Well, i first generate them on pokesav (I know, i know) and after some testing is when i start breeding (btw in emerald the Beldum they gave to me has 31 atk iv's =D). When they confirm that Argentina won't participate in the showdown i'll give you my strategy which i think it's pretty solid :naughty:
i am done with my breeding on emerald, thank god for the soft-reset project for my IV spreads. (thats 18 Pokemon right there)
still resetting for my 1 timers (AKA latios,latias,Zapdos, Etc.)
and i am now starting on breeding on DP (Another 17 Pokemon planned)
so i would say i am about half way done with my breeding/Team set-up.
Well I haven't really started yet, lol. Right now I'm just trying to get my strategies straight to make sure that I have focused on as many options as I can. I probably won't start breeding until I get Platinum, to start off from scratch. I have (for the most part) the leads all figured out, I just can't really think of who I should use for my back-ups.

I don't think you have to restart your game. You can use it to breed before releasing it, but the eggs you get will still be considered hacked, so there isn't too much point to doing that.
that salamence being haked doesnt effect your other pokemon unless it has pokerus and it spreads to your non-hacks. so i say release it or trade it to someone else.

i havent even started. darn i need to get a snorlax in my FR so i can breed.
actually no you don't they don't pass on any bad data just Iv's. Hacked pokerus dosent do anything at all..... even if it spreads
Is there real evidence? I've heard some people taking a shortcut for it and breeding perfect IV'ed Pokemon to get good IV Pokemon. Would they get DQed in the tournament?
thats actually a good question im actually still debating about it, it might be TR or might be GS but so far im just breeding different pokemon and going to test them out together. oh and im currently going through Emerald again to SR for a latios after getting my Latios ill start Saphire for my Latias.
ok this goes for you and anyone esle who needs the help. i can help you all on your Snorlax Problems and even your metagross problems. cause SR'ing for it on FR or LG is going to be a huge pain.
of course, for example having a metagross and snorlax in a team is good cause snorlax counters raindance and goodstuff pokemon like Lati@s it also works against trickroom having low speed IV's. =D and Metagross also helps taking out hail teams with both bullet punch and Meteormash
thats true and im going to abusing it. =D but what time should i have when i choose the color blue and what time should it be when i get my nat.dex? so i can search for Latios?
this vid is saying for a timid latios 30/27/11/22/26/31-HP ground the time to say "Blue" to the TV is 2 minutes and 2 seconds
Yeah, Latios is definitely going to be used like crazy at the Showdown. I'm not using it though, I think it's to predictable.
IMO, breeding it regularly makes you feel proud that you worked hard for the pokemon instead of pokesav-breeding.
Lets not make this a debate about "cheating" or what you think the hack checkers can check, stay on topic and discuss VGS strategies or any info that gets revealed in the future. Basically don't mention Pokesav, Pokesav breeding, AR codes, or how to beat hack checks, or you will be infracted from this point forward.
Whats latios' usual moveset for this kind of play?

well for snorlax there is 252sp.D and 200hp the rest to atk. i dont really know anything for raindance.

I'm here, I just had exams and some reports, lol
Here is some examples of EV spreads,
Ludicolo : outspeed scarfed Heracross when it's rain, rest HP and Sp.Atk
Kingdra : the faster it is, the better it is. If it is Modest, it will be KOed by foe's Kingdra
Metagross : Many variations, don't use HP252, Atk252. It should be EVed a bit for Speed(if it isn't used with TR team) or Sp.Def
Gyarados : stand Zapdos's Thunderbolt with Wacan Berry. rest Speed or Atk, depends on its moves
Zapdos : stand Latios's Draco Meteor, rest Speed and Sp.Atk
- Status
