No, just hatch the next couple of eggs, saving each time. I think you will get eventually.
yes that is correct. just note the second that hit you hit and it normally is the first initial seed mingot's program creates.
Actually that delay number is seconds * 60 from the time you reset until the time you hit A on the continue (we are pretty sure, pink is investigating fully) so blowing through all of the screens at the start generally gives you a delay of somewhere between 600 and 700. It's really there as a hint to let you know a probable initial seed has been found.
AND one thing I did last night to exploit this was to note the natures of my hatches and match them to a pattern on the JP text file to find my "position" in the list. I suggest you try this, Pokerealm. It is a royal pain in the ass right now, though. Will be easier with the new RNG Reporter.
Also, I am shirking my actual responsibilities and working on adding the Platinum Egg PID stuff into RNGReporter as we speak. I'll also be adding a menu option on the "frame" that when selected calculates your poketech app jiggle information. It's going quite well, I already have Normal method working and just need to get international set up now. And the menu item.

Then how do you plan to find your SID? Does the captured a shiny method used for Emerald RNG for finding it work on Plat as well?
Trade over a Pokemon you catch to someone who can for your SID, but please ask for that in the Simple Requests thread.
yellowfire, not sure what you're asking, but we are not completely sure how the RNG changes currently, because it seems based on time and steps but we aren't sure so there is no way to abuse it yet.
I will send you the codes. Anyone ask who needs them, just pm me or pink.
