Alright, I made and tested a Lopunny set a while ago on Shoddy with success against most OU leads only to have problems with Suiciding Infernape leads for which I use a RestTalking Rotom-W to beat it with (soon to be Latias on the suspect ladder). Just hoping to perfect it so I can use it more effectively or just post it in the Platinum Updates >_>.

[SET COMMENTS]

Lopunny is the only Pokemon in UU (or any tier for that matter) to have the ability to Baton Pass, Encore and Switcheroo effectively without worry of the item it recieves due to Klutz. Lopunny also has a great base 105 Speed to use this from as well as some respectable bulk allowing to take on powerful leads such as Tyranitar, Weavile and Salamence. This set emphisizes on Lopunny's ability to take hits and mess up other leads (or others if you decide to bring Lopunny back in later).

The first two moveslots are simple. Fake Out stops Focus Sash leads, namely suicide leads and can scout your opponent's team while Switcheroo messes up other leads and punishes most switch ins to Lopunny. The last two moveslots are preference since a combination of the last two moves cam serve a different purpose to your team or to Lopunny itself. Substitute allows for Lopunny to stay safe against leads who set up for a sweep such as Weavile, Tyranitar and Shaymin -s. Encore allows for Lopunny to not have to resort to Switcheroo on the first turn, which proves to be useful later in the game when your team is having problems with a Pokemon that wouldn't like a Choice Scarf. Encore also keeps Baton Pass users at bay while another Pokemon on your team can get in safely. Encore and Substitute work well together in scouting your opponent's moveset, getting one of your sweepers in safely, forcing switches, and more. Baton Pass works great with scouting since Switcheroo will most likely force switches in the end. Agility gives Lopunny an easier jump above most leads with Encore and it works well with Baton Pass since she can easily Baton Pass a +2 Speed boost from the start. With Substitute, Lopunny can get a switch in safely on a threat that either already has a Choice Scarf or, if Lopunny is brought back in late game. Thunder Wave basically negates the Choice Scarf boost you give to your opponent.

The EVs give Lopunny enough bulky to survive the wrath of a lot of OU leads gives Lopunny a 100% chance of surviving a Jolly Choice Band Weavile's Brick Break and an Adamant Choice Scarf Tyranitar's Stone Edge. Alternatively, you can run 252 HP / 216 Spe / 40 SpD with a Careful Nature to ensure that Lopunny only a 61%% chance of surving a Timid, Life Orb Gengar's Focus Blast while being able to hit with Encore so setup with another Pokemon is possible or cripple it with the mentioned but, not suggested Thunder Wave while maintaining a 300 Speed, outdoing most base 100 Pokemon.
If you don't care much about outspeeding base 100 Pokemon, you can run 252 HP / 124 Spe / 132 SpD with a Careful nature so that Lopunny will always survive a Life Orb Gengar's Focus Blast while outspeeding Timid, max Speed Heatran and Adamant Lucario. If you plan to run Thunder Wave, you can drop the Speed EVs so Lopunny can add to its Defenses more effectively.

I myself run Fake Out/Switcheroo/Encore/Substitute with the Jolly EV spread to ensure that Lopunny doesn't fall to positive base 100's nor Baton Pass chains with Ninjask. However, I did test out the first Careful EV Spread with great success.
