Also, anyone see what I see, look at the bottom of the screen of the Dialga Palkia fight, its weavile. Does that mean he is national dex then?
Great marsh is only a marsh because it's based on a real famous marsh btw. It's even in the same place in Sinnoh as it is on Hokkaido, pretty much.
And WCS? Is that world championships? If so I'm definitely participating in next year's VGC like I did this year. But with a better team of course. Though naturally I'm not entirely done, seeing as Shoe's at San Diego and we've been working together on VGC teams for ages now.

Yes. And if you look closely, it looks like they are in some kind of whole, or a meteor crater.... And typhlosion lookes nice.
Weavile might not even be National Dex. By the way things are looking, 2nd gen new evolutions will be in the straight-up Johto Dex.
If the rumors were correct on this (which they were on most everything else), I believe that it's saying something about Legendaries being allowed in the next Worlds competition (and thus the scan showing Dialga, Palkia, and Rayquaza). Of course, I'd rather wait on a better scan+translation of that part to make sure.anyone know what the bar that has wcs 2010 on it says?

They're going to allow the Ubers next year?
I'm pissed about that, especially if it's going to be doubles again. It's so much easier to take advantage of permanent rain or sun.
If it ends up being a singles tournament and a doubles tournament for the VGC next year (not likely, though I can dream), the inclusion of Ubers won't be as big a deal (for singles at least, I still don't want them included in doubles)
I wonder if they'll improve the local battle rules to support auto-leveling this time?
His point is that they made this Rayquaza lv50 so that it won't get banned in next year's VGC, should it ever allows Ubers. Rayquaza, Mewtwo and Arceus are the only Ubers that you couldn't get at lv50 or lower. At least until now.
I cant wait for the frontier, I love the one in Platinum (Hall Matron Argenta is my bitch). And I'm really excited that they are including Kanto...do you think that the Sevii Islands will be included?

Well, Cianwood's Safari Zone is pretty big, and we have almost 50 routes and a shitload of dungeons, and that's because I'm not taking Pokéradar and swarms into account, or even the fact they may just leave some pokémon out so you have to get them from DPPt. I see no reason for Sevii, at least not one based on pokémon.
True, though Im thinking that almost all of the pokemon will be availible in-game, sort of like how you could obtain like over 460 pokemon just within Platinum.
Surely there has to be someone here speaks Japanese? We kind of need a translation on that VGC section: it's pretty important. No doubt it says something generic and woolly, but still it's useful to know what it says. All I can tell is that it's talking about are the VGC and TCG world championships, and that it's specifically mentioning the more powerful legendary pokémon (the Japanese classify the legends in several different categories, this one referring to the cover legends and other ubers) in the caption to the Rayquaza picture.
Anything else on this? I really do hope next year doesn't allow ubers. Seeing as uber doubles is, well, busted...

I dont know why Raquaza is level 50, but I dont think that VGC would be fool enough to allow Ubers (though I miss TTar with all my heart).
I guess that's exactly the reason this Rayquaza is lv50; it looks like next year's VGC will have Ubers allowed, but as the maximum level is 50, they decided to give us Rayquaza in this level. Then, only Mewtwo and lol Arceus would not be able to be used in VGC (and I'm sure we'll also get a lv50 Mewtwo in HGSS anyway).
I really wish you would actually make an effort to have punctuation and capitalization in your posts, it's pretty hard to read and it makes you look like a poor poster. ;/
Anyways, yeah, from the scans it appears there is a chance that next year's VGC might include ubers. I have talked with BlueCookies and he said that he knows that mysteryman has a friend who can translate it. I also know that IPL can read Japanese, so maybe he can do it.
If they go with a style similar to JAA (which was also doubles and most ubers included), the ban list will probably be Mewtwo(if it can't be caught at lv. 50, I'm not sure about this. If it can, they'll probably allow it)/Mew/Celebi/Jirachi/Deoxys(all forms)/Darkrai/Manaphy/Phione/Shaymin/Arceus. They usually ban most events and event legendaries, so if VGC was changed to allow ingame ubers, this probably shouldn't really change a whole lot. Having Tyranitar banned and Rayquaza not being banned might be a little weird, so they might just have a lv. 50 Tyranitar event to fix this.
Either way, I am pretty anxious to see what the translated pictures say though. :P
