something i noticed was that nearly every other post was by you - this is a problem when most of your contributions are so frequent but also so short.

if you minimized the religious posting (in the temporally often sense) then there would be less of a problem - especially when a lot of your posts are just commentary on a game you played, a low level game, which to lv30s gets tiring because low level games are high kill high bad shoddy build low cs clusters.

I literally have only made two posts where I bitched about anything and they were both on the last page and it's simply the first time I ever noticed having bad teammates ruining a game. Something like this was new to me and I did not know if there was something I could do better, which is why I posted about it. Please read the posts and actually decipher what my intention was rather than saying I was "just bitching" for the sake of bitching.

This just comes down to you being elitist and you don't want anyone except the level 30 players posting. That's cool and all that you don't care about what sub-30 players do, but I'm trying to get better and learn about this game that I enjoy. Posting my experiences as I climb my way to level 30 is not a bad thing for me to do.

Sorry that I have been posting in this thread so much. I've just been playing this game quite often lately and am just extremely fascinated with it for some reason and I want to be good at it, so I've been looking for tips and which champions to try out that fit my playstyle. Posting will become extremely less frequent when I'm less of a noob.

Most of the best champions to abuse it, those with low-cooldown (but NOT spammable) single-target spells, are manaless and thus have no reason to be buying it.

Looks AMAZING for almost any AD champ. You might question its usefulness on AD carries just like Bloodrazor, as the proc doesn't scale with Crit / APen / LS, but the offensive stats are relatively more cost-efficient (you pay for Armor on Bloodrazor) and the active ability is ridiculous. With a weapon like this, how did its king get ruined in the first place?

Not a big deal, Blitz already has absurd base health considering his passive. Still sturdier than other non-Leona supports, still gonna be a terror if he gets farm.

Evelynn
Agony’s Embrace Ability Power ratio reduced to +1% every 100 Ability Power from +1% every 50 Ability Power
Only knocks off maybe 6% tops by endgame. Won't be a big blow to her, the effective removal of DFG as an item hurts her way more. :/ She'll be fine though. Her mobility in combat and ability to gank through wards unseen remains unchanged.

Ezreal
Essence Flux no longer reduces enemy champion Attack Speed
R.I.P. Ezreal. No longer a scourge to all his AD carry brethren, will still be viable because he has the best escape move and best poke. Will probably fall into complete disuse anyway because that's the usual reaction to nerfs.

Thundering Blow
No longer deals any flat base damage (still deals % Max Health damage and has a bonus Attack Damage ratio)
Fixed: Stun no longer sometimes lasts beyond the knockback duration
Acceleration Gate mana cost increased to 50 from 30
Non-retards didn't level E first anyway, so it shouldn't affect his dominant laning much. Reasonable chunk of his late-game burst nerfed, of course, but I think he'll be fine with his versatility and poke.

People get DFG on Vlad? He's a DPS mage, idk why you would get it on him as his burst damage is kinda shitty. Late game I'd rather have utility/tankiness from items rather than additional burst.
 
Vlad's R DFG Q E W Q E Ignite does insane amount of burst (oh and Hemoplague boosts DFG's damage too), and he scales very well with CDR. RIP CDR :(

Play Rumble, he's so much fun with the heat management thing+who doesn't like missiles/flamethrowers/harpoons.

Blitz is pretty fun, but apparently permabanned in ranked.

Hello Jebus, I'd say that first you would need to make sure you got runes for :
- supporting (like flat yellow/purple armor blue mr and red flat gold or something like that and not the random **** i see all day on supports)
- ad (like flat ad red/purple and armor yellow, mr blue)
- and stuff for top lane/mid depending on the matchup
- stuff for jungling depending on your jungler/you strategy (counter, camper etc.)
Whatever you probably know that already.

First Blitz, he can be played jungle and support obviously, I think it's a great SNOWBALL support. I insist on snowball. That is to say, not good on soloQ if you don't know who will lane with you (maybe a total idiot unable to follow your engages for instance). However in duoQ, against some no escape ad especially, you can crush lane and snowball really hard (I'm more thinking about leveling snowball and not itemizing snowball :p).
*Banned on ranked? Not really from my experience, well it happens but Sona is like much more threatening (anyway there aren't much support bans like in competitive play). I see no reason to pick Blitz else than "I want to play my weak ad and once I've been traumatised by a Blitz; plus I have not enough micro to avoid hooks"

Jayce, is the hero I'd recommend to you. It's not the easiest hero to learn (you got potentially 7 spells, and cooldowns that you need to manage). But once you got the trick, it's really not hard to play him correctly.
He's a SAFE pick in soloQ, you can firstpick him, it doesn't matter because he got no true counter.
There is only safe counter picks like Nidalee, let's say Yorick. Even if, once you got your Bloodthirster, Yorick can't do much against you anymore.
Tbh, the most solid pick in soloQ is Jayce for now. However it's a Pick or Ban so...

Rumble is strong, really strong but he's situationnal. So yes, if you got a easy melee top lane (I don't know, let's say Wu kong) or a weak early enemy (like malph, or a bad Udyr) you can crush him so hard that he will either : - leave lane / -leave game.
But you will need a good jungler (that gives you some cover, because you'll probably be pushing more than your opponent), and a perfect warding.
Let's make it easier to picture. Imagine you're bot side, you got to lane top against Irelia. There is Lee sin as jungler against you. Well son, you better hide inside this bush, because if I'm this Lee Sin, you'll probably lose at least a Flash and be forced to go fountain because I'll camp you hard. And once you're behind an Irelia with Rumble you better cry at your jungler to come :p
Else, snowballs like no one else, but it is a COUNTERPICK that need a safe lane and to take kills.

So all things considered, I'd tell you Jayce because he got the most competitive value, if you get good at playing Jayce, you'll be able to greatly profit from it. However Rumble and Blitz are funny to play with, Rumble is easy, but with Blitz you'll laugh so hard at your hooks at start and this is priceless.



* Looking for someone to duoQ with me. Got 1400-1500 elo right now, top 1700. I played and won some ESL weekly tourney with my friends, I also play sometimes with my friend's accounts (all at 2k) to prevent the decay so I got some experience (been playing DotA also alot competitively ). Obviously someone within the 1400-1500 radius, I swear if you got the level we bring it on to 1700 and above easily. Can play any role.

* DFG on Vlad is great, it's been a long time that I use it. It's the only way to win some match up, for instance against a decent Jax.
 
Scaling HP seals are overrated, I'd rather take flat armor to help live ganks/take less minion damage/take less auto attack damage.

Also you should probably just wait like a week before buying anything to see if the Jayce changes really hit him or whatever.
 
Nida top is so strong because, like Jayce, there is no real counter. The only thing you can do is pick a hero with enough sustain to compete her at farming.
She's almost ungankable.
However, no cc.. no presence in team fight unless you're really fed.

Dodge runes are not good, since the nerfs in the past there is no more reason to get them.
 
Am I the only person still rocking Dodge Seals?

How do you even still HAVE dodge seals? Last I checked they removed those from the game and slapped down a HEFTY IP REFUND for anyone who went out of their way to buy those overpriced yellows.

Is the server down for everyone else? I was DYING to pop online and throw hours at the redesigned TT, but naturally, as with other times Riot drops a huge patch, the servers get this huge migrane and lock us out of the game.

ALSO, anyone that wants to shoot me an add ingame, feel free. I'm MaxwellNoir on there.
