Niche in OU: A nice, fast special attacker, with surprisingly good coverage and a good defensive and offensive typing. Don't let it's cute smile fool you. The smile will still be there after ripping your team to shreds.

Justification: Fluffy is sort of self explainatory; I picked that instead of Fur Coat so it wouldn't be too much of a tank, though given how many weaknesses Ice/Fighting has it might not even be necessary. Same deal with Overcoat. Slack Off is somewhat symbolic - "It aimed for the top but got lost", from the pokedex entry, so it can be interpreted as it ending up slacking off instead of fighting. Meteor Mash is Comet Punch in japanese, so... good enough? it also lets it fight against fairies. The stat spread gives it a lot more bulk and slightly more Atk, but it's still as slow as ever so that balances out.
Niche in OU: Nice counter to physical ground types, only really fearing Fire-type moves and can easily destroy them with Ice Hammer. Also has Slack Off and Drain Punch for self-sustaining, though any fire-type would destroy it.

Niche in OU: Fast supporter that scares away every single dragon, I suppose? Now with extra Destiny Bond to take out key threats, and Wish passing for teammates and self recovery. It also gets bulky enough that it should be able to survive a non-steel special attack before setting up.

Justification: In order to make it more associated with sun, and make good use of its Flower Gift Ability, I added it Fire-type to avoid it being too damaged by Fire-type moves as well as making better use of Weather Ball. I know that a flower using fiery attack is surreal, but you could also wondered how Flower Gift could boost the Attack and Special Attack of Cherrim and its allies.
Niche in OU: A Pokémon that will greatly appreciate the Sun support. It can use its Flower Gift to boost its Attack and Defense and make finally make use of Petal Blizzard, as well as its newly gained Solar Blade if you for a Physical variant, or go with Chlorophyll to go even faster as a Special Sweeper. You need the sun to make it work, otherwise you will have difficult time to spam Weather Ball and Solar Beam/Blade.

Justification: Miltank's feminine and playful personality would make it fit among the Fairy-type. Cow are known to be fairly strong, too.
Niche in OU: If this exists, Whitney would be more despised than ever. To be serious, this one can be a real pain if not prepared properly, as it is both fast, bulky and fairly strong. Its Attack is not the best and only got Bulk Up to back it up, but with access to Milk Drink, any perpetual damage might be not much of a nuisance, except Burn and Toxic. Its Special Defense is still low, making Special Moves a better solution and thus Miltank would appreciate Special walls.

Justification: Since it can naturally learns Toxic and can learn the TM move Sludge Bomb, why not emphases on this and make it a truly effective Bug/Poison without a Mega Evolution?
Niche in OU: Despite retaining its glaring slowness of 40 Speed, the rest of the stats are high, becoming a mixed tank. It can be a special stall with both Defend Order and Heal Order, or use coverage moves to get rid of Psychic Type and Rock-type (but not Fire and Flying-type, sadly). It can also hit hard on the special side after a Nasty Plot. A Bug-type being both solid and powerful that can heal itself to make up for its slowness, think about it.

Justification: How comes that Electivire had gotten slower than Electabuzz? It could be at least slightly more powerful. I also think that Fighting is fitting and that Close Combat would fit its potential brutality.
Niche in OU: Wanted a fast, sweeping Electric-type Physical Attacker? Electivire is your man for this job. After a Sword Dance, or two, don't expect to survive from this beast unless if you got a Ground/Ghost Pokémon (Palossand, but its not viable enough so...) or simply either type, but which would be difficult to see. Good thing that it cannot go faster without Choice Scarf, although with this item, it can be a Revenge Killer.
If any of that would sound too OP, please warn me.
