Gen 7 OM Competitive Discussion

Shore Up: Ground type Recover (in sandstorms it recovers even more). Ideal for STABmons: Landorus-T, (Mega) Garchomp, (Mega) Steelix and Rhyperior.

Purify: Heals the target´s status condition and also recovers HP of the user. So you can remove the Poison status of Poison Heal mons (just make sure you have knocked off their Toxic Orb first).

Spectral Thief: The user steals the target´s boosts and then hits it with a 90 BP physical Ghost attack. Great to punish physical set-up sweepers.

It's great that we're getting more ways to deal with Poison Heal, you can either heal and remove their poison or destroy them with a guaranteed crit

Wonder if spectral thief will steal boosts even through a substitute, if so that'd be nice for taking down gale wings sub-glow mega ray in bh among many other things and it would probably be better than clear smog.

Holy shit. Tyranitar just got a huge boon. Weather-based Ground recovery ... If it's 66% in Sand, that's gonna be tough to take down in tandem with the SDef boost and Diamond Storm's Def boosts. Bulky Dragon Dance looks awesome, as does general support, considering it gets 2 hazards.

Edit: apparently Diamond Storm now has a 50% chance to double Defense. lol

From the other videos:
Pyukumuku has Unaware as its HA and pretty decent 55/130/130 bulk , it may see some use in AG because of that
Comatose might allow you to attack while asleep, judging from its description. Makes me glad Suicune was banned from AAA.
Alolan Golem has Galvanize (Electric -ate) as its HA, and Galvanize could make Zekrom rather threatening in BH
The anchor has an ability that boosts the power of its Steel moves, not sure who this would work on
Night Lycanroc has No Guard, so it won't be completely outclassed by Day Lycanroc
We definitely overrated Complete Zygarde. The only base stat it has higher than regular Zygarde's is its HP. It's slower than normal Zygarde too. Still, I could see it being a good tank because of its base 216 HP.
The sea Urchin has a new ability that causes all moves on poisoned Pokemon to be crits. This will be great for countering Poison Heal abusers in BH/AAA.
Marshadow could see some use in, well, every tier it will be usable in, because it has the long-awaited Ghost/Fighting type, giving it perfect coverage, in tandem with Technician.
The Ultra Beasts have stats, types, etc. The Guzma-looking one could see a lot of use as a nuke, with base 173 Special Attack and all. Katana (at least at least that's what I think its name is) may also see a lot of use as a physical nuke, with 181 base Attack and 109 base Speed.
Do we know zygarde/lunala/solgalio's stats yet?

OK so going more off those videos:

Sunsteel Strike is a 100 BP Physical Steel type move. Probably won't get much use over Gear Grind, unless you want to bypass abilities / don't want to miss.
Moongeist Beam is a 100 BP Special Ghost type move. I suspect this well be the new move for Special Ghost types, as it has more power and a better effect than Shadow Ball
Dragon Hammer is a 90 BP Physical Dragon type move with no secondary effects. Well, it's still slightly stronger than Dragon Claw...
Yangoos and Gumshoos have Adaptability as their hidden ability
Revelation Dance is a 90 BP Normal type Special move that changes type with the user. Can't think why you'd ever use this
The Oricorio formes all have the same base stats
Speed Swap is a Normal type status move that swaps your Speed with the target. Not worth it IMO
Sweet Veil now also stops the user falling asleep. Not sure if it did that already.
Unaware now only works when you attack the target. Bye bye Unaware Clefable.
Highorse Power is a 95 BP move Ground type physical move. Why would you use this over Earthquake? Could be nice in Doubles I guess...
Formantis and Lurantis have Contrary as their Dream World ability
Solar Blade is basically a physical Solar Beam with 5 more BP. I'd rather use Power Whip

Do we know zygarde/lunala/solgalio's stats yet?

Solgaleo's are: 137 / 137 / 107 / 113 / 89 / 97
Lunala's are: 137 / 113 / 89 / 137 / 107 / 97

What do you guys think of Mudsdale? If your physical attacker doesn't OHKO Mudsdale it'll proc its ability, rest your damage off and just be harder to kill. Then you'll be forced to switch a special attacker into something that can OHKO it. Though if you do like 80%+ Stamina won't save it.

Also, finally we have a hail-speed boosting ability, too bad it's on sandslash/sandshrew only :/. Also, sleep as a status got a major nerf lol + darkrai coming to OU.
Also, don't we have too many slow pokemon, I mean except some UB and couple of tapus, majority of them are so slow. (Looking at you vikavolt :: Base 45 speed. Why? )
Base 95 on sylvally is just meh. So much for the hype

zygarde perfect is just regular zygarde but with 214 hp and 85 speed. still broken...but not as badly as it couldve been. also leech life is 80 base power now woo! god so many good stuff.

AND FINALLY, WE GET A SAND RUSH FOR HAIL. ALL HAIL HAIL

Strength Sap
The user restores its HP by the same amount as the\ntarget’s Attack stat. It also lowers the target’s\nAttack stat.
Grass
what the fuuuuuuuk. sounds cool as shit. kind of a risky healing move, but special walls will love the ability to potentially heal over 300 hp (if the mon has max attack ev's) AND lower said attack.

Anchor Shot
The user entangles the target with its anchor chain\nwhile attacking. The target becomes unable to flee.
oh no...theres too much...

Power Trip
The user boasts its strength and attacks the target.\nThe more the user’s stats are raised, the greater the\nmove’s power.
Dark
Physical
20 Power
100% Accuracy
10 PP
DARK TYPE STORED POWER HELP
Burn Up
To inflict massive damage, the user burns itself out.\nAfter using this move, the user will no longer be\nFire type.
fire
Special
130 Power
100% Accuracy

WHAT. okay, im sending the link to this...you guys can read the rest.

and torkoal and pelipper to OU with drizzle and drought!

Ridiculous amount of observations incoming. Here are some for Balanced Hackmons:

Moves
  • Shore Up, with high PP and a buff in Sandstorm, is now the undisputed best BH recovery move (sorry Milk Drink), unless it has some kind of nerf in other weathers.
  • In case Protean gets unbanned, here are some cool things: Protean + Baneful Bunker (probably worse than KS, but whatever), Ice Hammer (100 BP, 90 acc, physical, now the best way for MMX to hit Giratina), Burn Up (130 BP + removes Fire typing from the user, so you would become Normal-type, I guess?)
  • Spirit Shackle and its Steel-type counterpart Anchor Shot are probably worse than Thousand Waves, but it could see use on some kind of anti-Imposter Poison Heal set. It's worth noting that Anchor Shot is the only one of the three without an immunity.
  • Throat Chop is really idiotic but I expect it to see use on random stuff to bait in and annoy -ate Boomburst users (new weird strategy: trapping move + Throat Chop + Dazzling to completely obliterate -ate users)
  • Unaware + Power Trip to annoy boosters. It seems to be like a reverse Stored Power. Unfortunately, a lot of relevant BH boosters, especially Poison Healers, are Dark-type.
  • On the other hand, Purify cures an opponent's status condition and restores one's own health. Pair it with Knock Off to annoy PH users.
  • DEATH TO SHEDINJA: Moongeist Beam (Special Ghost-type), Sunsteel Strike (Physical Steel-type), and Core Enforcer (Physical Ground-type) all remove the effects of opponents' abilities. The latter only does it if you move after the opponent, though. All are 100 BP, making them extremely viable as random coverage moves.
  • Fleur Cannon is a Fairy-type Draco Meteor for everyone's favorite idiotic Contrary sets.
  • For those of you who thought Heart Swap wasn't good enough already, Game Freak made it into a 90 BP Physical Ghost-type move called Spectral Thief.
  • Perhaps the single most important move revealed today is Multi Attack, a 90 BP Physical Judgment clone. No longer is anti-Imposter attacking strictly the domain of Special attackers.
Abilities
  • I guess Merciless is okay if you really want to spite things with Coil or Quiver Dance (every move crits against a poisoned Pokemon) but it doesn't seem that amazing.
  • Stakeout could be fun but I can't think of a good use for it
  • Galvanize is an Electric -ate. It may see use on Zekrom, Mega Manectric or, as I'll mention shortly, Xurkitree.
  • Queenly Majesty and Dazzling, as so many have been saying for so long, will provide a serious impediment to Prankster and -ate users. I can see it getting use on something like Mega Mewtwo Y or Mega Gengar with a setup move. Psychic Surge is also useful in this regard.
Pokemon
  • Could Magearna displace Dialga as a Doom Desire user with a Tinted Lens set using Fleur Cannon / Tail Glow / Doom Desire / filler?
  • The Ultra Beasts have potential. Guzzlord has 223 Base HP. Unfortunately, Dark/Dragon is an awful defensive typing, and its defenses are only 53 each.
  • Kartana is Grass/Steel with 181 base Attack. This, as well as its 131 Defense, make it worth of consideration, though it'll be difficult to find a role in which a Mewtwo isn't superior.
  • Xurkitree looks pretty fun. 83/71/71 bulk is below average, but its Electric typing grants it an Aerilate resistance, and most importantly it has 173 Special Attack. It should definitely be considered as a Galvanize user.
  • Pheromosa has awful Bug/Fighting typing, but it outspeeds both Mewtwos and Deoxys-Attack. However, I expect it to go the way of Mega Beedrill thanks to its truly awful defenses.
  • Solgaleo and Lunala both have excellent bulk and solid attacking stats. I expect the former to get more use if only because of how insanely awful Ghost/Psychic is, especially with the apparent proliferation of Ghost-type moves in this generation.
  • Toxapex has defenses roughly on par with Aegislash, and Water/Poison is at least average typing. I would be surprised if it didn't get any use this generation.
  • Wishiwashi-School has awful HP and Speed but is great in all other respects. I'm sure it'll be useful somehow if it isn't forced to run Schooling.
More to come. I'll probably look through 1v1 possibilities next, but here's one that truly frightens me, as a sort of teaser: Prismatic Laser, a Psychic-type Hyper Beam with 10 additional Base Power, learned by a thing with 97/101/89 bulk and 127 Special Attack. Oh boy!

So BH for sumo is gonna be lit. Here's some stuff I'd like to talk about.

Nihilego: Probably won't have any viability, I'd rather just use Regirock as a wall. I guess a Quiver Dance set with Sludge Wave and Judgment ground couldn't be too bad, it just sucks that the defense is so low. Maybe a set with Dazzling could be utilized... actually that might be pretty dope.

Buzzwole: I see no reason to use this since it gets revenge killed so easily, and outclassed in just about any other role it could do. Poison Heal is outdone by any other PH sweeper, and a Choice Scarf breaker set is better used by Mega Garchomp.

Pheromosa: This monster on the other hand could have some use. I may be over-hyping the Dazzling ability, but this speed is so ridiculous, along with the offenses, that I don't see any reason to use this without Dazzling. Since the offenses are even, it has a couple different sets it could use. I think a physical one will struggle with breaking Giratina just cause of the lack of usable STAB, so maybe a Quiver Dance or Shell Smash set could be used. Does kind of get destroyed by Imposter, but then again the Eviolite nerf could make this thing really usable.

Xurkitree: Gamefreak literally what the fuck. 173 base special attack, and now we have access to the Electric type -ate. I messed around with calcs and even with the Eviolite nerf it appears that Chansey still handles this pretty easily. Other than that however, I do not see any switch in for this Pokemon. Boomburst and Judgment ground should be plenty coverage, and Espeed and a filler for the other two slots. This might be pushing it but I could see a potential ban for this Pokemon. Yes I know it has sub-par defenses, but the speed is definitely usable. We'll have to wait and see.

Celesteela: Not sure what to think about this Pokemon. If we ignore electric -ate, this is a usable -ate switch in thanks to the immunity to ground. However, this thing could use Volt Absorb and become one of the best -ate switch ins in the game. Could give Registeel a run for its money despite the worse stats.

Kartana: Uhh, well this is, odd. It's semi difficult to revenge with -ate, and the speed isn't all that bad. Such a weird typing for such a physical Pokemon. I don't really have an opinion on this, I guess I'll say it'll be bad for now. Reminds me almost of Mega Heracross.

Guzzlord: Lmao this thing looks dope but also triggers my OCD a little bit. I don't think this will have any viability. The offenses are average, the defenses are bad, the speed is horrendous, and the HP is of course good. The typing isn't good when things like Diancie exist. I just don't see much reason to use this mon.

Necrozma: Outclassed by Mega Mewtwo Y. Nothing else to say.

The Spectral Thief move seems quite amazing actually. I wonder if it has the ability to bypass Substitute, and if so then why use Heart Swap.

Fluer Cannon is always fun I guess.

The Shedinja moves that I can't remember will be amazing, Shedinja will be a rare sight this generation.

Multi-Attack will be viable, I am a bit too lazy to actually think of relevant uses of this move, but I know it will be useful.

Shore Up looks dope.

That's about it, UBs got me all hyped for SUMO BH.

Dragongroudon9, I don't know what Eviolite nerfs you're referring to. None have been confirmed by the data miners so far.

So that this isn't useless, anyway, Chansey still loses to Specs Xurkitree. I'm thinking of a set with Boomburst + Ice-type move to hit Giratina.

Also, here's a set (!) that I imagine will be one of many of its kind:

EPIYxt.png

Kartana @ Fire Memory
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Sunsteel Strike
- Power Whip
- Multi Attack

Beats Imposter, -ate, Shedinja, Pranksters, and Steel-type defensive Pokemon, while it can be easily walled with something like an Aegislash or Registeel thanks to Multi Attack. It outspeeds everything after a Shell Smash, but you can add more speed if you want anyway. I know it beats all Pixilate and Galvanize, but not Refrigerate and Aerilate, without Queenly Majesty anyway, so if you want to be risky, you can run something like the following instead:

EPIYxt.png

Kartana @ Iron Plate / idk
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- King's Shield
- Shift Gear
- Sunsteel Strike
- Power Whip

I have an ideas for a Xurkitree (the Guzma-looking thing) set in BH
Xurkitree @ Choice Specs
Ability: Galvanize
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
-Boomburst
-Ice Beam

RIP everything, 252+ 173 base Special Attack with -ate boosted Boomburst will murder anything and everything. All it really needs is those two moves to murder nuke everything ever. Also, Gale Wings now only works at full HP, RIP Sub Tail Glow Gale Wings Mega Ray, it was nice knowing you.

Also, it gets Tail Glow. We have a new AG god on our hands.
+3 252+ SpA Xurkitree Thunderbolt vs. 248 HP / 52 SpD Ho-Oh: 662-780 (159.5 - 187.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+3 252+ SpA Xurkitree Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Blissey: 384-453 (53.7 - 63.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+6 252+ SpA Xurkitree Thunderbolt vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 408-481 (63.5 - 74.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Remember, this is before factoring in SR, or the Eviolite nerf

Silvally's base stats were a bit disappointing - it has 95 base stats all around. Still, probably for the best - if they were higher it would be broken as hell. Sadly I just can't see this thing in OU - most of its possible sets would be outclassed by something else which is more specialised. It would be great in UU though.

Turtonator actually looks quite interesting, it gets Shell Smash and if the base stats were accurate it could outrun base 115s at +2 (with Timid), and Fire / Dragon typing would give it lots of time to set up. Shell Trap has 150 base power, so a set of Shell Smash, Fire Blast, Dragon Pulse, Shell Trap / Hidden Power Grass could be deadly in the lower tiers. I think OU would likely pass it over.

Uselesscrab As far as I know, it was leaked with the Dark Void nerf and everyone in OMs seemed to know about it so I just figured it was true. I looked it up and people on the Serebii Forums were talking about it. I'll edit this post if I find a direct link confirming it.

I also really like that Kartana set, I totally passed over the new Judgment move as well as Kartana's good defense. Nice find. Now because of that, that made me look over some of the other Ultra Beasts again to see if I could find anything else that may be viable.

6512a1f8ecaa41668fe7cbc151e4b05f.png

Celesteela @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tail Glow
- Spore
- Substitute
- Oblivion Wing

So this is the standard Tail Glow Wings set, commonly used by Rayquaza. However, Prankster over Gale Wings so it isn't completely shut down by Dazzling. This set is harder to use with Galvanize being an ability now, but as far as I can tell Xurkitree will be the most viable user of the ability. That Pokemon really needs that item slot to be used for either a power booster (Life Orb or Choice Specs) or a coverage booster (Judgment plates). This makes it susceptible to Prankster Spore. Thanks to its overall decent bulk and above average typing, it may be hard to break the sub giving it time to set up much easier. The benefit to using this over Rayquaza is the better defensive typing, giving it more situations where setting up is achievable. It's also much easier to Imposter proof, so take that as you will. This will obviously be a niche set for what I believe will be one of the best -ate switch ins in the game.

Guzzlord I really want to be usable but man, I cannot find a reasonable set for it. Closest thing is a seemingly bad Shell Smash set. Here it is:

aafa3e66da1b494080841e275f7eff5f.png

Guzzlord @ Draco Plate
Ability: Soundproof / Dazzling
EVs: 24 HP / 252 SpA / 232 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shell Smash
- Substitute / Filler
- Judgment
- Earth Power / Magma Storm

So, interesting set here. If you run Soundproof, the better idea is to run Substitute as a sort of surprise factor. The idea here is the opponent goes to Mega Diancie as you sub, and they have no reason really to not click Boomburst because they outspeed. You don't get hit, and you get off a Shell Smash. They are forced to Espeed, and you get a kill with Earth Power. Definitely the worse set of the two shown off here. Dazzling on the other hand is quite useful. The idea is you Shell Smash, and instead of using Substitute, you can use Sunsteel Strike. This makes you able to take on Shedinja, Mega Diancie, and other rock types. If you use this set, obviously you want to run 31 IVs in attack, and possibly a Naive nature. The final slot is up to you, but with Celesteela being in the meta perhaps either Searing Shot or maybe Discharge/Thunderbolt. The EV spread allows you to outspeed max speed Mega Gengar and Mega Mewtwo X (you can't hit 417 or 416 for Metwo Y).

I think I've covered everything I want to. I still see no reason to use the beetle or the psychic type that's outclassed by Mega Mewtwo Y. If I think of anything else I'll definitely make a post.

I have an ideas for a Xurkitree (the Guzma-looking thing) set in BH

Fuck is gale wings nerfed too?
Shit, priority spam will be history this generation.

thx man. weird, i was expecting them to be a lot stronger tbh, i cant see many of them actually being that great in BH. guzzlord looks like it was made for innards out tho, that'll be fun to try out.

Ok so now that we practically know everything stats and movepools, will give my opinions on the new mons and how they will affect certain metas imo:

631.png

Gumshoos
Normal
Abilities: Stakeout / Strong Jaw / Adaptability
HP: 88
Atk: 110
Def: 60
SpAtk: 55
SpDef: 60
Spe: 45

So this thing immediately stuck out to me for since FakeSpeed coming of of 110 Attack and Adaptability is pretty strong, which mediates for its low speed. It also gets pretty good coverage moves In Earthquake and Crunch to deal with Steel and Ghost types respectively. Stakeout is another cool ability which could be used on a Choice Band set imo as it punishes switchins really hard. It also gets Pursuit which I think gets the Stakeout boosts before the mon switches out which is also really cool. Another good FakeSpeeder which is nice, although Gen 7 seems to punish priority users atm.

emnUlU.png

Bewear
Normal/Fighting
Abilities: Fluffy / Klutz / Unnerve
HP: 120
Atk: 125
Def: 80
SpAtk: 55
SpDef: 60
Spe: 60

Another Normal type that seems that would be good in STABmons, Bewear could be useful as a pseudo-Mega Lopunny (with of course no Scrappy, which means that its worse), but I still feel it could carve itself a niche with an SD set with High Jump Kick, Espeed, Brutal Swing (a 60 BP Dark move) to hit Ghost types. Could see it work as a pretty good bulky setup sweeper especially since Fluffy weakens contact moves (got to watch out for that Fire Weakness tho...).

639.png

Vikavolt
Bug/Electric
Abilities: Levitate
HP: 77
Atk: 70
Def: 90
SpA: 145
SpD: 75
Spe: 45

Ah I was really hyping up a Quiver Dance set for this thing, but that abysmal speed though :( Anyways 145 SpA is still phenomenal with good 77/90/75 bulk. I mean I could still see a QD set working but you will need a lot boosts before outspeeding anything frankly. Its movepool isnt that amazing also as all it gets for coverage is Energy Ball really. Levitate is cool as well, giving it more switchin opportunities and avoiding Spikes. I also think a Specs set could work for this thing as well.

645.png

Crabominable
Fighting/Ice
Abilities: Hyper Cutter / Iron Fist / Anger Point
HP: 97
Atk: 132
Def: 77
SpA: 62
SpD: 67
Spe: 43

Man this typing is so cool and a love the design of this mon too. It could run moves such as Drain Punch and the new Ice Hammer (100 BP Physical Ice move that lowers Speed), being able to run a nice Bulk Up set thanks to boosted Drain Punches recovering HP to its high 97 HP stat. It also gets pretty good coverage in Earthquake and Stone Edge which is also nice. The low speed does suck, but its still relatively bulky enough to compensate for this.

Oricorio (all Formes)
Fire-Psychic-Ghost-Electric/Flying
Abilities: Dancer
HP: 70
Atk:70
Def: 70
Atk: 98
Sp.Def: 70
Spe: 93

This thing has pretty supbar stats, but the real thing that intrigues me is that it gets al Fire, Psychic, Ghost, Electric, and Flying type moves which is insane. It kind of still annoys me that it does not get access to Quiver Dance even though it is not a Bug type, it still is supposed to encompass everything about Dancing and such. Although, I could still see probably the Electric or Ghost Form run nice AoA sets with the amazing coverage this thing has now.

Silvally
*Normal (could change to any type with the appropriate item)
Abilities: RKS System
HP: 95
Atk: 95
Def: 95
SpA: 95
SpD: 95
Spe: 95

Ok so this thing is Oricorio on steroids lol. It has access to all the moves in the game practically with the according item, which means this thing could run a variety of sets especially thanks to its great all around 95 stat spread. Depending if this thing works like Arceus, it could be all types outside of battle, in which that case it could learn every move in the game. This would be amazing as it would become incredibly difficult to scout due to the multitude of options it can pertain. If it only changes in battle, this would still be good as it could run specific sets according to the exact type, which makes it more predictable, but nonetheless still versatile at the same time. Could easily see this thing be a top threat that could be placed on pratically any team really. Its regular movepool isn't as extensive as Arceus, but still this thing will be good imo.

Time for the broken shit:

UB-02 Beauty AKA Pheromosa
Bug/Fighting
Abilities: Beast Boost
HP: 71
Atk:137
Def: 37/
Sp.Atk: 137
SpD: 37
Spe: 151

The epitome of a glass cannon, Pheromosa seems to be an incredible wallbreaker. Bug/Fighting is amazing offensively as it has access to stuff liek High Jump Kick and Megahorn, while also beign able to go Special and run Quiver Dance set with Bug Buzz and Aura Sphere. Yes it dies to any priority, but still this mon will be incredibly hard to stop especially since Leech Life now is 80 BP and heals half HP and Beast Boost is like Moxie but raises the mons most prominent stat.

Xurkitree
Electric
Abilities: Beast Boost
HP: 83
Atk: 89
Def: 71
Sp.Atk: 173
SpD: 71
Spe: 83

This thing also has pretty supbar stats until you look at that godly 173 Sp.Atk stat dear lord. I feel with proper support, this thing will wreck absolute havoc on the meta especially since it also has access to Tail Glow because lol. Its coverage is pretty supbar with it only getting Energy Ball really (which is enough for neutral spread iirc). Also if you could make Beast Boost somehow boost speed instead of Sp.Atk, I have no doubt that this mon will be amazing.

Kartana
Grass/Steel
Abilities: Beast Boost
HP: 59
Atk: 181
Def: 131
SpA: 59
SpD: 31
Spe: 109

Probably going to be the best Shift Gear user in SuMo lol. 181 Atk is the highest attack for a non-mega in the game (higher than Mega Rayquaza by one point lol), and it also pertains an amazing Grass/Steel typing. It also cannot be stopped by FakeSpeed due to it possessing a high 131 Defense stat as well. I feel this thing will probably be broken lol, not much else to say.

Guzzlord
Dark/Dragon
Abilties: Beast Boost
HP: 223
Atk: 101
Def: 53
SpA: 97
SpD: 53
Spe: 43

This thing also really interested me as it pertains Blissey level HP and nice Dark/Dragon offensive typing. It has access to Dragon Dance and Heavy Slam (which I assume will do a lot just by looking at its size), which mean I could see this thing potentially be a setup sweeper ironically. The low defenses are really mitigated by the HP stat and it has all the necessary coverage moves to be good, so I can definitely see it working out as one.

Will discuss Z-moves later but Z-Powered Celebration, Happy Hour, Hold Hands with Baton Pass will be interesting.....
