I'm pretty sure it was done by at least one person in the last tournament.
There are several errors in your list. I will mark them in bold.
The last note is of course, that any gendered pokemon can have any Level-up move. Just but a breeding move on a male and breed with a female that shares the desired Level-Up move and bang, the new offspring will have any breed moves and shared level-up moves.

Well there's a feeling of success and pride when you spend X hours to create your team on the game, and be successful with it. This is because you really worked to get what you have instead of taking a fast and easy way out. While if you play shoddy, you play a more convienent game that takes 5 - 10 min to create an entire team. The whole reason people play wifi is so that they can prove to both themself - and to their opponent - that they took the time to really create something unique and be successful with it.
Then in that case what's the point behind why people play Shoddy? Its essentially the same thing as Wifi.

And Deck Knight, I probably wasn't going to do compatibility/imcompatibility nor was I going to talk about 3rd gen pokemon without DPP. But thanks for pointing out the mistakes I made with TMs. I tried making sure not to include the TM ones but I must have slipped over a few. Thanks

Uh no, BlakBlastoise was showing an ignorant post YOU made earlier saying that if you hack a pokemon to make the hack check to not say it's a hack that that makes it legit, which is extremely incorrect...
He was tying to make a list for people who Hack, so they wouldn't hack a pokemon with a move that it should not have since the pokemon for the showdown can be lv 50 max
Most these moves can be passed on through parents and thus are not illegal unless I'm missing something. Also why not just go to Serebii and look it up there?
Yeah it was pretty much pointless imo.
A Pokémon can only learn a level-up move from breeding if both parents know the move AND the move is somewhere in the baby's level-up list. Hence, even if you breed two Vaporeon that know Hydro Pump together, the Eevee you hatch will NOT know Hydro Pump because Eevee does not learn Hydro Pump via level-up.
On the other hand, some moves should not be on that list. For instance, a female Scyther or Scizor with Feint could breed with any compatible male Pokémon that also knew Feint and get a baby Scyther with Feint.

look, the purpose of the asterix is soley to REMIND people. You want a Scizor with Feint? Thats fine, but don't think you'll be getting it via levelling it. You need to make sure the Parents have feint to ensure that the Scizor will get it to. You don't want to level up your Scizor to level 49 only to realize that Feint, a move you wanted on it is impossible to get until past level 50.

there has been no confirmation on these yet. i would say there wont be any word until feb/march
Of course you can EV train them. It's just that there're 8 EVs to the point instead of 4. Why wouldn't you EV train them?

They wouldn't just have qualifiers in 47 prefectures across Japan and then hold the finals in San Diego without having at least one qualifier stateside too.
And if I remember correctly, the Pokemon Emerald showdown took place in April of 2005, about a month before the game was released to the general public. They could do something similar with Platinum.

You can EV train LV 50 pokemon and still get the results without leveling up. You can use the box trick IIRC.
