2) Though this Pokemon can be encountered multiple times before the end of the game, it cannot be caught until the game is completed, and one of the requirements for catching it includes having previously caught Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza. [Snorlax]

If its name was not terminated early, the glitch Pokémon in Red/Blue with hexadecimal identifier EC would share the same (constant) readable characters in its name as another glitch Pokémon. The latter glitch Pokémon has two copies of this move from start.|Blizzard
