Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

I am resetting because it is a bad Pokemon. I go to the RNG reporter, input stats, IVs, nature and it comes too much of a delay. I think i need to do this EXACTLY when it hits a time I.E 4:23:00. Maybe. I reset to catch a new pokemon.

Or do I have to find out the time where I hit "Start" on the Action Replay AND the time where I hit continue.

And as for SRing the egg, I save it front of it, get it, make sure it's shiny, if its not good shut off game and take it again until I get it when it's good?
 
Over the long term, you can hurt your game. And it is harder to time, but if you are only doing it a little, you are fine. I think.

So I found a decent spread of 25/A/27/A/B/31 at 17:02:07 April 10th, so I change my clock and what pops up? The goddamn journal. This is just a reminder, if you change your clock make sure to save again or the journal will pop up. Not sure if it affects offset, but I didn't land on the egg I wanted.
 
Actually, the information on the page of the journal determines the amount it advances. Not sure how though, but when it says: "Caught ???" or "Defeated ???" it advances by 2. I believe that when it says you traded via Wifi or used the GTS, it also advances.

This should be investigated a lot more though.

I still dont get what the offset is and how i find it. I read lightning's pm but I still don't get it. Is the frames or something?
If I have a spread at 4/6/09 at 20:02:12 31/31/31/a/b/b, how would I get about getting it
 
After I enter the time/date/IV's/nature then clicking on Find to get the seeds, do I have to pick the one that's around 600 (considering I did not linger before pressing Continue)? Sometimes I get 50~500, are these fine too? What about the ones that go over 5000+?
 
Hey, one tip that should be changed. i have gotten a few spreads that had no happiness application taps. instead of the app before happiness, start on the coin flip app. it helps if you get a lucky spread.

There is no way something around 50 is right, unless your game started instantly. Are you sure you're entering everything in right?

I'm so close to a good IV egg that I can almost taste it. Though seeing as how checking the IVs of a newly hatched egg is impractical especially if I want to trade off untouched clones, I can just get the egg and then find the initial seed, right?

For example, the new super awesome spread I'm after occurs at 02:03:14 with a delay of 622 and an offset of 6. I get the egg, fly to Resort Area, catch a Pokemon, find its IV ranges, then find the initial seed after tinkering around with IV combinations since I'm out of Rare Candies. If the initial seed has a "seconds" value of 14 and a delay of 622, is it a safe bet that I got the right egg? I'm confident the offset will always be 6 for me.
 
I get one seed that's around 600 all the time. Sometimes though, I might get a shit load of 3000~25000's, and a couple 200's~500's. They showed up for some reason. Are they fine to use?
 
Does using the IV check code in D/P on the pokemon you (should have) sweet scented mess the seed up? Because I feel like I've done allthe right things, but when I got into the GodReporter, the seed directly under themonster seed is like 21000+ sometimes. :(

I get 13,000+ a lot using the code. I dont think it messes it up but I THINK
you have to time both pressing "Start" on AR and pressing continue.
