This set is meant for fat teams that want to take advantage of opponents’ low PP moves. Shed Shell helps the Heatran matchup but Black Sludge is otherwise superior. Haze was chosen as the move to be replaced because Unaware Clefable can fill the anti-setup role but other substitutions could work depending on team composition.

Are you sick of all the taunting from Pokemon like Tapu Fini, Heatran, and Tornadus-T? Are you sick of Pokemon taking advantage of your passive nature to throw hazardous materials at you? Well then my friend you need a new coat.
Really this set is designed to flex on taunt users such as Fini, and on the rarer taunt Heatran. It also can act as a fun nuisance against stall mons with t-wave. If you're insane, opponents that would traditionally predict switches and SR can instead have their mental broken.
Personally I prefer the Knock-Off version, as items can play a pivotal role. It also has a better match-up into stall that has a cleric. Scald is better for trying to cripple physical attackers switching in. I opted for mixed bulk on both, as it is what I like.
You're still better off running Toxic or Tspikes though.
