According to this, Draco Meteor in Japanese is (Not sure if this'll work on Smogon) りゅうせいぐん. Which matches up to that Japanese screenshot.

So it's Dragonite using Draco Meteor... For some reason.

Its not really a nooby question. It is a fakemon that Smogon is making and then sending to hopefully get put into the next Nintendo Pokemon game

That's exactly what I was thinking as soon as I read that on this thread. What if we're able to download another region or something... that'd be pretty sweet. They hint toward Hoenn a lot... even in PBR (when unlocking Magmortar and Electivire you get Gold and Silver trainer passes). It could happen, I sure hope so too.

No way. If Nintendo is really all about money, they wouldn't just pass on such a perfect opportunity to put out Pokemon Bronze and Platinum (names I made up) for the DS. I highly doubt it will be Darkrai, but I'm expecting something over Mystery Gift. Maybe a free shiny or something. Hopefully it's not some obscure in-game location, where you have to use the Item Finder to find an event item or something like that.

Not if it's released over Wi-Fi by Nintendo. They would stop after the 12th (assuming they broadcast according to time zones, of course).
