Are you sure the Pokemon's stats/IVs you entered were correct? Chances are you have the wrong date or the Pokemon you're catching is too low leveled.
No it just suddenly stop working., I used it many times before but it just won't do it with the same lv. Pokemon..(51,52,53) anymoar...anyways I'll try again...maybe I should redownload it or something.
It might also because the journal pop's out and I pick up the egg...but It's not supposed to cause any prob right? =\
@ TEST - Off an egg? If you are using "by stats" to find your seed make sure you do it immediately after you get an egg (and not after you hatch it). If you are doing it with a capture and you've already done 250+ journal flips it also won't find it.
If you are doing it fairly quickly after you enter the game then you HAVE entered an invalid date. And like everyone else who's posted something similar at some point you'll have an "oh shit" moment and realize that you had typed something wrong into RNG Reporter.
And don't redownload RNG Reporter, that will not help. Installations don't get corrupted. Don't reboot either, that won't help.
EDIT: And I can't read colored small text. Try to stick with the default please. :P

I tought I was gonna go crazy tks for your patience..I followed the wrong time..it was 6pm so i puted 6 but I prolly spaced out and didn't think it was a 23:00 clock ..that's what happens when you try to do six things at a time....

Right after the egg try and capture a Pokemon. It doesn't have to be that fast, just don't wait a couple minutes. If you still can't find your date, like Mingot said, you entered the wrong date/stats.
I had no probleme with that but im no expert either...I MIGHT be able to helpo you..that part I never had a prob with! =P

-To begin, try to take a spread that has not alot of coin flips or happinese checker
-Is the Poketech at 5 when you enter the game world?
-5 Pokemon in your team?
-Put breeders only after finishing the coin flip and the hapiness checker (not sure if it's necessary..but worked everytime I did it.)
-Don't have breeders in party. ( not sure if nec. either but just in case...)
Are you looking at the international list or the non international list and should be looking at the other one?
I checked that, and that's not the problem either. I use the DPPt Egg PID (Normal).
TEST101, I've done all those things right as well. I've even done it with a spread that doesn't have that many coin flips or happiness taps. I don't know what's wrong.
The only other possible explanation is that you have the the time or date entered into RNG reporter different than what is on your DS and thus getting different results.
Are you 100% sure you have the right SID?
Well I caugh a non-chained shiny and I got 2856, then someone helped me to find it by trading and he got 2860. I don't know.
I think the time is right, also.
I can't even get a non shiny with the right nature. I'm a mess, I know >_<
Yes 5 Pokemon in my party and the app before friendship showing too.

Try watching torsoboy's video linked in the OP. That may help. It's easier you watch how it's done rather than us thinking of every single possible thing that could've went wrong.

NsPKing, I'm doing it by stats not IVs, like it says in the tutorial.
What the hell? Can anyone explain why my Delays are constantly even, regardless of if I have a game in my GBA slot or not?
I have been trying to get it odd for the past 8 tries or so, alternatingly taking the GBA cartridge in and out and checking my initial seed to see if I'm odd or even. And it's ALWAYS even!

Just change your year by 1.
