I would definitely love to get around to doing a serious Lugia drawing sometime.
But in the meantime, you can have this rather silly, poorly drawn, and unfinished picture of a Lugia from a few months ago doing some sort of martial arts or something. (I'm not really sure what I was thinking when I drew it in this pose.)

Basically more circular around the main body. Swimming is about all that Feebas can do, but it can do it pretty well, and a circular body reflects that. [More oval but y'know]
