SM OU OU Hyper Offense rain team need help

iThis is my first RMT and I have been having a lot of fun with this team. It have been hovering around 1500-1600 with this team. Help is appreciated with its counters and especially EVs

Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
Bold Nature
- Hurricane
- U-turn
- Defog
- Roost

This is the normal rain settler pelipper set. I opted for hurricane over scald due to troubles with grass types, especially Bulu and Tangrowth. I have no idea how to set my EVs on this so I just went with defensive to allow it to survive it longer.

Swampert-Mega @ Swampertite
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
- Superpower

The typical bread and butter champion of rain teams. The almighty Mega Swampert. For this set, I opted for an adamant due to the added power that it gives. Ice punch to hit grass types and Superpower to 2hKO ferrothorn after an Earthquake. earthquake to hit Toxapex and waterfall to be spammed.

Ludicolo @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Energy Ball
- Hydro Pump
- Focus Blast
- Ice Beam

Instead of the typical Kingdra for the second swift swimmer, I chose Ludicolo. The main reason I chose Ludicolo was due to it being a decent switch in to every rotom wash that walls of my Swampert. It can absorb burn since it is a special attacker, absorb neutral damage volt switch decently and finally hit back hard with an energy ball or just spam some hydro pumps. I also feel like overall, Ludicolo is more versatile than Kingdra. The only reason I would switch this to Kingdra is to outspeed scarf Kartana.

Tornadus-Therian @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Superpower

The grass absorber of the team. A Tornadus-T to switch in on every single Bulu and Tangrowth and remain healthy with regenerator. Spams hurricane in rain for that spicy damae and confusion. Knock off to get rid of item. I have no clue what item or EV to put on this though and I just choice to make it a speedy support that can pivot in and out with AV.

Manaphy @ Waterium Z
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Surf
- Tail Glow
- Psychic
- Ice Beam

The wallbreaker of the team and my only check to Mega Venasaur. Without this, my entire team just crumbles against Mega Venasaur and against most stall teams. After replacing ash-greninja with a Manaphy, I am able to just tail glow on Chansey and just hydro vortex unaware Clefable. Overall, a much-needed wallbreaker for the team. Surf is used over scald for that little power it offers and psychic is used to blow through Venasaur.

Tapu Koko @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Thunder
- U-turn
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Dazzling Gleam

This is the pokemon that I feel like is the most changeable in my time. I chose to use Tapu Koko as a band aid fix to most of my problems. First is scarf kartana OHKO everything with leaf blade. I used Koko to make sure that does not happen with HP fire. Secondly. My team has a huge problem with Mega Gyarados. It just sets up in front of my Swamper or basically anyone and just kills everyone with rain boosted waterfall. This is where Thunder comes in to stop it.

Overall, much suggestion is needed regarding EVs and maybe a way to fix rocks in this time. Thank you very much
Edit : How to add sprites?

Hi,

Nice team I have a soft spot for rain. Before we can give a full rate, two things to keep in mind:

-Your team lacks Steakth Rock. Put it on Pert until we figure out the next point.

-Your team doesn’t have a defined objective. It looks like a collection of mons that could benefit from rain. What are your win conditions? Other than Pelipper, how is each non achieving said win conditions? Rain typically has one primary rain abuser (Kingdra, Greninja, etc), Pert, Pelipper, and 2-3 support mons.

Even Rain requires some defences. Ferrothorn is almost a staple. At first glance your team is just "set Rain, bring out the attacker, let it die, bring another one, let it die, repeat till win or loose". You don't switch into hits, except with Tornadus, but even Torn won't leave forever, is weak to Rocks and can't take certain hits.

Another thing is Pert can KO many things with help of Rocks, it would otherwise not have nice time with. You need Rocks on Rain, period.

Kingdra > Ludicolo, because your reasons don't make much sense. Ludi can absor burn? So can Kingdra. Electric is neutral on Ludi? On Kingdra too. I believe there are some merits to play Ludi over Dra, but not the ones you mentioned for sure.

You don't need a Scarfer in Rain. Scarf gives you 1,5x Speed, Rain already gives you 2x. There is absolutely no need to hinder yourself with Scarf.

What do you generally do against Ferrothorn? It looks like a huge pain. Even Tornadus that is ussualy a good counter dosen't help due to its bad set. Scarf Kartana pulverizes you too.

I have recently tried rocky helmet ferrothorn to absorb and chip off Bulu while also laying down stealth rocks. I still do not have a counter to kartana and I will try the Kingdra suggestion. Honestly, I normally just catch ferrothorn on the switch with an earthquake and then KO it with superpower. What do you think would be a good suggestion to go agaonst scarf kartana? I swapped my koko to Ferrothorn

Scarf Kart isn't that big of a problem with bulky Torn. Tornadus can take a hit and OHKO with Hurricane in return. You don't need a dedicated mon.
The problem with your team is that Torn is the only defensive tool here, so it gets worn out quickly, meaning, it can't be so safe against Kart anymore.

As for suggestions, I'd drop Manaphy completely, as Pert + Koko + Kingdra/Ludi is enough offensive presence. You don't need 4 sweepers. As I said I don't like Scarf Koko - you outspeed everything with Pert/Kingdra, Tornadus and Koko are naturally fast even without Scarf.

So to sum up:
1) Tornadus-Therian @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Defog
- Taunt
- Hurricane
- Focus Blast

This is the Tornadus set I use on my Rain and it helps you a lot against Ferrothorn

2) Manaphy - > Ferrothorn (typical Specially Defensive Hazard Setter set)

3) Koko - I don't know, what works best here, as I don't generally use it on Rain. But Scarf isn't necessary. I'd go maybe Shuca Berry (however with 2 Immunities people don't click EQ vs you that often) or Leftovers or even go double Z Crystal (I saw Z-Torn + Z-Koko few times already). Thunder/Roost/HP Ice (or Dazzling Gleam)/U-Turn (or Volt Switch). Something like that. But here everything really will work, you are just clicking Thunder most of the time either way.
