Blaziken doesn't have ThunderPunch under its "moves" tab, yet Serebii lists ThunderPunch as a Platinum/HGSS tutor move. This problem may be more widespread; I haven't investigated.

The database doesn't say Suicune gets Air Slash yet, I believe it's an event move. Am I right?
Someone on GameFAQs just said that " Ninetales (which really sucks; I would've liked to have a Droughttales that had Magic Coat), Golduck, Primeape, Machamp, Gengar, Tyrogue, Blaziken, and many more" can no longer get Magic Coat. It seems s/he is basing this off of Serebii's Pokedex, which is apparently incorrect (Bulbapedia and Veekun do not list these Pokemon as learning it).
I just grabbed a Blaziken and took it to the HG/SS tutors and no one offered to teach her Magic Coat. It would seem that Smogon also has several Pokemon incorrectly listed as learning this in Gen 4.

The gen 1 description of Rock Throw says its accuracy is 90%, but its accuracy should be 65% according to every reliable source I could find. I've personally confirmed an accuracy of ~70% with my copy of Yellow version.
Low Kick should simply have 50 BP, 90% acc, and a 30% flinch rate in gen 1, and 50 BP, 100% acc, and a 30% flinch rate in gen 2. The damage calculation being based on the opponent's weight was only a thing from gen 3 onwards.

In the D/P Pokemon List, Nidoran-F and Nidoran-M don't have their type listed (it should be Poison for both).

Tried searching on both github and scms and had no clue why. It also happened for GSC and ADV gens if you look at their analyses page. Joim perhaps you know why? :o not very important though haha.
I guess nobody's noticed it before, but Tri Attack, at least in Gen 2, can thaw out a frozen target. I don't know the percentage chance of it occuring, though. I had it happen in Stadium 2, so those who spam a frozen Pokemon with Tri Attack, be careful!
Thread's sorta dead but I wanted to address a few issues i've noticed with a few Pokemon.
- Flareon and Umbreon both learn Zap Cannon in the Gen 2 games - however, neither of these Pokemon are listed on the page for Zap Cannon (http://www.smogon.com/dex/gs/moves/zap_cannon/). It also isn't listed as a movepool option in their analyses (http://www.smogon.com/dex/gs/pokemon/flareon/, http://www.smogon.com/dex/gs/pokemon/umbreon/)
- The Pidove family has a few problems concerning movepools - they don't have any moves! No moves in their movepools and no moves on the pages of moves they learn (for this example, Aerial Ace http://www.smogon.com/dex/bw/moves/aerial_ace/. Note the lack of Pidove, Tranquill and Unfezant here.). Not sure if this happens with any other Pokemon but these are the only ones i've noticed.
- This one is an oddity - I reported it to Hootie and they told me that it's something only chaos can fix. It's a sprite error involving Delphox in XY and SM (http://www.smogon.com/dex/xy/pokemon/delphox/, http://www.smogon.com/dex/sm/pokemon/delphox/). Notice how the sprites are shiny, when with any other Pokemon, they're normal. I know that this is a past gen thread but it applies to XY too, so in any case I think it counts.
Fixed the movepool issues. Tagging chaos to fix Delphox's dex sprite to be non-shiny.
