ORAS OU Reservation Index V3

I know its considered pretty terrible in the current metagame, but I feel that Salamence should receive an analysis. If i'm not mistaken, all fully evolved Pokemon require an analysis for the lowest tier that they are usable in and Salamence is one of the few that doesn't have one currently.
 
Excuse me if I'm wrong on this, but I'm pretty sure BL mons are exempt from this, main mon I'm referring to here is Vigoroth, who has no NU analysis despite being banned from PU for like 9 months or so, so I don't think there's a need to do a writeup for Mence (who I'm pretty sure had an OU analysis onsite and got removed).

90 percent sure that's due to it being an NFE.

Ah that's cool then, well if it needs one, then its old OU analysis still would be fine to put back up if its required to be uploaded, looking through it, it looks alright, even though DefogMence is still pretty bad right now, although the overview should be worded more to explain why its not all that good atm (Rocks Clef being so popular for one):

If no one wants to write a Salamence analysis, I could do it. I have quite a bit of experience with the mon, mainly in UU but in OU as well, and know why it is outclassed in which role and by what. I mainly see a niche for it in its great abilities, though it is, once again, heavily outclassed in OU.
 
salamence doesnt need an analysis. theres no point in writing up stuff for unviable mons because that rule only applies to ubers since banned mons are a part of ubers instead of lower BLs.

I see where you are coming from. It does feel off to me that Salamence is right now (as far as I know) the only fully evolved Pokémon without an analysis. If it ever does need one, I can write it, but I guess not for now.
 
I tried looking at the unreserved list, but when I clicked on the button, nothing happened. Is it empty, or am I missing something?
