Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

Can someone tell me how to find a shiny spread or shiny flawless spread for your ID/SID.

Download PokeRNG. It's on post 5 of this thread. Then click on shiny only and input your ID and SID. For the IVs enter in like 25 for each stat, and for the one stat you don't care about leave it at 31 but switch the sign below it to "equal to or less than." That should bring up some spreads.

It's highly unlikely that you'll find a flawless, shiny spread though. Unless you're very lucky, you'd likely have to ID/SID abuse.

Oh I see. But thanks for the info though. I never really knew synchonizers still worked even if they fainted.

No problem, thank you too. I don't think I would have figured out that it wasn't a synch if you wouldn't have mentioned that my game doesn't seem to recognize it.

guys help me out please =)

i've been having this problem for so long now, it seems that when im using pikatimer to rng and try to hit a certain delay, at first im way off and i have to update but that is ok, the problem is it seems that i usually hit delays around the delay i need and im able to verify that from the adjacent results but it seems that when i actually hit the right delay i end up on a totally different seed, and when i try to search the adjacent results via the roamer method i get this message "no match was found for your roaming pokemon" , note that the roamers are raikou, entei and latios, raikou and entei are in the right route but latios is always on a different route than it should be according to the data from rng and that is why i get that annoying message :S

all in all, can somebody please help me understand why when i hit the right delay i end up on a different seed :S why cant i get the right seed when i actually hit the right delay.

and please, do i have to input the routes of my roamers before i save and begin the rng ? what is the effect of me not entering the routes of the roamers before i start the rng ?

A really simple question...

Is there data about encounter slots for Safari Zone & Great Marsh at HGSS & DPPt ?
How about for Headbutt Pokes?

Does anyone have the starting frame for the new Celebi event? I wanted this one to be my first RNG, but google is being uncooperative on the subject and I just wanted to confirm that someone's found it...

Starting frame is always 1 for Wondercards regardless of what Pokemon it is.

If my target delay is 5800 is my target second 00?

No, it's whatever you put in RNG Reporter.
Check your seed to time window. At the top there's an input box for seconds, what does it say? That is your target second.

Safari Zone, no.
Great Marsh, sort of. The ones you see in the binoculars are 6 and 7. The rest I believe aren't known.
Someone also did some research with headbutt, but if I remember correctly, the encounter slots don't exist for it either.

I'm about to pick up shiny Suicune, and I've found a seed with a WC frame of 4. I'm in Platinum, and I've got Mespirit fainted and Cresselia unreleased. Is that just two journal flips, then quick pickup? Or should I release Cresselia and then do one flip?

(I'm assuming that, when the journal loads, if there's a fought/caught message on it, that it counts as 2. Then, if I flip to the next page, and there's another fought/caught message on it, it counts as another 2. Is that right?)

DPP RNG is dumb. HGSS is so much easier. :p But I'll be wanting multiple Celebis, so I have to clear off some dawgs first.

Okay, I want to try to rng abuse a shiny lucario from the safari zone and I want know how do I know where will it appear and how do I make it appear when I hit the frame if I don't know what the encounter slots are?

There are no encounter slots for Safari Zone. There are too many pokemon and too many variables. It's just hit or miss.

Edit: Zerohorus is correct. That's what I meant by "variables." Catches change depending on items.

Also, for those pokémons you have to put specific "objects" where you are going to catch the pokémon and wait a certain amount of time (days) to catch it so the object can gain a level or something like that from what I heard and saw in serebii.net

I have two questions:

1- do anybody know how to predict wich pokemon will come out at a certain frame in the safari zone?

2- if I want to RNG latios when steven comes to tell you that it is roaming in kanto, what I have to do is to exit from the door of the pokemon club at the right frame? and does the running bayleef advance it?

thanks.

ok, now I know that there aren't encounter slots for safari zone. can someone please answer my other question?
