(He probably counts because it's heavily implied he's copying someone else's look)
Pokemon: Spamton
Type: Dark/Poison
Abilities: Tinted Lens/Receiver/Relentless (see Goose)
Signature Move: Garbage Noise
Type: Poison
Classification: Special
Power: 90
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10 (max 16)
Effect: Sound based. Has a 20% chance to confuse the target.
Stats: 97/97/97/97/97/97 (Total: 582)
Movepool: Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Pursuit, Crunch, Bite, Beat Up, Foul Play, Lash Out, Thief, Power Trip, Payback, Dark Pulse, Snarl, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Acid, Spirit Break, Astonish, Attack Order, Infestation, Heart Stamp, Disarming Voice, Draining Kiss, Chatter, Pay Day, Covet, Body Slam, Hyper Voice, Spit Up, Egg Bomb, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Torment, Snatch, Switcheroo, Memento, Toxic, Curse, Spite, Heal Pulse, Healing Wish, Power Trick, Wish, Recover, Encore, Disable, Swagger, Sweet Kiss, Scary Face, Screech, Confide, Leer, Stockpile, Swallow
Justification: Everybody's favorite #1 rated salesman 1997, Spamton G. Spamton. Being both a Darkner and a salesman with dubious motives and questionable morals, Dark type is a given. Poison type is from a combination of different traits, including his association with garbage/spam, his glitchy nature, and his creation of the S. Poison. Tinted Lens comes from his fancy shades and his own mentality on his ability to rise to the top, and Relentless comes from the fact that he does not stop trying to make a deal. As for Receiver, it is a pun referring to a phone receiver (and how Spamton is empowered by others), but in a roundabout way still ties back to the football connection via the original commercial Spamton is based on. Garbage Noise, his signature move, is a reference to the noise heard when trying to make a phone call in the Dark World, and what is implied to be what Spamton receives as well. His stats all tie back to his favorite year (albeit shortened to the latter half) spammed throughout the entirety of them. His moves are a mix of nasty tactics, garbage/poison moves, Kromer/item taking, voice moves to reference his "sweet" talking, a bit of healing flavor to reference the easter egg in his fight, and other moves to directly reference his attacks. But of course, this isn't the only flavor of Spamton we have for you. If you liked vanilla Spamton, get ready for...

Spamton NEO
Type: Dark/Poison
Abilities: Tinted Lens/Receiver/Anger Point
Stats: 107/122/87/122/87/97 (Total: 622)
Movepool: Spamton's Movepool + Charge Shot (see Samus), Iron Defense
Justification: 2x the Fire Power! 3x the Water Power! And best of all... now NEOpolitan flavor! Spamton NEO has a stronger body, but he's still not past the dark. His offenses are amped up, and his hidden ability has changed to Anger Point to match an easter egg within this fight specifically. He also gets Charge Shot and Iron Defense, to reference his new arm cannon and his form's "notable" defense.

Slight warning: There are spoilers for Touhou Lost Word here.

"After a thousand years of wandering, I finally found my way. Please accompany me in going all out!"

200201_Marisa_Kirisame_WoSD_FX.png

Regional Form of Marisa Kirisame
Pokémon: **Marisa-Scarlet-Dreams** (Touhou Lost Word. She's a witch- it's in her title, for crying out loud!)
Type: Fire
Abilities: Magician / Witch of Scarlet Dreams
New Ability: Witch of Scarlet Dreams: Cannot be copied or disabled. Normal-type moves become Fire-type. User ignores the target's ability when attacking. Additionally, with this ability, the properties of the user's Master Spark change, becoming 90% accurate and having a 30% chance to burn.
Notable moves: Marisa Kirisame's moves. Loses Magic Absorber, gains Sunsteel Strike, Sunny Day.
Stats: 90/120/70/150/90/120 (BST: 640)
Reasoning: A version of Marisa Kirisame from an alternate universe seen in Touhou Lost Word. In said timeline, she made a deal with a mysterious entity (presumably, an alternate universe version of Yukari) to gain power that rivalled Reimu. However, this came at a steep cost: This Marisa's Reimu disappeared, and said Marisa also lost control of her powers and memory of her name, only going by her title (The Witch of Scarlet Dreams). It took the Reimu of another world visiting alongside the player for the Witch to regain her memories and control of her powers. For the sake of simplicity, I'll refer to her from here on in as Marisa Alter.

For the typing, Fire makes the most sense here, as many of Marisa Alter's spells heavily utilize the flames often associated with stars. This also serves as the basis for her Witch of Scarlet Dreams (which is named after her title) ability, but it also draws from one of Marisa Alter's Spell Cards in Touhou Lost Word, that being the spell card Red Side "Alter Spark", which serves as the reasoning for why Witch of Scarlet Dreams explicitly alters Master Spark further. Lastly, the moves are almost all the same as Marisa's, with the key difference being that she loses access to Magic Absorber (which Marisa Alter never used), but instead gained Sunsteel Strike, a reference to her Last Word in Touhou Lost Word, "Garnet Star", a heavily amped version of "Blazing Star", and Sunny Day references Supergiant "Antares", where she drops a giant red star on opponents. "Marisa Kirisame's moves" includes Ice Beam which, while she never got to use the Winter variant of Master Spark, she DOES have the Cold Inferno shot-type which acts as an acceptable substitute.

Her stats are based on regular Marisa, but higher, gaining 10-20 points to all of her base stats.

move-special.png
– 140 BP – 5 PP – 90% – Hits all adjacent Pokémon in Double Battles. User takes recoil damage equal to 50% of the damage dealt to all hit targets.
Stats: 84/93/85/132/130/31 (BST: 555)

Reasoning: Primary Water-type due to being an Aegir based on a jellyfish, which has been portrayed in the Water-type mons Tentacruel & Jellicent. Ghost-type is secondary due to his codename etymology having moon-based ties; Lunala is part-Ghost type and Alola protagonist character Selene, also named after the moon, is named Mizuki in Japanese. Clear Body due to being also shared with Tentacruel and suits his origin as a moon jellyfish Aegir, which is well known for its translucent, glass-like body. Antitransference is his signature ability, which is based on one of his Talents in Arknights, there worded as "Countertransference". Both here and back in his home game, it activates a damage boost when he targets foes with 50% HP or less, which is already shown in Pokémon via Brine. The damage bonus with Antitransference is lower than that of Brine due to balancing reasons and effect overlap with Brine. Magic Guard is his hidden ability to incentivize the usage of his signature move, Eldritch Vision, which is based on one of his skills in Arknights, there worded "Unreal Vision", which also has some sort of recoil damage in Arknights. Like mons with the Rock Head + Head Smash combination, like Aggron and Tyrantrum, this gives Mizuki an unique edge in wallbreaking and tanking. Magic Guard is also shared with seemingly alien, otherworldly, occult realmons like Alakazam and Sigilyph, these connections to such mons via this ability might support his hidden ties to the mysterious Sea-bornes, Abyssal Church, and the Dinoichthys legend of Terra, as if his origins seem not that strange in H.P. Lovecraft's works. His stats are sourced from his Elite 2 promotion stats in Arknights.

"How do we fight the urge to feed, you ask? We actually have a course that helps us control our desires. And we've invented artificial blood, so we drink that if we need. We can be very resourceful, you know."
Pokémon: Warfarin
Franchise/Origin: Arknights
Type:
DarkIC.gif

Abilities: Triage (HA: Vampire - see Dio Brando from CCEX)
Other Moves:
move-physical.png
: Pursuit, Knock Off, Assurance, Fling, Punishment, Foul Play, Throat Chop, Leech Life, Play Rough, Spirit Break, Wing Attack, Acrobatics, Astonish, Shadow Sneak, Covet, Retaliate, Steel Wing
move-special.png
: Dark Pulse, Lifesteal (see CCEX database, from abandoned submission), Draining Kiss, Disarming Voice, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Night Shade, Shadow Ball, Absorb, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Tri Attack, Mirror Coat, Extrasensory, Psyshock

Stats: 98/81/70/111/60/49 (BST: 469)

Reasoning: Dark-type due to being of the Sarkaz race and carries some vampire traits resulting in her massive amount of HP draining moves and the Vampire ability that a time-stopping vampire found in CCEX that used to have Vampire as a signature ability as her hidden ability. Triage is her primary ability due to being a word found in one of her Skills in Arknights, Emergency Triage. As a Medic, she carries other various types of healing moves to complement Triage along with her HP draining moves like Giga Drain and Leech Life. Lifesteal was taken from an abandoned submission also found in CC Expanded. The reason to use Lifesteal from such a dead submission was to provide her special STAB that both complements Triage and Vampire and also tie into her vampire heritage sucking out blood from victims (as blood is often considered a figurative symbol of "life force"). Among those various support moves boosted by Triage and Vampire are various Flying-type and wing-related moves. This is due to Warfarin sporting wings upon being promoted to Elite 2, which her stats as a Pokémon are based on. Beside carrying moves meant for usage with Triage, she also carries status move that support the team via clearing up status ailments, to tie into her job as a nurse. This provides her the clerical support for a Pokémon team that a notorious Medic Operator like her especially cherishes for symbolic reasons.

Code:
Warfarin (F) @ Life Orb

Ability: Triage
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD

Theme Slate Reasoning: It's not a belated Halloween slate without a vampire or two. Other than being a terror that flaps in the night, Warfarin also has a snazzy alternate costume (picture link) initially available via a (gacha game obligatory) Halloween log-in event, that makes her a mix of Dracula, Remilia Scarlet, and the Mad Hatter in one package.

i've never played f/go in my life but i've been reading a fanfic starring this character and i think i might love her

S222_Stage1.webp

Pokémon: Mysterious Heroine XX
Origin: Fate/Grand Order
Type: Dragon/Fairy
Ability: Justice from the Ends of the World* / Victory Star
*Justicce from the Ends of the World: Ignores Protect-style moves and immunities. Deals 2x damage to enemies with the "Threat to Humanity" trait (mostly lovecraftian things)
Stats: 100/110/130/80/90/100 (610)
Notable Moves: Dragon Hammer, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Spirit Break, Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Close Combat, Protect, Detect, Punishment, Meteor Assault, Meteor Beam, Twineedle, Leech Life, Dream Eater
Signature Z-Move: Etherspace, Yet Lawful: Dragon-type, Physical, 230 BP. Does double damage if the target's ability is Saber Class (see Artoria Pendragon), or it knows Sacred Sword
Reasoning: She's definitely not Artoria in space! This perfect office lady / space cop is also the primary defense the Servant Universe has against Foreigners, which is less jingoistic than it sounds and more so means things from outside reality.

She has the Dragon trait in FGO, and also has similarities in role to some existing Dragon legendary Pokémon, hence her Dragon type. While she may *look* like a Steel-type, her armor, the Holy Lance Armor Avalon, is, well... a form of Avalon and thus almost certainly fairy-related. It also works just fine in spiritual form.

Justice from the Ends of the World is one of her skills in canon, its effect here is based off its effect in FGO. Victory Star is based off of Cosmo Reactor's description as, essentially, in-universe plot armor.

Her stats are a rearrangement of Artoria's, since she's sort of an alternate universe counterpart of hers. They're arranged based off of her canon parameters.

She shares a bunch of moves with Aroria. Also some space moves, and lance moves, and Iron Head because of her helmet, and Spirit Break for STAB and also the same reasons as dream eater i guess. Punishment is based off of how Silvally gets it and how its effect it good for smacking Ultra Beasts. Her Z-Move is based off of her Noble Phantasm in canon, which had a boost against the Saber class.

200px-PhantomBwahpera_MarioRabbids.png

Pokémon: Phantom
Type: Normal/Ghost
Ability: Levitate
Moves: Boomburst, Hyper Voice, Uproar, Round, Echoed Voice, Shadow Ball, Heat Wave, Power Gem, Disarming Voice, Frustration (does not get Return), Body Slam, Poltergeist, Phantom Force, Shadow Sneak, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Beat Up, Attack Order, Defend Order, Recover, Parting Shot, Stealth Rock, Sing, Taunt, Roar, Substitute
Stats: 148/100/64/100/64/92 | 568 BST
Reasoning: A Rabbid, a Boo Balloon, and a phonograph combine to form this bloated opera star, best represented as Normal/Ghost with Levitate. From his introduction, he gets straight to dissing Mario (in proper English, unlike other Rabbids), thus Parting Shot and Taunt. In battle, his voice acts as a rocket launcher (AoE weapon, hence Heat Wave) that pushes targets away, similarly to Roar. He also packs a technique called Stone Deaf, which petrifies the first foe to enter its range, hence the Rock-type portion of his movepool.
The lack of Return comes from his personality as an incorrigible sourpuss. Beat Up, Attack Order, and Defend Order are based on the minions that accompany him in battle, with Heal Order excluded because the minions don't heal him. Instead, he heals himself once per phase transition, so he gets Recover. As for Substitute, the whole gimmick behind the fight is to destroy the spotlights that protect him from harm, and what better way to represent that?
(His base stats are derived and improved from those of Drifblim. Also worth noting that his HP maxes out at 500, which is exactly his max HP in-game.)
Slate Bonus: He has Enlightenment-style attire and a ghost-like abdomen of varying transparency.

eizen-png.375007

Pokémon: Eizen
Type: Rock/Flying
Ability: Reaper's Curse - If the user is Flying-type, then its Ground immunity is downgraded to a resistance (which is actually neutral in Eizen's case because of his Rock typing), and it is left prone to (Toxic) Spikes, Sticky Web, and terrain effects. This Ability cannot be removed, but if the user is holding an Air Balloon or affected by Telekinesis, then the effect is canceled out.
Moves: Pound, Peck, Low Sweep, Accelerock, Smack Down, Ice Punch, Poison Jab, Drain Punch, Acrobatics, Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Sky Uppercut, Fire Punch, Cross Chop, Dragon Ascent, Anchor Shot, Gust, Air Slash, Heat Wave, Power Gem, Ice Beam, Giga Drain, Earth Power, Mud Shot, Vacuum Wave, Substitute, Hurricane, Shadow Ball, Agility, Recover, Wish, Heal Pulse, Outrage, Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Circle Throw, Protect, Detect, Teleport
Z-Move: Venom Strike - Rock, Physical, 210 BP | Has combined efficacy with Poison, except against Steel-types. | Requires Stone Edge and Eizenium Z
Stats: 92/91/59/91/91/123 | 547 BST

eizen-dragon-png.375008

Form: Eizen-Dragon (Primal Reversion with Malevolence Overload)
Type: Rock/Dragon
Ability: Multiscale
Stats: 92/121/59/101/111/163 | 647 BST (+30 Atk, +10 SpA, +20 SpD, +40 Spe)

Reasoning: Rock/Flying typing comes from Wielder of Earth and Wind: "A title for one adept at malak earth artes for vitality, and wind artes for flow." (This title is the second from the top.) (I chose to associate Rock with earth for the sake of consistency with Tora's Blade Summon.) His "Reaper's Curse" is a unique subversion of the blessings that pour out when a malak receives prayers (as well as a convenient excuse to remove the illogical Ground/hazard/terrain immunities). Protect, Detect, and Teleport correspond to guarding, quicksteps, and switching. The rest of his movepool is based on his artes. (His main forms of offense are martial artes and malak artes: the former physically oriented, and the latter magically oriented.)
Martial
Fate: Pound (weak non-elemental attack)
Verdict: Peck, Low Sweep (weak wind attack; lowers Focus (Speed-ish))
Tempo: Accelerock (weak earth attack)
Eleventh Hour: Smack Down ("Has a chance to knock down enemies.")
Winter Winds: Ice Punch, Poison Jab ("a swift hook surrounded by cold air"; causes poison)
Clear Path: Drain Punch, Acrobatics (described as a hook and absorbs HP; wind-imbued)
Lighthouse: Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Sky Uppercut ("Stomps down with great force"; "follows up with an explosive mid-air uppercut strong enough to shake the earth")
Mirage: Fire Punch ("a white-hot hook")
Coercion: Cross Chop ("Performs a sudden chop")
Last Throes: Dragon Ascent (strong wind attack)
Deceiving Pummel: Anchor Shot ("Causes countless chains to erupt from the ground.")

Malak
Wind Lance: Gust (weak wind attack)
Air Thrust: Air Slash (not-so-weak wind attack)
Hell Gate: Heat Wave (fire+wind attack)
Stone Lance: Power Gem (involves rock)
Frigid Photon: Ice Beam, Giga Drain ("Fires a chunk of ice that shatters into a cascade of ice blossoms upon impact." (reminiscent of early Ice Beam animations); absorbs HP)
Geo Rumble: Earth Power, Mud Shot ("Causes the ground to shake"; inflicts slow)
Flash Step: Vacuum Wave ("Instantly moves to one enemy.")
Illusory Veil: Substitute (grants invulnerability when hit (I kinda had to fudge this one))
Plundering Ghost: Hurricane, Shadow Ball (powerful wind-imbued attack; has "ghost" in the name)

Healing
Quickness: Agility (boosts movement speed)
Resurrection: Recover, Wish, Heal Pulse (restores HP)

Break
Draconic Drive: Outrage (name association)
Dragon Dive: Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse ("Unleashes a wave of pure darkness")
Tyrant's Fete: Rock Slide, Stone Edge (earth-imbued)

Other
Road of Survival (Change): Circle Throw ("Knocks enemies back")
Venom Strike (5 BG Mystic Arte; earth-imbued)
His base stats are calculated the same way as those of Magilou and Laphicet: by taking level 75 stats and dividing HP by 50 while other stats are divided by 2.25, all rounded half down. (Focus becomes Speed because it affects Soul Gauge regeneration, effectively making for faster attacks.)
His dragon form is based on the concept that a malak like him can transform into a dragon when overloaded with malevolence. As foreshadowed in the side quests of Tales of Berseria, this does inevitably happen to him, making him a minor antagonist / side boss in Tales of Zestiria. (Berseria is a prequel to Zestiria, albeit released a year later.)
Slate Bonus: Tales of Berseria has Normin costumes for all characters. Also, Eizen in particular is a pirate malak nicknamed the Reaper.

The user will use their tongue to pull in their opponent, trapping them in battle until Leon switches out.

Explanation
Leon the Chameleon from Awesomenauts, I feel, very much fits this theme. Between his incredibly tacky mustache that looks like it was plastered on his face, to the cheesy french ninja gimmick, he's a very... dressed up character, to put it nicely; plus he has a ton of various skins in his game. It also helps he's a fairly infamous character from the game, being apart of the original cast and being one of the most overpowered characters in the game. Awesomenauts is a somewhat underground 2D moba platformer, being the first and only one of its kind to combine the two genres into one. The game was and still is very fun, but it's been abandoned by its creators--Ronimo Games--and since has been left an unbalanced, fundamentally broken mess. Though, despite being horrendously balanced, it's an incredibly charming, fun game with some great music, fun characters, and chaotic gameplay suit for anybody who wants to spice up their MOBA experience. This game holds a very special place in my heart as one of my favorite childhood games and after rekindling with it recently, I figure why not dip a bit back into this project and throw a 'naut in for good measure?

Leon in Awesomenauts is a fast ninja-like character, fitting into the offensive assassin archetype. As such, an emphasis on slashing moves and his in-game abilities makes sense. In Awesomenauts, he has two abilities alongside his standard slashing attack: a tongue grapple and a cloaking ability that leaves a decoy, both of which I chose to represent. His Dark-type comes from his ninja affiliations, and the Normal-type follows the precedent of Kecleon, Pokemon's chameleon, and complements how Leon for the most part is a normal chameleon. Furthermore, this gives Leon a solid dual STAB combination. His staggeringly high HP gives Leon some survivability and mirrors his base HP of 1300 in Awesomenauts, which is surprisingly high for an assassin. Regenerator plays into how retreating in Awesomenauts tends to lead to easy recovery, as teleporting to the safety of your base will provide the user with instant recovery, and also works with the respective regenerative upgrade you can get in-game. His attack stat reflects the base damage of his slashing attack in-game as well.

I chose to represent his cloak as an ability in order to emphasize how Leon tends to use his cloak more as a utility to more safely position his slashing attacks for a killing blow. That, and it could be rather unintuitive as a move. To reflect how the ability works in Awesomenauts, you'll be able to guarantee a critical hit from being able to position yourself properly. The caveat of this ability is that the opponent is able to know what's about to happen, so they can pretty readily pivot against the move so they don't lose a key component. However, this also highlights Leon's slashing moves which is a huge reason for his design.

Tongue Snatch is Leon's signature move which, while it does not benefit directly from Cloaking Skin, will allow Leon to safely lock a kill with his solid physical coverage or set up with Swords Dance. In Awesomenauts, the move acts as a grapple of sorts which pulls in opponents to let Leon attack opponents that may be otherwise difficult to close the distance against; here, it acts somewhat similarly, letting Leon assuredly hunt for safe KOs without fearing a switch that may compromise his assault. This move is not necessarily needed, especially if the Leon user opts for Regenerator, but it complements his signature ability and colorful coverage provided by his chameleon origins and electrified blade.

prince of darkness op
Pokémon: Wizard Monkey
Franchise: Bloons
Type: Psychic
Ability: Infiltrator
Notable moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Calm Mind, Trick Room, Wall of Fire (Fire-type status move, 32pp, sets up Fire Pledge's sea of fire), Flame Burst, Ally Switch, Stored Power, Thunder Wave, Future Sight, Shadow Ball, Protect, Trick
Stats: 30/30/30/60/60/60 (BST: 270)
Reasoning: Standard Psychic-type learnset. Pure psychic-type as not much else fits base wizard's wizardry (base wizard spells are pretty generic other than fireball/wall of fire). In BTD6, wall of fire deals damage whenever a bloon is on top of it. Flame Burst comes from the Fireball upgrade (no flamethrower yet b/c wizard doesn't spew flames until DBreath). Slightly lower BST than Ice monkey b/c wizard is somewhat weaker earlygame. Infiltrator comes from wizard's ability to bypass obstacles w/ Guided Magic.

Pokémon: Arcane Mastery (evolves from Wizard Monkey)
Franchise: Bloons
Type: Psychic
Ability: Infiltrator
Notable moves: same as base
Stats: 45/45/45/80/80/80 (BST: 375)
Reasoning: Arcane Mastery gains increased range, pierce, damage, and attack speed, but nothing else compared to the base form (base form meaning tier 2 and lower).

Pokémon: Archmage (evolves from Arcane Mastery)
Franchise: Bloons
Type: Psychic
Ability: Infiltrator
Notable moves: +Dragon Breath, Mystical Fire, Flamethrower, Shimmer (Psychic-type status move, 16pp, hits both opponents, removes type immunities of targets), Sacred Fire, Arcane Spike (Psychic-type special move, 100bp, 100% acc, 16pp, neutral to Steel-types and deals +50% damage to Megas and Dynamaxed pokes), Focus Miss
Stats: 65/55/65/130/100/130 (BST: 545)
Reasoning: Gains DBreath (fire breathing) and Shimmer (reveals camo) attacks. Arcane spike attack can hit leads and does extra MOAB damage, so Megas and Dynamax take extra damage. Outputs multiple distinct attacks quite quickly as well.

Pokémon: Dragon's Breath (evolves from Wizard Monkey)
Franchise: Bloons
Type: Psychic/Fire
Ability: Infiltrator/Ceramic Shock (Fire-type attacks deal 2x damage to Ground-type mons)
Notable moves: +Dragon Breath, Mystical Fire, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Will-O-Wisp, Overheat, Sacred Fire
Stats: 45/40/60/90/60/95 (BST: 390)
Reasoning: Gains ability to breathe fire. DBreath also gains extra ceramic damage, so ground-type mons (e.g. claydol) take more damage from fire moves.

Pokémon: Wizard Lord Phoenix (evolves from Dragon's Breath)
Franchise: Bloons
Type: Psychic/Fire, Flying/Fire (Mega)
Ability: Infiltrator/Ceramic Shock, Mold Breaker (Mega)
Notable Moves: +Air Slash, Hurricane, Roost, Meteor Flare (Fire-type Special 120 BP, 8pp, 85% accuracy, hits both opponents, 40% burn chance)
Stats: 80/55/70/120/85/95 (BST: 500), 80/55/70/170/135/95 (Mega, BST: 600)
Item: Wizardlordphoenixite (allows wlp to mega evolve)
Reasoning: Wizard Lord Phoenix's ability transforms the monkey into a phoenix that deals massive amounts of damage. The fiery meteors are quite powerful at spread damage but inaccurate. Wizard Lord Phoenix can also pop all types of bloon (mold breaker). Air Slash/Hurricane were stolen from Moltres.

Pokemon: Shimmer (evolves from Wizard Monkey)
Franchise: Bloons
Type: Psychic
Ability: Infiltrator
Notable Moves: +Shimmer
Stats: 55/30/70/70/75/60 (BST: 360)
Reasoning: Gains Shimmer as described previously, and not really much else of note.

Pokemon: Prince of Darkness (evolves from Shimmer)
Franchise: Bloons
Type: Psychic/Ghost
Ability: Soul Reaper (Maintains a graveyard with capacity 100 points and starts at 0 points. Each percent of damage taken by any pokemon on the field adds one point to the graveyard. Graveyard depletes by 20 points at the end of each turn. Prince of Darkness deals +(# of points)% extra damage with all of its attacks.)
Notable Moves: +Will-O-Wisp, Curse, Hex, Destiny Bond, Focus Miss, Summon Zombie (Ghost-type special move, 16pp, 100% accuracy, has base power = (# points) + 50, costs 15 points to use, fails if not enough points, spends points before using the attack), Recover
Stats: 90/50/80/105/85/85 (BST: 495)
Reasoning: In BTD6, Prince of Darkness maintains a graveyard of bloons every time they pop; the graveyard increases power of all attacks. Prince of Darkness can summon zombie bloons that do damage at the cost of some of the graveyard.

meh, its a battle cats collab unit now :)
Its origin was outside of a video game, which means regardless of its crossover status, is by default invalid. Goku shows up in crossover games and Dragon Ball games alike, but he is not an eligible sub. If you would like to sub this, please do so in Crossover Chaos Expanded.

Reasoning: Beatrice is the Endless Witch, who has lived for a thousand years. When she's not in her human form, she manifests as a swarm of golden butterflies. She exists as a spirit in the island of Rokkenjima. Her goal is to gain a physical body and open the gates to the Golden Land through a series of sacrifices, following the Witch's Epitaph. As for moves, her Endless Magic basically allows her to do... well, everything, but the movepool is based on magic she used throughout the game. This is about as much as I can explain without giving away too many spoilers for the Umineko story.

physical.png
| 20 BP | 90% accuracy | Non-contact | Hits three times with increasing power (Triple Axel clone).
Stats: 90 / 125 / 110 / 70 / 105 / 85 (580 BST)

Reasoning: The Hero's Shade is an ancient swordsman that teaches Link advanced sword techniques in Twilight Princess. As his name suggests, he's a ghostly reincarnation of a previous version of Link, with the Hero of Time being the most popular theory. As such several aspects of Hero's Shade are based on Scoopapa's Link submission such as abilities and sword-related moves. His hidden ability comes from another name for him in TP, Cursed Swordsman. The Hero's Shade appears as a golden wolf in the real world and has access to Crunch, Lunge and Phantom Force thanks to this. Several other moves such as Ancient Power and Night Shade are innately derived from his appearance and features. He also has moves based on the seven Hidden Skills he teaches Link:
  • Ending Blow ----> Fell Stinger - a move to finish an enemy
  • Shield Attack ---> Fake Out - a small thrust to stun the enemy
  • Back Slice -------> Shadow Sneak - a strike from behind the enemy
  • Helm Splitter ---> Aerial Ace - a fast aerial strike
  • Mortal Draw ----> Sucker Punch - a surprise attack just before the foe strikes
  • Jump Strike -----> Solar Blade - a move that charges the blade with light before unleashing a powerful attack
  • Great Spin ------> Rapid Spin - spin
While demonstrating some of the Hidden Skills to Link, Hero's Shade sometimes creates copies of himself to attack Link, typically three including himself. This gives the Hero's Shade the signature move, Shade's Strike.

Voting is open and will last until next weekend. Shorter slate this time around so that they go back to alternating with CCEX slates.
