Pokémon Minus - Street Pokémon with Mimic Glitch Allowed

That Groundon Growth set reminds me, that I tried to write a set for Growth Infernape to be used under the sun, but there were too many options! Overheat, Blue Flame, Blue Flame, Lava Plume, V-Generate, Sacred Fire, and those are just Fire moves! Also Infernape can learn so many useful fighting moves! In addition to Close Combat, Drain & Mach Punch; Infernape can now learn Reversal, Hi Jump Kick, Sacred Sword, Aura Sphere, Sword of Mystery, so many others!

I suppose the BEST set would be:

Burn, baby, Burn! Disco Infernape
Infernape @ Charcoal/ Life Orb/ White Herb/ Salac Berry
*EVS either Defensive if you're use take advantge of moves with high burn rates, or Maxed out Attack & Speed for Blaze/Reversal Strategy*
-Growth

-Blue Flame/ Overheat/ V-Generate/ Sacred Fire/ Flare Blitz/ Flame Charge

-Reversal/ Hi Jump Kick/ Close Combat/ Drain Punch/ Aura Sphere/ Sword of Mystery/

-Lightning Strike/ Volt Tackle/ Power Whip/ Wood Hammer/ Leech Horn/ Giga Drain/ Solar Beam/ Mach Punch/ Extreme Speed/ Vacuum Wave/ Sucker Punch

Set up Sun with a teammate, bring out Infernape, Grow, and let the pain begin! Choose a Fire Move, a Fighting Move, and a Electric/Grass move to get those pesky water types, particularly King Jellyfish. You can use high recoil moves like Flare Blitz and Wood Hammer/Volt tackle to get you low enough HP to take advantage of Blaze & Reversal.

In fact you can run a set with Flare Blitz/ Sacred Fire/ Blue Flame/ Overheat, Reversal, and a priority move holding either a Focus Sash or a Salac Berry; the strategies are:

1)If you're holding a Focus Sash; get a defense lowering nature, use Growth as you go down to 1 HP, activating Blaze, and now you've got 200 base power reversal, Blue Flame or Overheat, and a priority move. Your opponents team is pretty much doomed.

2)If you're holding a Salac Berry use a more defensive EV Spread have a team mate set up Screens, bring out Infernape, spam Flare Blitz whilst taking weakened hits, (especially if you manage to burn you're opponent.) until you reach & 200 Power Reversal. Now sweep with Reversal & Sucker Punch/Extreme Speed. Or you can drop a priority move and replace it with V-Generate:

V-Gererate + Growth's Attack Boost + STAB + Sun's Boost to Fire Moves + Blaze's Boost to Fire Moves = Perfect last ditch move that will melt away any opponent that doesn't have Flash Fire or is Water/Rock.

Electivire is Super Effective

Electivire @ Expert Belt/ Life Orb/ Choice Band/ Wide Lens
*Max Attack and Speed*
-Lightning Strike/ Volt Tackle
-Ice Punch/ Icicle Drop
-Close Combat/ High Jump Kick/ Fire Punch/ Blaze Kick/ Dragon Dance
-Earthquake/ ExtremeSpeed/ Fire Punch/ Blaze Kick/ Dragon Dance

This is essentially Electivire's "classic early Diamond & Pearl" set on steriods, and trained by Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee, and Chuck Norris. Electric/Ice/Fighting/Ground hits 12 out of the 17 type for super effective damage.

You can replace either your Fighting move or Earthquake with Fire Punch/ Blaze Kick if you worried about being walled by Shedinja. You can even run Dragon Dance to boost your stats! I would suggest Gear Change, but then you wouldn't be able to use neither Lightning Strike nor Icicle Drop

You can boost Electivire's attacks with Expert Belt, Life Orb, or Choice Band; you can use Wide Lens to give Icicle Drop and High Jump Kick perfect accuracy.

please i rather use something actualy good with good stats rather than evire AKA the shit that cant 2HKO hippowdon which is a wall mixed sweeper like it supposed to beat with every super effective move even the best one it has.
I rather use mence for the same set.

The recorded soundtrack for Chatter should be a quote from a Megadeth song. You know, to make the opponent even more mad.

Anyways, unless this glitch doesn't work in gen 5, I can see a lot of Shell Break and Butterfly Dances on everything that can abuse it.
Even better, you can record Chatot chirping "My voice gives me super strength!"

Also I've updated the set.
The Other Doug said:
Symphony of Destruction
Chatot @ Life Orb
*Max Speed & Attack*
-Encore/Spore
-Tail Glow/ Shell Smash
-Aura Sphere/ Sword of Mystery/ Vacuum Wave
-Hurricane/ Areoblast/ Air Slash/ Chatter/ Shadow Ball/ Ice Beam

Switch into a Ghost, Ground, non-threatening status move, and force a switch with either Encore or Spore; and as you foe switches use Tail Glow/Shell Smash. Now sweep with Fighting + Flying special attacks; a combo only resisted by Zapdos & Rotom.

Aura Sphere has great PP and always hits, but Sword of Mystery is nearly as powerful, and hits the opponents physical defense. Vacuum Wave is for Priority, which is probably gonna be a big part of the meta-game.

Hurricane is the strongest special flying move, but should only be used on a rain team; Areoblast has great power & accuracy, but low PP; Air Slash has a good flinch chance and high PP; and I mentioned Chatter only for two reasons:
1) It can confuse the opponent
2) Chatter is the only move you can't sketch, meaning no other Pokemon can learn it, so it would be great for taunting your opponents:
"Wish you had this move? TOO BAD YOU CAN'T!"

If you're worried about Rotom and/or Zapdos, then you can ditch the flying moves for Shadow Ball or Ice Beam.

Chatter's voice always becomes garbaged on the games...

I mean, how could you expect for a 9-year-old to shout "FUCK" into the DS mic and then afterwards the game says "FUCK" everytime he sends out Chatot?

The game should be rated M instantly.

On a side note, I was gonna post this ytd, but my internet died. >_>

EXTREME EEVEE

Eevee w/ Life Orb
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/*put the rest in bulk*
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Adaptability

-Belly Drum
-ExtremeSpeed
-Shadow Claw
-Drain Punch

FUCK OFF QUICK ATTACK. ExtremeSpeed is the new thing in town. And yes, you didn't see that wrongly, it is an Eevee. Find a free turn to BD, sweep with ExtremeSpeed. Shadow Claw is to hit ghosts who attempt to wall you, Drain Punch is to do that to the Steels/Rocks who attempt to wall you while restoring HP lost from BD and LO.

(And I mean, after all, it's an Eevee. What more can be amusing than sweeping an entire team of Street Pokemon with an EEVEE, of all things?)

It's an Eevee and you're giving it BULK? In STREET POKEMON? Might as well just max his speed, he ain't gonna survive ANYTHING here.

CB azurill with extremespeed aqua jet waterfall superpower. Has to watch out for burun and shandera. Belly drum could work too.

With no sleep clause and Spore on everything, you'd have to imagine a lot coming down to who can cope with sleep best... Will Insomnia/Vital Spirit Pokémon see a surge in popularity? Will Sleep Talk be everywhere? Will everyone start carrying Toxic Orb + Protect just to avoid status? (Or, like, Chesto Berry. Whatever.)

And the lure of Sheer Cold Machamp is obviously powerful. Hm, what's the best set?

Focus Sash/Lum Berry

Sheer Cold
Gastro Acid
Agility
Spore

Well, probably not... Trying to boost is going to be pretty hard... But Gastro Aciding a Sturdy/Insomnia Pokémon on the switch would be a neat trick if you could pull it off. Then it's a 50/50 as to whether to sleep or KO depending on if you predict Lum Berry or Focus Sash.

Okay you guys. Spore will obviously be a very popular move, so let's give it to Ninjask. It will get Cotton Guard to stop from being raped by Bullet Punch/Extremespeed. Now we just need for him to kill the non-sleepers. Brave Bird is STAB and will kill Primeape and Honchkrow, which leaves Noctowl, Hypno, Ariados, and Banette. I'm fairly sure Noctowl would be a non issue, as would Ariados, so we give Ninjask's last move slot to Shadow Force to kill Hypno/Banette

Ninjask
-Spore
-Cotton Guard
-Brave Bird
-Shadow Force

EDIT: For a brief, brief moment I had horrible visions of people using Perish Song + Recover Wobbuffet... but you cant modify him!

EDIT2: Belly Drum Deoxys-S. Can run Flare Blitz/Volt Tackle/Drain Punch for coverage

Status Meister

Thundurus @ whatever
Mischievous Heart
~Spore
~Thunder Wave
~WoW
~Toxic

Come in and screw something (somethings) with you priority status of choice.

Annoying fella

Thundurus @ something
Mischievous Heart
~Encore
~Taunt
~Leech Seed/Pain Split
~Destiny Bond/Endeavor

So annoying.

If it worked for MH users. That's a shame.

Does this also mean Ditto can Transform into a Pokemon that knows Mimic, Assist, Sketch, etc. and get any move? It still sux but I was just asking with Quick Power it could be a quick surprise... Although Scarf anything over 100 Base Speed is better. Also, maybe this could make

Although, ironically, Gen V. Ditto with the DW ability is pretty good when Scarfed... It could still work as a revenge killer. i.e. come in after your teammate fainted, and outspeed that Shell Break Mewtwo or Belly Drum + Extreme Speed Arceus.

Does this allow for new illegal Egg move combinations?

I.e. Pokemon that can pass down Egg moves (Father) through the Mimic Glitch [and then traded to 5th generation] with a new 5th Gen. Ability or DW Ability (Mother) that could previously only be given 1 or 2 moves?

I.e. Giving 3rd/4th Gen Volbeat Baton Pass and Growth through the Mimic Glitch and breeding it with a female Illuminise [DW] that has Mischievious Heart.

(Whom could only ever get Baton Pass OR Growth previously due to its breeding options only ever having Baton Pass or Growth in their movepool).

Thus ending up with a female Illuminise with Mischievious Heart and both of the moves Growth / Baton Pass?

Volbeat does have a chance of breeding with Illuminise to make Illiminise...

Could this make special combinations with DW Pokemon viable?

Remember that old "Assist Shuffle" strategy? Well, it's now good.

Put Spikes + Stealth Rock on absolutely any pokemon you feel like, then load up your team with Roar+Whirlwind Abomasnow (for hail damage) AND

Deoxys-S @ Lum Berry:
-Assist

I would rather run lefties or scarf for that set if you're planning on having hail up and taking priority damage

Wouldn't this be better on Liepard, who gets priority on Assist?

Liepard @ Lum Berry
-Assist

Sure, it dies to extremespeed, but...so does Deo-s

If you want priority phazing, then Deoxys-S with Dragon Tail and Sleep Talk can do it - if it's a Spore filled metagame, you should have little trouble going to sleep. The sleep counter being reset also adds some longevity to it. I don't know, it might be a bit too situational to work.

I also doubt hazards will be too great when Rapid Spin will be so available. It just takes an unused moveslot to find a place on a team.

Personally, I'm going to have to go:

Bidoof x 6
Inconsistent
-Protect
-Substitute
-Toxic
-Filler

Also, no one's going to have time to Rapid Spin when you're eating Sacred Fires and whatnot every turn.

Actually it can call entry hazards; if Liepard calls those even once it's fucked due to its frailty.

Inconsistent seems fun. Glalie seems fun with Obamasnow support. :3 May lead to random pokemon running double chop/etc though.
