Zapdos can switch into most lando sets, the stealth rock variants included. It comes in on defensive landos and flyinium landos, only fearing toxic or a smack down that can be swapped out of afterwards and threatens it with huge damage via hp ice. However, with this set, landorus is able to ohko zapdos even without an sd.

DESCRIPTION:
Zapdos is a common switch-in as it can comfortably resist Mega Pinsir's typical dual Flying STAB + Close Combat build, and potentially crippling Mega Pinsir with a Static paralysis. Additionally, Zapdos can OHKO Mega Pinsir with its Electric and Flying STAB, or even Heat Wave. However, Mega-Pinsir can run Stone Edge instead of Close Combat to bait Zapdos coming in on a predicted Frustration.
Mega Pinsir’s unboosted Stone Edge deals over 50% to even max Defense Zapdos. Mega Pinsir will always outspeed Zapdos, therefore using Swords Dance on a predicted Zapdos switch is a safer option than attempting to hit two Stone Edges. Mega Pinsir is able to knock out Zapdos without activating Static as Stone Edge is a contactless move.

Whether it's the fly-z variation, or mega gyarados, zapdos can survive a +1 adamant waterfall and crunch allowing it to chance with static as well as pivot with vswitch into a counter. However, with this variation of gyarados, zapdos won't have the chance to pivot nor chance static onto gyarados.
