Click the user's name, then click "start conversation".

Alternatively, go to inbox and click "start conversation". From there just enter the desired person's username(s), and you'll be good to go.

Yeah, there's plenty options for spike stackers/rock setters that fit on balance and pair pretty well (one on the rise as of late being Tankchomp + SDef Skarmory)
 
I finally made reqs for the aegislash suspect test, but i'm a bit confused:

Can coil decay? If I have a screen shot of my current coil and win lose rate, will that be enough, even if the coil and ELO decays? Also, when will the voter identification thread open?

Coil does decay, but if you have a screenshot of your coil and W:L right now, then it doesn't matter as long as you post it on the thread. The voter ID thread will probably be open sometime in the following days.

Well, I mean

84 Atk Technician Mega Scizor Bug Bite vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Metagross: 117-138 (38.8 - 45.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
84 Atk Mega Scizor Knock Off vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Metagross: 112-134 (37.2 - 44.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

They do practically the same damage (lol at 1.3% diff tho); it just depends on what coverage your team wants.

You could try signing up for the next round of the Tutoring Program. Having someone to give you advice with competitive battling can be very helpful with improving your teambuilding skills, along with other essentials.
 
On the turn my pokémon Mega-evolves, it keeps its original ability, am I correct ? For example this is why Sableye can get a priority Will-O-Wisp while Mega-evolving...
But when my Diancie mega-evolves as my opponent uses SR, it bounces off ! I just don't get it since as I see it Diancie should retain Clear Body on that turn...

What am I missing ?

On the turn you mega evolve, you don't keep your original ability, but you keep your original speed tier. This is also the case on Mega Swampert as it doesn't get the SS boost the turn it mega evolves. Stuff like Volcarona can also outspeed a Mega Metagross the turn it mega evolves due to these mechanics

To elaborate on what SketchUp said a little bit, the order of everything that will transpire in a single turn is decided the moment both players select their moves, so before anyone makes any switches, or pursuits, or mega evolutions, the order of which these things happen is already decided. A pokemon only mega evolves after the turn begins, so after the order has already been decided, thus it only receives the extra speed boosts, or ability changes during that turn.

A good example is back when mega gengar was legal in ou (for a week). Normal gengar has levitate, and so if the opposing pokemon switched out against your gengar the turn you mega, they will be able to switch, because switching has a higher priority to the mega evolution. Once the gengar megas though, it has shadow tag, and so from the next turn your opponent can not switch.
