How usable would a 31/x/x/31/x/31 timid greninja be?
We think you can do better. We recommend at least 5 perfect IVs. The Good part is that Greninja is very flexible and depending on with IVs you manage to max out, you can run different effective sets. If for example Atk happens to be the low stat, go full on special attacking; should one of the defensive stats be low, you can run mixed. Look at the video above your post for a guide to breeding.

Why is there even a pokebank list with all the banned pokemon unbanned
It is a bit difficult to make sense of what you have written but we will give it a shot.

Banned Pokemon are banned because they have been banned. As you can see in the list, there is actually nothing in the regular list that is not banned in the Pokebank list. The regular list contains Mewtwo, Xerneas, Yveltal and Moody, all of which are also in the Pokebank list.

Well it's a shiny froakie so I can't really be too picky with IV's though after a quick rare candy usage I saw that it was 31/28/30/31/20/31 in terms of ivs.

What I'm trying to say is why is there even a pokebank format

Close enough; use Hydro Pump, Dark Pulse, Ice Beam and U-Turn for good measure. You have HP Bug, by the way - not very useful, considering you have U-Turn.

Does Electric Terrain boost the power of Electric-type moves for EVERYONE on the field? Thinking of Doubles in particular. Would it affect just your own team, or theirs as well?

Should Delphox not hold an item in order to steal the opponent's?

Also name all the things at the top of your head that can check / counter Aegislash :toast:

What is the best place to level up Pokémon to level 50 quickly? Because Victory Road is slow, the Elite four is slower.... So where is the best place to level up?

I use exp O power lv.3 with exp share+lucky egg at restaurant le wow.. You'll get level 50 on any pokemon in 2-3 cycles I think.. The only catch is that if you have the lucky egg pokemon out front it'll probably get KO'd against the double battle wobbuffet (shadow tag), so you'll want to take some revives.. If you don't plan to have it out front for full exp, then you can basically just press A until you hit lv.50 - it'll just take more cycles, probably.

Thanks Onicon and Miao. Now I know you need to trade off some stats to get the HP you want. Hmm, It is really a pain to breed for HP lol. And I dunno if it's worth it specially with eevee.

I made it. lol i got eevee hp ice 4IV in hp, Satak, sDef and speed. hahaha nice! thanks guys!

I honestly never heard of the move but if it's pokemon then yes it will effect both
All of the field effects benefit both sides

Does anyone know how the friend safari works? By that I mean how the type of pokemon you give to another friend is determined and then how you get a 3rd pokemon if your friend only offers you 2?

I saw some steal builds that run perish items like sitrus berry, forces sash, yache berry.

Good counters for aegi are flame thrower and earthquake
Seeing that they are not effect by kings shield

okay, sorry if this isnt too much of a question, but does anybody have any idea what happened here? I was playing wifi just now, and just set up a trick room reuniclus against an aromatisse(spelling?). So anyways, it was faster than my reuniclus PRIOR to the trick, then faster still after it was set up. It only used moonblast and a calm mind, no priority moves, so what exactly happened?

Perhaps a speed tie? Aromatisse does have really low base speed, and if your Reuniclus was below max IV speed, it could have been a speed tie.

Looking to breed a 31/x/31/30/31/31 Timid Protean Froakie for the sake of having HP Grass on it.
Any pointers to help reduce the amount of time it takes?

So... Blaziken's been banished to duke it out with the gods again this generation... No biggie, I expected it... Now is there some sort of post/article elaborating on how the decision was reached? The OU thread was abruptly closed without any forthcoming explanation from the Council/Moderator (something I'd very much like to read). Not the best way to handle something like that.

The Council plans to post an explanation why Blaziken and Deo-N were quick banned (or as the council puts it simply added to the inital banlist) and plans to include and inform the community better in the future.

Type of pokemon in your safari is randomly determined, and I don't think we know how yet. That's really a job for the dataminers.

Your safari can have three pokemon, each chosen from a sublist under your rolled stat; I don't know if Smogon has compiled any kind of list but Serebii has a relatively reliable one.

The safari starts to spawn the third pokemon after the friend whose code you're using has beaten the Elite Four. It can also spawn Pokemon with hidden abilities if that friend is online at the time, I believe.

Also what is Mega Launcher?
Mega Launcher is the signature ability of MegaBlastoise and Clawitzer. It gives a 50% power boost to Aura Sphere, and Water/Dragon/Dark/Heal Pulse.

I want to know one thing.
We all know (or most of us at least) that pixilate aerielate and refrigerate give boosts to normal moves changed to their respective types.

But does Ion deluge (which is a move) give that boost too?
