My post kangaskhan ban pokebank team (whenever they ban it) is sd mega lucario, cb talonflame, chestorest rotom-w, rocky helmet garchomp w/ stealth rock, defog latios, and ferrothorn. I've been thinking about changing to nasty plot lucario and I would want to know whether I should; if I do/don't should I change other pokemon around?

Make the Lucario special with Nasty Plot... I find it a lot more superior... Also why not put lefties on Garchomp and Rocky helmet on ferrothorn?
I hope I helped..

Suspect testing is setting up environment where we are able too test certain threats, or remove them too get a feel of how they affected the meta. Smogon uses showdown for this. It is mostly used for borderline broken pokes, like Keldeo for example. At the end of a round, everyone who was able to reach a high enough rank votes on whether said pokemon should be banned or pardoned. The ranking requirements are usually pretty high, around 1900-2000 and upwards, too make sure the voters actually know what's up and down.

Hopefully I explained it well :).
I think I understand, but just for clarification's sake. Do the people voting have to have reached that rank with the pokemon in question on their team? Are there any matches that are "set up" to establish how the pokemon handles certain checks/counters? Thanks for the reply by the way.

This guy told me that in gen 2-4 it was possible to create teams that countered/checked everything because of less pokemon. If this is true what did each team consist of?

How strong is the effect of Iron Fist? It had been 20% for sure, but there were numbers like 50% floating around. Does anyone have a reliable source for that?

No, the Pokemon does not have to be used. And no, matches are never set up. It mimics what would be, and what would be would not be set up ;).

I'm planning on using an All-out attacker Accelgor.

Accelgor @ Life Orb
Ability: Sticky Hold
IVs: 31/?/?/31/?/31

Nature: Modest
- Bug Buzz
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain
- Focus Blast

Pretty basic, but instead of running Final Gambit or Hidden Power, I went for Sludge Bomb to have some variety, and try to be a threat for fairy types. My main question here is, since I'm going with a Modest All-Out attacker variant, how should I distribute my EVs? I know 252 go for S.Atk for obvious reasons, but I don't know if to put the other 252 or an specific amount on Speed to outspeed certain threats. Also, which other item besides Life Orb and Focus Sash can I use? I was thinking about Choice Specs, maybe.

Best defog user post pokebank? I would guess lati@s
MScizor might also be a contender, it's very bulky, has access to roost for healing and its massive atk stat creates a lot of switches quite easily.

While I know little about gen5, the archetypal example in gen 4 was Obi's stall team. His thread on it here has basically everything you need to know, from thought processes to threat lists.

Other than that it's hard to say what each team consisted of, because there's so many combinations that could be utilised. I don't think it's going out on a limb to say that if you want to try and check everything skarmbliss is a good place to start, and then just work from there filling in the holes as much as you can.

Has the number of turns sleep lasts been changed? In the most battles i take part and watch sleep hasn't lasted for more than 2 turns. There have been battles where it only lasted a single turn.

Alright I'm at a frustration point with Gliscore I'm new at batting and I know he is extremely popular and good but dear lord he gives me so many issues. What's a reliable counter for him that is also useful as a support, set up, or sweeper? He is from what I have seen incredibly strong/tanky/fast and has great coverage.

Guts Heracross or Moxie Heracross?
Well, if you're running Scarf or Band, Moxie is the better option as it boosts sweeping ability, but I prefer Guts because
1) If you have flame orb, you become immune to any other status 2) you gain more immediate power, and the ability to switch moves and 3)Heracross has many weaknesses, you won't always stay in and sweep. You can still r
run Guts+Choice item, but that relies mainly on surprise factor, and may be useless if the foe doesn't status you.

Guts is a lot better on Band since Band is not supposed to sweep anyways. Scarf prefers Moxie.

An Ice Beam from protean Greninja OHKO's the thing.

A noob mistake...I'll fix that, but regardless, what I was trying to say was that an 85 speed bug/fighting is a wallbreaker, not a sweeper (Most of the the time, though it can sweep once checks are gone.)

What is Nintendo going to do about Khan? with VCG coming up, will VCG be flooded by Khan teams, or will Nintendo ban it? What going to happen with all that. Because if they don't i'm running Khan to win, or at least balance the score. I really don't want Khan ruining VCG this year.
I know this is really fucking late, but Mega Kangaskhan isn't broken at all in Doubles, and considering the similarities between the two I'd say it isn't in VGC either (I suck at VGC though so idk). I'd honestly say Mega Charizard Y is more threatening than Mega Kangaskhan in these metagames. Is Mega Kanga a big threat? Yes. Is it broken? lol no.
