asdfy: Try building a tower/outpost to connect both bridges.

With the strongholds if that chunk has been explored then it won't have the portal. Which likely won't happen in SP but when on a server, good luck.

Each of their videos is quality stuff. They have a lot of original stuff and the videos are executed perfectly. The background music is fitting, the timing is impressive and they are just fun to watch in general.

The new Smogcraft server is nearly ready. It'll be (yet another) interim until full release if we do decide to put it out before release, but that's the way it's gotta swing guys sowwy.

However, we have to re-whitelist everyone and we dont' really wanna do it anymore than you guys but hopefully we can streamline the process.

Even if you are a prominent user please fill it out anyway it will organize it nice and neat for us so we don't ever have to ask again hopefully.

So yeah , I learned how to use the new console and stuff, fixed plugins and permissions , also those who have Donated before (and those who are going to) will be able to have colored names and name prefix (example : <<Donater>CactusMaster> Hi guys ! )

EDIT:we decided not to have the <Donator> prefix, just a color of your choosing

The current plugins are :
  • Commandbook[customized] (doesnt really concern regular users really but it gives you /spawn, comes with alot of handy admin commands, (note for those who are going to look it up : I installed a very basic form of this plugin))
  • HomeX (/home and /sethome)
  • LogBlock (used to log and rollback actions done by users)
  • mChat (used for admin and donater prefixes and chatcolor
  • Bordergaurd (used to keep players in a certain block radius to keep the map from becoming too big too soon. How big the border will be and if it will be used is up for consideration)

Don't mean to be a nag, but what's the IP address for logging in? Can't seem to log in onto smogon. Did you guys change IP addresses, or is the new server having trouble?

Hi!

Just got Minecraft recently, and I'd like to join a server and play online. Can I join the new server when it goes up? (I promise to not steal stuff)
 
Ugh hope this goes live soon, WoW is letting me down since other raid members are busy, got nothing to do till Sunday :(

Think I'll go with one of my alt designs I was think of for the interim instead of the one I had planned for perma.
 
I really hate the limitations on redstone wiring...why the fuck can't it work with things below it, have to connect it on top of a damn block (instead of say a side), and why you have to go through some elaborate crap to hide it?

Don't suppose anyone knows of an easy tutorial through it?

in a way it is good that it doesnt power things below it so that if you are making a larger more complex wiring it doesnt have to be like 20blocks high to work around that
 
I've just been doing single player, though admittedly it's not as fun when it's just you oddly...I always enjoyed looking at all the other houses and buildings people come up with.
 
Ya....Single player just isn't as great as multi player. I find myself wasting my time making tunnels underground and filling them with tnt.
