Parents: Toxicroak + Sableye
Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Toxeye
New type: Poison / Dark
New base stats: 76/100/80/85/75/77 (BST 493)
New ability and desc: Lingering (Dry Skin + Stall): Restores 1/16 (6.25%) holder's max HP at the end of each turn if the user went last.
Notable moves: Recover, Will-o-Wisp, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Taunt, Fake Out, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind
Role identification: Toxeye is an interesting mon. While it itself isn't very bulk, it does have that dank Poison / Dark typing, along with Recover, which makes it seem bulkier than it is. Lingering is not a bad ability, since it can heal vs slower opponents. This doesn't work too well with Sucker Punch, but its something. The movepool is very good. It has a decent 100 attack to use SD and Sucker Punch with. Of course, the main reason you'd use Toxeye is to Mega Evolve it (Lingering lets you heal if you switch into something and then mega ;))

Parents: Toxicroak + Sableye
Shared egg group: [MEGA]
Offspring name: Mega Toxeye
New type: Poison / Dark
New base stats: 76/110/130/105/125/47 (BST 593)
New ability and desc: Magic Bounce
Notable moves: Recover, Will-o-Wisp, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Taunt, Fake Out, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind
Role identification: Now the mega is a much more usable Pokemon, sporting solid 76/130/125 bulk and a strong typing, along with Recover and the fantastic ability, Magic Bounce. It's Swords Dance set is still very much viable, with Sucker Punch making up for its lower speed. Sucker Punch and Magic Bounce together are a deadly combo, as most status moves won't work on Toxeye, making attacking the only option. Of course, it can also run Calm Mind or even Nasty Plot but those I feel are worst than Swords Dance. A purely defensive set is also good, seeing that Toxeye has a superb defensive typing and Recover, along with Wisp for more shenanigans.

Don't you mean it can heal vs. faster opponents?

Parents: Altaria / Hydreigon
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Altareigon
New type: Dark/Dragon (MEGA: Dark/Fairy)
New base stats: 93/97/100/107/107/99 (MEGA: 93/137/120/147/107/99)
New ability and desc: Levicure (Natural Cure+Levitate) - immune to Ground attack and cures status if switched. (MEGA: Pixilate)
Notable moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Hyper Voice, Earth Power, Flash Cannon, Agility, Flamethrower, Surf, Ice Beam, Roost, Wish, Heal Bell, Return/Frustration, Crunch, Earthquake, Dragon Dance, U-turn, Focus Blast, Tailwind
Role identification: Special or Physical sweeper with unique typing if mega and good coverage.

Mismarade has the same ability, so I suggest you use the same name

So this is my 2nd submission. Lets try a fairy.

Parents: Audino / Blissey
Shared Egg Group: Fairy
Offspring Name: Audissey ...
New Type: Normal
New Base Stats: 189/45/58/77/120/62
New Ability: Regeneration Cure- Cures all status problems and heals 20% of the user's max hp upon switching out.
Notable Moves: Wish, Softboiled, Heal Bell, Aromatherapy, Seismic Toss, Magic Coat, Healing Wish, Gravity, Light Screen, Reflect, Trick Room, Encore, Counter, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Toxic, Stealth Rock
Role Desc: A blissey with toned down special defense to get around a 80% boost to its defense. It is used mainly for support, which is what its parents can only do anyway. But counter is a nice thing to slip in for a surprise KO.

Will work on the Mega when I have time later. Okay I got it.

Mega Audissey
New Type: Normal/Fairy
New Base Stats: 189/45/98/97/160/62
New Ability: Healer ...
Extra Notable Moves: Dazzling Gleam, Helping Hand, Heal Pulse, Calm Mind
Role Desc: Well if you want to go on an EXP voyage, why not take on a mega audissey? This wall recieves an extra 36% def boost and about a 24% spdef boost. Coupled with that ridiculous HP stat, and you have an almost unbreakable wall. You can continue to run support sets such as wish+aromatherapy, or some sort of lead set. Most support sets are left to the non-mega, because of its greater ability, but you can still consider it due to the new defensive typing, and immunity to item loss. Now a calm mind set is viable thanks to these extra boosts. Its ability is useless outside of doubles... just bear with it.

Parents: Blastoise + Greninja
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Blastinja
New type: Water
New base stats: 85/99/93/104/98/110
New ability and desc: Torrent
Notable moves: Aqua Jet, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Earthquake, Flash Cannon, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Scald, Water Pulse, Power Up Punch, Roar, Water Spout, Waterfall, Extrasensory, Grass Knot, Gunk Shot, Ice Punch, Low Kick, Night Slash, Shadow Sneak, Water Shuriken, Taunt, U-trun
Role identification: Blastinja is quite interesting in the fact that it gets both Spikes, Rapid Spin, but not Stealth Rock - however, it has a wide offensive movepool to use on both sides. The stats are okay in this form, but it's when it megas that it is the real threat...

Mega Blastinja:
Parents:
Blastoise + Greninja
Shared egg group: *MEGA
Offspring name: Blastinja
New type: Water
New base stats: 85/119/113/154/108/110
New ability and desc: Mega Launcher
Notable moves: Aqua Jet, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Earthquake, Flash Cannon, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Scald, Water Pulse, Power Up Punch, Roar, Water Spout, Waterfall, Extrasensory, Grass Knot, Gunk Shot, Ice Punch, Low Kick, Night Slash, Shadow Sneak, Water Shuriken, Taunt, U-trun
Role identification: 154 SpA, and 110 Speed. With Mega Launcher. That's all you need to know. It's basically an offensive variant of Mega Blastoise, hits way harder though, has hazards, can viably run physical moves for breaking special moves, it can spin freely without worrying about ghosts due to Dark Pulse, although it loses stab on it. All in all, a pretty good mon.

Parents: Venusaur + Aggron
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring Name: Aggrosaur
New type: Grass/Steel
New base stats: 85/106/141/90/90/75 (BST 587)
New ability and desc: Rocky Growth: This Pokemon takes no recoil from moves and the power of moves that would cause recoil increases by 50% when HP is below 33%.
Notable Moves: Synthesis, Leech Seed, Giga Drain, Power Whip, Heavy Slam, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Earthquake, Rock Slide
Role identification: Great Physical Wall, with good defensive typing, reliable recovery, Stealth Rock to set up hazards and Giga Drain for even more recovery. Can use its other STAB options in order to run more of a tank set. It also has two powerful Mega Evolutions that are...

Mega Aggrosaur (Venusaurite)
Offspring Name:
Mega Aggrosaur V
New type: Grass/Steel
New base stats: 85/124/181/112/110/75 (BST 687)
New ability and desc: Thick Fat
Notable Moves: Synthesis, Leech Seed, Giga Drain, Power Whip, Heavy Slam, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Earthquake, Rock Slide
Role identification: An even greater wall, with insane 85/181/110 defensive stats, reliable recovery, a strong Giga Drain, Leech Seed and a variety of utility moves. Another selling point is access to the Thick Fat ability, providing a resistance to Ice-Types moves and somewhat patching Aggrosaur's weakness to Fire. Its offences are also increased, which again makes a Tank set viable.

Mega Aggrosaur (Aggronite)
Offspring NameL
Mega Aggrosaur A
New type: Grass/Steel
New base stats: 85/136/191/90/110/75 (BST 687)
New ability and desc: Filter
Notable Moves: Synthesis, Leech Seed, Power Whip, Heavy Slam, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Fire Punch
Role identifcation: Another incredible Pokemon, that while bulkier stat-wise than Mega Aggrosaur V, has a lesser ability and more physical attack. Therefore, it can run an even more physically oriented defensive set, or it could use a deadly Rock Polish set to boost its lackluster speed stat while taking a hit due to its fantastic bulk, which is sky-high even when uninvested. It can then use it's amazing 136 attack and high base power STAB and coverage moves to sweep the opposition.

Parents: Skuntank and Mamoswine
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Mamostank
New type: Ice/Poison
New base stats: 116 / 121 / 83 / 80 / 70 / 92 (BST 562)
New ability and desc: Snow Bomb (Snow Cloak + Aftermath) - When the user faints, the attacker receives 1/4 HP damage, and its Accuracy is lowered by 1 stage.
Notable moves: Hone Claws, Taunt, Sludge Bomb, Fire Blast, Sucker Punch, Crunch, Play Rough, Pursuit, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Curse, Freeze-Dry, Icicle Crash, Icicle Spear, Stealth Rock, Iron Head, Knock Off, Superpower
Role identification: Seriously Game Freak? No Physical Poison STAB for Skuntank? Still, it's a good physical attacker, having pretty good bulk and the ability to force switches if it faints.
Skuntank can learn Poison Jab btw.

Eevee, to clarify, if I edit my earlier posts from previous slates with the new Mega Evolution mechanics, does it count as making a new fusion ?

Parents: Ninjask + Heracross
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring Name: Nincross
New type: Bug
New base stats: 81/118/70/55/83/133 (BST 540)
New ability and desc: Gutted Speed: The user's Attack are raised by 2x and the user's Speed by one stage when affected by status. Ignores the negative effects of the status affliction.
Notable Moves: Swords Dance, Close Combat, Megahorn, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Knock Off, Pursuit, Stealth Rock, Substitute, Final Gambit, Agility, Baton Pass
Role identification: A fast user of Baton Pass and a useable attacker thanks to the high Attack. Too bad it does not have a dual STAB. But it's mega is a whole another story...

Mega Nincross (Heracrossite)
Offspring Name:
Mega Nincross
New type: Bug
New base stats: 81/178/110/55/93/123 (BST 640)
New ability and desc: Skill Link
Notable Moves: Swords Dance, Close Combat, Rock Blast, Pin Missile, Bullet Seed, Earthquake, Knock Off, Substitute, Agility, Baton Pass
Role identification: A incredible wallbreaker, that which the defensive stats get a big boost, as well as the Attack stat, which is most important. Even the Speed stat is still amazing! Skill link makes it's multi hit moves more useable and still can run a baton pass set.
Still no dual STAB.

Yeah that works ShadowDragonian. Machamp + Kazam is pretty popular though, that's been posted here like three times rofl. It does give me ideas though. Gen I, and sometimes gens past that, made mons as counterparts/foils to each other. Machamp and Kazam, and Electabuzz and Magmar are two such examples. We should do more fusions along those lines imo.

Parents: Pinsir / Heracross
Shared Egg Group: Bug
Offspring Name: Herasir
New type: Bug
New base stats: 82 /135 / 97 / 57 / 92 / 95
New ability and desc: Gut Breaker - Abilities that hinder attacks are nullified and gets attack boosted by 1.5x when burned.
Notable Moves: Aerial Ace, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Earthquake, Megahorn, Knock Off, Pursuit, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Superpower, X-Scissor, Storm Throw, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: The loss of Fighting STAB is a pain, but it makes up for it with a powerful ability. If you're really worried about missing, go with X-Scissor over Megahorn. Speed still hurts a little though.

There's also no way it can be Bug/Fighting as the primary types of Pinsir and Heracross are both pure bug.

Not entirely sure how the rules relating to this work, but I'm going to re-post one of my submissions from one of the pre-mega phases with the new Mega included:

Parents: Tauros + Lucario
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Taurario
New Type: Normal/Fighting
New base stats: 82/115/92/87/80/110 (BST 566)
New ability and desc: Quick Temper (Steadfast + Anger Point) - When the Pokemon flinches its attack stat is maxed out.
Notable Moves: ExtremeSpeed, Close Combat, Ice Punch, Crunch, Zen Headbutt, Iron Head/Tail, Thunder Punch, Fire Blast, Drain Punch, Swords Dance, Return
Role identification: Fast, strong attacker. Has STAB ExtremeSpeed and other powerful STAB moves, such as Close Combat, Drain Punch and Return. Can set up with Swords Dance, and has a wide variety of coverage moves such as Crunch for Ghost Types, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, and Zen Headbutt. Iron Head is good for dispatching Fairy types. It also has usable Special Attack, so it can access some of its parents' powerful special moves, such as Fire Blast. Finally, it has an interesting if situational ability which helps it against the likes of Jirachi and Togekiss as it if they flinch it, Taurario will gain a massive attack boost.

Mega Taurario (Lucarionite)
Offspring Name: Mega Taurario
New Type: Normal/Fighting
New base stats: 82/150/110/112/80/132 (BST 666)
New ability and desc: Adaptability
Notable Moves: ExtremeSpeed, Close Combat, Ice Punch, Crunch, Zen Headbutt, Iron Head/Tail, Thunder Punch, Fire Blast, Drain Punch, Swords Dance, Return
Role identifcaition: The same as above but buffed immensely. With increased bulk and power as well as access to an amazing speed tier, Mega Evolution improves Taurario in every way. Furthermore, access to Adaptability makes Mega Taurario's STAB ExtremeSpeed insane, as well giving massive buffs to its Drain Punch and Close Combats. The improved Special Attack can also be utilised for mixed or Nasty Plot sets, but it's just not as good as running Swords Dance and/or ExtremeSpeed.

It's mega is the devil because of the 666 BST.

Mega-Scizant (Scizorite)

Type: Bug/Steel
Stats:
74/150/156/72/94/107 (663 BST)
Ability: Technical Blitz
Holding Scizorite gives Scizant a nice boost to defense, putting it in a reasonable position to act as a bulky pivot by way of u-turn, with STAB bullet punch still being boosted by Technical Blitz._.

If I'm correct this shouldn't apply, as the mega stones automatically override your ability, so it's still plain old Technician.

Here's some more megas of Gardelade.

Mega Gardelade (Gardevoirite)
Offspring Name:
Mega Gardelade Ω
New type: Psychic
New base stats: 78/125/75/145/145/110 (BST 678)
New ability and desc: Pixilate
Notable Moves: Swords Dance, Psychic, Focus Blast, Elemental Punches, Poison Jab, Leaf Blade, Knock Off, Moonblast, Thunderbolt, Shadow Sneak, Close Combat, Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, Wide and Quick Guard, Earthquake, Stone Edge, X-Scissor, Wish, Drain Punch, Vacuum Wave, Zen Headbutt, Signal Beam, Will-o-Wisp, Encore, Memento, Destiny Bond, Hyper Voice, Return
Role identification: More Special than Physical, but still useable. The new ability gives it even better moves, making it actully better. It also gain a much needed speed boost. Not much else to say other than it has a second one....

Mega Gardelade (Galladite)
Offspring Name:
Mega Gardelade β
New type: Psychic
New base stats: 78/145/105/105/125/120 (BST 678)
New ability and desc: Inner Focus
Notable Moves: Swords Dance, Psychic, Focus Blast, Elemental Punches, Poison Jab, Leaf Blade, Knock Off, Moonblast, Thunderbolt, Shadow Sneak, Close Combat, Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, Wide and Quick Guard, Earthquake, Stone Edge, X-Scissor, Wish, Drain Punch, Vacuum Wave, Zen Headbutt, Signal Beam, Will-o-Wisp, Encore, Memento, Destiny Bond
Role identifcation: The offensive side of the big ol' fusion. Now with a high attack and improved defense and speed stats make it much better. The better bulk makes it also better at taking better bulk.

Parents: Blastoise / Aggron
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Aggrotoise
New type: Water/Steel
New base stats: 84/106/150/82/92/74
New ability and desc: Rocky Torrent (Rock Head+Torrent) - This Pokemon takes no recoil from moves and the power of moves that would cause recoil increases by 50% when HP is below 33%.
Notable moves: Iron Head, Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Aqua Jet, Earthquake, Curse, Head Smash, Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Heavy Slam, Low Kick, Superpower, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Thunder, Focus Blast, Fake Out (did you know Blastoise can learn Fake Out?), Rock Polish
Role identification: A very bulky physical attacker with a really wide coverage and priority Aqua Jet. Its typing lets it use two STAB finch-chance moves, Waterfall and Iron Head, and one non-STAB, Zen Headbutt. If you use Curse, you can also use it in a TR team. Just like Charizard, it can mega-evolve both in a special or physical attacker, surprising the opponent every time.

~~~
Parents:
Blastoise / Aggron
Megastone: Blastoisinite
Offspring name: MegaAggrotoise Α
New type: Water/Steel
New base stats: 84/126/170/132/102/74
Ability: Mega Launcher
Notable moves: Flash Cannon, Hydro Pump, Water Pulse, Dark Pulse, Aura Sphere, Earth Power, Dragon Pulse, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Focus Blast, Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish
Role identification: Really bulky special attacker with a very wide coverage thanks to Aggron's moveset. If you run it with RP, you can safely set up thanks to its high 84/170/102 bulkiness, reaching an incredible Speed and use it as a Special Sweeper as well. You can also use some physical attacks thanks to its high 126 Attack stat.
Parents: Blastoise / Aggron
Megastone: Aggronite
Offspring name: MegaAggrotoise Ω
New type: Water (or maybe just Steel or Water/Steel? Idk)
New base stats: 84/136/200/82/112/74
Ability: Filter
Notable moves: Iron Head, Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Aqua Jet, Earthquake, Curse, Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Heavy Slam, Low Kick, Superpower, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Thunder, Focus Blast, Fake Out (did you know Blastoise can learn Fake Out?), Rock Polish
Role identification: Basically like the A one, but physical. So it can run both Curse or RP thanks to its bulkiness. And it has priority Aqua Jet, that can actually be very useful. If think that keeping just the Water type would be the most competitive thing, because it would still allow him to rely on its priority STAB, Aqua Jet, that can be amazing in a Curse set.
Sorry rhydreigon , I copied your fusion's ability effect, is it ok or I should change it? I can mix it with Sturdy, it's not a problem for me.
(Edit: Almost) my last submission, so far.
Parents: Scizor / Flygon
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Flyzor
New type: Ground/Bug
New base stats: 85/125/100/77/90/92 (MEGA: 85/145/140/87/110/92)
New ability and desc: Floating Technician (Levitate+Technician) - Immune to Ground-type moves and its 60 or lower BP moves have their power increased by 50%. (MEGA: Technician)
Notable moves: Bulldoze, Bug Bite, Bullet Punch, Swords Dance, Power-up Punch, Rock Tomb, Knock Off, Pursuit, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, U-turn, Iron Head, Earthquake, Superpower, Baton Pass, Defog, Agilty
Role identification: A good physical attacker with a decent Speed. Better if mega. Thanks to its mega's bulkiness it can also run a double-dancer set with both Swords Dance and Agility, or just one of them. And it has Vespicor's fantastic typing, that a lot of you liked, so why not to make it an offensive typing other than defensive?
Is someone doing Lopunny+Camerupt? It would be really interesting.
Can I retire my first submission, Altaria+Noivern, to do Lopunny+Camerupt? If so, I'm reserving that.
I think a lot of people would feel much better if Altaria + Noivern didn't happen lol.
Ok, so I retire my Altaria+Noivern submission, do as it never existed lmao
Parents: Lopunny / Camerupt
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Camepunny
New type: Normal/Fire
New base stats: 77/98/87/89/95/82
New ability and desc: Solidly Charming (Solid Rock+Cute Charm)
Notable moves: Return, High Jump Kick, Fake Out, Fire Punch, Flame Charge, Iron Head, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Bounce, Low Kick, Drain Punch, Fire Blast, Will-O-Wisp, Curse, Rock Polish
Role identification: It can mega-evolve in two different forms, again one physical and one special, so better to look at them rather than this one.
~~~

Parents: Lopunny / Camerupt
Megastone: Lopunnite
Offspring name: MegaCamepunny A
New type: Normal/Fighting
New base stats: 77/158/97/89/95/112
Ability: Scrappy
Notable moves: Return/Frustration, High Jump Kick, Fake Out, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Iron Head, etc.
Role identification: Basically Mega Lopunny with more coverage, thanks to the new Rock-, Steel- and Gound-type moves, and higher attack but lower Speed. It can be really dangerous if you are expecting the Ω one. A really good physical sweeper, though.

Parents: Lopunny / Camerupt
Megastone: Cameruptite
Offspring name: MegaCamepunny Ω
New type: Normal/Fire
New base stats: 77/118/117/129/125/62
Ability: Sheer Force
Notable moves: Eruption, Lava Plume, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Heat Wave, Hyper Voice, Earth Power, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Grass Knot, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Thunder Wave, Shadow Ball
Role identification: Well, do you see that coverage? Do you see it? It's something huge, a great special attacker with a really wide coverage and Grass Knot, the solution to all of Mega Camerupt's problems (though it hasn't still the same typing, Grass Knot is super effective on Rock, Ground and Water, 3/4 of Camepunny's weaknesses).

3rd submission.

Parents: Lucario / Magmortar
Shared Egg Group: Human Like
Offspring Name: Mario
New Type: Fire / Fighting
New Base Stats: 82 / 112 / 78 / 130 / 92 / 96 (BST 590)
New Ability: Fire Command (Flame Body + Inner Focus)
Notable Moves: Swords Dance, Close Combat, Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Fire Punch, Extremespeed, Mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Thunder Punch, Belly Drum, Nasty Plot, Vacuum wave, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Lava Plume, Power Swap, Overheat, Thunderbolt, Will-o-wisp, Aura Sphere
Role Desc: Majorly a special attacker, however it can run physical sets. Compared to other fire/fighting types, this dude packs a lot of power while coming with decent speed. Just watch out for Kamek Talonflame

Mega Mario
New Type: Fire / Fighting
New Base Stats: 82 / 147 / 96 / 155 / 92 / 118 (BST 690)
New Ability: Adaptability
Role Desc: It is really hard to make a fusion with lucario and not make it overpowered as a mega. Well it packs furiously powerful fireballs such as aura sphere and Fire blast. It can even get the jump on you with adaptability mach punch or vacuum wave. Please don't give it a chance to boost.

Although I like a lot the concept, you deserve a 'like' just for the name ahahah

One more thing, it isn't exactly a blunt confirmation but...

%SpartanMalice: Eevee one more question
%SpartanMalice: are stones that are banned to ubers
%SpartanMalice: banned in this too
#Eevee General: yeah i think so

So we might want to take that into consideration while making our megas. But, pending an official confirmation, as in a posting of it in the thread, this should be fine.
