What's the fastest way to level up pokemon in XY? With Lucky Egg getting nerfed, and the level scaling removed from EXP Share, moving through the Elite Four with EXP share on gets a lvl 1 pokemon to 25-35, instead of 40-50 like it did in BW.
I also tried high level hoard killing, but it's comparably slow because of the level scaling.

I was able to get my Greninja up to level 100 just from grinding in Victory Road with Exp. Point Power Lv. 3. I wasn't even trying to do that, I was trying to level up some other Pokémon with the Exp. Share. I didn't even have the Lucky Egg.
Other good ways might be the Battle Chateau, if your rank is high enough (trainers with Audino start showing up, reminds me of the good old days), or maybe the really expensive restaurants (but since you have to do battles a certain way, I imagine that'd get really nerve grating after a while).
But I generally stick to Victory Road. If you haven't been using your O-Powers, man, it's the time to start.

Just wondering if it is needed to run a fiary on a team or not? As I am unsure on the last member of this team

Outside of Brave Bird / Defog / Roost... what's a good 4th move option for Crobat? (Jolly Nature, Max Atk / Max Speed)
I'm thinking U-Turn, Hypnosis, and MAYBE Cross Poison? I'd be happy to at least hear that Hypnosis isn't necessary... since I've already bred and EV trained a Brave Bird + Defog Crobat w/ Infiltrator in-game. :s

Drilbur cannot learn the move, so it can't be bred. But if you want to give it a shot in the hopes that it's been changed, Mawile learns it. If you try it, let us know if it works.
Is there a way to get Dark Pulse on Hydreigon or do we have to wait till the pokemon bank opens?
It's got a niche over Garchomp in that it gets Dragon Dance, ExtremeSpeed and a lot of bulk, and also Coil.

Yes, this is correct - Politoed won't have the same hidden ability as Poliwhirl, so evolving Poliwhirl with his hidden ability will yield the evolved form's hidden ability.

It's Infiltrator. Even though Shadow Tag was coded into Gen V, it was never officially released, and was instead changed to Infiltrator for Gen VI.
No, it is Infiltrator - Shadow Tag was never released, and so it seems like GF decided that giving it Shadow Tag ever would be a bad plan. Not a bad shout on their behalf, if I might say so.

Yes. I've been breeding up Aqua Tail / Superpower / Aqua Jet / Belly Drum Marills.
Marill gets Superpower by level up now so this isn't much of an example, but the answer is still yes - four egg moves can be bred onto a Pokémon.
