If I capture Phantump in X, & trade it to my Alpha Sapphire.. It will evolve during the trade ~!
Will Phantump get registered as captured on my Pokedex?
It's the same as any other trade evolution: you register its original form in the Pokedex and whatever it evolves into, in this case Phantump and Trevenant... though Phantump can be found in Petalburg Woods through the DexNav once you have the national dex as well.

I've looked for like 2 hours, & no luck .-. (And yes, I do have the National Dex)
Than I looked on my Pokemon X, & found it in Route 16 after 3 Wild Pokemons..

Well it can, but like anything else it doesn't necessarily mean it will... Still, trading it over from X will register it and Trevenant, and even if it didn't you could just breed the Trevenant to get Phantump.

Do I need to do anything special to get a Master Ball from a Secret Pal (i.e. certain number of flags, etc.)? Is a Master Ball any rarer than the other items you can get from asking them to clean up their base? Can this item be SR'd for, or is it predetermined daily for each Secret Pal?

Also, is there any place on here to get QR codes of Smogon members' bases?

In my experience, soft resetting won't change the secret pal gifts received on a given day.

You don't need anything special to receive a Master Ball from a secret pal with pick something up, but getting Platinum rank in the flag hunt is strongly recommended, since it lets each pal search twice per day instead of just once. The Master Ball absolutely is a lot rarer, though. I check my base almost every day, and am at Platinum rank, so my 4 ninja boys and one beauty mean I get 10 "pick something up" chances a day. Since the game was released, I've only received three Master Balls via "pick something up." So while it's absolutely worth farming (the much more common PP ups/maxes, heart scales, and rare candies are all very useful), don't expect a flood of Master Balls.

As for secret base QR codes, go here.

Has anyone else tried farming Master Balls via the lottery? I started doing it in 4th gen just by saving a lot of randomly traded Pokemon, and now with Bank and larger box numbers I have more IDs than ever. This gen, I've probably won... maybe 4, 5? Probably 5, since 3 of those were from random Roselias, and I'm sure I have more than that.
((had about 500 unique IDs in late XY. 100000 possible ID combinations. Odds of winning a masterball in a given day = 500/100000.
Odds of not winning a masterball = 99500/100000.
Odds of never winning a master ball in 365 days = 99500/10000 * 99500/100000 *..... ^ 365,
Odds of winning at least 1 masterball in a year = 1 - (that^), = 0.83,
83% chance in a year of winning at least once.))

But I wanted to hear from someone who does the same, because my luck has been really miserable in ORAS. I moved all my stuff over, but while in XY it seemed I was farming PP Maxes and Rare Candies by the day, I'm generally getting PP Ups with the occasional PP Max, and haven't got a Master Ball yet. It's very stingy compared to the wins I was getting in Lumiose. I've done it *a lot*, so I'm reluctant to call it sampling bias, especially when I have more unique IDs in ORAS than I did during XY. Maybe the algorithm has changed? Like, if it searches for the first match found, as opposed to the best match? Or maybe I'm just really unlucky.

EDIT: Omg the ID numbers don't go to 99999! This completely changes my maths and makes the odds SO much better. Woohoo! It's actually a 93% chance to win at least one masterball in a year if you have 500 unique IDs and you check every day.

My entire living dex basically consists of other people's Pokemon, so I also have tons of different unique IDs. I've been trying to farm in the past, but with little success. It got me really frustrated so I asked if someone could clone a ton of Master Balls for me, so now I'm always stacked regardless. You can of course always do that, if you're not against it. Nowadays I check the lottery once a day just for fun and to see what RNG brings me.

Nah, I don't really need any more to be honest. I had 7 by the end of XY purely from in-game stuff and farming in my one cartridge (I can't remember how many you get in-game, so I either won 5 or 6 via the lottery). All of that was done in preparation for the next game's influx of Legends, given that XY had... a trio, Mewtwo, and the birds - holy shit was I glad to have them when ORAS happened! But I kind of circumstantially got them cloned (accidentally, one was attached to my ORAS Latias SR) so now I've about 7 in each game. More than enough, especially since the only things I'm even going to bother to SR are Terrakion and Raikou, (already caught Tornadus, Latias, Heatran and Lando) and maaaaaaaaybe Deoxys/Latios/Entei if it gets nerfed/eventual defog tutor/learns Extremespeed through level up. But I like to do it anyway since it's kind of fun to say you won 7 Master Balls through a lottery. (And because having 90 rare candies and 50 PP Maxes is also pretty cool.)

Okay, I scanned in as many Super Secret Bases as it would let me (15) from the thread. So next I visit them, and ask them to come to my base to be my Secret Pal? Then, if I delete them from my favorites, I can scan more? How many Secret Pals can I have?

If you want them to show you special skills, then you'll have to invite them to your base (you can only invite 5 at a time). If you battle them in their base first, you can invite them to your own and rebattle them (great for Blissey Base Exp grinding). To scan new bases, yeah you'll have to delete them from your favorites list and scan new ones. To get new trainers in your own base, you'll have to "say good-bye" to any of the 5 already there to be able to invite more. Saying good-bye just sends them back to their own base. :)

I have questions regarding Blue Rescue team. Cant find a thread regarding that game so I will ask here.

I have trouble on recruiting Groudon. Any tips?

Rayquaza and Groudon have -10% chance of being recruited. You should get your Pokemon as highly leveled as possible, preferably level 100. Also, get a Friend Bow since it really helps. Level 100 + Friend Bow will result in 24% chance of recruiting them. This isn't that good, but you can save at the midway points in both dungeons. Then, if you fail to recruit them, you can restart and continue from the middle of the dungeon. Just reset a few times and you should get them before long.

Sorry but what do I do with that information? Sorry for the amount of questions :$
Wonder Mail is a way for players to give missions or rescues to other players via password. Every rescue has a Wonder Mail password written at the bottom of its description. You simply imput the code of the mission before you start the game, at the bottom of the menu and you will have the mission added to your Job List. The code works on any and every Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game. You can't, though, use the same code twice on the same game.

Check out this page for more information you might need.

But didn't XD come out a little while after Emerald? It was advertised as being able to see two of the then new gen 4 Pokemon, Bonsly and Munchlax I think, so...
Yeah you're right. Emerald was released before XD: Gale of Darkness. Japanese Emerald release date was 9/16/04, Japanese XD: Gale of Darkness release date was 8/4/05. USA: Emerald 4/30/05, XD: Gale of Darkness 9/28/05. Europe: Emerald 10/21/05, XD: Gale of Darkness 11/18/05. Australia: Emerald 6/9/05, XD: Gale of Darkness 11/10/05. Can't find a Korean release date for either game anywhere. But either way, Synchronize doesn't work like that on Shadow Pokémon in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness
