Thanks pink! I just spent like 10 mins trying to get my lucario and riolu to have an egg, epic fail.

Trying to get my riolu to evolve. What time does "daytime" end.
 
So, anyone think they could help me modify an AR code for D/P to work for Plat? So we can see the IVs of eggs so we can still have fun hatch locations.
 
Gah. I tried the steps in the OP, but the list didn't generate anything when I marked the shiny button. And I don't understand a single kanji in the non-shiny PID list >_>


But shouldn't the shiny list have ANY PID, regardless of the initial seed? Talking about it, I used the first initial seed the RNGReporter gave, and the delay was 707. Maybe that's the problem?
 
Nah I think if the delay was 707 you hit a valid initial seed. Either one or two things happened, though. You forgot to enter your ID/SID into the boxes in pidcalc OR there were just no shinys within the 30,000 pids that pidcalc shows. Perhaps try again with a new reset/initial seed.
 
Alright guys. I should have a code comming that will let us see the IVs of eggs either tonight or tomorrow. Poor wi-fi... Am I the only one that will miss it?

I'm not really. I'm going through a lot of trial and error fixing the codes from D/P to Plat. However, I got the creator of the IV code we're using to help us by just modifying his code so instead of changing the stats, it changes the TMs according to the IVs.
 
SCV? Man if you're friends with that fellow he could probably figure out how egg pids are generated quickly...
