Description: Remember when Stakataka was legal in Sylvemons? Remember how broken it was? Let's do that, but balanced cuz it takes up your Mega slot and Time Warp (read: an ability that summons Trick Room) mercifully doesn't exist (I think)

Mega Blacephalon
Type:

HP: 53
Atk: 157 (+30)
Def: 73 (+20)
SpA: 181 (+30)
SpD: 79 (+0)
Spe: 127 (+20)
Ability: Beast Boost -> Rock Head
New Moves: Play Rough, Flare Blitz, Stomping Tantrum
Justification: Gives good ol' Bad Clown a much better speed tier, a typing that can beat Tyranitar, and coverage for Heatran (which would now be a good check for it) but now struggles against Toxapex even more than it used to. Also the stats are still all prime. Rock Head doesn’t work with Mind Blown but still allows Flare Blitz to be spammed.

Mega Stakataka
Type:

HP: 61
Atk: 151 (+20)
Def: 241 (+30)
SpA: 53 (+0)
SpD: 151 (+50)
Spe: 13 (+0)
Ability: Beast Boost -> Reanimate*
New Ability: Reanimate | Upon gaining this ability, the user is healed by 50% of their max HP. The user restores 1/16 of their max HP per turn.
New Moves: Phantom Force, Will-o-Wisp, Refresh
Justification: This Mega Evolution allows Stakataka to attempt to wallbreak and potentially net a stat boost before Mega Evolving, where it gains a significant bulk increase, a much better defensive typing, and immediate recovery+passive recovery thereafter. Effectively changes from a breaker to a wall. And its Gyro Ball is still incredibly strong! (Also still prime btw)

Mega Naganadel
Type:

HP:
73
Atk: 73 (+0)
Def: 73 (+0)
SpA: 167 (+40)
SpD: 43 (-30)
Spe: 211 (+90)
Ability: Beast Boost -> Dazzling
New Moves: Overheat, Parting Shot
Justification: The boy's faster than Timid Deoxys-Speed... With a Modest Nature. Absurdly fast pivot/sweeper that can abuse Nasty Plot fully due to outspeeding virtually every scarfer and being immune to priority via Dazzling. Still struggles with stuff like Specially-Defensive Necrozma-Dusk-Mane however. (Still prime hooray)

Mega Stakataka
Ability:
Magic Bounce
HP: 61
Atk: 131 ---> 163 (+32)
Def: 211 ---> 241 (+30)
SpA: 53 ---> 53 (0)
SpD: 101 ---> 139 (+38)
Spe: 13 ---> 13 (0)
Weight: 969 kg

New Moves: Curse, Metal Burst
Description: Stakataka grows even larger with six more legs appearing from its body. Its eyes all glow bloody red. Stakataka-Mega gets large boosts to its Attack, Defense, and Special Defense, and Magic Bounce to discourage status and hazards. Curse provides set up while Metal Burst can be used to take out opposing strong attackers. It was not given reliable recovery or higher attack out of fear of making it too overpowered, and its typing is still defensively terrible.

Mega Naganadel
Ability:
Multiscale
HP: 73
Atk: 73 ---> 83 (+10)
Def: 73 ---> 83 (+10)
SpA: 127 ---> 167 (+40)
SpD: 73 ---> 83 (+10)
Spe: 121 ---> 151 (+30)
Weight: 200 kg

New Moves: Hurricane, Roost
Description: Naganadel-Mega grows another pair of wings and its claws become spike-like. Naganadel-Mega becomes a very threatening Nasty Plot sweeper with its high Special Attack and speed tier. It now gets Roost which can help it maintain Multiscale in Mega form. However, it's very frail by Ubers standards, so its hitpoints will be difficult to maintain even if it runs Roost, and it might not get many chances to set up Nasty Plot with Primal Groudon everywhere.

Mega Blacephalon
Ability:
Levitate
HP: 53
Atk: 127 ---> 149 (+22)
Def: 53 ---> 71 (+18)
SpA: 151 ---> 173 (+22)
SpD: 79 ---> 97 (+18)
Spe: 107 ---> 127 (+20)
Weight: 18 kg

New Moves: Earth Power, Moonblast
Description: Blacephalon-Mega grows two more heads on either side of its head, its legs shrink a little and it now floats above the ground like a balloon. Blacephalon-Mega gains boosts in all of its stats, most notably its speed and special attack. Levitate removes one of its weaknesses, providing switch in opportunities and avoiding grounded hazards. It is still quite frail however.

Let me try my hand at this:

Name: Mega Stakataka
Ability: Stamina (4)
Typing:

Stats: 83/149/229/83/113/13 (+22 HP, +8 Atk, +22 Def, +12 SpD, BST 670)
New Moves: Meteor Mash, Barrier
Overview: Stakataka functions in UU as an incredibly bulky trick room user, and since Trick Room isn't very prevalent in OU, I think it would be a good idea to have a good user of it. An increase of 20 base points in each of its defenses accounts for its poor defensive typing, lack of reliable recovery, and inability to hold a defensive item. Stamina increases its already incredible Defense to astronomical levels, while Barrier allows it to quickly boost up should the need arise. Stakataka already has strong STAB and coverage in Gyro Ball, Stone Edge, and Earthquake, so the addition of Meteor Mash just acts as a fallback. Steel-types such as Ferrothorn, Skarmory, and Celesteela all wall Mega Stakataka, with Ferrothorn notably able to stall it out with Leech Seed and Protect. Priority users (especially Mach Punch users) and bulky special attackers also threaten to severely cripple Mega Stakataka. However, even without reliable recovery, Mega Stakataka is hard to take down in one hit, and many Pokémon are OHKO'ed by it.

Name: Mega Nagandel
Ability: Dragon-ate (4)
Typing:

Stats: 73/139/73/149/73/133 (+66 Atk, +22 SpA, +12 Spe, BST 640)
New Moves: Work Up, Earthquake
Overview: Although Nagandel is a mediocre Pokémon in Ubers (C+ on the Viability Ranking), I still wanted to make its Mega reasonably balanced for the Ubers metagame. Mega Nagandel is, quite possibly, the best mixed attacker in Ubers. Although its stats are not that impressive, especially because it cannot hold an offensive item, Work Up allows it to boost both of its attacking sets. Mega Nagandel can either use its physical or special STABs, furthering its viability. Earthquake gives it coverage against Primal Groupon and Necrozma-DM, who would otherwise wall it, and is used more effectively on the Mega due to normal Nagandel’s lower attack stat.
A 133 base Speed allows it to outspeed Marshadow and Mega Gengar. However, Mega Nagandel does nothing to improve on Nagandel’s terrible bulk, leaving it vulnerable to Choice Scarf and priority users such as Xerneas, Yveltal, and Arceus-Normal.

Name: Mega Blacephalon
Ability: Turboblaze (3.5)
Typing:

Stats:
73/127/73/181/107/127 (+20 HP, +20 Def, +30 SpA, +10 SpD +20 Spe, BST 670)
New Moves: Moongeist Beam, Recover
Overview: Acting as a combination of the Choice Scarf and Specs set, Blacephalon gets a decent increase in both Speed and Special Attack. However, it is now finally able to switch moves! This means that Blacephalon is able to abuse its high power STABs, including Fire Blast and the newly acquired Moongeist Beam. It’s increased bulk also gives it more staying power in conjunction with Recover, letting it have more switch-in opportunities. Finally, a better speed tier let’s it overcome previous revenge killers such as slower Tapu Koko, Alakazam, and Tornados-Therian. Blacephalon still has poor coverage, and can be either walled or taken advantages by Pokémon such as Tyranitar and Greninja. Blacephalon also retains poor physical bulk and several common weaknesses, making it easy to take out with priority.

Edit: Fixed Stats. Now they should all be +100. Thanks!

Mega Evolution always grants +100 to the BST

Stakataka-Mega
Ability: Beast Boost ----> Bulletproof
Typing: Rock / Steel

Stats:

Attack: 131 ----> 163 (+32)
Defense: 211 ----> 251 (+40)
Special Attack: 53 ----> 59 (+6)
Special Defense: 101 ----> 131 (+30)
Speed: 13 ----> 5 (-8)
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670
Weight: 899.9 kg/1983.9lb (+79.9kg)
Movepool Additions: N/A
Description: OTR Hype Train anyone...? >:D The weight is basically chosen due to being a Prime Number divided by 10, plus I wanted Megataka to be around 900kg.. Defense is the highest Prime Number possible. Speed is now on par with Munchlax, Shuckle, and Pyukumuku... For use in conjunction with that colossal 163 Attack (Which is between Slaking and Ultra Necrozma... JEEZ!) and Gyro Ball. Oh yeah, Aura Sphere and Focus Blast (which is admittedly rare because 70% accuracy) are no longer of any concern. Have fun!

Mega Blacephalon
Ability: Dazzling
Type: Fire/ Ghost => Fire/Ghost
HP: 53

SpA: 151=> 171 (+20)
SpD: 79 => 119 (+ 40)
Spe: 107 => 137 (+30)
New Moves: Focus Blast, Ice Beam

Blace finally becomes good , getting the speed and fighting move it deserves, as well as a monstrous special attack stat and good special bulk. However, it still will die to most physical attacks.

Mega Nagandel
Ability: Contrary
Type: Dragon/Poison => Dragon/Poison

SpA: 127=> 177 (+50)

Spe: 121 => 161 (+40)
New Moves: Overheat

Gaining a +2 boost when Draco Meteor and Overheat are used make this thing stupidly powerful coming off of a base 177 special attack stat, while a 161 speed stat makes sure that not much will outspeed you.

Ability: Beast Boost -> Dazzling
New Move(s): Shadow Sneak
Overview: A fast special sweeper with good attack to utilize Shadow Sneak and easily revenge kill opponent's without fearing the 4 different priority moves it's normally weak to. You might want to wait a turn before going mega to get a KO and trigger Beast Boost.

Mega Stakataka
Type:

Spe: 13 ->
Ability: Stakeout
New Move(s): Bulk Up, Close Combat
Overview: Jesus christ, just don't try to escape.

leonard (from big bang theory) I was working on Blacephalon earlier but didn't post it until I finished Stakataka, I swear I didn't copy your ability choice and speed tier!

Mega Blacephalon
Ability:
Innards Out
HP: 53
Atk: 127
Def: 53
SpA: 151 ---> 251 (+100)
SpD: 79
Spe: 107
New Moves: Dazzling Gleam
Description: Mega Blacephalon is a terrifying wallbreaker. With an insane 251 Special Attack stat Mega Blacephalon has the same damage output as regular Blacephalon with Choice Specs, but it isn't locked into one move and it has Fairy coverage to beat Tyranitar. And when the opponent manages to take down Mega Blacephalon it will be further damaged by Innards Out. Blacephalon gains all these nice traits by Mega evolving, but it loses the potential to snowball through teams because it doesn't have Beast Boost anymore.
Flavor: I gave Mega Blacephalon Innards Out because its head fucking explodes and it gets Dazzling Gleam because it is the fireworks Pokemon (it should've had Dazzling Gleam from the start, but Game Freak logic...). Also all of its stats are still prime numbers :P

Name: Mega Blacephalon
Ability: Intumescence ( Physical Berserk clone )
Typing:

Stats:
53/167/53/211/59/127 (+40 Atk, +60 SpA, -20 SpD +20 Spe, BST 670)
New Moves: Explosion, Shadow Sneak, Flare Blitz
Overview: Pretty straightforward aside from some mixed attacking potential. Still rather suicidal and prone to exploding. The ability supports the physical side but it also ensures that Explosion will outdamage Mind Blown even if you are -Atk and 0 investment. I wanted to give a massive boost to SpA to make it amenable to sets that want to grab a Speed boost via Beast Boost before mega evolving, as it will have 458 SpA without investment afterwards. It's also even more of a glass cannon with its only decent defense stat nerfed, because I think any speed boost on this thing warrants something like that.

Name: Mega Stakataka
Ability: Simple
Typing:

Stats: 61/167/251/61/113/17 ( +36 Atk, +40 Def, +8 SpA +12 SpD, +4 Spe BST 670)
New Moves: Curse, Cotton Guard, Sharpen
Overview: Simple turns Curse into a great setup move and also doubles any boosts you might have gained prior to mega evolving. The small increase in speed was really only to make the numbers work but I actually think having it threatened by non-mega Stakataka in Trick Room would be an interesting dynamic. Gyro Ball should still work just as well with 17 Spe. I'm a little on the fence about Curse being too strong or not so I'm curious what anyone else thinks about that.

Name: Mega Naganadel
Ability: Arrogance ( Special Moxie clone )
Typing:

Stats: 73/73/97/149/101/157 ( +24 Def, +22 SpA, +28 SpD, +36 Spe BST 640 )
New Moves: Taunt, Parting Shot, Toxic Spikes
Overview: Now a speed demon that outspeeds the likes of Modest Scarf Yveltal, and can snowball SpA boosts even with a +Spe nature. I've added a few support moves that might be run over Nasty Plot if setting up in Ubers proves difficult. Although it probably won't need +1 Speed in most situations, the option still exists of trying to snatch a speed boost before mega evolving, in case your opponent has a faster Scarfer, Deoxys speed, or a speed boosting sweeper that might live an attack such Necrozma-DM.

Stats: 61/151/251/73/131/3 (+20 Atk, +40 Def, +20 SpA, +30 SpD, -10 Spe, BST: 670)
New Moves: Curse, Spirit Shackle, Recover
Overview: The addition of Curse to Stakataka’s movepool allows for an interesting dynamic: you can go the set up route and Mega Evolve later to sweep under TR, or you can Mega immediately, trap the foe with Spirit Shackle, then Curse them and Recover off the damage. Steelworker allows for the same sort of “third type” that Dhelmise had, and lets Stakataka still fire off those insanely powerful Gyro Balls it’s so famous for.

Name: Mega Naganadel
Ability: Sheer Force
Typing: Dragon/Poison
Stats: 73/103/73/167/73/151 (+30 Atk, +40 SpA, +30 Spe, BST: 640)
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Ice Beam, Focus Blast
Overview: Sheer Force-boosted Sludge Waves are going to hit like a truck, even when unboosted, and the added coverage will allow Mega Naganadel to shake up the Ubers tier in a way its base form could only dream of doing. T-Spikes are there for added utility, and because they make sense with Naganadel’s design. Also, on a side note, it always pissed me off that Naganadel’s Speed wasn’t a prime number, but I’m glad I have a chance to rectify that here.

EDIT: Fixed Stakataka’s stats to all be prime numbers.

Name: Mega Stakataka

Ability: Magnet Pull
Stats: 61/161/231/63/141/13 (+30 Atk, +20 Def, +10 SpA, +40 SpD)
New Moves: Heal Order
Overview: Mega Stakataka is a defensive behemoth, boasting a great defensive typing, ridiculous 61/251/131 defenses, and a powerful ability of Magnet Pull, trapping the likes of Magearna, Bisharp, and non-U-Turn Jirachi. Its incredibly low speed is still usable as a weapon thanks to Trick Room; however, it still struggles versus physically defensive walls such as Skarmory, Ferrothorn, Hippowdon, and Sableye-Mega.

Name: Mega Blacephalon

Ability: Turboblaze
Stats: 53/157/73/181/79/127 (+30 Atk, +20 +30 SpA, +20 Spe)
New Moves: Fire Lash, Shadow Sneak, Spirit Shackle, Counter
Overview: Mega Blacephalon is a terrifying wallbreaker, with incredible mixed offenses backed by a great ability in Turboblaze, which allows it to hit Heatran very hard. Tyranitar is still a problem, though, as it still cannot hit it super-effectively and Counter only works if Blacephalon is at full health.

Name: Mega Naganadel

Ability: Regenerator
Stats: 73/73/103/167/103/121 (+30 Def, +40 SpA, +30 SpD)
New Moves: Baneful Bunker, Focus Blast
Overview: Another big threat to stall, Mega Nagandel takes advantange of its immunity to Toxic and Regenerator to constantly switch in and threaten the opponent with its offensive pressure, especially off of 167 Special Attack. It has a difficult time against offense, however, because even with its heightened defenses, Mega Naganadel finds it hard to switch in.

Spe: 13 -> 5 (- 8)
New Moves: Shadow Sneak, Phantom Force, Heal Order
Description: Stakataka’s mystical, ghostly eyes take over, becoming emblazoned on every block. You can start doing what Stakataka does best, but when you’re out of Trick Room turns and have accumulated some Beast Boosts, mega for a better defensive typing and to punish others for going first. You now have recovery to get the maintenance you need and STAB priority for when you still need to go first. Otherwise, you’re even slower, with all that entails, and both your attack and defences are boosted to crazy levels.

New Moves: Metal Claw, Flash Cannon, Twin Needle
Description: Neganadel’s points become truly metallic and spread to cover itself in armour. It still flies, negating its new quad weakness, but otherwise boosts its defences to get more balanced stats that are boosted all around. You’re still a special sweeper, but a bit more mixed and can actually take a hit.

SpD: 79
Spe: 107 -> 137 (+ 30)
New Moves: Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Flare Blitz
Description: Blacephalon grows a sparkly fuse and gets even better at its favourite hobby of self-destructive devastation. STAB Unstable Mind Blown off of 191 Special Attack is going to hurt. Pity that it can’t pull that off many times in a match. However, your speed also improves a lot, helping prevent you from being taken out before you blow holes in things and you get an attack boost as well to help with Flare Blitz and Explosion. Your typing changes your immunities and gives you more offensive presence.

SpA: 127 ---> 97 (-30)
SpD: 73 ---> 73 (0)
Spe: 121 ---> 151 (+30)
Weight: 200 kg

New Moves: Sharpen, , , ,
Description: Design wise Naganadel just gets bigger and meaner lol. Upon mega evolving Naganadel shifts from a special sweeper to a physical sweeper that outclasses it’s previous form in damage and speed. It’s speed allows it to tie with Phermosa and outspeed all Deoxys bar Speed Form. Tinted Lens gives Naganadel virtually unresisted STAB high power in Gunk Shot and Outrage and can switch easily with U-Turn or revenge kill with Fell Stinger to get a massive boost. It also has the ability effectively boost with Sharpen to decimate walls that would normally stop it dead in its tracks, even Solgaleo Dusk. (Adamant) Outrage vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 324-382 (96.7 - 114%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO (Jolly) Outrage vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 296-348 (88.3 - 103.8%) -- 25% chance to OHKO However Naganadel falls short in that it’s main STAB although powerful has drawbacks such as Gunk Shot’s low accuracy and Outrage locking its moves, it also can easily be KOed by anything with over ~base 90 speed that can hit it super effectively. Priority also hurts Naganadel severely as a sweeper as Arceus can survive a +1 Outrage when switched in as a revenge killer and KO Naga. It additionally must often choose between running adamant or jolly and can fall short on KO’s or lose outspeeds depending on which is chosen. vs. 240 HP / 0 Def Arceus: 342-403 (77.5 - 91.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO Overall Naganadel is improved greatly, effectively becoming the sweeper it has always dreamed of being in the Ubers metagame.

Mega Stakataka
Ability:
Combat Assembly (Physical attack boosting version of Berserk)
HP: 61
Atk: 131 ---> 151 (+20)
Def: 211 ---> 211 (0)
SpA: 53 ---> 29 (-24)
SpD: 101 ---> 211 (+110)
Spe: 13 ---> 7 (-6)
Weight: 999 kg

New Moves: N/A, , , ,
Description: Stakataka transforms into a large Tower of Babel like structure teetering on four long legs and covered in blue eyes. Mega evolution helps patch in Stakataka’s previous weaknesses in a pitiful special defense stat and a poor defensive typing in rock/steel with its new typing and Spdef boost. Stakataka now has Psychic STAB which is considerably less useful than rock but gains points to its attack stat and no longer relies on getting a KO to be able to sweep because of its new ability although in most situations it can only boost its attack stat once. It’s ability and new typing allow it to not only survive a SE Lando earthquake but to also retaliate with a Gyro Ball powerful enough to KO.
Therian Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0- Def Stakataka: 204-242 (62.5 - 74.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
(At +1 Attack) 252+ Atk Staka Gyro Ball (150 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Landorus-Therian: 328-387 (102.8 - 121.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Stakataka however is now lacking rock type STAB and gets walled easily by Ferro and Skarmory and becomes set up fodder if brought up against the wrong mon( ex. Bisharp Kartana). It also still lacks reliable recovery besides rest which still leaves it as a sitting duck for 2 turns unless it sacrifices a slot for sleeptalk. However under trick room it is a terrifying late game sweeper and is a very bulky trick room setter as well.

Weight: 17 kg

New Moves: Solar Beam, Energy Ball, Power Whip, Growth,
Description: Blacephalon becomes Fire Grass when it megas but the code isn't working idk. Blacephalon goes full Dandelion when it mega evolves with each arm and leg resembling two twisted roots as it’s head looking more fuzzy (and orange) and now when it’s head explodes rather than becoming a firework it bursts into flaming seeds. Blacephalon is now a sun sweeper with the potential to boost using growth and its added survivability, using attacks on the physical or special side (although special is arguably better).Blacephalon although in its base form slower in the sun at max speed it outspeeds scarf Greninja. It’s new water typing also gives it better coverage versus bulky water types like Fini and Toxapex it formerly struggled with and grants it a better defensive typing now only weak to rock, flying and poison. However Blacephalon without sun can become deadweight to the team and outspeeds very few mons. It also gets worn down by rocks quickly and needs to always carry HP ground to deal with heatran.

I don't speak Ubers but this looks like a decent threat in the tier. Magic Guard Mind Blown is always fun, plus a better defensive typing, bulk and Recover can give it more opportunities.

The Steel / Ghost type we've always wanted, with Heal Order, Magic Bounce, and Stealth Rock, but here's the catch: you lose out on your mega slot and have quite a bad Special Defense.

Mega Stakataka
Ability: Protean
HP: 61
Atk: 131 ---> 200 (+69)
Def: 211 ---> 190 (-21)
SpA: 53 ---> 55 (+2)
SpD: 101 ---> 160 (+59)
Spe: 13 ---> 4 (-9)
Weight: 1024 kg

New Moves: Dragon Tail, Attack Order, Curse, Play Rough,
Description: So let's take what's good about Stakataka, which is awesome attack and good defense, and break it further. He changes into a Ground/Steel type, giving him a 1/4th resistance to SR and an immunity to Toxic Spikes. 4 base speed allows him to outspeed everything under Trick Room. Lower Defense but higher Special Defense should allow him to wall some things, I'm too lazy to calc right now. Now to the ability, Protean. Why did choose this ability over something like Fur Coat? Because I have an honest belief that he's supposed to be a slow, offensive attacker. Not some wall. Nevertheless, I still gave him Dragon Tail. Just for phazing. The rest are good attacks that take advantage of Protean. He gets access to Normal, Rock, Steel, Ground, Dark, Psychic and Fighting. Now along with Water, Bug, and Fairy. That's 9 different types he can change into, not including the Electric, Poison and new Ghost from status moves. Of course this leads to 4MSS, but with Protean, it should not be much of an issue.

New Moves: Aura Sphere, Giga Drain, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam,
Description: Blacephalon becomes a plexiglass cannon. More defense, will still die though. Huge speed boost and special attack boost. New ability in Dazzling, purely because I was looking around the spreadsheet and found Entomb. Which is very scary. Now, why Fairy/Ghost vs. Fire/Fairy? Because partially of it's Pokedex entry to sneak up on people and the unresisted STAB. I mean Pyroar/Litleo is the only thing resisting. Next up, move choice. Aura Sphere for some coverage, Giga Drain purely because the Pokedex entry. It states it scares people to steal vitality. Which I felt the need to incorporate. Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam is for STAB.

New Moves: Flash Cannon, Hurricane, Brave Bird, Ice Beam,
Description: Naganadel switches from a Poison/Dragon to Steel/Dragon. If you want a reason, think "It releases it's inner adhesives which oxidizes into this lightweight metal". Levitate because it obviously can fly. Moves are purely STAB and coverage. Mixed attacker, which'll be fun. Not for the opponent.

Name: Mega Stakataka

Ability: Siege Engine (Stakeout Clone)
Stats: 61/171/211/53/161/13 (+40 Atk, +60 SpD)
New Moves: Heal Order, Dragon Tail, Roar, Stockpile
Overview: Mega Stakataka remains incredibly defensive, and gets a much better typing. Stakeout pairs amazingly well with Dragon Tail, allowing for repeated 2x boosts. Gyro Ball can destroy most Fairies that switch in to avoid this powerhouse. No increase to defense however, and strong Ground types can still overpower it. Disable and Encore can in different ways weaken this behemoth, and Burning moves can practically take it out of play.

Name: Mega Blacephalon

Ability: Glorious Display (Speed-Based Intimidate Variant)
Stats: 53/157/53/181/79/147 (+30 Atk, +30 SpA, +40 Spe)
New Moves: Eruption, Energy Ball
Overview: Mega Blacephalon is quite powerful, particularly through its gaining of Eruption. With a new massive speed stat and a speed-lowering ability, Mega Blacephalon can wildly shake up the push for speed. Energy Ball gives it that coverage it lacked, allowing it to super effectively hit Ash-Greninja and Tyranitar, two Pokemon that held it back. Ash Greninja's Water Shuriken still remains powerful as a counter, and Sucker Punch/Shadow Sneak in particular are quite dangerous to Mega Blacephalon. Heatran and other Flash Fire users don't have to worry about the new move in Eruption.

Name: Mega Naganadel

Ability: Contrary
Stats: 73/113/73/167/73/141 ( +40 Atk, +40 SpA, +20 Spe)
New Moves: Curse, Overheat
Overview: A very powerful special attacker, with the wonderful Overheat/Draco Meteor set being paired with Contrary. Has a reasonable physical attack stat now, but still very weak. Defenses remain the same, as does typing, so switching in remains difficult. This Mega also means you lose the opportunity for a Choice Scarf or Specs, a Z-Move, an Air Balloon, or Focus Sash, which can make an already glass-cannon-esque attacker even more vulnerable. Outsped by dangerous threats like Deoxys, Deoxys-Attack, and Mega-Alakazam.
