, Thunder Wave, Elemental Fangs, Superpower, Stealth Rock
Role identification: Basically a stronk physical attacker with STAB Physical BoltBeam and good physical bulk bolstered by Intimidate's side of the ability. Can also run moves such as SR and Thunder Wave, since it is immune to Taunt.
Notable moves: Flare Blitz, Horn Leech, Earthquake, Bulk Up, Wild Charge, Morning Sun, Synthesis, Milk Drink, Will-O-Wisp, Substitute
Role identification: A very proficient user of Bulk Up with fantastic physical coverage and an excellent defensive movepool. Rapigoat can use Flare Blitz or Wild Charge and then heal itself with Horn Leech or a recovery move. It is weak to Rock, Flying, and Poison, and resists Steel, Fairy, and Electric. All in all, good typing, good stats, and great movepool.
New ability and desc: Steady Pickup (Pickup + Inner Focus) - This pokemon cannot flinch. If it would flinch, and it is not holding an item, it takes the user of the flinching move's item.
Notable moves: Extreme Speed, Close Combat, Aura Sphere, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Return, Frustration, Swords Dance, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Shadow Claw, Earthquake
Role identification: A STAB ESpeeder.
EDIT: Also, you should say in the second post whether there are any limits on fusions done. I mean, judging by the fact that EG liked this post and didn't complain about it being my second, my guess would be as long as only one thing gets reserved you're fine, but it should be clarified regardless.
New type: Bug
New base stats: 92 / 75 / 62 / 127 / 92 / 132 (BST 580)
New ability and desc: Flame Hold (Flame Body + Sticky Hold) - Item cannot be removed (However, when the user use Fling it will still deal damage, but the item is not lost in the process). Any contact with the item induces burn (e.g. Knock Off by the opponent, Trick/Switcheroo, Fling, Thief or Bestow).
Notable moves: Bug Buzz, Giga Drain, Fiery Dance, Focus Blast, Fire Blast, Quiver Dance, Sludge Bomb, U-Turn, Acid Spray, Final Gambit, Spikes
Role identification: God, the Bug egg group is screwed. It can probably be a nice revenge killer with specs, or lay down hazards. Also, switch into a Knock Off user and instantly render the opponent useless.
New base stats: 96 / 82 / 83 / 91 / 85 / 96 (533 BST)
New ability and desc: Huge Torrent (Huge Power + Torrent) - Doubles Attack at 30% of HP or less.
Notable moves: Substitute, Belly Drum, Water Shuriken, U-turn, Waterfall, Low Kick, Gunk Shot
Role identification: The premier high risk/high reward attacker. If it manages to nab a Substitute and Belly Drum, count on getting creamed by it. It sacrifices Speed and power for sheer spook factor and puts pressure on the opponent just by existing on your team. It has decent bulk and can go mixed if not running Belly Drum, though it's probably highly outclassed.
New ability and desc:*NAME* (Skill Link + Natural Cure Effects)
Notable moves: Shell Smash, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Psyshock, Grass Knot, Razor Shell, Icicle Spear, Rock Blast, Rapid Spin, Thunderbolt
Role identification: This makes for a very interesting Shell Smash abuser, being able to go either fully physical or fully special. I feel like the special set will get a bit of priority since it has harder hitting moves and better coverage, but the physical set could be cute as well!
Unfortunately Starmie is ineligible because it's genderless :(
Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Pangleye
New type: Fighting/Dark
New base stats: 82 / 109 / 86 / 77 / 78 / 64 (BST 496)
New ability and desc: Molded Stall (Stall + Mold Breaker) - No abilities have an effect, other than this one, untill after this Pokemon acts.
Notable moves: Knock Off, Hammer Arm, Recover, Taunt, Toxic, Sucker Punch, Metal Burst, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Poison Jab, Endeavor
Role identification: A bulky offender, with a buffed Mold Breaker, but one that only works if you can out-stall the opponent. Also can Toxic or Taunt Magic Bouncers.
Also still want limits (or lack thereof) on how many fusions I can do clarified.
