4-move-special.png
- 40 BP - 15 PP - 100% - Salt Cure clone. When first applied to a target, the line “<Pokémon> is suffering a Nano Infestation!” appears upon activating its additional effect.
Stats: 62/94/60/135/90/80 (BST: 521)

Reasoning: Dual-Bug/Steel-type as a half-human half-robot cyborg patterned after a moth, with the ability to fly using what appears to be cape-like wings at her back. Her two non-Hidden Abilities are Levitate to reference her ability to fly without being Flying-type and Illuminate to reference her ability to conjure balls of light to attack her enemies. Her Hidden Ability, Shield Dust is a reference to the numerous moth-like realmons that get the ability as a non-Hidden Ability. Being a moth, she is given access to the coveted Quiver Dance, which takes the term “Quiver Dance bot” somewhat too literally. Her signature move, a Salt Cure clone, gains increased damage over time compared to types that aren’t Steel or Water. The former is justified very well by her usage of nanomachines in scale-like behaviour to incapacitate any Tactical Doll or similar robotic beings as she had done to immobilise M16A1 in Fixed Point; this also ties to her access to Sleep Powder and Stun Spore to cripple targets like the moth realmons also do. The Water-type’s vulnerability to Nano Infestation is somewhat of a stretch, but water is often a breeding ground for various insects where they can lay their eggs, such as some moths and many mosquitoes. Being able to produce light orbs to fight in battle, she gains a multitude of light-based coverage moves such as Power Gem and Dazzling Gleam as well as STAB move Flash Cannon to make use of her Quiver Dance capabilities and high Sp. Atk. Besides her base 62 HP, which is directly based on her 62K HP in the Fixed Point mission in which she is fought (Normal Mode Lonely Island I), her other base stats are derived from various Quiver Dancing moth realmons. She has the base Attack of Mothim, the base Defense of Venomoth and Frosmoth, the base Sp. Atk of Volcarona, the base Sp. Def of Dustox, and the base Speed of Masquerain.

Signature moves:
Supernova Cannon -

-
4-move-special.png
- 130 BP - 5 PP - 90% - Lowers user's Sp. Atk stat by 2 stages.
Stats: 70/90/111/151/66/52 (BST: 540)

Reasoning: Pure Steel-type due to being a robot android. Her primary ability is Mega Launcher to reference her use of a giant railgun about twice her body size (ala Clawitzer), named Sword of Light: Supernova, referenced in the name of her signature STAB-boosted move, Supernova Cannon, which has the same effect as Fleur Cannon, signature move of fellow female automaton Magearna and gives her a very risky STAB move more powerful than Flash Cannon. Unlike Magearna though, Aris is a robot android made for the purpose of war - behind her game-obsessed façade is a violent robot personality named as the Princess of the Nameless Gods, known as Divi:Sion in an attempt to purge the people of Kivotos. This violent personality surfaces as <Key>, which replaces her blue eyes with red eyes that are slightly pink, to signify her original programming has resurfaced. Her Hidden Ability is Berserk, as a way to reference Aris’s lapse into her murderous robot personality depending on how dire the situation gets for her. As a user of Mega Launcher, she has various coverage move options that get boosted by Mega Launcher such as Aura Sphere, Water Pulse, and Dark Pulse. By running any STAB move, Dark Pulse, Aura Sphere, and Mega Launcher, she employs powerful neutral coverage against the whole metagame. With her railgun, she has various beam-based attacks such as Hyper Beam (Destruction Beam in Japanese, fits her killer gynoid alternate personality), Ice Beam, Charge Beam, and Meteor Beam. Her android nature is additionally bolstered with nanomachines that gives her self-regenerative properties, like Senator Armstrong and his own set of nanomachines (they don’t harden in response to physical trauma though), so she gains reliable recovery in the form of Recover. Her base stats are mainly sourced from her source material, at Level 100 with a 5-star rarity. Her EVA stat results in her base 52 Speed. With a high base Sp. Atk stat of 151 befitting her powerful robotic nature and destructive railgun-totting firepower, it turns her into a potent special wallbreaker that synergises perfectly with her two abilities.

Stats: 86/78/52/130/110/38 (BST: 494)

Reasoning: Flying/Dark type due to a mixing of Sankta and Sarkaz traits as a fallen angel. As a Caster, she sports many coverage options on the Special side as a Caster. Along with Wide Guard and Barrier to support the origin of her being from a tower defense game, her status moves consist of terrain and room options due to having moves that manipulate speed and movement, Trick Room to reverse speed in turn order and Psychic Terrain to have her ignore priority moves done unto her. Another good chunk of her status moves all depend on priority/priority brackets and prevent other from pulling of moves before she does despite the slow ASPD and Speed for both her own stats in Arknights and with Pokémon mechanics, respectively. Teleport is also very useful with such a slow Speed stat, so she can turn that low Speed into an advantage in more than one way. Her very low speed stats gives her an incentive to use Trick Room during a battle, which is already connection to her manipulation of time and how movement goes around her. Her signature ability Chronology Key is based on the similarly named third skill she has in her source material (Key of Chronology), which synergises even more with Trick Room and boosts her higher attacking stat in a similar way to how the skill does the same with her ATK attribute when the skill is activated.

- 180 BP - The PP of the target's last used move is fully depleted after this move is used.
Stats: 67/40/55/143/64/87 (BST: 456)

Reasoning: Dark/Psychic-type due to being a mage that specialises in dark magic and initially the traitor of Gourmet Edifice, the main guild seen in Princess Connect Re:Dive, also the type's 4x weakness to Bug-type move also fits Karyl's fear of insects. Pressure takes a nod to her Union Burst, whichh so happens to be her Z-Move, which carries a negative effect based on PP for her target like the Fear status effect in Priconne proper does for TP. Pressure's etymology also references Karyl's regrets from her wrongdoing to what would gradually become her friends (like Mewtwo in the Pokémon anime, who also has Pressure), and also the pressure she carries from having to deal with her abusive parents in the real world and the manipulation she constantly received from Kaiser Insight. Dark Eclipse gives her a Sp. Atk boost when she enters battle, which is her passive EX skill - in her source material, Dark Eclipse also holds a similar effect. Thunder Ball is one of her skills in the source material she hails from, suggesting she is also adept at thunder-based spells, so she carries Thunderbolt and other Electric moves for coverage (Meowstic, another cat, also knows Thunderbolt like Karyl does). Being a beastkin in the world of Astrum with cat features, she carries Fake Out, being a good support move despite her low physical Attack stat. Her base stats are sourced from her source material with her Ultimate Equipment and sporting a 6-star rank/rarity/etc.

"An Ægir girl who went out of control after ingesting Seaborn cells. Her throat makes no voice, for the prayers of we many have blocked it. She is drowned in power, becoming what she once detested the most. "
Form: Highmore-Paranoia Illusion (via Gigantamax)
G-Max Move:
G-Max Paranoia -
ghost.png
- Lowers the Defense and Speed stats of all opponents in a Double Battle by 1 stage each.

Reasoning: Primary Ghost-type due to being based on coral and the type that Highmore shares with Cursola, another fellow tormented soul, whose base stat total is just one point higher than Highmore’s. Her secondary Water type references her status as a member of the Aegir race in Arknights, and calls back to Johtonian Corsola, which has the Water type as well. Her Primary Ability, Regenerator, is the Hidden Ability of Johtonian Corsola, and her Secondary Ability, Reaper, heals a fixed 50 HP upon landing a damaging move, and is to provide consistency with other members of the Reaper Guard subclass to give their unique gimmick some substance as others have done with the Guard subclass. Her Hidden Ability, Levitate, not just makes her a Water-type with a coveted Ground resist but an even more coveted non-Flying Ground immunity. This is the only ability of Highmore’s to come full sale from her appearance as the final boss of Integrated Strategies #3, the Paranoia Illusion, her Gigantamax form here, as her enemy form can float over the Doctor’s defences if she isn’t grounded by something like Texas’s Sword Rain. Her self-healing properties that both Regenerator and Reaper carry are already present in both her playable Operator version and her Paranoia Illusion boss form. The reason why Levitate is a Hidden Ability is because Levitate is mainly derived from this boss form of hers, not so much her playable Operator form. Foam Scythe is a Bitter Blade variation to provide her a reliable source of physical Ghost-type STAB, which similarly restores her health upon damaging an enemy with her sickle as in her source material (in addition to Reaper). Her G-Max Move, as an eldritch Seaborne no longer having human sense, gets G-Max Paranoia, which replaces the spot where Max Phantasm would have been if her Gigantamax and G-Max Move weren’t there. G-Max Paranoia replicates the adverse effects her enemy form inflicts onto her targets via decreasing their attack speed directly, and potentially reducing their defensive stats by Arknights’ Corrosion Damage mechanic. As a sickle-wielding user, she gains slicing moves like Slash, Aerial Ace, Psycho Cut, and Night Slash. Icicle Spear is important Physical Ice-type coverage for her, as the same move is learnt by both Corsola forms and Cursola. Her only forms of recovery are unreliable thanks to her nature as a Reaper Guard, which cannot be healed by Medic Operators, stuck with only Rest and Pain Split to help her recover health (outside of HP-draining moves/Reaper, of course).

45 dg | 100 acc | Special | Ice | Hits 3-5 times.
Stats: 85/95/65/110/90/95 (545)
Reasoning: Frost Queen Freiya is a boss from Wizard of Legend, and while her name implies she is a master of ice, she uses just as many, if not more, water based attacks. All attacks are references to her game of origin, and the abilities reference how she summons snow, is a queen, and uses almost exclusively multi hit attacks. Z Move comes from her ultimate attack in the game, and stats allow for numerous options in set building, just like the variability of Wizard of Legend.

Notable moves: Metal Burst, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Scald, Volt Switch, Stored Power, Iron Head, Earthquake, Body Press, Foul Play, U-turn, Roost, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Encore, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Calm Mind, Iron Defense, Bulk Up, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Reflect, Light Screen, Trick, Trick Room
Other moves: All TM/TR moves from Gen 8 onward + Counter, Mirror Coat, Magic Coat
Stats: 67/82/115/82/115/94 | 555 BST
Reva.png

Reasoning: Reva is the armored character in the game, therefore Steel-type. Battle Armor goes without saying, the blurb above should be adequate grounds for Friend Guard, and she also gets Magic Bounce because her standard loadout is all about reflecting enemy attacks. The latter fact is also the basis behind Metal Burst, Counter, Mirror Coat, and Magic Coat. (Granted, the former three correspond more to her secondary loadout.) The rest of her movepool is TM and TR moves because spells in OSfE are equivalent.
Base stats are 2/3 Saffron's HP, base Zamazenta's defenses, and some arbitrary other stuff to keep her BST low for obvious reasons. (Her attacking stats are rather low because her weapon is a reflector.)

Lives to sell and sells to live.
Pokémon: Shopkeeper
Franchise/Origin: One Step from Eden
Intended Tier: Ubers
Type: Normal
Ability: Good as Gold / Steely Spirit
Notable moves: Make It Rain, Recover, Hyper Voice, Steel Beam, Shadow Ball, Hex, Focus Blast, Fire Blast, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Volt Switch, Psyshock, Body Slam, Iron Head, Close Combat, Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Darkest Lariat, U-turn, Body Press, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Encore, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Dragon Dance, Iron Defense, Trick, Reflect, Light Screen
Other moves: All TM/TR moves from Gen 8 onward + Pay Day, Happy Hour
Stats: 111/111/111/111/111/111 | 666 BST

Reasoning: As an NPC, she's like Kecleon in Mystery Dungeon but more beatable and without the dumb recruitment RNG. As a playable character, her money is her HP and what she throws as her primary weapon. When it hits an enemy, or when she loses it by taking damage, it falls on her side of the field so she can regain it by stepping on specific tiles. This makes her comparable to Gholdengo, but the only type that fits her is Normal, so she gets Steely Spirit for pseudo-STAB on Make It Rain. Between battles, she gets access to a random stock of free spells, which are the OSfE equivalent of TMs, hence the rest of her movepool.
She has Uber-level stats and 666 BST because she is the only playable character capable of defeating Serif, whom I would call the "mascot god" of the game.

It also defecates webs in equal measure, but more importantly it fights with a horde of underlings, some of which are spiky. (Also, it regains HP when Gail exits the room.) When it's not defecating, it tends to move around while snapping its jaws, sometimes in an exceedingly furious manner while protecting its weak spot with a spiky layer of armor. (This involves moving off the screen, hence U-turn.) For another aspect of the battle, its underlings are swapped out when it roars, hence the sound-based moves. It is not beyond sneak attacks, as Gail finds out the hard way when she first meets it, which inspires First Impression and Skitter Smack. Otherwise, this submission takes after Ariados, a fellow arachnid with a shared namesake. (Dig checks out because it lives in Mul Caves.)

A young warrior who's desperate to prove herself against worthy opponents. Despite her easy-going personality, she's a fearsome fighter.
Pokémon: Martha
Franchise/Origin: Bravely Default II
Intended Tier: OU
Type: Electric/Dragon
Ability: Momentum - If the user uses a move with the "charge" and "gravity" flags (such as Fly or Bounce), then this Ability acts as a Power Herb unless the user's Speed stage is -1 or lower. If the user is holding an Iron Ball, then the moves in question are granted a 1.5* boost.
Hidden Ability: Multiscale
Custom moves:
  • Angon - Dragon, Physical, 90 BP, 100% Acc, 10 PP | Bypasses protection. (Hyper Drill variant)
  • Soul Jump - Dragon, Physical, 95% Acc, 10 PP | Functions as a cross between Fly and Beat Up.
  • Super Jump - Dragon, Physical, 90 BP, 95% Acc, 10 PP | Fly variant that targets all adjacent foes.
Notable moves: Bolt Strike, Zing Zap, Glaive Rush, Fly, U-turn, Horn Leech, Sacred Sword, Leaf Blade, Icicle Spear, Tera Blast, Swords Dance
Other moves: Dragon Rush, Smart Strike, Fury Attack, Night Slash, Brutal Swing, Slash, Aerial Ace, Protect
Stats: 70/100/80/50/120/120 | 540 BST
Martha.png

Reasoning: Dragoons have top-tier speed and magical defence, high-tier physical attack and aim, mid-tier physical defence, low-tier HP, and bottom-tier magical attack, hence Martha's base stats. Momentum is the intrinsic speciality of the job, and she gets Multiscale because her unitard is made of scales. Her signature moves encompass some of the abilities (in Bravely terms) that dragoons can learn, with the following exceptions: Jump = Fly, Sonic Thrust = Brutal Swing, Thunder Thrust = Zing Zap, Spirit Surge = Horn Leech, Bolt Blast = Bolt Strike. (U-turn is inspired by the hit-and-run nature of her jumping attacks.) Dragon Rush sums up what dragoons are all about, while Protect resembles the Default mechanic of the game. Dragoons are proficient with spears and swords: the former represented by Smart Strike, Fury Attack, and Icicle Spear; and the latter by the rest of Martha's movepool (barring Glaive Rush and the universal Tera Blast, the former being sort of a cross between the two and a nod to the Brave mechanic).

Pokémon: Alice Margatroid
Franchise/Origin: Touhou Project
Intended Tier: OU (Ubers with Unique Held Item)
Type: Normal
Abilities: Rainbow Puppeteer (User gains STAB on all moves if they didn't already.)
Notable moves: Substitute, Dolls' War, Dolls' Phalanx, Artful Sacrifice, Calm Mind, Tri Attack, Flash Cannon, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Leaf Storm, Thunder, Swords Dance, Attack Order, Defend Order, Heal Order, Doll Placement
Signature moves:
Dolls' War: 100 BP, 100 Accuracy, 8 PP, Normal-type, Physical. Deals Special damage if Alice's Special Attack is higher. 50% chance to raise Alice's Defense by 1 Stage. (Photon Geyser+Diamond Storm)
Dolls' Phalanx: Normal-type Spiky Shield clone.
Artful Sacrifice: 80 BP, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP, Fire-type, Physical. Deals Special damage if Alice's Special Attack is higher. 30% chance to burn. (Basically, physical, normal-type Scald)
Doll Placement: 10 PP. Sets a unique entry hazard that does 25% damage to the next target to switch in, but is consumed after one activation.
Stats: 100 HP/90 Atk/100 Def/90 SpA/100 SpD/70 Spe (BST: 550)
Unique Held Item: Grimoire of Alice (Pre-Gen7 Soul Dew clone, exclusive to Alice.)
Reasoning: The rainbow puppeteer herself. She prides herself on being an all-purpose, strategy-centric youkai, and this is generally reflected in her moveset, having a plethora of supportive and low power, high-utility moves. Likewise, as somebody who enjoys experimenting with different tactics, she's highly adaptable, gaining STAB on everything (but not changing her type, unlike Protean). Her signature moves are an extension of this. Dolls' Phalanx is based on Alice's guarding animation in the fighting games, creating a wall of dolls to defend against enemies and counter. Doll Placement is also based on the fighting games, and reflects Alice's core mechanic in those games: Setting up dolls for traps and pincer attacks that are difficult to avoid, which makes perfect sense as an Entry Hazard, though as the dolls return to Alice after being activated, the entry hazard can only activate once before needing to be re-applied, which is tricky as for the most part Alice struggles to threaten much without significant setup. Dolls' War serves as a defensive tool as well, but also doubles as an offensive one, creating a formation of spiralling dolls around her that both protect her from incoming physical attacks and damage anybody foolish enough to try anyway. Finally, Artful Sacrifice is the last of Alice's signature maneuvers, hurling a doll laced with gunpowder before magically igniting it, essentially turning her dolls into impromptu grenades.

Should Alice need to go on the offensive however, you may have noticed the four High-Power, Low-Accuracy moves in Alice's moveset that may seem out of place: Fire Blast, Blizzard, Leaf Storm and Thunder. These are loosely based on Alice's stint as the Extra Boss of Mystic Square, and are also the basis for her unique held item, the Grimoire of Alice, a magical tome she's always seen carrying that, when used, grants Alice access to extremely powerful magic. Her magic came in five colours, those being red, blue, purple, green and yellow, with the moves themselves referencing the first two (Fire Blast and Blizzard- the red and blue colours even notably look like their elements, heavily implying that the Grimoire's magic is elemental in nature) and last two (Leaf Storm and Thunder) of the five colours. To this end, if Alice truly wanted, she could unleash the Grimoire's full power to deliver devastating magical attacks.

Stats: 80/115/60/90/75/100 (520)
Competitive Reasoning: Hazard setter with pivotting in Parting Shot, also a Set-up sweeper with Tinted Lens + Victory Dance. However, to balance things out, she doesn't get access to Gunk Shot on the physical side, and the only coverage she gets is Rock and Steel, which is pretty bad.
Reasoning: Poison-type because she inks stuff. Stats are a slightly altered/buffed version of normal Inklingf from Gen 8 CC, because she's, well... an Inkling. Callie's more frail but hits harder because she prefers to go all out, based on her personality and Splatfest themes. Callie is also physical because she prefers the Roller weapons. She's also physical because she's even a costume for Mii Brawler in Smash Ultimate.
In Splatoon 2, the brainwashed Callie is the one responsible for "renovations" in Octo Canyon, adding many traps and dangers to it, that is why I gave her entry hazards and Rock-type moves. Tinted Glasses is from her being brainwashed by hypnoshades, a pair of special black glasses. She also wears regular black glasses in Splatoon 1.

One day I'll actually have the energy to make something new. Today is not that day.

Pokémon: Inaros
Franchise/Origin: Warframe
Intended Tier: Intended for OU, but probably better in UU because of the typing.
Type: Rock/Ground

Notable moves: Desiccation, Stealth Rock, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Sandstorm, Power Gem, Ancient Power, Earthquake, Sandsear Storm, Scorching Sands, Stomping Tantrum, Swords Dance, Calm Mind, Strength Sap, Shore Up, Attack Order, Infestation, Gen 9 Universals, Leech Life, Sand Tomb, Sand Attack
Signature move: Desiccation (65 BP | 90% Acc | Rock | Physical | Applies Seeding Status (as in Leech Seed) to the opponent.
Stats: 150/100/90/90/50/60 (BST= 540)
Reasoning: He's a Warframe based primarily in sand with an incredible HP stat (at the expense of having no shields, but I wasn't sure how to translate that into Pokemon stats so I gave him a bad Sp. Def stat to reference that). Unfortunately, that means I pretty much had to do the Rock/Ground typing, with its many flaws. Desscication is based on his first ability, where he throws sand that can sap the HP of the opponent. Attack Order and Infestation represent his Scarab Swarm ability.

Stats: 78 HP/93 Atk/68 Def/116 SpA/101 SpD/79 Spe (535 BST)

Moves: Expanding Force, Extrasensory, Future Sight, Psychic, Psycho Cut, Psyshock, Zen Headbutt, Power Gem, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Brick Break, Circle Throw, Storm Throw, Dazzling Gleam, Signal Beam, Air Slash, Flamethrower, Brave Bird, Fly, Dual Wingbeat, Hyper Voice, Double-Edge, Reflect, Light Screen, Magic Coat, Mirror Coat, Telekinesis, Teleport, Calm Mind, Barrier, Ally Switch, Agility, Heal Pulse, Roost, Recover, Swords Dance
Reasoning: Athena is the reincarnation of the goddess of the same name. This gives her access to multiple psychic powers: telekinesis, teleportation, barriers, healing and divination. She uses these powers to fight, alongside martial arts (Brick Break). One of her signature moves is the Psycho Ball, a ball of psychic energy (Energy Ball, Focus Blast). She can also fire shining energy with Shining Crystal Bit (Power Gem). Her standard attack in her debut game is a beam (Signal Beam), but one of the items she can pick up is a sword (Swords Dance). Athena's occupation is an idol (Punk Rock, Hyper Voice).

Athena becomes Phoenix Athena by holding a Green Egg, which works like a Mega Stone.

|
1691276157234.png
| 15 BP | 16 PP | 100% | Hits 3-6 times. If the sixth hit lands, it traps.
Reasoning: Nu Wa is the Guardian of Heaven (Serene Grace, which is called Heavenly Blessing in Japanese). When Heaven and Earth were in danger, Nu Wa created five mystic stones, corresponding with Fire, Water, Earth, Metal, and Wood. In battle, she controls these stones telekinetically (Telekinesis, Psychic) and uses them for her abilities.
  • Mysterious Fog: Mist, Haze, Surf
  • Clay Soldiers: Attack Order, Earth Power
  • Shining Metal: Flash Cannon, Steel Beam
  • Fire Shards: Mystical Fire, Pyro Ball, Draco Meteor
Nu Wa's passive ability is Strength of Wood, which makes every sixth basic attack she uses root whoever it hits into the ground. Since basic attacks aren't a thing in Pokemon, this was translated to be a six hit move. Nu Wa was half-snake when she was first released (Coil, Dragon Tail, Glare) but was then changed to having human legs and floating (Levitate). She has low movement speed but higher attack speed. She has low HP and physical protection.
  • Cove Queen: Aqua Tail

Pokémon: Queen
Franchise/Origin: Deltarune
Intended Tier: OU
Type:

Stats: 96 / 92 / 78 / 112 / 132 / 60 [570 BST]
Abilities: Queenly Majesty / Tangled Feet / Download [HA]
Moves: Acid, Acid Armor, Acid Spray, Arm Thrust, Charge Beam, Discharge, Double Team, Drill Run, Electric Terrain, Electro Ball, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Gunk Shot, Hypnosis, Magic Room, Magnet Bomb, Mega Kick, Meteor Mash, Power-Up Punch, Rising Voltage, Stomp, Stomping Tantrum, Swagger, Taunt, Thrash, Thunder Cage, Thunder Punch, Trick, Trick Room, Triple Axel, Triple Kick, Wonder Room, Work Up, Steel Beam
*B = Potentially Notable Moves
Justification: For typing, Queen gets Steel/Electric for literally being a computer.
For Stats, Queen’s physical defense and speed are lowest due to Queen’s generally slothful nature and overall more sleek design suggesting less physical defense than special defense. Special offenses are higher due to Queen’s base form attacks being far more indirect, manipulating others to attack and primarily shooting projectiles at the party. Physical stats are still decent, as Giga Size Queen (while not represented by a form in this sub), does straight up engage in a Punch-Out! style boxing match.
For abilities, Queenly Majesty makes perfect sense for the character, Tangled Feet because of Queen's tipsy nature, and Download in reference to Queen’s special attack, which fails to download due to the internet outage in Chapter 2.
Competitive Role: Heatran-style wallbreaker who can boost offenses with download, gets access to a strong partial-trapping move in Thunder Cage, and Taunt for anti-stall maneuvers.

Congratulations to Rasdanation, Neosonic97 and Mygavolt for winning with Queen, Alice Margatroid and Reva. Rasdanation has earned the title, Ergheiz, and Neosonic97 has earned the title, Mesal Gear Solid.

It is time for a second load BS for Crossover Chaos. This will allow everyone to put forward their suggestions to make the metagame healthier and more balanced. At the end of the BS in a week's time, a survey will be available for users to vote for which suggestions should be implemented.

To discuss suggested balance suggestions, visit the Discord channel. Feel free to playtest the current playable meta here.

Use the following template to make your suggestions:

Have fun!

Effected Pokémon: Reva
Balance Suggestion:
steel.png
>
steel.png
fighting.png

Reason: A better offensive typing in exchange for a worse defensive typing. This gives Reva a very lucrative STAB Body Press, but this is offset by the fact she retains her inability to learn any strong Fighting-type moves such as Superpower or Close Combat. Her new part Fighting-type harkens to her status as a protective and brave paladin for her nation, similar in valour to Falinks and Cobalion, the latter of which now has the same type as her.

Effected Pokémon: Wriggle Nightbug-Augmented
Balance Suggestion: +Axe Kick
Reason: One of the missed opportunities of all time. This LW variant of Wriggle Nightbug is very much supposed to be a Kamen Rider reference. Not having what is considered the most notable move of Lokix, fellow Kamen Rider reference, Axe Kick, which harkens back to the Rider Kick often seen on Kamen Rider's many protagonists, would be very disappointing. Axe Kick also provide niche Fighting coverage that also helps nail Rock-types which deal 4x damage to her super-effectively.

Effected Pokemon: Dewy
Balance Suggestion: -Moonblast
Reason: The mon is already good on paper, and Moonblast is forced.

Effected Pokemon: Susie
Balance Suggestion: -10 Atk, +10 SpA, -Axe Kick, -Jaw Lock, -Glare, -Dragon Dance
Reason: Not only does Susie have the most optimized stat spread you can think of, she also gets almost every viable move you can think of, to perform in almost every role (only missing hazard removal). It's hard for any Dark-types to compete with her. The weirdest part is, Susie was subbed for UU?? She's still a very strong wallbreaker, hazard setter and offensive pivot after these removals.
Also Susie isn't even a Dragon, she's Dragon-type because her axe was made from a dragon.

Effected Pokemon: Susie
Balance Suggestion: Rude Buster effect changed to "Special if user's Sp. Atk > Atk" (reverse Photon Geyser, without ignoring abilities).
Reason: In Deltarune, Rude Buster's damage depends on both Attack and Magic, so this effect fits better. Psyshock effect on Susie also seems too strong, especially if she keeps Dragon Dance.

Effected Pokemon: Jack Frost
Balance Suggestion: +Chilly Reception, +Bitter Malice, +Mist, +Counter, +Ominous Wind, +Mean Look, +Tickle
Reason: Mostly for flavor, but Prankster Chilly Reception is a strong addition.

Effected Pokemon: Jack Frost
Balance Suggestion: -Slush Rush, +Taunt, Ice Break becomes 80 BP (+10 BP)
Reason: Jack Frost is kinda aimless/roleless besides "special attacker." Considering Slush Rush is a forced addition, I think focusing on its Prankster ability and its signature move Ice Break is a good idea. Making it a stallbreaker gives it an identity in the UU meta.

Effected Pokemon: Snecko
Balance Suggestion: -20 SpD
Reason: From experience with other Pet Mods, a high SpD Coil user is a bad idea. Also, Snecko is just a normal encounter in Slay the Spire so the BST seems a bit high.

Effected Pokemon: Luigi
Balance Suggestion: Flying-type replaces Ghost-type, Strobe Light becomes Poltergust and a Flying-type move (other effects remain the same), +Bounce, +High Jump Kick, +Jump Kick, +Splash
Reason: For the same reasons Hoppip/Skiploom/Jumpluff, Bounce and even Hawlucha are Flying-type. Luigi jumps really high and stays in the air longer than other characters (minus Yoshi). Also, in Luigi's Mansion, the flashlight does no damage to ghosts, only the Poltergust's wind suction does.
