I thought you were saying that they said being logical and introverted was wrong and were suggesting ways to fix that, but reading your post the romance part is added jibberish and nobody should take anything about romance seriously on the net.

I agree, they should just stick to interpreting how the questions you answered describe the way you make decisions and think, not go around advertising a complete psych check.
 
I got INTP; not really surprised here, checked the INTP personality page and most of it is consistent with my personality. I show pretty much no emotion and don't really give a fuck if telling someone the truth will hurt their feelings.
 
Historically I've always gotten INXX, but over the last few years my results have consistently solidifed as INFP, which definitely suits me best. I really don't feel like taking the test yet again haha, but I always get extremely strong I/N preferences and middling F and P preferences.

I'd venture to say it goes even later than that. Most sources that I've read argue that prefrontal cortex development isn't complete until a human is roughly twenty five or above, although some sources go even higher than that. Furthermore, children can have brain growth stunted should they fail to overcome any of the stages of cognitive development, as proposed by Piaget in his theories. If, as a child, one cannot overcome certain obstacles mentally, then they cannot move on developmentally to more complex obstacles. A lot of issues occur in today's culture because kids just aren't being raised to understand maturity and to think truly for themselves (tests like this very one evidence that). I'd argue that almost all Americans are in the process of developing their behavior; it's a pretty unrealistic expectation to plateau that out at a fixed number when each person is so drastically different in their development, in my opinion.

I agree, with Cookie's picture, a lot of these tests really annoy me and many of the questions depend on the situation. I never find them to be majorly accurate. Nevertheless, the temptation is too strong and I took the test, getting:

ESTP
You have moderate preference of Extraversion over Introversion (33%)
You have marginal or no preference of Sensing over Intuition (1%)
You have marginal or no preference of Thinking over Feeling (1%)
You have slight preference of Perceiving over Judging (22%)

Interestingly I only had 1% preference in Sensing and Thinking, whilst all the written stuff about ESTPs presumes that everyone has a large preference, which makes a lot of the analysis of my type seemingly irrelevant.
I do agree with some of the things that I am on this website (http://www.personalitypage.com/html/portraits.html), but then again, I will probably agree with at least something in every personality page.

Also the recommended jobs all seem dreadful for me.

been the same for the past 3 years, except i've slowly become less I and more E.

also google tells me there are shittons of grids where there is a character for each type and you see what character you are. there's homestuck, touhou, misc anime, so much shit.

my favourite one is the lemmings one where all 16 panels are lemmings.

I would've thought I'd be a ISTP, also surprised at the slight preference for introversy as I thought it might be a bit higher

I got ESTP, which I thought was not entirely accurate. I'm not extroverted at all. The only relatively extroverted thing I've done is post 60+ times in my first week here on Smogon. Everything else was relatively correct though.

i consistently score ENFP on these things.

i also recall a picture i saw with various fictional characters corresponding to some personality type, and thought all of them were pretty cool, like dr. house and tyler durden, so then i wondered what mine was. i looked and it was yoshi, easily the lamest one :/ it was literally the only one that i wasn't interested in being linked to personality wise.

Compared with last year:

INTJ

This is what I usually get, though the Introversion has oddly gone up since the last time I took the test, despitef running for office and getting involved in a campaign so that meeting people becomes a part of my duties. Intuition skyrocketed and Thinking went up as well, lol.
