Want to share a team I've been using. It was pretty tough starting out because I had no idea what to do and I lost several battles testing, but this version of my team I think I've gone like 10-1 and got to 1250.

Avalugg-Hisui @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Mountain Gale
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
As said, Ice type Rocks are OP and destroys one of the tier's best Knock absorber, Gliscor, and heavily limits breakers like Electrode-H and Rillaboom. I've seen a lot of Mamoswine too, but I like Avalugg's increased utility and longevity. Mountain Gale does a decent amount of chip and facilitates the team's breakers excellently.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 244 HP / 36 Def / 228 SpD
Careful Nature
- Spikes
- Protect
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
The team's Knock absorber and Spikes setter. Ground-type Spikes are absolutely lethal when paired with Ice-type Rocks, as this blows through stuff like Heatran. Knock Off is mandatory in this tier.

Hydrapple @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Fickle Beam
- Giga Drain
- Earth Power
Hydrapple is the best answer to Electrode-H in the tier, and Nasty Plot puts a lot of pressure on slower teams. Hydrapple is also an excellent check to rain, Ogerpon-W, and Rillaboom.

Slowking-Galar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sludge Bomb
- Future Sight
- Toxic
- Chilly Reception
Slowking-G is the catch all Special wall and a great pivot. Toxic puts foes on timers and Future Sight is excellent with the Ground-type hazards, as it forces Steels in.

Zamazenta @ Leftovers
Ability: Dauntless Shield
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 8 Atk / 248 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Defense
- Body Press
- Substitute
- Crunch
Zamazenta pairs excellently with the Future Sight Pressure Slowking-G provides. Substitute IronPress is very punishing in this meta,, especially since so much progress is made passively. Crunch is for Ghosts.

Zoroark-Hisui @ Life Orb
Ability: Illusion
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Hyper Voice
- Shadow Ball
- Dark Pulse
This guy is a busted breaker and has plenty of good teammates to Illusion as, such as Slowking-G and Zamazenta. Dark Pulse is for opposing Zoroark-H. Also loves Ground-type Spikes destroying it's Steel checks.
Replays:
I'm pretty sure I've saved more but my opponents must have hid them. Nonetheless, these two replays are great examples of how well these hazards do.
Gliscor just dies to Future Sight plus Ice-Type Rocks:

Spikes doing a gazillion damage to Heatran will never not be funny:
