Could Craig Sager dress any more shabbily in a suit? I say no.

Could the Cavaliers lay down more pathetically in games they dominate? I say no.

Ok fuck NBA refereeing seriously.

Rashard Lewis stands his ground, has his feet planted and gets axed and takes one for the team. Fucking Cleveland ball. I now hate Cleveland with a passion, and the fact that the NBA is pushing for Bron to get in the finals.

OMG! Lebron with the game winner my balls just dropped!
edit:I thought the turkish assassin won it for them, but...
Credit to Orlando, they took it right to Cleveland, it felt as if the home team "stole" a win.
@RL: Those stats show top 20 all-nba, not perimeter defenders. I agree that Kobe would be in the top 20 perimeter defenders, but not the best perimeter defender in the league, and in my honest opinion, not nba first defense over the houston duo. I also agree with you about LA's talent, which is why I think it was a disgrace that the Houston series went 7 games.

HOLY FUCK. I thought Hedo won it, but what an ending!!! Still fuck Cleveland for getting all the bullshit calls but credit for that shot.

I think Cavs still got this. They're gonna go to Orlando with some serious momento and they'll be pumped as hell and they'll pull off a win in Orlando and it'll be 2-2 heading back to Cleveland and they'll win next two for a 4-2 win.

I'm calling it right now.

I'm still calling an Orlando win. They almost went up 2-0 if it wasn't for some LeSoft James bobble-round-and-go-in 3 pointer. The fact that they stole homecourt off Cleveland (which barely anyone expected) and wouldn't have even been in a position to lose had they got the ball off Rashard Lewis' charge (meaning Mo Williams doesn't hit the go-ahead 3 that possesion), or that the referees actually noticed that Varejao was moving his feet and should have been pinned for a blocking foul, I'd be pretty happy if I was them. Sticking with Orlando in 7

Damn, wish I had seen the end of that game. I saw the Cavs were up by 23 so I didn't bother to check after that and went back to playing FFT.

How in the hell do they keep blowing these huge leads? They have to start playing better and being more consistent.

I think as soon as Mo starts connecting the Cavs are gonna steal an easy win. I mean, seriously, the Cavs second leading scorer only shoots 7-21 field goals. Mo needs to get his head in the game and when he does, the Cavs got this series in the bag.

Lookin' forward to a possible Cavs-Nuggets finals.

Orlando will still own this shit.

Time to blow em out in Orlando baby! Don't forget Orlando beat them by 29 points in their last meeting of the season ^_^.

Magic-Nuggets final it is ^_^.

Xephyr, yeah Williams did shoot like that. But also I think you forgot to mention that Dwight Howard only got to shoot the ball 8 times yet they only lost by 1 point. I think it's pretty obvious to me and hopefully anyone with at least somewhat of an NBA IQ that the Magic is the best all-around team out there. Also I think it's pretty clear that the Magic would take it all the way if they had Jameer Nelson.

I love Lebron's Face.

Kobe may be one of the top 20 perimeter defenders, in your opinion, that is. I would agree, but not everyone. Many would dispute that. You can ask Barkley. I wouldn't say that not including him in the top 20 would be assinine. "People lie numbers don't. That is the bottom line."

If the Cavs get it together on the road, I think they will take it in six. If not, I think the magic will take is in 7.

The Dever and Lakers series can go either way. When Denver gets going they are one of the hardest teams to slow down.

I say this series easily goes to 6 or 7 games.

Lebron showed the world what a true clutch player can do. Will Kobe try it next??

I love the Cav's press conference...

Mike Brown said:
"That's how we drew the play up."

Mo Williams said:
"Option B was Lebron James. Option C was Lebron James. Option D...was Big Game James."

Could you imagine what would happen if LeBron actually had good players around him?

Oh. My. God.
That said, I'm not too sure why everyone's so confident in Orlando now. They can't shoot 3's at the ridiculous pace that they have been so far in the first two games - the fact that Cleveland won when Orlando was shooting the 3 at about 10% higher than average is not a good sign for them. At all. Orlando lives and dies by the three, and everyone knows it, and if they can lose even when they're making those threes, then they're doomed. I would be very, very worried if I were the Magic really.

oof, this thread blew up while I was gone. I do want to address a few things in no particular order:

@RaikouLover: The Laker's problem is their coach who has won 9 championships? unless you think he's declining that much... I personally don't like him and he seems lackadasical when the opposing team goes on a run, but that is just his approach.

Why is cleveland "plain better" better than orlando?

1. it is close, but I believe the cavs will win something like 99/100 if they played this series 100 times. It will be close everytime but the cavs will just win it because they are better (more detail to come)

2. they have the best player on the floor. just look at lebron's 3 tonight, hedo was all over him, having the best player on that floor kinda helps you like that.

3. they are a better defending team. they have strong team defense. orlando isn't that bad, but they don't have great perimeter defense, and often rely on letting players drive in and letting howard deal with them. their best perimeter defender is hedo, and he is only "above average".

fuck, im tired, I'll probably post more tomorrow.

It kinda helps Orlando's winning chances when Cleveland can't guard their 3 best players. Cleveland was lucky Dwight Howard got in foul trouble.

With a win here, they are going back Home with a victory.

lol why isn't anyone mentioning at all like ANYWHERE, here, espn, tv, w/e the fact that cavs gave up ANOTHER 23 point lead lol. that's just embarassing...sometimes you hit that shot sometimes you dont but i'd be way more concern about the whole "we lead by fucking 50 but still end up losing" thing

I feel bad for the Turk man, robbed by Fisher AND Lebron.

Honestly I didnt expect the Cavs to hold that lead without any one scoring consistently. DHoward needs more touches once again, but I think in Orlando there will just be blow outs both ways.

Heres to a good Nuggets game.
