At least I don't have to catch the legendaries, I've found Entei already and it gave me a Power Stone... I just don't know what it's for. Fucking Entei, leaving a Stone behind without even explaining it, gah.

And then, here's the minigame.

this game has something to do with BW, i guess its a promotion. if you see all 493, you get an eeveelution based on the starter you get, though we dont know if its for the jap games only.

i think the game is for kicks and giggles. How would the game transfer the eeveelutions? Maybe by web code?

The game is fun, for the first 40-50 pokemon. Then it gets annoying.

The Eeveelution will be sent to your account on the site and then you will be able to get it once the Pokémon Global Link (or whatever it's called) is launched.

This topic needs to stop sucking and go back to awesome speculation!

Totally right.

I find much more interesting to play a game where you MAY get an Eeveelution and find out its new ability already instead of speculating all day about Flareon getting Slow Start and sucking so much and obviously needing Flare Blitz.

But who am I, I guess people really prefer to discuss about a possible Light-type or about deleting Stealth Rock from the new games' coding than anything else. The last thread had 700+ pages for a reason, right.

That's great, but we don't need a 14 years old Narutard blogging about his progress here.

Actually, let's ask a question that may have been asked before, no idea:
What season is everyone starting at?
I'm going with Spring, it's the nicest one and there will probably be a bunch of bugs and stuff there.

I imagine most people will be starting with Spring, being the US release time and all.

Except Mario with Lasers, he gets autumn because he can read moonrunes

edit: this of course assumes that the seasons kind of sort of match the months. Winter time in April will be all kinds of awkward.
Fall somewhat less so.

I feel a one month cycle is too long, it should've been a week. I mean most of us will only get to experience one season during the story mode... Kind of a bummer.

And now back to the japanese pokemon game that has taken this thread by storm, I kinda got rid of my starter pokemon. Anyone think that this will be a problem?

A week a season would have been ridiculous, honestly.

Yes, even more ridiculous then half the things in the world of Pokemon. I can suspend disbelief for a month, but one week getting snow and the next week having summer heat and then the next week spring rains and so on makes me worry about the climate stability of the Isshu region.

Autumn, because here in Brazil will be autumn when it releases.

Yeah... but in cases like this I think that diversity in the game is a bit more important than suspension of disbelief or what-have-you.

I mean if the seasons changed one per week then it would really give you a feel of the scope of your adventure, seeing the seasons pass and stuff. It's what I liked about the day/night system so much.

Ok, you have a point.

Fall because it's my favorite season of the year ~__~ But as each season lasts only one month, we don't fully know how it's going to work. If anything, I'll change my DS clock to start on fall.

Who else is everyone planning on using, by the way? Mamepato, Shimama, Shikijika, Mamanbou and Megaruko are definitely going to used. I really wish Gochi was in White, though.

Where I come from, Spring comes after Winter.

The only constant right now is Koromori & Rankurusu

Everything else will be played by ear up to and maybe including Koromori.

whatever, point stands.

And I wish Rankle was in Black :( My first run will almost definitely involve Meguroko and Denchura. Koromori used to be a candidate until I saw his sprite (good God), and I'm not sure about Gear until I see the badass evo I just know GF will produce.
