In reference to your avatar: I'm pretty sure China will be a democracy by the time they release that album, which tbh I'm sadly not looking much forward to anyways, after all is it really GNR anymore?

Actually its coming out in little over two weeks on nov. 23.
I actually like the new GN'R songs a lot, but then again, I prefer UYI instead of Appetite.

I Won't Let Go by InMe

As of recent, this is the band that appears in my Winamp more than often. Their style is somewhat heavy alternative rock but the moderately high vocals and outstanding guitars really make them stand out from the standard alternative rock bands. I'm somewhat surprised that they haven't turned mainstream because they definitely have the quality to do so. Most of their songs are really catchy and I find myself repeating their latest album, Daydream Anonymous. I recommend.

I Won't Let Go isn't their best track in my opinion but the riffs make me want to love this song even more. The lyrics are above the mediocre level and Dave's vocals are extremely well introduced in this song.

Oh, Twash, the song is awesome, although the music video may be a bit creepy.

Fall For You - Secondhand Serenade

This song is pretty amazing, and it reminds me of my of the "girl I'm in love with" a lot, although I'm gonna be singing Your Call to her instead. She loves this song too.

I stand corrected, good to hear. I heard a couple of the songs recorded awhile ago that leaked, I wasn't wholly impressed, I'm sure most of the rest are leaked now too but I'll wait for the album lol.

Built to Spill - Carry the Zero

9.5/10

Such a good song, so good, it lacks just a little something that would put it on my list of legendary songs, but still it is one of my favorites. The lyrics combined with the music is just awesome.

Seconded. Though, I think Mess With Time is a little bit better.

Shadows by God Is An Astronaut

The first track on their new, self-titled album and I have already entered a state of euphoria. Such an outstanding starter and I really want to hear the rest of the album. People have been commenting that this album isn't a typical GIAA album but they've also been praising them for trying out something new. So far, it seems that they've put some power and speed into this creation.

Peace Sells - Megadeth

Probably their best song. Very powerful message in the lyrics if you listen to them closely. 10/10

Beck - Modern Guilt

8.5/10

It's a good song no doubt, I was raking my backyard yesterday and I listened to all the Beck I have on my Ipod(I have a huge backyard), and this is definitely one of my favorite songs from Beck.

Secondhand Serenade - Fall For You

7.5/10

A very good song, instantly appealing but can get old after a while.

A girl like you is impossible to find...

Consequences David, You'll Meet Your Fate In The Styx by Fear Before The March Of Flames

Pretty much the only mathcore band I actually enjoy listening to. Their music is quite diverse in a sense and I love how they implement soft, clear vocals between parts with crashing drums and screaming, like in this song. The only thing I don't like about them is the long song names and the band's long name. Never been a fan of too long song titles.
