Magmortar @ Choice Specs
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA
- Fire Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Grass]
Magmortar is able to switch in on both Maudino and Bronzor relatively safely and 2HKOes Maudino / OHKOes Bronzor with a STAB Fire Blast
Skuntank @ Black Sludge
Ability: Aftermath
EVs: 252 SpA / 108 SpD / 148 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dark Pulse
- Acid Spray
- Fire Blast
- Defog
So special skunk beats Mega Audino 1v1 with Acid Spray and Dark Pulse does enough damage to Bronzor. Both mons can't do much back either.
252+ SpA Skuntank Dark Pulse vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Bronzor: 102-122 (32 - 38.3%) -- 96.6% chance to 3HKO
Charizard
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Roost
- Fire Punch
- Swords Dance
- Acrobatics
The stall killer and my worst nightmare, sd zard can just set up on both and doesnt fear much besides toxic from bronzor. SD fire punch destroys bronzor, megadino gets walled by zard, and its just a free set up for this mon.
+2 8 Atk Charizard Fire Punch vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Bronzor: 216-254 (67.9 - 79.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
48 SpA Mega Audino Dazzling Gleam vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Charizard: 43-51 (11.9 - 14.2%) -- possible 8HKO
+6 8 Atk Charizard Acrobatics (110 BP) vs. 252 HP / 208+ Def Mega Audino: 261-307 (63.6 - 74.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Steelix @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Iron Tail
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Stealth Rock
LO Physical Steelix completely messes with this core. It can get an easy switch-in on both Mega Audino and Bronzor, and can heavily damage them both. Crunch easily 2HKOs Bronzor, and Iron Tail does around 80% to Mega Audino. Both of them can't do much back. You could also run Iron Head over Iron Tail, since you still 2HKO Mega Audino with it.
252+ Atk Life Orb Sheer Force Steelix Iron Tail vs. 252 HP / 208+ Def Mega Audino: 289-343 (70.4 - 83.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Life Orb Sheer Force Steelix Crunch vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Bronzor: 185-218 (58.3 - 68.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Mawile @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Fire Fang
- Sucker Punch
Straight forward Mawile can switch safely on both of these mons as it resists all of their stabs and safely set up an SD. Its also really nice that mawile cannot be poisoned or worn down by LO.
252+ Atk Life Orb Sheer Force Mawile Fire Fang vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Bronzor: 151-179 (47.4 - 56.2%) -- 81.3% chance to 2HKO
Vigoroth @ Eviolite
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 252 HP / 240 SpD / 16 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bulk Up
- Body Slam
- Taunt
- Slack Off
Pretty simple, Vigoroth outspeeds and can Taunt both of Bronzor and Mega Audino preventing status or healing, and it can set up Bulk Ups versus either of them and proceed to eventually win 1v1, albeit rather slowly.
Haunter @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Sludge Bomb
- Shadow Ball
- Will-O-Wisp
- Destiny Bond
Haunter wipes the floor with this core, doing huge damage to both Bronzor and Mega-Audino with its respective STAB options, while neither can really do much back outside of a high Psywave roll in Bronzor's case. Haunter is actually very interesting rn as it destroys the increasingly popular bulkier balance builds lacking a skuntank, i'd recommend giving it a shot.
252 SpA Life Orb Haunter Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Bronzor: 166-198 (52.2 - 62.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Haunter Sludge Bomb vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mega Audino: 289-343 (70.4 - 83.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Aggron @ Choice Band
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Head Smash
- Fire Punch
- Low Kick
CB aggron does rly well versus the bulkier builds you find this core on. Between its coverage and immediate power both audino and bronzor can struggle in finding switchin opportunities. Being immune to toxic damage is huge as well since that's one way stall builds rely on racking up damage which gives aggron plenty of chances to fire off attacks.
